Very DisappointedThis use to be my favorite nail salon but after today, I am in distraught. I usually have good experiences with Ken but today I got a lady (who i do not recall her name) but she poorly shaped nails and cut my skin and made me bleed multiple times. :(

My wife went here and came back gushing.She always has trouble with manicures because her cuticles are sensitive, but they were so gentle here, she says it didnt hurt at all.The lady doing her nails was efficient and the color and shape turned out perfect. And its very reasonably priced! She almost wouldnt let me write this because she wanted to keep it a hidden gem.Apparently its a bit small, so be sure to call ahead on the weekends to secure a spot.

I love it here, but there is no point of booking a appointment if there going to take walk ins at the time that your supposed to be here. Nathan is the best I would make him my personal nail tech if I could

First time at Nail Times. 💕I called at 2:08pm today and they said I could come in at 2:30. I went straight over!😉Ken is the best nail technician I have ever encountered. They offered me a soda while I waited. Everyone was kind. I was originally going to get white coffin nails, but changed my mind after viewing Ken working on the client before me. I got long, pastel pink, matte, coffin nails with an ombré effect on a few of them.I absolutely love them!!!I will be a returning customer for sure!

Great quality nails! I called this morning and the had an opening for the time I needed. I got my full set done by the man, and he was very precise with them. I will definitely be coming back!!

Nice clean quick place. Giving 4 stars because my nails have lasted 3+ weeks which is great - but got 10% off instead of 20%, and I asked for simple long dark burgundy nails and got ombré instead that didn’t match my skin tone - so looked fake on my hands and required me to do more work and money to get them how I initially wanted. The nails are a bit thick and chunky for my narrow fingers - but they haven’t broke so maybe a plus. But wish these were more tailored for my specific hands/they’d done my initial request for how much I paid. Decent nail shop though for the area but I plan on trying Champions moving forward.

Mediocre Nail Salon only go when you cant get in your regular nail salon or just need a lower than basic mani pedi.

🌺My FAVORITE nail salon around!🌺I just got a amazing full set from KEN! As a walkin, and never have been here before. I am astounded at the quality of there work! Now this set was not done in 1 hour & honestly took over 2. But as they say you get what you pay for & quality like this is NEVER quick. But it is FABULOUS in my book!Thank you again soooo much!You are #1 in my book🤗💗

This place is the worst ever. I came a week and 3 days ago and my nails turn brown and one broke off. Came to get them fixed they kept telling me to come back. To top it off they don’t clean their stuff I called the lady trying to use the same tools to use with the previous girl I told. her and she pretended like she had forgotten. The reason why I came back is that I paid too much money for them not to fix it. And they still did not fix them . Not ever coming back. If I could post a pic I would

Nail Times Carrollton TX 75006 is very good

Called 30minutes before arrival, got turned around at the door at 6:26 when the lady said they close at 7:00pm. I was really irritated after finally getting off the road for 11 hours I was happy to get out my truck sit,relax, and get my nails done out. Sadly that wasnt the case .

They did such a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure. Great customer service.

Love this place! Randomly stopped by on a Saturday afternoon & they were able to accommodate us right away. Very friendly, clean, and efficient service. Lynn did a fantastic job on my nails! We have now found our nail salon here in town!

I liked the color of my nails but she burned me way too much with the machine I told her she was burning me ! On top of that she made my cuticles bleed and I told her about it and she was kinda giggling about it ! I like my nail shape but I didn’t like the way she did them !

I went to the older gentleman and he did an AWESOME job. I got the dip powder and pedicure.

Very relaxing when I go in. Can easily fall asleep every time. Great quality from anyone I have used, very nice and not over priced. I use to go in when the previous owners were there, then stopped. Glad I went back and tried them again .... only to find out it was under new ownership.

My new place to go to. Great staff very friendly and also kid friendly! I came from getting my nails at idol nails destroyed and they took care of me here and did exactly what I asked for. Would recommend this to all friends and family. Got my pedicure today and enjoyed visiting here.

What brought me back here after my first time? Yes, the service was good. The people were nice. But get this: my gel manicure lasted for more than three weeks. I think its the first gel manicure Ive ever gotten where I didnt start picking at it when the edges started to pop up and chip. Why? Well, it never popped up or chipped.

Tried this salon because it is very close to my job. Very modern and clean atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly, they took great care of me. I have found my new go to nail salon.

Best kept secret in town. They are good, theyre detailed oriented and polite. I always love my Nails I think I have used 3 different techs all 3 have done a fantastic job.

Another great experience yesterday for a pedicure. I highly recomnend this place. Its not as fancy as some of the other places Ive been but its clean, the ladies are friendly, there are tons of polish choices, the price is reasonable and mostly they do a great job!

This has been my go to nail salon for the past 2 years and time and time again, I always end up leaving refreshed and with gorgeously manicured nails!

My full set looked amazing but when I went in to get 2 nails fixed they looked rush and thick and now I hate them. Disappointed now, because I dont live near here and drove all the way over here to hate my nails now because I have these two ugly bulky ones. I will not be back.

If youve been looking for someone who knows what they are doing, definitely come here, you will not be disappointed!! 5 star for this place and overall staff friendliness!!

Ken was amazing! I showed him one photo of what I wanted, and he pulled it off flawlessly!

I called ahead to see if they have glow in the dark or color changing/mood changing polish & they said yes but when I got there they said they didnt have either...😢 so they said yes to just get me there? Not cool Imo. They also removed the color very strangely, instead of foil wrapping they put Youre entire hand in a ziplock bag with acetone, & in a bowl of warm water to soak. The acetone dried out my finger tips badly. Also my daughter wanted powder dip and they did gel. Shes only 8 & this was a birthday gift for her & it was too late by the time she asked me why they are doing gel vs the powder dip.They were very nice and did file and buff OK, And she did end up loving the color, but still miss-led me to get there and didnt do what my daughter wanted...2strikes Imo for me, so probably never going back...nice just doesnt cut it...

Terrible experienceDirtyTechnician dropped tools on the floor and continued to use them w/ out cleaning.Not very many gel colors to choose from.Technician cut my cuticle to the point of bleeding.Then the deluxe pedi didnt even have paraffin or the cheese grader.Not to mention how about offer a girl a drink!!!!

Worst place ever!!!! the pictures dont even look like how they did my nails! worst service, went back after the first time so they could fix my nails and all she did was file them!!!!
