Please pass this place Bye. I definitely see why it has a 3 rating. No matter if you make an appointment or not they are never on time. Just had an 11 oclock with David and he is doing someone else. And he just started doing them but knew he had an appointment. The owner then comes up and apologize. This is the second time they have done this. Taking my money elsewhere, will not pay for disrespect. There are too many other nail shops that would love the business.

They took my idea and made it better than I imagined. They have a long-term customer. The classic pedicure is $30 but NOT worth it what so ever. Older woman did my toes and did not put in any quality work into it. My “massage” was her just rubbing lotion. I didn’t even feel the cuticle clean. Spoke up about her nail painting and she kept trying to fix it but I was not satisfied. Would not recommend this place for PEDI’s….

Second time Ive been there and theyve done amazing job both times. I highly recommend a good price for good quality nails. This time I got powder white and one of the custom powder baby pink with glitter inside. I also love how they got the design I wanted spot on. I also was asked if I was thirsty, which made me feel very appreciated and welcome. Please go check this place out.

I don’t get my nails done often, but when I do, I come here! I have never left disappointed in my nails or service and I am pretty picky when it comes to nail shape and design. ‘Mom and pop’ feel to the atmosphere in the shop. I recommend Amazing Nails often to others and look forward to being a client for years to come!

I went there for the first time te I absolutely loved the way my nails came out! I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and he made it happen. Very happy with their service and he worked fast too.

Not super fancy place but the people there are super nice and accommodating. Depending on how picky you are about your nails, you might not want to try the ombre nails like mine. Im not 100 percent happy with them..... But single color and Mani/pedis are great

Love the nails! The manicurist gave me exactly what I was looking for. As a walk in, I waited about 15 minutes which isn’t too bad. The workspace was a little bit in shambles but I was told that it was busy all day (Saturday). For me, the reason I ended up choosing this location was because of their extended hours. I’ll go back again, probably on a week day when it hasn’t been as hectic!

You should really get Danny back! Im so unhappy with my nails. Danny would have NEVER let such poor quality leave the salon.

Incredible service at a great price!To remove and replace my dip nails was only $35 and they look gorgeous. They’re even and not too bulky, which can be an issue with dip. The lady who did my nails was very sweet, I will definitely be back!

Best nail salon in the area! I only have to get my nails done once a month there because they last so long. Tom and Ruby are the only two thats done mine, but they are all really good. They give great pedicures also. Definitely recommend. Considering how good they are, you may have to wait a while but its definitely worth it!

I live in rowlett, I found this place on instagram and I stocked their page for a week bc their nail art is so good compared to others and I had to try this place some day. I drove all the way to Carrollton and it was so worth it every penny! This is my new nail spot and I recommend everyone to this place!

I’ve been coming here for the past 3 months. I am usually happy with Tom but most recently I got a full dip set and lost four nails in one week. Came back and was charged $16 for them to fix. I’ll be back but they have lost tips for my next 16 visits

Very nice nail shop. They were fast, knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are a bit higher than Im accustomed to, but the technician did a good job. Although, they would serve better with a posted price list, hence my 4 stars instead of 5. The location was conveniently located I. The plaza and I would recommend them to others.

Went to this shop to get a pedicure. The man that was doing my toes had issues with the LED light used to dry the gel polish. He removed the cord and proceeded to use one nail tools to dig in the charger. He was trying to fix the connection. He then put the tool right back with the other tools. This place is unsanitary. Do NOT SPEND your money here!!

I was disappointed with my nails. I picked a design that they had on display and my nail tech pretty much did his own design that didn’t look like what was displayed. Also, my set was misshapen and crooked. I was very disappointed with the finished result. My positive experience was the friendly staff.

This was my second time coming to the salon assuming the other nail technicians will have similar skills to the one that I liked from last time. Not only did I wait for an hour but the nail technician did not do a great job! I wanted a completely different style and unfortunately due to the fact that he was not able to put any foil on the nail I had to go with a plain look. Just noticing right now they are so uneven and I am definitely not gonna come back again .

Met with a locked door a thermometer hand sanitizer and major fear. Tools used were not clean and sterilized. I saw no incubator for tools. They were so fearful of Corona but, I was more fearful of them and their lack of sterile tools and the woman was rough!!!

Didnt get to go in because they were closed 20mins before their closing time. 🙄

The worst place to get your nails done ever customer service was horrible. I got there at 10:30 they had 3 people on my nails I dont know who was gonna do them. Every time he started on my nails he we get up and answer the phone get the door or do something other than working on my nails. The jewels the diamonds that he put all my nails came off OFF. I went back to get them fixed he had me wait and thats when I decided to leave. Now that the jewels are off I have to go get them fixed some where else after paying him $70. See the Jewels missing 1hour later.

I had THE WORST experience at this salon. There were multiple women coming in and out saying they made appointments and no one was ready. I should’ve left then.2 hours after sitting in the nail salon the manager finally came to do my nails and was upset because I wasn’t 100% sure about my polish. I wanted him to paint one nail so I could decide, if I didn’t like it, I had a second choice I knew I would like. He proceeded to slam stuff around and tell me he didn’t have time for that. I, as a paying customer feel like what could you have more time for?? I asked him to take off my tips because I was leaving and didn’t appreciate his customer service, he refused to do so. Forcing me to leave with half done nails after 2 hours of nothing. Completely disrespectful, embarrassing and a waste of my time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog.Not to mention they charge you the price they feel like charging. Notice there’s no price list hanging for anyone to see. They’re crooks and they don’t care about the customers only money

Staffs are friendly, always smiling and engaging in conversation with you which make time spent here enjoyable. They have a lot of up to date designs to choose from and can also accommodate custom designs for good prices. Will be visiting again soon.

Seen me for a new client 30min before close. Tony was amazing and knowledgeable of the New oval stiletto technique I wanted to try for the first time. The Aztec turquoise design was great for my first time going to Vegas. I will be back. Very clean

This place is terrible!! Do not go here!! I had an older guy do my nails and the whole time he did them he was shaking and was giving me anxiety. Not only that, he was very rude and akward) and I felt uncomfortable the entire time. It took over an hour and a half to do a simple Nexgen color. Will never go here again, do not waste your time. Worst customer service Ive seen at a Nail Salon.

DONT GO HERE Asked for a mani and pedi. They didn’t trim my cuticles or anything. I paid for deluxe on both and my toes are “flat” in the sense of everytime he put my gel in the uv light machine, he scrapped the nail polish off on the top 💔 literally the worst $130 I’ve ever spent and they took like 3 hours and the place was empty 😪

Love it! They have new stuff in all the time. And i do alot of nail art and they always meet up to my standard. Never had a problem with nails breaking, and i work on cars for a living. There always so kind and funny. I will make this my permanent place as long as there open . 😃

I would give a zero,if I could . Im a first time customer, I don’t know if the guy who they gave me was new or not to doing nails. I felt it was his first time practice using my fingers, But the guy cut me using a fake nail trying to take off my gel nails( instead of soaking them off at first) which makes more sense if you know the process of taking off gel nails. He had my finger bleeding, ( He was very apologetic and nice) but management should of handled this way better..management should have waived my service or given a discount being that their worker messing up my finger (all I received was a I’m sorry) I sill had to pay regular price for my nails and a bleeding finger nail. Thank but no thanks. It was my first and last time getting my nails here. I was not pleased the way this was handled.

I have been going here for a little over a year and I am funny when it comes to my nails and pedis being that Ive only been here a year and from Cali. I must say I have not experience what the previous nail reviews state, for acrylic nails I would recommend Henry or Vincent, for pedi any of the ladies have been pretty good. Now I can say its not as fancy as the ones you find in the surrounding areas, however I dont need all that fluff as long as they do a good job, I will go to a real spa if Im looking for that kind of pampering. They offer complimentary beverages and they do there best to accommodate your needs. So for that reason I will continue to be a customer.

Received 40% off service today. It was a good experience, I was a walk-in and was helped right away. The nail tech I was with is named Christy I believe. She was extreamly sweet and effiecient. I dont get my nails done very often, and I ussually go to very over priced and fancy places, but this place was just as good and the results were outstanding, I was impressed. I highly recommend getting a gel mannicure.

I made it to this nail salon at 6:10 pm to get my nails done, only for them to tell me that they are close. On their website and sign on their door, said they were open until 7:30 pm. I will never come here again.

I showed up at 555 for a 6pm appt, sat in water for 40 minutes with no acknowledgement. I was only talked to once I wiped my feet off to leave. People were sitting around doing nothing and waiting on people who walked in after us. Awful experience!

I got the Nexgen powder on my nails $35 + tip, less than a week a nail popped off. So I went back in to get it fixed for $5!!!! Then 1 day later another one came off. Today will be 2 weeks and 6 more have popped off! I am done! Ridiculous!

I am originally from Dallas and I was in town visiting family and thought why not get a mani/pedi before I go back home. It was my last day in town so off I went. OMG, do not go this place!! My mani was fine, but the pedi was horrific and painful. The guy that did my pedi obviously didnt know what he was doing. I told him not to touch my ingrown toenails as I have finally had them grown straight out. I wanted the nails cut straight across. What does he do? He proceeds to continue on and the next thing I know Im screaming in pain as I look down and he is working on it and he goes all the way down the side of my toenail pulling and tugging. I tell him to stop, pulling my foot away. The language barrier was obviously a problem! I see blood coming out of the side of my toenail and it takes a good amount of pressure to get the bleeding to stop. I couldnt get out of there fast enough. If you go there, DO NOT let the young guy do your pedi. Im back home now and it is infected. Gee, imagine that! Both of my large toenails had some type of infection AND on my little toe he clipped off skin and that bled as well. This place is a business of nail horrors! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and sending them a certified letter with my complaint. I wouldnt want this to happen to anyone else!

Amazing Nails had a new owner since June 2012 they have upgrade their services, but still keeping their reasonalble prices. For $ 35.00 you can get a combo classic spa pedi / mani. Theyll spend time on your caluss remove , wrap your feet in hot tower and give your legs a good massage. They also do wonderfull job with shellac( gel color) manicure.Their Pink and White acrylic extension are thin and nature looking. There are a lot of color acrylics to choose from. You have to come and try them out.
