I was there on Saturday 8/21 I received a full set, acrylic, gel nails and a classic pedicure. The pedicure was great. The tech working on my toes was super nice. However my nails that’s a different story as they were crooked. The tech had the drill on so high that I had to pull back several times because it hurt and burned. As the week went on one of my fingers kept hurting and hurting and getting swollen. I had To remove the nail and now I have what looks like a blister building underneath. It hurts so bad and is super sensitive. I’m really not happy. It was a painful experience and I didnt Even get to enjoy my nails long enough for the 100 dollars I paid For all my services plus tip. Only giving it 3 stars for the cleanliness and the tech who did my toes.

Its beautiful in there and they give u amazing drinks! But like any nail spa it depends on the nail tech u have rather its great work or not. They are on the high end when it comes to pricing

Just got my nails done yesterday and I am seriously traumatized. I should’ve walked out when they couldn’t do the design I wanted. The guy that did my nails ate my skin up with the file. It’s the next day & they hurt so bad!! I’m not a person to leave a review but this is unacceptable. I always have my nails done and never have I been hurt like this. Please do better cause this is so painful

I have been coming here for about 3 years very sparingly. In the beginning I was very pleased with my service and the quality of customer service. However on today, in particular it was very lacking. The tech did a good job with my nails overall, however if I am spending 50 dollars on just a pedicure, I would expect a smile. Not one person smiled or made eye contact. The new young lady at the front literally took my payment like it was a drive thru experience. You come to a place like this for the extras in customer service. I guess my business wasnt appreciated today. Guess its time to look elsewhere.

Oh no! I used to love this place. Venetian and Park Village Nails are much better. My cousin had to pay another salon to take Divines nails off and redo her nails because they were so terrible. I simply get my cuticles cut back because I deliver mail and I cant do all the fancy nails. The girl at the front told me that they no longer do this. How sad! Service has diminished tremendously. I remember when this place first opened I was so excited, but hopefully they treat some of you much better than the rest of us. Leaving with terrible cuticles, teary eyed, and without having services rendered. I’m sad, but Southlake it is!

Being new to the area, me and my girls needed to find a new salon. Divine is that place. We have been a hand few of times now and love it! They are friendly, attentive and great at their craft. We have found a new home!

First visit ... the place is spectacular I MUST SAY.. however I thought I had pleasant experience , left GREAT TIP.. a couple days later, I looked at my feet and I had callus all over and had just received pedicure here. I went back and owner was adamant about me still PAYING FULL PRICE.. so I took business elsewhere & RECEIVED BEST PEDICURE EVER.. these are my nails 8 days later fro what they did .. this is my 3rd nail salon and still SAME ISSUES ‼️ I may start wearing press ons to get a bang for my buck & to NOT DEAL With IMPOLITE BUSINESS OWNERS IN TEXAS 👍🏾‼️

I go regularly this last time I asked for something difficult and they came through.

I always come here to get my nails and pedicures done when I visit and never have an issue. Until yesterday I got a signature pedicure with gel and everything went great until I came home and noticed that I didn’t have enough coat layers. I was still able to see through the color to my nail and I got gel, so I payed extra. It looked like just regular nail polish so definitely have to go back to get it fixed. To top it off my big toe on my left foot is red and swollen with pain.

Always a great experience! My daughter and I make it a date and we always get great service! I highly recommend Divine Nail Bar!

Just moved from Florida and needed a new nail place. I got a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. It was done really well and they did it fast. Staff is nice as well. I was in and out in no time. I will be back!

Beautiful place. Relaxing setting. Prices are the “Going Rate” $30-$50 for pedicures. My service felt rushed though. I had a pedicure done and I felt like she could have done a better job for what I was paying. This place is close to home and always wanted to try it. May give them another chance to redeem themselves. 😆 We’ll see how it goes.

I was just there with my mom for her manicure. The nails were done well. However the owner or Manger on the counter upon entrance was extremely rude and showed no initiative to help us as his customers. Due to such services WE WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN! We are a for good customer service and proper treatment. And we found that from the worker but not the person at the counter. He gave us very uncomfortable looks and left us very disappointed.

May did really well on my nails. Took her time and paid close attention to detail. But charged me $10 to put one of these tiny little jewels on each nail just for 2 to fall off before I even made it home 🙄

My daughter and I went to Divine today. I was getting a Divine manicure and my daughter wanted acrylic nails with each nail a different color. We have been there several times before without incident. However, they started doing a basic divine manicure on my daughter. When I corrected them, that it should have been acrylic nails, the technician wouldn’t do acrylics and insisted that my daughter have dipped nails and could only do one color. I tried to intervene and she continued with the dipping nails and ignored me. My daughter didn’t want to make a scene so went ahead and let the technician do whatever she wanted. When I mentioned it to the man checking out, he completely dismissed me. Then they charged me for both a manicure AND the dip nails for my daughter in addition to my manicure. So we were charged double for THEIR mistake and still didn’t get what we asked for. I objected and the man said that was the services that we got. So when we got home, I called the manager and he was equally non-apologetic. My daughters and I frequently get our nails done but we will not be back to Divine.

WATCH OUT!! Charged me $10 OVER what I signed for & then an extra $1 on my tip. Service wasnt bad, but I dont do DISHONEST! Its not enough for me to go back to fight it, but they wholeheartedly lose in the long run. I thought I found my new place. DISAPPOINTED!

Came here because my sister recommended it. I had paid $48 at another place (glitter nails) and they were awful. This was my first time ever getting them done and I felt like I was at a complete loss. My sister said, “calm down, there’s better places near me.” So I drove to Carrollton and found this amazing place that had such great understanding of bad nails. They removed the acrylics as gently as possible and cleaned my nails so well that I left feeling relieved and satisfied. Best experience ever and will keep this in mind next time. Paid $22 for removal, repair, and manicure.

Hailey SLAYS my nails every time! Shes SO quick, but so detail oriented and she always gets them perfect. Shes also funny and sweet as can be! Also, they have such amazing colors to pick from, and my nails last longer than they have from anywhere else Ive been to!

I usually have a great experience but today I didn’t not. The lady that did my pedicure was very aggressive and extremely rude. I hope this was a one time thing!

I walked in without an appointment on a Tuesday morning and got help immediately. The manicurist was friendly and efficient and replicated the photo inspiration I’d brought in perfectly. I’ll definitely go back.

Love this place! It’s my go to nail salon and I like how it’s huge and doesn’t feel claustrophobic like some nail salons. They are always very professional and helpful and they often find me exactly the color I’m looking for. They have a good selection of drinks as well.

BE VERY AWARE !!!! THIS PLACE WILL NICKLE AND DIME YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!! The services provided were good ( I got a pedicure, pink and white set and evyebrows ). The nail tech who did my nails asked me if I wanted ombré pink and white set and what shape. I said yes. She never stated coffin shape or the ombré was extra ($shape $15 ombré). I go to pay and said I wasn’t informed it was extra nor is it posted. Anywhere The manager said “ everything is extra you have to ask” I have no problem paying the extra cost it would have been nice to know in advance Needless to say, the manager definitely lacks customer service and I will be returning. Please update your pricing printouts to reflect extra cost.

Both times I’ve gone for a pedicure, they did not do the callous removal (the cheese grader). They had it out to use and didn’t use it, but it’s my favorite part!!! The first time I asked and she said “no, your feet don’t need it”. This time I paid for the MOST expensive pedicure, and STILL NO CALLOUS REMOVAL. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I went in with a picture of how I wanted my nails. I told the lady acrylic. I wanted long coffin nails like the ones I had before removal. It took them a while go get me a nail technician. The lady that did my pedicure did a GREAT job. My nails once done, we’re horrible. You couldn’t even see the shape and looked nothing like the picture. It was simple French tip nails. The lady there fixed the shape best way she could and re did the color on them. I’m very upset because if this was something that couldn’t be done I wish they would have told me. My nails have never looked this bad. I ended up paying $58 dollars for something I did not want and now I’m going to go Pay elsewhere with someone proffesional. The owners did the best they could. 2 hours of my time and wasted my money on something I did not want. Maybe don’t let him do anyone’s nails in the future.

My sister and I came here for manicures + pedicures. We made an appointment ahead of time and they were busy when we go there, they sat us at our pedicure stations and it took them at least 20 mins to get started. Other than that, the service was amazing! They offer drinks and check in multiple times to make sure everything is going well. We already have plans to come back!

Very nice nail salon. I did a gel manicure. The only thing I didnt like was that they use the dremel tool to get off the old gel. I would rather soak it off. The place is beautiful and very clean and you get complimentary drinks while there.

My acrylic nails fell off within a week and one cracked my real nail in half. I called ahead and asked about prices then when I showed up they charged much more.

I have been going for a year or more now and I always get my nails done by Hailey (or Ryan if she is not there) plus you they last longer.. The place is nice and they people are respectful and kind. I enjoy how we work together to come with the designs that work for me. Hailey is the girl for you, you won’t regret it. I went to this place the front man was rude he just stared at me while I picked a color he seemed very annoyed. I waited about 15 mins for anyone to start on my nails which is fine, but once the girl started she was rushing the whole time and 4 of my nails are crooked from the way she was rushing while filing them. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

I’ll definitely be coming back! Before entering the building the manager greeted me at the door and held it open for me . The inside was absolutely beautiful and not to mention very clean ! The customer service was impeccable from entry to ending ! To be immediately seated on a Saturday night was everything! My nail tech was fast yet great at what he does ! This has been the most memorable pedicure I’ve ever had in my life ! Yolanda is her name. She spent an hour on my feet and paid great attention to detail ! I literally fell asleep I was so comfortable! They had a mini bar with refills !!!!!!! Free!!!!!! As long as the service is always that good they will always have a return guest in me !

I use to come here and kept giving the benefit of the doubt that the manager was having a bad day but after 3 consecutive appts he had the same personality as if I was a huge burden to walk through the door. Extremely unprofessional!! Their loss completely I always tipped 20-30%. When I asked for female technician he would rudely ask me why. They have gone downhill! They DESPERATELY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!

Angie is the Best hands down! I’ve been going to her for over a year now! I get my nails and feet done once a month. My nails never chip, never break, and never lift! I get dip on toes and hands! I even got my mom to stop going to her nail lady in Plano and drive to Carrollton for Angie!!! She is such a sweet lady! Win was so meticulous and did an amazing job ensuring I was happy with my nails. He took his time, but didnt take too long vs the quality. Ive tried many nail salons and it can be somewhat challenging to connect with your nails tech or be happy with your nails 100%, but I had no trouble here. Nails are not shaped like I wanted and they charged for a shape and length without telling me they charge for it. The do is already coming down and I just got my nails done Saturday. Im not happy at all. They cant do designs my toes are great.

I am so disappointed I spent over a hundred dollars for a full set with gel. Coffin shaped. My nails look so bad and I tried to explain to two different people that I wasn’t satisfied and I was gaslit telling me it’s very straight and they didn’t see the issue all of my nails are a different style shape and direction. This was sooo much money for them to just dismiss the terrible shape my hands are in.

I come here because it’s really close to my house, it’s been a hit and miss for me.The time before this one the girl burn the sides of my fingers with the file (twice multiple fingers) she apologized but come on! Multiple times!This last visit I asked for a specific nail design, the worst nails I gotten in so long, they looked chunky and not well done. Never again.

Nice place and nice service. But they don’t have color powder acrylic.. only clear and pink.. and they have the nerve to charge you to paint the acrylic! Paid $50 on a overlay! And they didn’t do what I asked! I will never return !! $30 on feet.. feet job was nicely done but again colors here are scarce! What nail shop doesn’t have color acrylic? This place is obviously for the plane janes and older ladies! That or the guy didn’t know what he was talking about but overall I will not be returning! I will drive a hour away to my lady before coming back here.. $85 on solid colors.. so tell me how do you all do ombré nails if you don’t have color acrylic?.. I also left my charger! I’ll be there tomorrow for pick up!!

Terrible, had me waiting for 20 mins, so I walked 🚶‍♀️ off.

This is my 2nd time going, Ive only done pedicures which is the Signature package they have. I see this place is clean since they put new liners on the foot tubs once someone is going to use the spot, and open a freshly new clean tools in front of you. You can bring your own nail polish as well but they have a large selection if you dont bring one; and theres also one complimentary drink. Its a bit awkward when you go in since they dont fully explain everything (and Im a bit awkward myself) but you get the jist of it. I havent tried any special designs, but I think they do it. This time I had a woman named Tina, we didnt talk much but I dont mind but she did a great job getting the right temperature for me on water and the foot wax (forgot the name) they do for the package I chose, as well as being careful with my toes and massaging my legs comfortably.

I LOVE it here! First, it’s absolutely beautiful, clean, and its huge! You don’t feel like your cramped into a small room with a bunch of people. The Nexgen colors are well organized and displayed in little box portfolios. They have fountain drinks and frozen margaritas and strawberry daiquiris 🍹. Ryan did a great job on my manicure and was quick enough for me to get it done on my lunch break! I’m going back today to get my pedi!

Nov 2020Ok me again. My go to for NextGen is Jack! He is very particular about his craft and I never have to worry about my nails breaking! He shapes my nails just the way I like them and he is super friendly... or quiet if you prefer lol. My go to for pedicures... Winn!!! He is very patient and gives great massages. He ensures I am always comfortable and satisfied with his work.June 2020 Covid update... My go to hadn’t returned back to work (I don’t blame her!!!) but I found a great tech that does a remarkable job! Haley got me right! She offered suggestions and made sure I was satisfied with each nail! She’s patient, kind and my nails are perfect!March 2019 Update!!!! I still love this place! Ellie is still my go to and Nathan does a great Pedicure!I absolutely love this place! The drinks are great but the customer service is what gives this place 5 stars. Ellie is always very nice and welcoming. She does a perfect NextGen! She’s my go to!!! If you ask for her, make sure my appointment doesn’t conflict 😂. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! for years i searched for nail techs and salons who would actually do my nails right and every time id find an overpriced nail tech who charged me way too much for jacked up nail, but this place is far from it. My regular guy who does my nails Ryan has by far been the best nail tech ever. No one is sweeter and knows how to give me amazing nails better than Ryan, I recently moved to colorado now and have to look for another nail tech who’s as good as him and this place but nothing compares. one of the many things i’ll miss about home! If you do decided to go (which i think you should this place is absolutely amazing and i wish i could bring them to colorado with me) ask for Ryan!! he’s genuine, sweet, and will make sure your nails are PERFECT! I always got nexgen dip powder and loved them each time.

I like the one in Addison much better.the staff is way friendlier and the host at the front desk said my temp was 98.7* which was a lie! BECAUSE HE NEVER TOOK MY TEMP..

Got my nails done Sunday for end of spring break..wasn’t going to write a review but after seeing my nails like this I will. Went on Sunday with my stepmom, first time. The lady who did my nails never said her name and spent the entire time telling me what a waste of my money it was to get a regular manicure without gel. I don’t like gel, and I’ve gone to nail places for years where regular nail polish lasted me at least a week or more! Also paid for acrylic nail removal, today I found out that not all the acrylic she had gotten off my nails. My polish started chipping Monday morning. The remainder of the acrylic peeled off today. Nail specialists were rude. One, they don’t offer you drinks, you have to ask yourself which is minor. Two, nails were uneven and not once was I or my stepmom asked what length we wanted on our nails or what shape. Three, they don’t bother to check if your nails are dry at the end. Four, they don’t remove all the acrylic from your nails when you pay for it. Five? Its more about getting you in and out as fast as possible and you can TELL majority of people working there do not enjoy this place. I wanted this place to work because I love manicures/pedicures and they do acrylics not to mention it’s a closer drive...but after this experience from both of us I won’t be going back. Rather have nail specialists who know what they are doing and pay more than rude people who shouldn’t be doing nails in the first place! Don’t waste your time or money.

I feel very relaxed and the massages that came with the manicure and pedicure were great. It was my first time here but it will be my go to from now on. They have complimentary champagne, wine, soda, water, etc. Definitely my best manicure and pedicure.

1st time going here.. Beautiful place but for a $62 pedicure, I assume the customers pay for the beauty..Appt time was 12:30. Sat there for 30 minutes waiting for a pedicure. Finally got up and left.When I make an appt, I expect to have the service done at the scheduled time.

This place does good pedicures, but that’s about it. I got a gel manicure on Wednesday, and I kid you not my nails where peeling and lifting after 5 days. I went today to have the gel removed Lee did a good job and was fast but the manager today still charged me for the removal. Gel is guaranteed to last at least two weeks. Mines didn’t last a week.

I love Divine Nails!! Haley is super sweet and does an amazing job on my dip nails. I request her every time I go! Ive gotten pedicures from multiple staff members, and they all do a great job! The quality, customer service, and cleanliness are all worth the prices they charge. Highly recommend!

Just moved to Dallas and was looking for a regular nail shop to go. My experience here was okay. Nice interior and lots of staff. Price was bit high compare to other nail shops. Only cons that I had was the front receptionist wasnt really friendly. I was in the line to pay for the service but someone cut in front of me but they didnt seemed to care. Manager was really nice though.

I always get my nails done here but today I got duped! I usually pay the same price and leave a nice tip cause they do a great job. But, today, I was charged way more because they said my nails were unusually long. I get them the same length all the dang time! And...why was that not disclosed before he proceeded after asking me how long I wanted them! No signs of a price increase or nothing!! If a larger tip was wanted, just say so! Lol Time to move on if theres no disclosure!

I finally found a place that I really like for my nails. I’m all about precision with my nails and Ryan and MiMi do amazing jobs. Everyone there is great to from what I seen but for my own experiences them two are excellent. I come here from now on, it’s nice, clean, organized, and they have good customer service. Stopped by yhe first time and for a full set acrylic for my daughter and the job was absolutely horrible, the nails were thick and nail polish was so incorrectly applied the shape was uneven overalls very disappointed and dissatisfied and will be my first and last visit to this place!

It is the best nail salon, hands down, that Ive ever been to.Aesthetically, its gorgeous. As soon as you walk in, its a breathtaking view of a vast space filled with chandeliers, beautiful nail tables, and even a bar where you can sit and relax! Its so clean and just... really visibly pleasing to the eyes.I went with a friend of mine, and she got a gel manicure for herself. It turned out insanely beautiful! James did an excellent job and I was excited to see what he could do for me. Ive always had a problem with biting my nails and always get artificial nails when I go to the salon.He told me he was going to work magic, and he really did. Im honestly blown away with how amazing my manicure turned out. He was friendly, and very funny! I cant wait to go back and see him again!Overall, this place is really amazing and Im most definitely making it my regular salon.
