Ive been coming here for years, I am satisfied everytime I come.I wanted to try something different, so I showed the guy at the front desk the picture on the right and asked what type of powder is it and immediately he said it was dipping powderThen, I showed the nail lady same picture and was like I want something similar to that color with glitter. She gave me the book and there the color was (the closet to the color) and its perfect to me. Im glad they know their stuff. The customer service is great!

I used to go to Castle Nail & Spa on a nearly weekly basis back in 2016, and Tom was my go to nail tech! I recently visited Castle Nail & Spa for a pedicure, and my experience was just as enjoyable as when I was somewhat of a regular. Convenient location and very friendly and accommodating staff! Excellent and clean place with a nice and relaxing ambiance overall.

Place is nice. Staff is friendly as well. They didnt have the matte colors but great service makes up for that.

When I walked in, I was told to have a seat in the chair for a pedicure. I waited for 10 to 15 minutes before my service started. Meanwhile, the water was cold. I had to tell someone to make the water hot while I was waiting. The pedicure was okay; I had to tell the lady to do my big toe over. Overall, it wasn’t a neat job to my liking. Some of my toes needed to be redone, but I didn’t say anything. Oh! The place was clean too.

I love this place! They always go the extra mile to care for me. Drinks, massages and nails. What more could a girl ask for?

Came here for my wedding nails, they took their time and made sure it was exactly what I wanted and it was not as expensive as I expected! Will be back!!

I hate writing bad reviews, but this is probably the poorest quality acrylic fill and pedicure I have ever had. With the acrylic fill, the old acrylic is not shaved down or blended well enough, and it is very obvious where she did the fill. On top of that, the fill job is rising up and gets snatched on things. As for the pedicure, I paid more to get a callus removal with the guy at the front, and when I asked if she was going to do it, she replied you dont need it and refused to do it. I may not be a technician, but I do know what a callus looks like and I thought it was very unprofessional. I couldve saved my money and painted my own toes.

I called to ask for the price of acrylic nails with rhinestones and they said $38; however, once I got there they told me 50!! The experience was mediocre and the nail tech seem quite and not interested but still worked and was nice. I was hoping for more since I paid $50 for nails. Also I found a hair painted over my nail when I was taking pictures smh.

My first “ Dip Set “and Nancy did such a lovely job in my manicure and waxing ( that I had messed up trying to do myself and a glass or few of wine) ! I’d never been here, it’s was the closest I could get to without an Uber and I more than pleased and ready for a wedding this weekend!

I have been here three different times for the same service. Each time the amount changes when I check out. I was told there was an up charge for stiletto shape, second time I went there was no up charge. For the same gel polish change and shape I have been charge 33, 27, 25 when online the price is 20$. As far as hearing out my concerns they swiped my card and charged me before acknowledging the mistake and didn’t do anything about it.

My nails was done my geyti I guess I spelled it wrong but her service was bomb!!!I went to her with broken nail but she did a awesome job😌

John did a great job. I like to get gel dip with tips, and sometimes you can see a bump where the tip meets the natural nail, but John did a great job buffing over and over until it’s all even!

I drive all the way from Forney to see them. They are the only nail salon that hasnt cut me or judge me for wearing my nails short due to my profession.

Lilly is so wonderful and my go to nail tech! She has a bubbly personality and makes you feel so comfortable during your appointment. She takes her time to do a stellar job. Signature pedicure is my favorite and a good price for the service they provide.Overall, great and well-oiled establishment. I love this nail spa! Everyone is nice and very skilled, but Tom and Art are my favorites. The facility is clean , sanitary and relaxing. They always squeeze me in and if I do schedule an appointment they get me right in on time. Love the complimentary drinks, including margarita or wine! BEST NAIL SPA EVER.

I got my nails done there. Nails seemed well done when I left but as we left and 2 days later - my nails started peeling off. I can’t run my hands through my hair because my hair gets stuck on the nails. Today is Tuesday. I got my nails done Thursday. My daughter and I got our eyebrows waxed. The lady did a really good job and was nice .

Y’all. I almost feel bad writing a good review because I want to keep this hidden gem to myself, but good work and hospitality cannot go unheard! I walked in without an appointment, and they were pretty busy and I did have to wait a bit, but everyone was super attentive to me the entire time. The floor manager was super sweet and grateful, my nail techs Kay and Hang are as talented as they are sweet! I’ve been to many places in the area, and this place is doing it right! I have finally found my new place to come and relax!5/10/2019- Well, once again had another great experience! Crystal and JoJo, y’all are the cutest! Always making me feel good and look good. Everyone that complains about this place apparently just needs something to complain about or needs another glass of wine! Will continue coming here!

They were very nice and quick. My nails looked nice except for the decoration. She used decal stickers and didnt put enough top coat on them. But the nails themselves were done very well. Would definitely recommend. Just dont get a decoration.

I paid $65 for a manicure with regular polish and pedicure with gel polish. The tech did not take her time and my nails and toes now look a mess. However, the place was beautiful,clean and spacious and the staff was very friendly. Maybe it was the person that took care of me wasnt very good.

Took my 11 year old daughter and and had Nextel nails put on. Rainy weather so she was in all weekend. Nails started falling off the next day. I asked to have the nails removed and a refund. They offered to put them back on or remove. Furious. $35 down the drain. Will never use them again.

Stay far away. Got my nails done less than a week ago, 4 fell off, went in to ask if I could get them redone and she told me she couldn’t take me then and wouldn’t give me a time to come back after asking when I could come back 3 times. Told me I was too rough on my nails, even though I’ve been getting nexgen for 4+ years and they normally stay for 3 weeks or more. Do not recommend this place at all. Very rude.

I went to the salon to get a pedicure. The next day my big toe started hurting. It wouldn’t stop hurting for a couple days. It got red and swollen with a blister on it. I finally went to the doctor and found out my toe was infected because of unclean utensils!!!! I had to get my toe cut opened and drained! Don’t go here!!

I have been coming here for over a year. My favorite nail tech is Nancy. Crystal and Tammy are excellent too. When Quan is there she is always super friendly and helps me pick out my colors sometimes. I would never go anywhere else! They ALWAYS do a good job. They are always funny and friendly. And they dont charge an arm and a leg! Very reasonable priced.Update: one year and I still feel the same! Just got a summer set and its sooooo pretty!!

I went in and showed them a picture of what I wanted. She said they could do it and had the stuff necessary, turns out she doesn’t have the right things and wasted both of our time and my money. Do not recommend.

Art and Tom are awesome! Castle Nail and Spa is beautifully decorated and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The manager is on top of everything, and he has been present every time Ive scheduled an appointment. Also, who doesnt love to have a glass of wine while they get their nails done?! I came to this salon after leaving another in tears. Tom fixed them as best he could for free. On my next paycheck, I came back and was set up with Debbie. The nicest nail salon Ive ever been to! They didnt try to upcharge me, got me a drink, and gave me my dream nails. I almost cried I was so happy at the night and day difference of this experience verses one miles away! I now have a home nail salon! Thank you Debbie and Tom!

I am livid. My nails are uneven, clumpy, there is buildup along my cuticles, and to top it off, I left with multiple cuts. The nails are jagged and not finished at all. She rushed through it, did not do the style I asked, and then halfway completed it. I asked her to come back and fix it, and that was barely a fix. She charged me full price despite cutting me, doing a poor job. I was there with a friend and she received completely different services. Her nails were clean, finished appropriately. But that is not all that happened. The staff were absolutely RUDE. I was washing my hands and the staff decided to yell wow shes BIG! They continued to repeat it to one another and then to my friend, who was as flustered as I was with their behavior. I was irate, and they did not see anything wrong with what they did. I wish I knew how else to remedy the situation.

Generally speaking, the salon offers a relaxing atmosphere, with a number of different beauty services including various levels of manicures and pedicures. I am usually happy with the final results. Occasionally, a technician will be a little pushy trying to upsell, and occasionally, a technician will be a little rough. This last trip was that way. My technician hurt me so many times that I felt more stressed leaving than walking in. But my nails looked great. Most of the time, though, this is a good place to go for a relaxing experience.

They do a great job. I have never been disappointed. Ill pay a little more to go here. The quality is worth it.

Only go here when my regular places are booked. Its nice enough and so is the stafff, but the service never matches the prices.Ive come here for manicures. Both times I had powder/chrome. The first time she tried to pick it off with a metal tool without soaking them in acetone. Totally ruined my nail bed with deep scratches. The second time, they charged me $8 to take them off and buffed my nails beds so thin, they are breaking the day after, in the pink part, not my actual nail tips. I have strong, thick natural nails. Not worth the price. I dont think they are professionally trained. Ive never been to a place that tries to scrape off dipped powder with a metal nail tool.

I love this place so much I alternate my pedi and nails so I get treated twice! Kay is my go to girl and if I dont schedule an appointment all the other technicians are awesome! I feel like they treat me like family they all know my name! Heres a few Ive seen: Tammy, Chi, Vickie, Tom, Art, Kathy, Tina, theres a few I cant remember their names but you can not go wrong with any of them. Im about to move to Little Elm and I will for sure travel to see Kay!

This place is nice until this lady starts painting my nails she painted them white and didn’t let them dry before she started putting black dots on it so the dots looked bad and they where really Smudged and the lady was kinda rude she said GET UP after the lady who did my nails told me to stay there. I would probably not go there again. Oh also she yanked my hand a bunch and stared at me like she was mad.

I go here occasionally but the level of service is so inconsistent. Went to get my Nexgen removed and asked for a regular manicure. Technichian barely did anything but remove the nail polish Wiped my hands with a the dirty paper towel she had. Applied lotion and said she was done. Time to pay $26! I paid but Ill never come back.

Wasnt a huge fan of this place. The service was rushed and the women at the front counter were not friendly or helpful. When i asked for something to drink i definitely got an eye-roll. Additionally, most places bring out pedi tools in the sterilization pouches however this place did not. No infection followed but i was not impressed to say the least. I feel that i did not get good value for the $55 i paid.

I felt rushed when I was here. I got a mani pedi with gels. The lady just kept grabbing my hands and swapping. Then when she finished the manicure she just started pinching my back and very aggressive massage. My gels are already pealing and off and my nails are extremely thin. This has never happened before. I will not be coming back.

Wonderful, fast and friendly service, variety of choices for manicures and pedicures with decent prices. I got a basic pedicure and a full set, which was done at the same time! When I come back to TX, this will be my go to place!

Kathy is a dream come true! I am incredibly picky and usually have a challenge finding that person that delivers service with similar standards.She is detailed in her work and always pleasant to visit with it; my services with her are the gel manicures and a massage which she is also fantastic at! If Kathy is unavailable, Tammy is also a good choice.

I wanted to keep my length and shape. Short and pointy/stilletto. They just kept getting shorter till I stopped her. Didnt take the goop from under my nails. She was in a huge hurry. No attention to detail. Kept looking around. More like a nice drive thru. Cut me pretty good quite a few times. Doubt Ill go back.

This place has a good apperance but the quality is not good! My nail our really uneven and really fat and thick. They are all different all different length and they hardly spent time on there appearance. I’m diffenitly disappointed.

First time in. Went for a basic Mani/Pedi the hard sell for the extras off put me from the beginning. My philosophy, if you cant do the basic well, then Im not getting the extras. The technician, again tried to upsell me.Overall, not the cleanest. Each tech has a box of tools. Cant tell if they get cleaned between customers. There over use of plastics, for bath protector, and everything went into a plastic bag. Your shoes, their towels, the extras chemicals, etc. Obviously no regard for the environment. The manicure tech didnt even ask me if I preferred round or square shape. Did not use cuticle cream. For$14, I could have done a better job at home. The Polish was old, and looked bad. 2 other techs looked at it, and asked me if it was ok. They knew it wasnt, but let me leave anyway. Says a lot for the integrity of the business.Scratch this one off the list.

Kay always does a great job with my Nexgen nails. Never have to get them redone until theyve just grown to long. My pedicure has always been super relaxing and done the right way!

Nikki did an AMAZING job on my nails even though I’m annoyingly picky/specific. One of the guys there asked the lady next to me how her mom was doing in rehab! You don’t find customer service like that just anywhere.

Went in wanting simple whit but Nikki convinced me to get an ombré white and pink and it looks amazing she is really good highly recommend

Bad services!!! My mom and i came here to get nexgen. 2 days after one of my nails fell off, i went back and they fixed the nail. A day later 2 of my moms nails came off. A week later 3 of my nails came off and i went back and told them i just wanted all of them removed because it was clearly a bad set and even worse technician. They apologized and had the same tech put on a brand new set and didn’t charge me. I was happy they at least gave me that much. 2 days later SURPRISE SURPISE another nail fell off. Not sure what’s going on here but we will not be returning here.

Words could never express how grateful I am for the staff at Castle Nail Spa. A few times a month I bring my sister in for a mani/pedi. My 36 year old sister is suffering horribly from MS and can at this point is barley able to walk. The staff always sees us walking in and they automatically go into angel mode, helping me get her seated and comfortable. The most amazing thing they do though is treat my sister like a person. They speak to her as if she has no disability. I know she looks forward to these visits so much as I know it helps her momentarily feel normal again. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

There were 1 or 2 ladies here that didnt do a great job on my Nexgen, but I have found one I really love. Tammy does an awesome job with my nexgen and Ive been going to her regularly. Ive been seeing some of the other reviews about wait time, clumpy nails, etc. and Im surprised about that. This place does have a bunch of regulars that go there, including me, so that should say something. If you want Nexgen, call and ask if Tammy is available or book an appointment with her. I almost always book an appointment with her because shes usually taken if I walk in. Ask for Judy for your pedicures. She is super sweet and does a great job - AND her leg/calf massages are PHENOMENAL! Thats a big thing for me when I go get pedicures is when theyre too gentle on the massaging. It takes a while to find someone who does a great job, and Ive had some bad nail jobs done before, but honestly, if you just ask them to file a clump down, or get close to the edge, or clean up the smudges, theyll do it. Chances are, those that left the negative reviews probably dont ask them to fix things there. You can ask them politely and theyll have no issue doing it. This is a great place and Ive been going here since they opened this location. Would highly recommend.

They always do a great job. However, they charge for everything. I was asked if I wanted my cuticles done, odd because they always do them. Then they charged me. They insist on Nexgen they when you go back they want to charge to take it off. If they didnt do a good job I wouldnt go back. Its like highway robbery EVERYTIME.

Very poor customer service, especially when it matters. My first time coming here, I got my nails done here one weekend ago on a Sunday, I wasnt really pleased with the way my nails were done but after having been there for two hours I figured Ill deal with it and come back this weekend to have a fill and hopefully thats fix my problem. The back of the nail towards my nail bed was pretty jagged in parts and laying over the sides (hurting) on some fingers. So, about four days later my nexgen nail breaks the entire corner off and a thumb had also cracked on a corner. I call to schedule an appointment today to fix it and get a fill. The lady specifically asks what time and if I want the same person I had last time. I told her 430 and no Id like someone different. I come in for my appointment on time and they sit me down in the front lobby (why Im not sure) and a guy comes out and tries to just file the tip of the nail to correct the pointed edge caused by the break. The nail looked ridiculously short when he got done with it and I told them I have an appointment for a proper fix and I was going to be willing to pay for a fill. They go on a rant for about 5 minutes asking for my receipt asking the name of the person who did it and Im taken back because 1) I didnt have the receipt anymore and 2) I was going to be paying for it aside from the one break. They then tell me the guy who did it last time will be with me in a second because hes with a customer. I tell them for a second time I requested not to have him and had an appointment for 430 (its now 440). They man tells me that theyre really busy today so Id have to wait for the guy who did them last time. So I politely tell them nvm its fine Ill just go somewhere else because I dont want him. Then the guy who filed my nail says all of a sudden oh well did you want me to do them. I said no again because at this point its clear they werent trying to address my issue or assis me. And if this guy was available and they knew I didnt want my last guy why would you insist I sit with him.My mom comes here and has for a couple of years and after today she will no longer be coming either. It was very disappointing because I tried to give another place my business being that theyre closer to my house but now Ill be driving a further distance to go to a salon I know provides great customer care. I hope the managers here can address theyre staff and really work on improving on this because it is a business essential in such a competitive industry. Very disappointed!

Ive searched for years for a nice place to get my mani-pedis done. After decades of searching I can honestly say this is the nicest place by far. The hot stone pedi is amazing! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing and the staff had always been great.
