These ladies are AWESOME!! They are experienced and sweet. They make my nails and toes look great and they have me smiling and laughing through my whole session. I found my nail place and I love it!!

I went to Castle Nails (around the corner) at 6:45pm and they closed at 7:30p and told me they couldn’t get me in unles I came at 6:30pm. So I opened google and found City Nails. I was so relieved since I don’t get off work until 6pm that Teresa stays open until 8pm. She got me right in. She was SO nice, great to talk to and did a wonderful job on my way overgrown nails. I will be a regular and I’ll send I’ll my friends here as well. Thank you!!!!!

Teresa and Jennifer are botj amazing. The place is clean. Great enviorment to be in. I was referred by a friend begore my wedding that was 5 1/2 years who and i am still coming. Nails are great pedicures feel amazing and in a massaging chair. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good naol pplace. They sre amxing amd so f friendly

Such an amazing place! I needed to get my acrylic nails removed and I stumbled upon this place, I am so glad i did! Teresa (the owner) is the sweetest lady, she is so welcoming and very honest. she wont force any products or services on you like other nail salons, instead she will explain to you what is best according to the look you are wanting.. I loved that about her.I think I found a new nail salon for myself and my family!

Have only been once, but I will be booking my next appointment today. The staff is so nice and it is apparent that their customers love them. Prices were average in comparison. My nails looked great and lasted longer than at other places. It is a mom and pop type shop so dont expect to be in and out quickly-they take their time and do great work.

The customer service here is amazing. I came in thinking I was just going to get my previous acrylic set removed but when I saw how well Theresa and Maria treated their customers, I knew I had to give them a try. Theresa did a phenomenal job on my nails. She picked out the color and accent color for me and it looks great. I cant give enough positive remarks for this salon!

Beware... very new to gel and next gen gel..went in wanting to see their next gen gel nails. Thought I was picking out and got charged for next gen... comes to find out that they put acrylic on my nails! Total rip off and now I know. Wont ever go back... the way I know... 1 they were super thick which is not gel, 2 she dipped into the powder and formed a nail... what a scam!

I am not a person to do reviews on a place, but this needs to be known. I went in today for manicure and pedicure, and NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Horrible service my nails look hideous, the manicure lady was in a hurry, she didn’t color my nails all the way around 😡 plus to remove dead skin from my toes properly they said I needed to upgrade to a higher priced pedi, so I end up paying $60 dollars to get color in my nails, as I see it. Instead of go out the door happy, and feeling prettier, I walk out all frustrated and mad, NEVER AGAIN! 👎

My acrylics had been on for 2 weeks. I wanted to get a fill and fix broken nails. She refused to let me get a fill and said I can only get a new set....I told her I just want a basic fill and fix the broken nails. They absolutely refused unless I upgraded. Don’t waste your time

Great place with no wait while I was there. I loved the lady who did my nails. She was kind and had a conversation with me. I highly recommend City Nails & Spa to anyone in the Carrollton area. Very nice people and great service with affordable prices.

Great place for nails. Ive been going here for over 20 years.

Not sure if she was hungry or what was bothering her but she was being so rough doing my and my sisters nails, rushing us into choosing a color and filing my nails like crazy. Did such a bad job my fingers hurt the whole night and the nails are so thick and not smooth at all.

Marie, Jennifer and Teresa are Awesome Ladies, they do wonderful work on my manis and pedis. Their customer service is stupendous and they treat everyone with grace. I Love this place and I wont go anywhere else. I am so happy I found this place. Thanks Ladies.

Closes at 8 which is VERY convenient but not only that, if a customer comes in 5 mins before closing they will still take them in. And they will not rush and or do a poor job. They take their time. It is worth every penny. And also, as a healthcare worker who washes hands more than 20 times a days, my gel nails are still intact so she did a very good job. Will be returning .

Theresa was amazing. Definitely not like most salons were they don’t speak English and you feel like someone’s talking about you. Fast service and excellent. Will be going back, she said trust me and I did. I don’t regret it my nails are sooo cute. ❤️

Ive been going to city nails for years! They are literall the best amd number one in my book period! Not only do they treat you like family but they are THE ONLY SALON Ive been to where the nails stay on over a month with absolutely no lifting or breaking! Teresa and her sister are absolute nail gods! I love them and love city nails! I come all the way from dallas to here for the service and costumer care I continue to receive each and every time! Love love love! Would give more stars if possible.

A great experience!! Teresa is the Best tech.1st time I went there for gel nail color and she suggested a powder due to my nails being very fragile..She helped me to choose the color which I absolutely love!!

Have been going to this great place for many many years. The owner is Theresa and she is great but my favorite is Jennifer ( there are two Jennifers) so try both!

Horrible customer service. My daughter had an appointment for a fill-in. I went with her hoping to get a walk-in pedicure. When we showed up on time, we were greeted by being told they couldnt give us a service. We said that one of us had an appointment. The woman who greeted us acknowledged that my daughter had and appoint and told us to waiy. After 20 minutes another customer came in, was asked what they wanted and was seen for a pedicure while we continued to sit there.After over 40 minutes of waiting and we decided to walk out. Im not sure what we did to be treated so rudely but I will never go back there.

Love these girls but so disappointed in quality of pedi and nails...I leave 20+ tip as well. I expect above average in quality as well as CS.Couldnt even trim my nails, had to request hot water at least 5 times and could have painted toes and ombre nails myself. Pedi was an upscale btw. Again, fun girls but I expect far better in quality.

Came here because theyre open later than most places which is nice. The ladies working were very sweet but just a few downsides: super small polish selection, outdated chairs and decor, my pedi polish came right off of 3 nails within a week.

The sign says open, but the door is locked and the only person inside went to the back as soon as they saw me approach. Is staff usually this ungrateful to have customers?

Worst place ever I’m in so much pain she kept filling my nails so much my fingers hurt on top of that she never clean her station so dusty and messy and there is no point of telling what you want because I wanted long my nails are so short I hate them so much I left crying really bad experience paid $45 but she said it would be $35 my nails look like jelly beans so bulky
