While there was a lot of discussion amongst the 3 estheticians, I was charge more than quoted.Moreover, the attention to detail was very different than the first time I received five star quality. Photos of 55 dollars mani-pedi.By the way, they were SUPPOSED TO BE the same color

Arrived at the place, the staff was rude! I had to wait for at least 30-35mins to get started on my service. Not coming back again here!

Seniors really do get star treatment I saw them put her socks and shoes on plus help you get up and they are gentle but they also did a perfect job on my Nails love them and will be coming back

Everyone that knows me... knows that I am a creature of habit... I met Michelle in 2004 on my lunch break... I was new to the area and in need of a nail repair!... That nail repair has blossomed into a 15 year relationship with Happy Nails!... I have to admit my pedicures can be done by anyone in the shop but ONLY Michelle and Dee can do my nails! Their quality is Supherb and well worth the drive! Yeah I guess that I should mention that I live in Grand Prairie and I travel to Carrollton to get my nails and feet done! 💁🏾‍♀️ I am committed to investing time and money where I receive the greatest return! I love the shop and because I travel so much Happy Nails has fans all over the world! My hands & Feet are their business card! ❤️🤠❤️

I have been going to this place for about 10 years. Not a fancy place but not overpriced either. The owner is usually there and remembers your name. All the nail techs do a good job and finish quickly so I never have to make an appointment. I just walk in when I am available and they take care of me. They are very good at keeping up with the latest and greatest. Highly Reccomend.

The shop is supposed to open at 9:30am., which I was so happy about because most open at 10. I pulled up a few minutes early because I’m in a hurry this morning and needed my nails done asap so I had time to get to work. I sat outside of the shop until 9:45 until I couldn’t wait any longer. I even tried calling just in case. No one was there. It’s a private business, if they don’t want to open early they don’t have to, but they should change their hours of operation that way people don’t waste their time waiting on them... and if they want to avoid bad reviews.

Absolutely loved my first experience here! Staff was very nice and sweet, they keep a conversation going and are detail oriented about your nails. I asked for a difficult design- coffin white and pink ombré powdered nails with a white flower design for only $40!!! They truly did an amazing job for a great price, will definitely come back!

I have been going to this salon for years since I was 8 years old now 26. They are like family to me! Great job and worth the sometimes weight. Can do just about everything you ask of them. Michelle keeps up with new styles and now designs. You can also tell them straight up I dont like this they will fix it! Over all great experience!!!!!!! Happy nails is the way to go!

Went there for Next Gen nails because my regular nail salon was really busy. I had a horrible experience. The nail technician was in a rush and seemed annoyed to be there. She cut my nails down and didnt shape them before starting the next gen process. In theory she could shape them after but unfortunately you can see the jagged nails underneath the next gen. Half way through the appointment the technician dropped the bottle of next gen powder, probably because she was moving so fast. She proceed to scoop the loose power that fell on the floor back into the container. My sister told the salon owner that we didnt feel comfortable using that powder. The technician went into the came and came out with the same container. The salon wonder told us that she cleaned it out and its not the same powder. Im not sure what is more offensive the fact that they wanted to apply contaminated product on me or that they thought I believed you could somehow separate loose powder and that they container was magically clean yet its the same container. My cuticle and surrounding skin look horrible due to the aggressive filing and lack of clean up around the nail. I will not go back to this business.

2 weeks agoI feel my nails are more beautiful in the surrounding stores, because they do it for me. Next time I visit this Happy Nails shop to continue, thank the store a lot.

Nice and friendly staff but sub par workmanship. I got gel nails which have chipped on just about every fingers the very next day. And I also got a pedicure for my friend and the polish chipped. I would not recommend this place to anyone, I payed more for horrible quality. I will not be back.

Dont show up to open shop on time. Not the first time. Just lost a 12 year loyal customer

Ive been here a few times mostly because it is near my house and its OKAY. Inexpensive but the salon is not so nice inside...everything seems old and dirty, the ladies arent the sweetest..theyre always talking in their language so makes me curious on what they MUST talk about or if theyre talking about the customers..makes it hard to relax. They kind of do their job with no intent to make the customer feel great, its kind of like lalala okay youre done, nextIts OKAY, not horrible but there are other places that are better for very similar prices.

Ask for Nick. He`s amazing. Very thorough, precise and great at doing nails.

I really Dont like is expensive for regular pedi just try a new place because is only place open on sundays

I was looking for an early mani and pedi. Google states that it opens at 9, when I got there the door reads 9:30, I waited until 9:50 and nobody showed up to work I lost 50 minutes waiting.

Horrible place ever!!! I would never suggest this place to anyone. I will never go either. Specially if you are a person of color, dont even bother to go.

Location was clean with nice, relaxing music. Its not a spa or anything, but good music compared to other typical nail salons.I got a spa pedicure with parafin wax.The massage was GREAT - and she massaged me twice (her name was Kim) - once during the normal time and then again when my toenails were drying. It was amazing. ;)They were a bit pushy about extra services, sometimes asking me again if I wanted a service, even though I turned them down once already. If you are ok with saying no, this is not a big deal.The color selection was fair - a lot of OPI brand, which I like.The spa pedicture with parafin wax was $29, which is a little pricey I thought for a small nail salon, but I felt it was worth it.

Great place and nice people

Came in on a Sunday afternoon and waited for technicians to finish; got tired of waiting in the crowded waiting area of two chairs. My daughters and I decided to go to our regular place and were leaving when one of the workers yelled at us, literally yelled. Told us not to go they were almost ready for us as she ran from back, still yelling! I had to tell her quite a few times we were leaving.

The hours are not correct on Google. The hours on the door say that they open at 930 on weekdays. I drove by twice with 15 minutes in between and now it’s almost 10 and they’re still not open. They just lost my business.

Never go to this location they have 3 people sitting around and one person that only does nails.

Got me in & out as a walk in, but not very good customer service.
