This nail salon is great. I have been coming for many years. They have friendly service, great prices and a great job. I love coming here and I live 2 hours away. I will not go to the nail salons in my city.

Their door clearly says walk-ins welcome but they dont accept walk-ins. I went to this salon at 7:19pm on a Tuesday (hours online and on the door say they close at 8pm) and they told me the lady who does eyebrows had already gone for the day, and that appointments are required. When I asked why does their door say Walk-ins Welcome, they could not provide an answer.... I wonder why.....

In a nutshell, they are rude. They lied and refused to do a pedicure on me. Charged me $25 for a pedi. So there was not tip left for them because the customer service was disrespectful. The daughter rude. The mom Loua, a liar. They are disrespectful.

I got tips with dip powder done for the first time today and Wendy was so patient with me and so friendly. Im a talker and I really appreciate her energy reciprocating mine! Marys Nails is the best and I will be back for cute nails! I posted a pic with my almond brown nails and my friends hand next to mine but idk how to attach it just imagine a set of brown almond nails and another set of multicolor square nails with a jewel on them!!

I love this place been going to them for years! I feel like home and always so welcoming. I love family owned businesses.

I rarely write reviews but this salon offers high quality and friendly service. Affordable price, too. Saved $20 on gel mani and regular pedi compared to my normal place. This is definitely my new spot!

Overpriced nexgen and they missed the sides (now that I’ve had some time to assess them). Called ahead to get a quote and when everything was done, there was an extra $10 charge. Asked the lady about it and she made up a random charge. Wouldn’t come back. I just went because I was in the area and needed to get my nails done and Google gave them decent reviews but LIES!

Wonderful staff. Nice facilities. My nail polish was chipping and peeling after 2 days, though.

Grandma and I came as walk-ins at 1100am on a Tuesday. We had no wait, and were accommodated promptly.Though we didnt get their traditional manicures, they were happy to give us just the service we wanted. (no colour, pamfrin)This place is probably my favourite place Ive gotten my nails done at in the Dallas area.:)

Today was the first time to visit this place as my family recommended. Staff is good, perform well in service but the customer disrespect another customer and had biased about talking in salon. This place is perfect. Reasonable prices and they do a great job on my gel mani and regular pedi. It’s nothing fancy though... if you want an over the top pedicure with stones and a million other things go somewhere else. It’s in the corner of my house and I am in and out in no time . Totally recommend.

The only thing keeping these folks from getting perfect for is the fact that they had their own private conversation and their own language whenever all of them had absolutely no problems whatsoever speaking to me in detail with no issues whatsoever and I just dont understand it it is absolutely no different than mean leaning over and Whispering into someones ear in front of everyone. And I know that all of the salons this happens that it does not make it right

This is my favorite nail salon, they can do any design thought of. My best friend had a baby shower with an lady bug theme. They did an awesome job on my nails with designs, it was very creative and classy! I refuse to let anyone else do my nails. Love them!

I wanted to try a new place and saw the good reviews for Mary Nails, I called when they politely informed me that a full set of acrylic would be just $25. Stoked, I made a 45 minute drive to very nice people. However, when I got there they told me about $5 extra for a coffin shape even if was just slightly. I refused to pay $5 for some filing and persisted to get seated. Everything was fine until after he trimmed the tips & another $5 fee was added to have about an inch of length as he considered it to be ”long” (which it wasn’t) and I said no as I found it unfair to be paying for something I was basically told was going to be costless on the phone (the initial salon that i always went to charger a flat fee or $25 for a full set no matter what and my nails always looked perfect for the most part or $17 for a fill) so the man then trimmed the tips from the length I wanted and applied a sloppy & uneven, thick coat of acrylic which he then filed but on some nails it continued to be not so neat, then he filed the nails to what he called square but were but wider at the tip than the rest. Me being me I didn’t say anything as I was nervous, however I could have said something and should’ve (my fault). The rest of the service was good and I went home to filing the nails myself to the shape i desired. Call me cheap but I disliked the fact that I was being applied fees (that I denied) that i was not informed about when on the phone and did not like the turn out of my nails. Will not be returning, Sorry !

I thought the people were fairly nice, and my nails ended up looking good, but it was a horrible experience that left me wounded and stressed. It took two hours, and he spent a large part of the time vigorously filing down the skin of my fingers and using tools to nip away parts of my skin, also prying my skin from the nails. Im not sure if he was concerned that he had glued them down, but it really hurt, and I left with a very deep cut in the corner of my finger where he had literally filed away and cut off part of my skin until it bled. Also my entire back was so tense, when I left, I felt like I needed a massage. In addition, I had to go buy medical supplies, because I didnt want to get an infection. I was going to give it a shot, since its near where I live, but I will never go back.

(I have to say: I have been to nail salons all around carrollton, never going to one place a second time, never being satisfied) the young girl working here does an absolutely amazing job. My gel manicure is literally perfect. Perfect shaping, perfect manicure, perfect paint job. I got the gel done Friday, 5 days ago. I literally told her they should be charging more for their services. The gel manicure was $25 and the pedicure was only $20. Such a thorough pedicure! I cant believe it was $5-10 cheaper than most pedicures elsewhere, and my feet are absolutely perfectly soft. (I keep up with them at home but the steps they take here are above and beyond.) And! The massage chairs are... amazing. I have finally found the right salon in carrollton. (Also, for what its worth, I have called to make both appointments, and am always seated immediately. The employees/owners are very welcoming.)

Ive been going to them since I was 16. Its a husband, wife, & their kids. The husband does my nails perfect everytime. I take my 6 yr, 10 yr & 15 yr old daughters there. Were always welcomed with warm smiling faces.

Very sweet owners and staff. My mom a DC I go together every few weeks. We are always pleased.

Place is a hidden gem....these guys take care to make sure they do a good job, even for us.....well, ultra-sensitive😂My only complaint was lack of parafin wax, but they made up for that by the quality.....of all the nail salons I have been to, this is only place that made sure feet were dry b4 sending me on my way

They cut me 4 times in one visit won’t be going back, they could use more nail polish color choices. They don’t even paint the acrylics right don’t recommend going here

You rather do it at home by yourself, they scratch the nail a lot when they remove the previous gel from your nail and they put the gel color even the cuticle area, its not clean look and getting worse/peeling off 2-3 days later. Also they keep speaking in their own language when you ask something, you know what they mean. So rude!!

I think myrka lopez is being dramatic. How were they suppose to know what service she needed is she didnt mentiontion all of that. There are always fees added for service. If you have to pay to remove your nails obviously youre going to have to pay to refill them. I went there today because of the reviews I saw and my nails have never look so beautiful. My 1st time going..they looked at me..then waited 5 minutes too tell me itll be an hour. They only had 3 people customers...smh..I went over to Michaels and they treated me excellent..hate I even walked inside of Marts Nails.

This was the first time I visited this nail salon. I wasnt that impressed. I can say the young lady who did my pedicure did a nice job and if I was only scoring the job she did I would say I may have given 4 stars. I also got a new set of nails and of course the whole time the only time they spoke to me was to upsale what I wanted done. The new set of nails the man done on me is far less than average. Theyre not even, not smoothed enough, not filed properly leaving bumps, extra product around the areas of my cuticles and underneath. I will not be going back. I probably could have had a better job done at a Wal-Mart location and spent less money.

I like the fact that they do your pedi and mani at the same time you do not have to wait for one person to do your nails and then your feet fast service and $25 for a pedi mani as a great price

Today was my first time going to this place . I have never really had my nails done before so i wasnt really sure what to get done . Once i figured out what i wanted i was told to take a seat and wait. There was quit a few ladies there getting their nails done . so i waited patiently i was a walk in so i understood. Next thing you know TWO other walk ins came in . A lady who wanted to get her eyebrows waxed and a gentlement who wanted to get a pedicure . They were both attened to first . by this time i had been waiting a good 25 minutes already . Once i saw the man take a seat to get his pedicure i got up and walked out . I was upset because i had been waiting for a while and they had just came in and were already getting tooken care of . I didnt end up getting my nails done .. I felt so unwelcomed . I will never be going to this place again .

I went there twice and this was my last time . The lady there was really polite but honestly did not know how to put nail paint on . I had to ask her to redo it 5 times . Not worth your money and time . Will never return . Had to do my nailpaint myself again . Terrible !!
