This is the type of service that the owner gives. I wanted to take off my acrylics and she decides to tare them off. I told her to use the acetone and girl then so they won’t turn into this. She didn’t listen and continued to tare them off with a tip and the nail clippers. After she notices I’m in pain she asks if u want acetone. I told her that’s what I wanted in the 1st place because I could tare them off at home and not pay money to do so. Si she brings out the acetone and when it’s time to file them she continues to lift my nails with the tip and try to tare them off with the clippers. Again , I could of done that at home. I asked her what discount is she giving me for Messi f up my actual nails and she said “your nails were like at already, that’s you” ammmm no! She ruin then with her trying to lift up the acrylic with the tip and the clippers. I tell her that I will not be paying and she follows me Strangles my arm and she scratched my arm. I asked her if she wanted me to do the same and she said I could do what I wanted. Of course I didn’t do anything to her. I wasn’t going to fight for $10. We went back inside the nail place and she decides to take pictures of me... now this is the owner! I told her I’m not paying full price for something she didn’t do as I asked, destroyed my nails and scratched my arm.I still payed $5 for her messing up my nails, getting chased my the owner, and strangle of my arm along with the scratch.THIS PLACE JUST SHOULDN’T BE OPEN!

They really should just go into a other line of business. I wanted to get my acrylic soaked off. She soaks my nails in acetone and uses a buffer. So she basically files the acrylic down instead of taking it off. This is why the shop is empty because they feel like they can get over on people.

They actually deserve a negative amount of stars. I’m headed up there today to give them a piece of my mind for treating my 15 year old rudely after I dropped her off and not to mention the most jacked up nails I’ve ever seen! Do not go here! 5-19-19

The two ladies here are super sweet and welcoming. Every time my mom and I come they treat us very well there hasn’t been a time they treated us less. Love the pedis here they take their time and ensure the results are what you wanted :)

I really wish there a zero or even a negative score. The wait was long. The service was terrible. I paid $50 for my nails, and the same day the gel started peeling off. They are under staff, and overall, shouldnt be in business.

I really had a good experience in this place. Rosie, the nail tech was very nice and meticulously at doing her work. Even though she didnt speak English much, she was pretty friendly and always smile to the customers. And also, my pedicure turned out pretty good. Love it!

Its my local nail place. I go regularly, I just wish they would step out of the box. They are just like all the other nail places.

I wish i could give this 0 stars , don’t ever go here if you have somewhere to go . The ladies here don’t know what they are doing and will lie about the wait time . They also DO NOT know what they are doing , the nails are so bad . if you want good nails do not go here !

Very nice ladies, good pricing and they do a good job though they take so long if its busy as they dont want to loose customers so they start attending to oncoming while you wait to be done.

This place is the most horrible place I’ve ever been to. I asked for nexgen nails. The owner was about to rip off my old nexgen with another nail tip. And I told her no that they need to come off with acetone. She did bring the acetone and and soaked them. She did not use the base for the Nexgen and it came out horrible. It looked like a child did my nails. She even got it all in my cuticles. She would not fix them. After I told her that I wasn’t paying for a horrible job she said that she was calling the cops. I didn’t want issues so I paid the 35 dollars. No tip of course. I went to another place to fix it and they did a much better job!

The workers dont speak english. My pedicure was good and the lady was very meticulous. She put on her glasses to correct mistakes. Im happy with it. I walked right into the pedi chair, no waiting.

I only come here for emergencys when I cant make it to where I normally go. Every time is a disaster, the whole pedicure process is off here its Not like everywhere else where they take their time & do it right but my major concern isnt all of that its how nasty it is in here & how dirty they are using the same files, same dirty towel, everything is discusting! My friend & her mom got fungus from this place Im surprised its still open, pls dont get a pedi in here not even nails the techs are dirty

I used to come here because my aunt would always go there. Went in to get my sweet 16 nails. i wanted a blue tip that was automatically $30. They looked so weird and not neatly done. i wanted a design but they were really expensive already. I went in a few days ago for prom nails and thats when i realized i hated this place. The leady who did my nails was coughing in my face, she painted my nails super messy, she then added a design i never wanted. it was a f****** line and chrged me 5 extra dollars. paid 30 buck on nails. NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO THERE!!! TRY out QUEEN NAILS in farmers branch they are the best! and cheap too

Couldnt give a lower score....got here at 11:30am on Saturday...they were just opening was told leslie would be in in an hour...so I said out went shopping came back at 12:30 and still no service...mmmm was told if I could come back in another hour...wow I decided not to wait...did notice no customers here so Im glad I didnt wait...

Im not happy. I went in today and most of my nails are filed crooked. She used nails too big.theres space between nut real thumb and the fake one..its ridiculous! Never going back!

I Stopped coming here years ago because of rude customer service and overcharging. This past Sunday I needed nails done and this was one of the only places nearby open so I came here and they changed the tip amount on my credit card. Thats ridiculous, I hate when places do that. I drove 45 min away to come back and after looking at their report where they put in tip amounts etc she saw tip was more than should have. Instead of offering me money back she tells me I need to go to bank I said no you just told me it said on your reports it was input wrong that was yalls mistake yall need to fix it. After I kept telling her that that was stealing she finally gave me money back [only the tip] which should have refunded all of it due to my gas and time and inconvenience. After I kept telling him that this was a robbery, he finally gave me my money back [just the tip] that I should have reimbursed all due to my gas, time, and inconvenience. I will never go there again, especially after this.
