I came to get a manicure with my daughter. One of the employees was on her phone while doing a pedicure talking about firewood, someone’s vacation etc and disturbing the other people. When I commented about the girl on the phone and being a distraction from relaxing., the girl said to me did I mind not doing this in front of a customer. I again said I came to get a relaxed service. Then the girl ran a pedicure bowl over beside her she was filling. I felt bad for other ladies working. The one Caucasian girl ruined the entire visit

Ebony did my pedicure and she was amazing! She said shed only been there for a week, but she did a great pedicure and she was a very sweet individual. I would definitely go back for sure.

Went there today with my daughter for two fills the lady breaks my kids tip an says oh you need two repairs umm excuse me you broke it then said it was an extra 10 to fix as I said umm no to the owner an as the whole time mine was being done she stayed on her phone mind you I called ahead for two appointments an they acted like they were so busy an could just squeeze us in as we walked in there was one person in there I know we won’t return

Had to make a u-turn. The smell was a bit disturbing.

Poorly trained staff cut my cuticle then put acetone instead of alcohol on it. Another staff saw what she did and corrected her. Never will I go in there again.

Nailed it

Went in as a walk in around 4pmToday; very clean and open nail salon. Got a 45$ pedicure “gel” along with a matching manicure “gel”. All together was 120$. Price was not the issue but the quality of service was not worth it. The bowl water poured was cold, my toe nails didn’t get trimmed or cleaned under them. The gel paint on my pinky toe came off already and the coats were not done evenly “very streaky”. The two ladies were super sweet but I was just not happy with the quality of the service.
