One of the techs quoted one price at the beginning because they like to throw in extra costs at the end. What did they do lied straight to my face at the end and said that’s not what she said. I will not return I respect honest business only.

I went for a sns manicure and a pedicure. the pedicure was fine although it didn’t seem very clean. the manicure was terrible. i have never had a technician put acrylic over a sns so that was weird. she started doing a design on one of my fingers and i noticed the color i picked was not the color that was on my fingers. when i pointed it out she defended herself and she said she picked the right one. we found the color that i picked from the sample and it was a completely different shade. she didn’t offer to fix it until i asked if she could do something about it. then she started sighing and huffing when i asked her to fix it. she also sat her design brush on top of my phone. the design looked like a 2 year did it so i asked her to paint over it. my nails are completely uneven and look terrible. i paid 60 for the manicure and i am extremely unhappy. do not go here!

Jasmine! She is definitely my choice when I go in to have nails done. I had recently moved to the area and was searching for a new nail salon. I did visit several and was not all that excited about any of them. But one evening, very close to closing time, I happened to notice the La Bella salon and needed my nails done for an event I was attending the next day. I was sure that since it was so near closing time that I would be turned away. To my surprise, the girl sitting behind the desk said she would do them for me. That girl was Jasmine! She did a great job and I have been going back to her ever since. Yes, they are often busy and you may have to wait a bit, but the staff are always friendly and you will be happy that you waited.

Our first time here because of the great rating, but I found it to be quite busy with a long wait. We had a 10:30 appointment, but was not called to a nail station until after 11:00. Even still, when sat at a nail station, was left unattended for another 20 minutes before staff moved us to yet another station. We were exhausted by the time we left. The staff was friendly and all stayed super busy our entire visit. There were lots of variety of polish colors and options for style. I did love that the building was well-ventilated with both front and back doors open for cross-breeze. That makes a big difference in a comfortable atmosphere. Clean, sterile and well-decorated. I would go back again. The location was great and checkout was easy.

I’m never going back to this establishment.... I went in for an SNS manicure, and a gel pedicure. My very simple request was that the color of my nails matched my feet. I picked a neutral tone, and they said that they could do it. When all was said and done, the colors were WAY off and now I’m out of $90..... I’m incredibly LIVID because I’ll be in a wedding next week. ALSO, they were understaffed, and it looked like a broom hasn’t made contact with the floors in WEEKS! Aside from all of this, the guy who did my manicure, literally BROKE a few of my real nails by popping the previous applied SNS nails off with a fake nail tip, instead of soaking them off.... like I said, I’m never going back.

Drove 30 minutes to this salon because I’ve had great experiences in the past. I was told it would be $65 for my pedicure, $60 for my daughter’s nails, $85 for my nails. I got angular tips that were extremely uneven. Which is whatever, people aren’t going to be staring at my hands and nails are temporary. Plus, I had already been there for 2 hours.My issue is when I got to the front to pay, I was told I had to pay $233 (the extra $1 was for credit card usage). I’m unsure what the extra $22 was for. I had my daughter with me, there were people waiting, and it was my birthday therefore, I did not want to engage in confrontation. Which I’m sure I would have been told “prices vary” and been brushed off. 3 people provided services for me and my daughter so I wanted to tip each individual based on services provided. I tip 21%. I tried doing the math on my phone (with my new nails, it had been awhile) and the girl got frustrated with me. She apparently did not like the tip amounts I wrote down for each person. She took the pen and my receipt and wrote down the tips she thought were appropriate for each person. I was shocked.I feel cheated and completely disrespected. Keep my money. I will never return nor will I recommend this business again.

My spouse and I was there today for the $58.00 IDO Pedicure (I think thats the name) and I received the Deluxe Spa Pedicure for $75.00 +$17 manicure...First off save your money...I didnt notice a real difference between the two outside of the black packages used for mine....The whole process was extremely rushed!!! We spent more time in the chairs w/o soaking our feet than the time they spent working on our services. Honestly, we paid $150* to wait 40 mins and 15 mins for a regular $28 Pedicure...it seriously took her 3mins to do my manicure for $17.00! Trust, we dont mind spending money on Good services... too bad they missed out on the opportunity of return customers... Not worth the money at all....Not even worth reg pedicure price of $28.00...

Worst pedicure experience EVER. The establishment is NOT clean. The workers are RUDE. The person giving my pedicure hurt my feet. My toenails looked like they were painted by a 2 year old. NOT a pleasant experience.

I was not happy with my services at all. Guy doing my nails was not wearing a mask and was coughing and sneezing. I should have been more assertive and said something. But I was just so shocked. The gel polish job on my nails was a mess. I had to get him to fix 2-3 places before I left. I gave them a 2 because of the nice lady who did my pedicure. She did an ok job. I am going on a trip and this was the first time I got my nails done since the pandemic. Definitely will not be going back. I was so disappointed that I had to go to another salon to get the gel polish done again!

They charged me $50 for a acrylic set with gel polish and said that removing cuticles (which is done in a standard manicure) was $5 extra. No ma’am that is a standard procedure when getting your nails done, it is part of the service and should not be charged for. Insane. Will not be back and have let all my classmates in cosmetology school know not to go here or send their clients here. Also not sanitary.

Today is my 3rd visit here.... I got my fill in done on Black Friday... Today is Tuesday and my nail broke last night. A very talkative guy who kept walking around coughing and sneezing smelled of strong cigarette fixed it. Took 40 mins to fix 1 nail and not busy. And they still charged me $4 because the lady at front counter said they looked old!!!! Elsewhere I go

First off I sat in there for 15 minutes in a chair waiting to get a pedicure so I sat there to get a massage then the girl finally came up to me and asked if I wanted gel instead. She was so pushy and I had to tell her no 3 times I just wanted regular. Then she told me I had to have a mask on but 2 girls across me didn’t have masks on. So I told her that (and they were in the middle of their pedicure!!!) so then she says oh and goes to get them a mask but told me she couldn’t give me one. She had an entire stack in her hand but refused to give me one she said I had to bring my own. It didn’t make any sense to me what so ever. This was my first time coming here and I will never go back.

I went to get my nails and toes done a week ago or less at this location and my nails are already chipping (I got gel polish), my toes and nails are uneven shades, and it was an overall bad experience. They had me waiting for a while, and there was even a client arguing with an employee. Lastly when it was time to pay, the guy who did my nails was looking over my shoulder the whole time to see what the tip was gonna be. I think I tipped more than I should’ve and I was really disappointed overall.

I was going to get a manicure, and the lady was clipping my cuticles and all of that stuff. She then takes out the nail clippers, I thought she was just going to trim them, she then proceeds to cut off almost all of my nail until it was extremely low. I was very disappointed and will not be returning.

Had a young lady in training so my pedicure was a little painful but she tried her best.

Went in today to get my nails done, I was sat down right away and technician began working on my hands. I like the finished look and especially like that he listened to what I wanted. I type at work and thus like to have short nails and short nails is what I got!Definitely a 5 out 5 for La Bella.

Today my regular nail salon was closed, therefore I went to Labelle Nail Salon. Nervous about going to a new salon, trust me I was not disappointed! Smokey did an amazing job on my nails. Labelle might have stolen me from my regular nail salon. I just hope if/when I go back, the service will be just as good.

Professional services for nails, manicure, pedicures, waxing, acrylic nails or my favorite Gel nails which last longer and no chipping or markings on paper. Eyelash extensions. Hands, arms and shoulder message with manicure. Feet, lower leg below knees message with pedicures. Youll be so relaxed when finished!

I’ve been going to La Bella for a few years now and 100% say it’s thw best nail spa I’ve ever gone to. It’s ALWAYS clean!! T is awesome. She is always so friendly and does the best job. I just went today and they have remodeled and have new massaging chairs. They are very very comfortable. Try La Bella- you won’t be disappointed!

I went in today for a pedi and Jasmine was the one who helped me. She took her time and did an amazing job! She also talked me in to getting my nails dipped and my eyebrows waxed. I have had my nails done so many times over the years.. acrylic, gel.... but I can honestly say that I have NEVER been happier with the results than I am today! I absolutely LOVE how my nails look. I normally don’t post negative reviews, but my experience at this nail salon was beyond painful and humiliating. Because of my stroke I experienced as I child I developed a movement disorder called Focal Dystonia. It effects my right sided arm and leg where I have painful involuntary muscle contractions and repetitive twisting movements. Understanding my condition, for years I’ve strayed away from nail salons to avoid uncomfortable situations in which I have no control of movements in my foot. But as a reward for completing the last final exam of the semester, my friend and I decided to treat ourselves to a pedicure. After explaining my condition to the man doing my nails he continuously had fits in annoyance and signs of frustration. I continued to apologize as I was also in pain, but he simply didn’t understand this was involuntary. After this uncomfortable and painful experience my friend and I were walking to my car when three employees came out for a smoke break. They started laughing when one started to mock my disability as if he was he was have a seizure with his tongue stuck out to the side of his mouth. I was in such shock by his gesture and drove away in such humiliation. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in customer service. Please don’t support a business that discriminates against anyone, especially people with disabilities.

I have been coming to this place since they opened. Never make me disappointed. They were very welcoming. Tee is the girl who did my nails and they are always beautiful. She did what I asked and make my nails the correct length for me to type on the computer. Today, I came without appointment, The gentleman named Smokey help her did my nails. He did an awesome job too. If you are searching for someone who will care about you and how you want things done to make you feel beautiful then LaBellaNail is definitely the place you want to come. They pamper you and make sure that you are happy when you leave the salon. Great people, great environment. Highly recommend !!!

It took him more than an hour to my nails!! I was exhausted he kept messing it up and fixing it back again also charge extra while design of my choice was not done right and the station and towel was very unclean didn’t change it after taking care of previous customer towel was full of nails and on top of that my nail broke the other day!! I love this place very much even when it’s pretty busy they have a way of doing business that I am ok with waiting.

I paid $70 for simple ombré design and it wasn’t blended as well as it could have. The guy was rough with my nails, despite saying that it hurt. Overall, I wouldn’t come back. I could pay $55 at Image Nail Salon and get the same design with better quality. 4/10 I don’t recommend.

I got a manicure (full set) and pedicure, it’s been only 7 days and my polish is completely off and my acrylic nails are breaking super easily .

Let me start off by saying this is the only one star review I have EVER left a business, restaurant, etc.I paid for the deluxe which is $10 more than the basic therefore making my total $35. I sat down and waited a while before they ever got to me, which is fine not one of my complaints. The lady came and began on my pedicure and another lady was seated right beside me where she ordered the basic pedicure which is $25 The lady beside me ordered the basic pedicure. I WAS FINISHED BEFORE SHE WAS! Out of curiosity I sat and waited to see how much “time” the lady with the basic pedicure got and she got an additional fifteen minutes. I was very aggravated and it was the most rushed pedicure I have ever received in my life. Every two minutes they’re trying to sale you something else which I understand is business but after I’ve told you no TWICE I do not want to be asked again. I could write numerous other things I disliked about this place but my best advice is to find another salon.

The prices are hard to find. Have to ask to see the “menu” or there’s one chained at the front counter. The lady that did my toes was nice, but kept asking if I wanted a manicure when I said I just wanted the basic pedicure a couple times already. My friend said she wanted the same thing and the woman said “deluxe pedicure?” Which is $10 more. While at the dryer after we had already paid another lady came up to get a box of nails and asked if we wanted our eyebrows done. Pushy with services and posting prices would be a good idea!

I went in, for the first time, to get a French Manicure. They were a bit busy, but from reading the reviews I figured it would be worth it. I got up to go to the ladies room and was met by one of the technicians. He asked me where was I going and I replied, to the ladies room He told me to go outside in the bushes. I told him if he didnt move that I was going to use the garbage can. He moved out of my way, I used the restroom and walked out. How do you treat a first time customer like that?? I felt disrespected and violated.

Take place is racist to start. My girlfriend called ahead and when she got there she was told that he had another Clint on her way and that she would have to wait. The same guy then preceded to good eat Popeyes for 20 minutes no one came like he said. The male male tech was very loud and rude to woman. I did not like the treatment at all.

I came here out of convenience because they close late, but I wont be going back. The person who did my nails (I got a gel manicure with French tips) cut me twice with the nail file - I bled. And it kept stinging when he used alcohol products. The tips are also different widths on all the nails - they dont match. He had me in and out in 30 minutes, which is the fastest manicure Ive ever had. But it felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. I am socially awkward and still tipped him...Not worth the $35(plus tip).

I absolutely love Steven and Daniel They do an amazing job! I went last Sunday to the new nail salon, Paradise Nails. The experience I had was absolutely AWFUL! I will never go there again. La Bella is by far the best salon in carrollton! They are very friendly at La Bella, unlike Paradise Nails.

Everytime Ive been here the service has been great. My nails and toes always look wonderful and last a good while when I get gel. I did go later in the evening and the wait was a little longer than I would have liked but I was a walk in on a Friday so really cant complain! Overall great experiences here!

La Bella Nail is the ONLY place i go for my nails, eyebrows and toes. They have the very best staff and always very clean and friendly. They offered galaxy nails. I pulled pictures up on my phone of what I consider galaxy nails. They said they look just like the pictures. After getting them done, they are literally black nails with holo glitter.The entire set costed $80. Three days later, the clear gel coat is peeling off four nails. So not worth the ridiculous price.

I have my eyelashes done there by a young lady named Moon.She is amazing and my lashes last longer when she does them than anywhere I have ever had them in the past. Trust me ladies.... rolling out of bed with full thick lashes and not one bit of mascara is so worth it!

The service was satisfactory and my nail tech was very nice .I had to wait a little longer than I did at other salons because everyone was doing full sets and it was busy .Once serviced I found out that there is an extra charge to clean cuticles which I never experienced at any other place .However ,I will be back because the customer service was good and the price was fair for the work quality .

Just overall bad organisation, unprofessional employees, you feel out of place and humiliated when they speak to each other and literally point to you, laughing. Im from Russia and my mother is a nail professional with over 25 years of experience, so I know how good nail work looks and what they do here is nowhere near to even passable. Instead of making a slim, pretty acrylic nail THEY JUST SLAM A BLOB OF ACRILIC MASS ON YOUR NAILS(also using plastic forms which is super unprofessional and actually bad for your nails). Theyre not wearing gloves, using their nails instead of tools for wiping polish off uugh... They literally cut 3 of my fingers and the guy that did it didnt even have anything to stop the blood, instead he just put his(probably dirty) finger over the open cut(!!!!) Its just shameful. I will never come here again will never recommend. You Americans deserve better than this.

I would not recommend this salon. I went for a pedicure and ended up with a staph infection in my toe. This has caused me a lot of trouble and money to get it taken care of. I will be contacting the health department as well. DO NOT GO HERE.

Prices change for same services by other nail techs. Then when you question the price they get mad and kick you out the shop. Not professional!!!! Nail techs come dime and a dozen. No need to hustle your customers with crazy prices.

I have never before written a negative review, so this is a first for me. The service seemed fine -- much like my salon at home in Athens. We were in Carrollton for a wedding, so I waited to get my nails done that morning. I was reading on my phone and really didnt pay much attention but I think the polish must have been applied too thickly. I dried my pedi under the lights and left with the flops provided. It was several hours before I dressed for the wedding and decided at the last minute to wear a closed toe shoe. When we got back to the hotel, my husband noticed that the polish on my big toes had rubbed off and was pushed to one side. On Monday. I called to ask for a refund and was pretty much told to stuff it. The guy there kept telling me to come back in ...he wouldnt listen when I told him I live more than 2 hours away and would not be coming there ever again. I also asked for a gift certificate (to give to the bride) and was told absolutely not -- he said we dont even know if you came here and I, of course, can show it on my bank statement.. Bottom line, management here ripped me off for $30 and was unwilling to do ANYTHING about it. Find someplace else to have your nails done. *****Note that MANAGEMENT ALWAYS BLAMES CUSTOMERS -- read response. Polish that does not dry is NOT NORMAL.*****

Horrible customer service and awful work! Called ahead and was told to come at 7pm yet waited 30 mins. The lady that did my nails was very unprofessional, cut my cuticles 2 times, 1 of which made me bleed for her to then try to put nail glue over my open cut to stop the bleeding. Also there Prices are high & they charge for every little thing. I had acrylic on my nails already and was going in for a fill and paint change. I wanted red tips with a tiny green line under them and needed them cut down a little which should have cost me like 25$ to 30$ at the most for everything but I ended up paying 45$ for the worst experience in a nail salon Ive ever had in the 7 years Ive been going and nails that looked awful & i was unhappy with!!!! If you havent been here or your looking for a new nice salon, DONT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! Horrible place & service!!!
