There are many good nail salons across DFW, but Silk Nails and Spa won my dedication 110% tonight. Ive been getting my nails done across the country for over 30 years and, until tonight, no one has EVER gotten my nail shape preference 100% perfectly sculpted. Not only did Jin take me as a walk-in after 4 pm on what had already been a very busy day, she stayed almost 2 hours past closing to make sure she was satisfied with the beautiful nails and pedicure I received. She took incredible care of me and I cant wait to see what sort of nail art she gifts me with next time!

I needed my nails done for a trip and found this place hella last second. They accept walk ins so I took a chance on this place and boy was I blown away! Walked in not knowing what I wanted except for a few reference photos but Stacy took super good care of me. I showed her one photo & she followed it exactly! She made sure every step was perfect and was so attentive to the details, she’s a star! Will be bringing my sister, my mom, my aunt, my grandma, everyone I know back with me next time. Look how beautiful my nails are! I did powder dip and they look so natural! The only reason I took one star off is because she did hurt my cuticle during filing and one of my fingers hurt for days after. I went to a few different nail places around town but ended up coming back here. They do a very good job.

Came in short notice with a free hand art request as a call in/walk in. All of the staff where kind, informative, and professional. Yuni took on my challenge without hesitation. She was very friendly, precise, and talented. My nails and feet have never looked better. The art work she did is beautiful and just what I wanted. Silk nails & spa is my go to from now on!These are runes from Quake as a reference.

DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR EYELASHES EXTENSIONS DONE. I made the mistake of coming here to get my eyelash extensions done here by their eyelash tech Jenny. Let me start off by saying that the whole time she was doing them all I smelled was cigarettes and just made me very uncomfortable, and to top it off I didn’t even see her wash her hands. Once the eyelashes were done I noticed one side was more full than the other and I explained to her that myself and everyone else noticed that. Instead of trying to fix them she told me that it was my fault because I don’t take care of them. So if you want your eyelash extensions done better in one eye than the other, then I welcome you to come here. PERIOD

Love my nails. I am very pleased with my new gel nails. I did not have much time to stop and get nails fixed for a holiday party. Came in for appointment and they got me out quick. Beautiful work.

After what I’ve seen and experienced, I wouldn’t come here for anything. Eyelash tech is unprofessional and not welcoming or comforting at all. She wouldn’t do them properly and when told to touch it up and fix it, she would act like you don’t know what you’re talking about!Customer service is horrible, don’t know how or why this place has 4 stars!

Made an appointment but wasnt even ready when I showed up. Also I made it clear that I wanted to have a korean to do my nails so I can explain much better, but ended up doing it with a person who doesnt speak korean making it very difficult and longer to explain my nails. Also they were very careless about their customer. It was one of the worst nail spa Ive went in to, do not want to recommend it to anybody.

First of all, Joy is the best!!! So sweet and did EXACTLY what I asked for!!!! Also brought my 8 month old along and everyone there was so sweet to her, even when she was being loud and just being a baby! P.s I am the MOST picky when it comes to my nails and this place is definitely on my list of a good place to go!!

This nail salon may not be super fancy but the employees are all about customer service. I have used Joy twice and she is efficient, talented, kind and sweet. This place is conveniently located near my house too. I arrived at 11:30 - she removed my gel polish, gave me a manicure, applied the new polish, rubbed my neck and back and I was back at home by 12:30! That is great! Would highly recommend this place. (I worked in high end salons for many years and Joy is one of the best!)

I have to say I left upset took long for my pedi to dry😑 and also I have to take stars off. The gal who did my pedicures said they have to charge me to remove gel, I was told last time that IF you got your mani or pedi done at their salon removing gel is free Well I got charged!.. other places do it for free But they wanna take money as possible I guess..

I always come here when I need pampering. My husband buys me gift certificates so I can be pampered. Only problem on last visit was I had asked for the Spa Mani & Pedi and they gave some new girl who didnt do it. She performed the regular set, but it was a good thing I have been so often. I had to tell them at checkout that it was a Spa treatment because she tried to charge otherwise and then when confronted by a coworker she said it was a regular manicure/ pedicure. I will return but just question the charges is it does not seem right.

They did what I asked them to do and that means a lot to me. They didn’t force a tip out of me nor did they ask for one I will be going back to this place. I wish I could find a place to wax my eyebrows as well and do my toes next time I might have to try them out.

I came here a week early for my birthday to get a pedi & a mani. The next day one of my toe nails got ruined on its own and then 2 of my nails from my hands broke. I went to get it fixed but the very next day another one fell so I didn’t bother going back. They have good customer service but I’m never going back. If you want your nails to last I suggest you to go some where else. I paid $80 and my nails didn’t even last a week. Very disappointing.

Lucy was my nail technician and she was really nice. They were horrible though. When I went to get a fill at a shop somewhere else he said he need to redo them and he got them off too easily. The bigger white lady was really rude to me because I messed my nails up when I got in the car because I didnt want to pay a ton of money for gel. So, I do not recommend this place. Not worth the time it took or the money I paid. Sorry guys. Do better next time.

The sign says walk ins welcome. But not true.. every time I go, which this is my 4th and final time I am told to come in the morning or at the end of the day they can get me I. When I go there is usually on a few customers buy I am told I have to make an appointment for another day. I have mention 3 times the sign says walk in welcime.. all they do is giggle and ask if I want an appointment for another day. Hate this place. And will be registering it with BBB

The girl told me “I don’t do fake nails” after asking if she could do a extension on my nails and wouldn’t even talk to me instead she spoke to her co worker in Korean about me...later someone told me she didn’t like doing black/african American nails...I advice against giving them your business!

Got a gel mani from Anne and could not be more impressed. Super meticulous Though so not for those in a hurry. I usually get nexgen but she talked me out of it since my nails are wrecked from the constant filing down and soaking to get them off.... That took up a majority of the time. Other techs in the salon were all super friendly with their customers. Tools were not individually packed though. Only complaint was that she used a fiber extension on my nail instead of a tip and that cost $5 each... Still would have gotten it but should give a heads up to that. Will def return and ask for her though

Buyer BEWARE!!!Very confrontational women here. I went in for a mani pedi. Prices posted all over say mani pedi $35.00The female who tended to me made it clear that the polish on the way is more money, gel... and in the tall slender spin rack are the regular polish, as she said.To stick with the $35.00, I chose polish from the regular line and was clear I wanted that color on my toes and hand nails.To make a very long story short, this female changed the polishes herself, and even after I told her I hate gel polish/nails, she just said, oh you hate... I was like, yeah, thats why I cise the one I wanted and you changed it after I said no.This lady attempted to charge me $75.00, speaking in her language, yelling... her fellow employees started to chime in saying that today is Friday and on Friday through Sunday mani pedi is 35.00 each! It was I disaster. This female has the worst attitude Ive ever encountered in a nail tech.I am calling the state on Monday morning. This place charged my credit card 50.00, after I was sure to ask how much was my mani pedi going to be. This place pulls a robbery on clients. Its very good for me that I stood up for myself and did NOT allow her to steal 75.00 dollars from me. But she still took 50... and for this thrift, I am reporting this place to the state!TERRIBLE LIARS AND THIEVES!

My mom came here and got toe fungus from the pedicure. Has never happened yo her EVER.

I was in town for a meeting and needed a couple of broken nails fixed. They got me right in and did a wonderful job!

Went for a new NexGen Set. Arrived at 545. She took so long to do my nails. A normal 35 minute task took almost 1 hour 45 minutes. Not only that, they had very few options for colors. She charged me $10 more than the stated price. I paid $45 for a new set. No tips, just my natural nails. To make things absolutely worse, my nails hurt so badly right now that it is hard to perform any normal function.
