This was the prettiest manicure I’ve ever gotten. Extremely professional, paid attention to every detail. Nhi did a great job!Although after a week and a half, I broke 2 nails and 3 others were cracked. I don’t do any “hard labor” I type a lot if anything. I’d say the nails were too thin and that’s why they cracked so easily. But the cleanliness of this place will make me reconsider going back and just asking them to do a thicker layer.

Came in to get a gel manicure and a basic pedicure. The nail tech left gel on my skin, under the nail and around the cuticle. When I pointed it out to her she told me that it will wash off. Then the tech on my pedicure had to redo one of my toes twice since he kept messing up. I appreciate that he wanted to get it right, but it was still chipped in the end. The quality definitely does not match the price. Spare yourself and go somewhere else.

Its so gorgeous in there but prices are high. Like any nail spa the quality of work is based on who does your nails

I have been getting dip manicures with Amy and she is the best technician I have had in a long time. She files my nails just the way I like and is super fast. Glad I found Amy!

I came in and got a gel pedicure which lasted about 30 minutes. I had gel on my toes already and I explained to the texg my nail was thin because of a previous bad pedicure I had gotten at silk nails. She still filed the gel off until my toe was sore. She also did not cut my cuticles which is part of even the most basic pedicure. She barely touched my heels and the $20 gel polish was literally everywhere but my toe. It looked like somebody had been playing in paint. I complained and another lady took off the gel by starting to drill my nail AGAIN after I explained MY NAIL IS THIN!! At this point my toe is raw. She finally soaked off the gel. She redid it and it looked better but she couldnt compete with the original bad pedicure. I will never ever go back. Ever. A professional nail tech would have suggested not even getting gel in order to give my nail bed time to grow back but they literally did not care. Never again.

This nail shop is one of the best salons Ive seen so far, looks nice and spotless. They clean constanly after every customer which is an important thing during Covid time. The staffs here are also professional and very friendly, specially Nina. Shes really good at nexgen and design. I cant be happier than getting my nails done today. She is so careful and always listens to what u want. She goes every detail to make sure u love it. Highly recommended.

I live in Fort Worth and my sister lives in Carollton. She referred me to this place and I can honestly say I would travel that hour to get my nails done there again. They are extremely friendly and very accommodating. Tiffany was the nail technician who did my nails and they are perfection. If you are looking for a nail place you will not be disappointed here!!!

So happy I found a new 5-star nail salon closer to home. My former nail lady suddenly quit and shut down permanently to due COVID. I did extensive research on FB, Google and Yelp and made a list of new nail salons to try, along with highly recommended nail techs. Castle Hills Lash & Nail was first on my list! I called and scheduled appointments for myself and a girlfriend. I requested Amy and Tiffany for my friend.Im quite particular when it comes to the right neutral pink shades of dip powder and shape of my nails. I showed Amy some pics and she nailed it! My gf loved her gel manicure with Tiffany. They were professional, attentive and caring.The salon was so clean and with extra measures in place due to COVID. We were asked to wash our hands immediately after walking in, then we were seated spaced apart. The owner placed a plexiglass screen between myself and the nail tech and offered me a ton of color options to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised to find the exact shade of dip powder Ive used for years at my former salon!Amy checked with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with my nails. She was meticulous and even gave me a hand/arm massage through the plexiglass! :)The bathrooms were exceptionally clean as well and I observed all customers spaced apart with nail techs and customers wearing masks. Pricing is on point. I cant wait to come back and make this my regular nail salon! Overall, a 5-star experience!

I always go here for my nails and i like the job they do. The only thing i get frustrated with sometimes is the wait even after u get there on time and they get you sitted. Otherwise, they are nice and always try to make you feel comfortable, Id recommend this place.

Tried this place out because of some reviews I saw and they did a great job! They have the matte gel polish that not all places have, and the hand massage they give you with a full set of dip nails is really above and beyond. This is my new nail place!

I’ve tried many nail salons in the DFW area, and hands down, this place is the BEST! It is clean, has a relaxing ambiance, and has many color choices for dip. My nail tech is Amy and she listens extremely well and remembers what I like. My dip stays on for a long time, and it always looks spectacular. She’s also amazing at pedicures.

Wasn’t impressed with the nail service. My wanted dip on my real nails and then the lady filed them so much shorter than what they were. They also charge more than other nail salons for dipping on real nails rather than adding tips on. The “massage” people referred to was a joke, she put lotion on and rubbed in for 5 seconds and wasn’t anything special. They don’t offer any drink of any sort. Most all places I’ve been to in DFW do. Would not come back there is WAY too many better places for more services and cheaper. Also - the customer service was not good. The man taking my payment was rude and the lady who did my nails seemed rushed. Just avoid!!!

I absolutely love going here to get my mani/pedi! They are very attentive to detail, and they make sure you are happy throughout the process. Super sweet and friendly staff. I rarely post reviews but I just have to share my wonderful experience. Most nail salons you go to you these days make you feel like youre just a number and they rush through your appointment, that is totally NOT the case here. You walk into a calm and clean environment and my nail tech Amy took her time and was so extremely thorough, its honestly the best pedicure Ive ever had. I feel like Im walking on brand new feet. I will DEFINITELY be back!!

They need to learn how to do shapesI went in my own nails which are long as I heard good reviews about them as I never try new places.they took 2hrs for nexgen and shortened my nail as she was fixing her mistakes and all were not evenonly thing I like about this place was the fact it was clean.It was dead. Hardly anyone there no I see whyFood smell was badI came home fixed the nails myself as they couldn’t in 2hrsIf u have simple shape square I am sure they r ok but anything else be careful

The owner did my nails, she was fast, nice, and skilled. The place was gorgeous!! I called around 6 and they were able to fit me in and in under an hour my nails were done and looking amazing!

Ignore the bad reviews on here, I have gone to so many nail salons in the DFW area and I never LOVED the way they did my nails until I came across castle hills Lash and nail. Amy has done such an amazing job on my nails every time, and really listens to what I want every time. I would highly recommend going here, and on a side note; they are very clean!

Nhi did my nails and she was amazing! My nails look exactly like I wanted & she had such attention to detail. I wanted them pointy almond shaped and the shape is perfect. Everyone at the shop is super friendly and it was very clean and not crowded. It was also way less expensive than I expected. I will definitely be going back! Thanks Nhi!

This is best nail salon that I have been to in years. Tiffany does wonderful lashes and the entire experience is very joyful. They are all so professional and polite. I have never had a complaint in the two years I have gone there.

My daughter and myself have been going here well over a year we were always happy and then! I picked out an ombré and the finished product was a horrible looking attempt at French nails no blending at all. My daughter was charged an extra fee (never happened before) for SPECIAL shape . Special it was almost every nail was a different length.

I’m super sad because I loveeeeee this place! But two days ago me and my boyfriend got our eyebrows waxed here and when I left I felt them burning super bad but I ignored it and went about my day but today I’ve woken up to huge scabs under my eyebrows!!!! I’m so mad I’m too embarrassed to go to work!!! I really didn’t want to leave a review because I really do enjoy the environment but this issue is really hard to ignore! I also have pictures of it!

This was a great place! I’m glad it finally opened! The service was wonderful, friendly staff and they took me as a walk in. I got the French tip Nextgen and it has lasted for a month! I’m back in today to get a new set and pedicure. Mimi did my pedicure and was very good in dealing with my sensitive feet. Angie set me up with a new set of Nextgen French tips! Very happy customer and will be back again next month!

I barely give reviews my name is Mia and I went to this salon since is few minutes to my house let me tell you mine and my husband experience was awful they cause a fungus toe to both of us and also when I told the guy in the front desk about it he said that it was long time ago yes because last time I did it caused me fungus... my husband wanted to give them a 2nd chance it was just awful and bad while we also hear another girl in the back complained about having a ingrowth toe nail so yeah if you want to try it go ahead but make sure they do it properly!!!

I came here because it was close to home, and I needed to get my nails done before going on a trip. I had a great experience in the nail salon! I don’t have anything negative to say there. My main complaint is that my gel manicure lasted two days... that’s not okay. Very disappointing to spend $40 on my nails and it doesn’t last at all.

Ive done several services a few times.Facial: after my facial (thank you, Tammy!) my skin looked and felt amazing. I wish I remembered all of it but I legit fell asleep I was so relaxed!Nails: this Ive done several times, fingers and toes. These folks make me look dynamite and help me pick colors because...im terrible at it.Mimi rocks a pedi and she is so kind to me. Every. Time!Tiffany is an amazing nail pro. She fixed my pedi once when I left and completely jacked them up because I put a full on shoe on top of my fresh pedi. She didnt even bat an eye and is so dang nice! She always makes me feel welcome.Lashes: I had a bad experience once with lash extensions at another salon. I tried it again here because I figured, if everything else is good...well, it was. I like a more natural look, far less lashes than most. Tammy slayed it. She listened to me and now, I wont go anywhere else for lashes.I hope this review helps others!!

I went for pedicure here and had the most horrible experience. Staff was rude and was disrespectful. They also caused significant bruising to my toe that caused a lot of pain and difficulty to move. When notified the owner about it, I was told basically that I should not have gone there and did not offer any sympathy and were extremely rude again. Avoid at all cost. Cost more than$90 for all the pain and suffering.

My favorite place. My nails last a long time and they are well done. Good atmosphere. They do reward points so you can earn discounts.

Best place to get your lashes done ! I’ve been wearing lash extensions for a few years and this is hands down the best place. My lashes are always full with very few falling off over the 2 weeks in between my fill. Tammy takes her time and makes sure I am completely satisfied. Well worth the cost !!!I am extremely particular about my nails and I got a full set by Angie and she was extremely patient with me and my crazy nail idea, she really wanted to make sure I was happy with my nails. Love this place.

I tried this place out for my lashes. I been wearing lashes for about 10 years now and I was looking for a new place. Tammy did my new set and it looks amazing. I went back for a fill and it looks great. They are so friendly and will make sure you look great. I love the way that my lashes looks full without having them feel so heavy on my real lashes. I would be coming back here from now on. If you go both Tammy and Tiffany does a great job. You can ask for either one of them.

Love love love this salon. I had been getting my lashes done for awhile now at different places and I can honestly said this is my favorite place. The lashes are so lightweight and I love how it does not irritated my eyes or make my eyes feel heavy. It is a good drive from where I live, but it is worth it when you get compliments about how amazing your lashes. Tiffany is amazing she takes her time to make you feel special and you can tell that she loves to make people feel beautiful. This salon is one of most professional place I been to so far with a great staff and a very clean environment from the pedi chair to the lash room . Another thing I appreciated was that I can to my appointment a little early and they were able to get me in right away. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

I had the most amazing experience at this salon today. Amy helped me and did my nails and brows perfectly! I just had a back surgery and she checked on me and made sure I was ok the whole time. I will NEVER go anywhere else. 💛💛💛💛💛💛💛

The 1st time I went for a pedicure, the service was great! My nails were beautiful and the service was awesome and I had decided to make them my go to. I went in today for the same service and was asked to come back because I did not have an appointment. As a mother, you dont always have time for yourself, so for me to get out on a Saturday morning for some me time then be immediately asked to come back was very irritating.... I dont think Ill ever return! I went and got serviced at a nearby nail salon that had no problem welcoming me in.

I was hesitant to try out a new lash place but decided to give it a try since this place is close by. I’m so GLAD I did. Tiffany did an amazing job! My lash have never looked so full. She was very nice and easy to talk to. She took her time to make sure I was satisfied with her work and answered all my questions regarding the after care! I will definitely come back!

The eyebrows lady has burned my skin and gave me blister. Went there very next day to let them know to improve their service. Then the manager and lady got an attitude towards me saying that they will just refund, which is not I wanted. They rather refund than apologize because they DO NOT want to admit their fault.

My Daughter and I go every 2-3 weeks and they do a good job. Amy, Angie, Amber and Tony are all great at nails. I really cant pick one over the other. So I dont mind who I get. They have great customer service.

Walked in at 5:05 on a Sunday ans was told we are closed. If you close at 5:00, put 5:00 in your hours, otherwise just admit your people are lazy and dont want to be inconvenienced. I get that walking in late isnt cool, but what is the limit? I wont bother again, believe me

The absolute best place to be pampered in the Dallas area. I’ve gone to amber and Ricky several times for nexgen now who are the most talented nail techs. The atmosphere is relaxing. The people are kind and helpfu. Love love love this place. I won’t be going anywhere else now!

I am getting married in a few days and the salon accommodated my entire bridal party and all of my friends to get their nails done at together (there were more than 15 of us.) They set up a table for us, got us all taken care of in a timely manner, and I got my nails done perfectly by the amazing Tony. I go to this salon often and will continue to.

Everyone here does great nail shapes since I always get coffin shaped and they have more colors to choose from than any other place I’ve been too, great place and service!

Long wait with a appointment scheduled. I was told I would be helped by a guy once he came back from the back, when he returned he ignored me and went to some one else and started working on them. I watched 2-3 techs go from rubbing a persons feet to handling another clients hands with out washing them. The man at the front was walking around with a bloody tissue against his nose and never washed his hands as he touch everything in the front.

My second appt with Amy and I couldn’t be happier with her attention to detail for my lashes.

Talked to a guy on the phone and we were trying to figure out a time to do a nail appointment. We were just trying to see if there was an earlier appt to go to, which I guess was triggering to this man. The guy was so insanely rude.

They OVERBOOK all of the time! Happened several times!!
