I went to this nail salon three days ago and three of my nails are cracked. The day after I got them done, I had to come back because the powder cracked and broke my real nail underneath. Also, they do not know how to do nail repair. They’ll put nail glue on it and that’s it. The customer service was good, but the quality of the dip powder is awful! I will not be coming here again.

Love this nail salon. I was traveling to Douglasville Chapel Hill Rd to get my nails done. BB it I came across them one day needing a fill in. They were so friendly and took their time. They make sure you are happy with what they are doing. I will recommend them to my friends and they have a client for as long as I am able to have my nails and feet done

I made an appointment for Saturday morning (10/24) with my bridesmaids here. It started off good, but quickly went downhill. For just my nails I only wanted them cleaned up, shaped, and painted with regular polish. I had been growing my nails out for the past month so theyd look nice when done professionally. I didnt want acrylics because theyd get in the way at work. But without asking me what I wanted, she started filing the top part of my nails to prep for acrylics and then clipped one of my nails before I could say anything. So I ended up with 1 short, stubby nail. Then she starts painting my nails, I wanted regular polish to keep my bill lower since I was paying for another girl as well, but she didnt listen and I ended up with gel polish. I bit my tongue, thinking oh well ill just pay for it and have pretty nails for longer. Right? Nope. Its is now 10/27, 3 days later. And almost all of my nails are already peeling. Definitely wont be back between the not listening and the peeling gel.

Love this salon. He recommended the color changing polish and I love it. When it gets warm it turns white,pink when cold. So pretty.

They were very nice and accommodating. Im pleased with the service I received. My only issue was that the equipment, furniture, and covid-19 barriers could have been cleaner. I will go back.

Johnny was GREAT!! I arrived at 6:40pm and requested to be done by 7:15pm!! He was done by 7:10pm!! My nails LOOK great! Im so pleased with the service and will for sure be back!!

Not bad service but the nails they did were awful and I do NOT recommend. I hated my nails and they were so expensive!

The only reason why I went to this nail salon is because my nail tech has been out of town....I.should have just waited.After two days of getting my nails done, one crack!! I had to get it repaired twice the same nail 2 Days Later another nail cracked I will NEVER!!! Go back for this service...and I tipped$$$

I had an appointment to get my nails done for my sisters wedding. There were 6 of us. I got acrylic nails. The man made them super thick and at least half of them looked crooked or oddly shaped. He never asked what shape I wanted either. I also wanted a design... the lady struggled for way too long to try and put a sticker on my nails then proceeded to freehand something similar to what I had asked for. It doesnt look at all professional. My pedicure went okay although my tub ran so hot I couldnt stick my feet in it at first.

Good job on my pedicure. Friendly people.

So let’s start here, I am definitely not one to bash a company even when they have poor quality service, but it was a must that I wrote this review! I believe they switched staff because they weren’t always like this, but now there is a man & a woman that essentially runs the shop & although they have great customer service, they are HORRIBLE at doing nails and need more practice at what they do! I could tell the lady had no idea what she was doing nor the man because he polished my nails SO sloppy. I was very upset but mostly sad because I had an event to go to and ended up having to get my nails taken off and did by another salon that same day! And no, they did not give me any money back or anything off for their unprofessional job!!

Went in with my daughter for a girl mani/pedi and we were the only clients per arrival. That’s until I Caucasian couple walked in and I was asked if I could come the next day to complete my service because the guy needed the woman that was working on my feet to start on the couple. It’s not like they had an appointment and we were clearly there before them. Very unprofessional!

I absolutely loved my time there. Plus the guy who did my nails was so artist, and I absolutely love my nails. 💜

I went here to get my nails and feet done along with some others for a wedding. I got my design from their website so I thought there would be no issues. But it turns out they couldn’t do the design at all, and had some serious issues with doing ombré nails and detailed designs. While doing my feet and massaging my calves, the man bruised my leg quite a bit then had me change the design , which was a white to blue ombré to pure white with one simple design on the big toes. He didn’t do the design and had me sitting there waiting for him for over an hour. Then, a different man did my nails. And again they didn’t want to do the original design so I went with normal pink ombré nails, which he still managed to mess up. My nails are incredibly thick and don’t look very good at all and are already chipping and coming off my natural nail. Not only that, he kept stopping to talk and getting up to do other things, which made everyone I came with late to a rehearsal dinner. Definitely a bad experience.
