Tracy is the best Nail 💅 Lady Ive ever had ❤

Come here! This is a full-service nail salon, but I come here for EYEBROWS. Tracy is fantastic!! I found this place on a whim over 8 years ago and Ive been a loyal customer ever since - to the point where I now drive 40 minutes just to have her wax and shape my eyebrows. No one compares.Its not a fancy place and there will most likely be a wait, but Trust Me... Tracy is worth it! Shes a perfectionist who takes pride in her work.

I WENT IN TO GET A BASIC PEDICURE AND IT WAS VERY MEDIOCRE. IT LOOKES LIKE A CHILD DID MY PEDICURE. THE NAIL TECH (TRACY) WAS VERY RUDE AND TRIED TO OVER CHARGE ME. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE.

Wasnt a bad place. Service was mediocre. The person doing my toes was rough and drew blood on my nail bed. She really went to town picking at my toes and cuticles. I was in the sun all day and when I arrived I wasnt offered any water or anything to drink for that matter. I was a little overwhelmed on picking a nude color for fall. There was a ton of colors (plus) but once I opened the polish, half the colors were dried out. Almost like they have been sitting on the shelves awhile (sad) I wanted a fancy a pedicure (I guess they dont do that) Im not sure that Ill be back for a pedicure but I do wanna try coming for nails. They people were friendly and have cute personalities and the place was pretty clean. I give it a B

I got my nails done there before and they were so nice and accomodating. Today they did them hurriedly as if they didnt want to. They owner told me the girl cut my toe nails when Im sitting there watching everything. I turned around and cut my own nails after the girl burned my toes with the electronic file. Yet they charged me the full price or more. Many people would have walked away stupid me gave them the business anyhow now I feel violated. These people get away with so much. No wonder ignorant folks go off on them. I know that God will fix them so I leave it to him.

I had my eyebrows waxed and they took their time and did an amazing job! Most places was too thin but the lady who did my brows was very careful to make sure she shaped perfectly! Im going back

Will let you set an appt and then double and triple book other appts on top of yours! Then when you get out of your bed to go to this raggedy establishment, thats when you find out!!! News flash asians! Next time you cant fulfill someones appt, call them and let them know that!! I will be contacting tdlr with the dirtiness I saw. Do not recommend!

David does an AMAZING job on my nails!!! Tracy is awesome too, and so is David’s wife! I’ve gone to other places out of desperation, but regret it every time. Everyone here is friendly and takes pride in the finished product. Highly recommend!!

No matter where I am I will always travel to Carrollton just to get my eyebrows done by Tracy!! She is so sweet and amazing at what she does. I dont trust anyone else to do my eyebrows but her. Amazing work.

Called and it was busy, called back several times and noone answered! What kind of establishment doesnt answer the phone!???? Judging by the reviews, the customer service sucks and this confirms this . Will spend my money somewhere else! No wonder Google doesnt pull this business up when I search for salons near me. Disgusting!

This isnt a good place to go! Tracy is rude and cant take criticism. She did a poor job on my paint job rushing and got nasty with me because I wanted her to do it over. Im not a picky person but anyone can tell a poor paint job! How do you get that wrong?

Omg!!! The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They wouldnt even speak to me when I came in. I had to ask if I could get some help then the guy said do u see I am with someone. I asked a question but when someone walked in the knew they started talking to them and wouldnt even answer my question. I said what time u close ? Couldnt get am answer, I asld how long would it be they acted like I was bothering them And said u can come back. I definitely will NOT be going back!!!

Good quality work, great prices, clean space, good equipment, and nice people. To me that makes a pretty amazing nail salon and I definitely recommend it to anyone in North Dallas, Plano or Carrollton.

I lovee this place . She is great at doing my eyebrows... dont like how everytime I go she has a different comment for my eyebrows. I have my fathers genes -.- so they get pretty extreme, but still I dont appreciate the name calling. I like the way the do my nails. Hate that its so hard to get them to pay attention to you because theres always so many people there.
