I get anxiety about getting my nails done because of bad past experiences. This was my first time at this salon, and Son was the nicest nail technician i’ve ever had. He was very kind and easy to talk to. He did my nails really good and it was fast. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfy and that I liked my nails. The only thing was that it was $60 for a fill in and gel polish change not including tip. However, it’s worth that because of the great customer service. I’d recommend this place to anyone, ask for Son!!!

I paid $120 for Mani-pedi with gel nail and facial wax for my beach vacation. My fingernails came off after 2 days. On third day, 1-1/2 toenails peeled off and I had to pumice my heels. My pinky toe wasnt even filed. After a week it looked like it should have been 3-4 weeks.

I went to get a manicure and pedicure with my younger sister, waited 15 for a chair which was no problem but after they sat us they made us wait another 30 in the chair. After the additional 30 I asked somebody what the wait was like they said it could be 10 or more minutes for somebody to get to us? If they did not have time for us they could have just told us instead of wasting almost an hour of my time. We ended up just leaving.

Was charged 63.00 for a plain simple pedicure was supper to be 29.00 I argued and they made me pay 57.00 .and he was flirty and couldnt focus and didnt even rub the lotion into my leg he wiped it off with a towel will never go back !

Place is okay. Clean. They charge too much. And employee caused my phone screen to get cracked, they said I should have a case on it.. (purchased phone less than 24 hours prior)Theyre in a hurry to keep up, and do more of what they want than what you ask.. I dont think Ill be going back. Quantity over quality, i guess

Went there a few days ago to get my nails done and the lady who did my nails cut my cuticles off on 2 of my fingers. Plus, my the other lady literally ripped off my friend’s acrylic so now she has torn off nails. They also charge a lot for the simplest services.

I like the way they do my nails. And when enough staff, there will be one person doing my fingers and one on my toes. They usually do a great job. Comparable prices. Friendly staff. I got gel polish in #115 pink. I dont recall the name of it. Both fingers and toes.

I have used Tom for my pedicures for many years. I always make an appointment and this is not your normal nail salon. There aren’t TVs going and it is a very relaxing environment. All the staff is courteous and always happy.

Apparently there’s only one person who can do designs.They all are rude and impatient.Customer service is lacking to say the least.And they tried to charge me 20 dollars EXTRA for a two tone French tip. When i asked why, the man laughed at me and said “oh so you can do it?”10/10 would not recommend

Waited and hour and a half for my daughters scheduled pedicure appointment at 12:30 wasnt seen until almost 1:30. She wanted a heart on each of her big toes but the woman doing the design put flowers and polka dots instead. The place wasnt very clean either so I probably wont be coming back.

The last few times I’ve come here for a pedicure, it has not been good. I don’t know why I keep coming back. This will be the last time. Very rushed and just overall not a great experience.I got the Deluxe Pedicure, what I usually get, which is supposed to include a 10 min leg message. I timed it today: 4 mins 14 seconds. The towels used on the towel wrap were luke warm. Did not do a good job of cleaning toenails.They are nice people. That’s why I gave them 2 stars.I will not be back.

Got my nails done here and I would never go back to this place. My cuticles still hurt and she didn’t even clean around the edges properly. When I asked her to please clean it out for me she said “no that’s fine”.

When it comes to speed and accurate, I always come to these 3 young men RYAN, SON, or PHILLIP to have my nails done right. When you are in a hurry always asked for them. I am very happy when they done nails every time. I switch back and forth between SNS and ACRYLICS I don’t see any mistakes at all. I love the Special Pedicure that they have $42.50 with gel polish on my toes and paraffin waxed keep my feet warmed and I can put on my shoes right away this cold season. YOU GOT TO TRY THEM.

My Granddaughter and I had pedicures and we loved everything about our visit. This was my first time here. Tom and Kimberly were thorough and gentle. All staff very friendly and clean. Will definitely come again for pedicures.

We went for pedicure it was great.Tom was great he painted a bow on one toe and a Christmas 🎄 on the other... my daughter had gell on hers ,we both had gell ... lol. We really had a great time she took me out for my Birthday.. had a great day.

In general good service. Typically its expensive. I have noticed that all the nail salons are more expensive after the COVID-19 epidemic.

They do a great job my wife has her favorite there nail tech there. Honestly she is also line because my wife leaves there happy everytime the nail tech does them.

I went twice. They are EXTREMELY overpriced. They charged me $71 for gel nail polish on my toes and a very short solid color nail set. I have gotten the same done at other places for $20 less. Not only that, but the job is always very subpar. The nail shape is never uniform. Each nail is a different shape and length than the next one. First time I went was actually painful as my fingers were manhandled by a male, and I told myslef I wouldnt come again. The 2nd time was an accident because I put the wrong address in the GPS and I had no time to find another place. TL:DR VERY over priced, VERY subpar work. Will not return

This place litterly glued the corner of my eyes shut not to mention when the lashes came off so did my real eye lashes. My eye lids were so raw and burned. The lashes were so stiff they kept stabing my eye. I can do way better myself and still have lashes when im done!! I posted pictures under photos but dont see anywhere to post them here!!!! They continue taking the photos i posted with this off because they dont want people to see!!!

Terrible! New ownership. Sign says grand opening special 15% off. When I asked for basic she took the card back. Apparently it’s only good for a more expensive pedicure. She rubbed lotion down my legs and then slapped on the polish. I was completely done in 20 minutes. She never smiled or spoke other than asking if I wanted eye brow done or manicure. Won’t be back!

Got my permanent eyebrows here. The lady was great and when I did touch up it was already included in the first price.

Nice salon. I was greeted upon entering & seated immediately. My pedicure looks AMAZING! Peter is my new favorite he is now my go to person. Peter gives the best feet & leg massages. Well worth the price.

Walked in for a regular manicure. Simple, easy, should have been quick. I sat and wasted 20 minutes of my life, waiting, for no one to come and do my nails. However, I really appreciated the fact that the girl getting SNS walked in and was immediately waited on. It’s a shame because I buy my mom gift cards to this salon every birthday and holiday. Will not be doing that anymore.

They did my nails ,in gel but cut my fingernails, way to short and did a poor job, on the gel part poorly.

My experience varied on the procedure. For acrylic Ill give them 1 star. I got a fill on my acrylic finger nails and everything was wrong. She asked if I wanted white or pink acrylic which I responded white. She gave me pink. I asked for a light pink natural polish and she gave me gel. My nails were not filed straight. The acrylic is breaking off. The nails look striped in color, and now in order to re-do them I cant just remove the polish color. My toenails are awesome! I give them 5 stars on manicures and pedicures. Stay away from acrylic!

Service was slow I ask for fingernails and toenails to match I have mall the your nails and lavender toenails did not realize it until I got To Colorado made appointment to go back on the 11th and see if they will redo my colors pray

My niece & I went here after a bad experience at another salon. They did my nieces nails beautifully & fixed what the other salon messed up on mine for a very good price. I was very pleased! Highly recommended!

4 stars for ambience but -3 stars for quality. Their 6-minute foot massage turned into a 2-second lotioning with smears of paint on the top of my foot. The paint needed 2 coats- I got 1...

They charge way too much. Just for some sns nails and a pedicure, they charged me 83.

Brought my bridal party and moms here for pre-wedding nails. There were 10 of us and they accommodated us perfectly. I made an appointment ahead of time and they got us in and out in 2.5 hours! All of us got pedicures and some type of manicure/acrylic. Tom did my nails and he was the bomb. Totally recommend him for pedicure and manicure sns. The only thing i would say is confirm your appointment a few days ahead because i had to call twice to make sure we were on the books.

First and foremost just look at management response to negative criticism on these reviews!!! No apologies just youre lying. Enough said. So today I Got scammed for forty dollar nails that she filed entirely too short, tips uneven, lengths uneven, didnt even paint the full nail. Kept stopping to go deal with other things and refiling the same exact nail. When I said they were uneven she acted like I was being difficult. Took over an hour for a full set and the only reason I just paid and left was because they made me late picking up my son. Will never go back here. Got these nails for my birthday and I could have spent $5 on press ons that would look better than this waste of $40. I used to get my nails done every two weeks in Atlanta, I know how nails are done. A simple acrylic with regular polish shouldnt be forty dollars and shouldnt take an hour and a half, and it damn sure shouldnt be bumpy and jagged.

Ive been here a few times and they Were awesome... but... looking at the waybtheybare speaking to unsatisfied customers on this public space makes me not want to come here... the customer is always right... even if they arent. The responses to these are just plain rude and slightly embarrassing. Lost my future business... simply from reading the replies..

I have been looking for a very long time in the Carrollton for a place to get my nails, that wouldnt rush through the process. Well this is the place, they spent time with me. They made sure every step of the way I was please with what they were doing. They made me feel right at home.. yes they are new, but worth the chance!!! My new go to place!!!

I have used several nail salons and overall this place is my favorite. Staff is exceptionally friendly. Salon is very clean. Prices are low and quality is high. I am very pleased and will definitely be returning.

Courtney needs to take a break from doing nails. Too long , Uneven , Difference sizes , and horrible painting. She wasn’t ever consent at what she was doing , got up several times and stayed gone for 5 minutes. No good.

Went there for sns on just my natural nail 4 days ago. looked great, thought they were going to stay on. by the second day of having them, 3 of them had already popped off. went back to get them fixed and told them what happened and they said it wasn’t their fault my nails popped off and that i should’ve “taken better care of them”. 3 of them literally popped off in 2 days.... i’d say that is their fault???? blamed me and were so rude. never ever ever ever going back there. made me feel so bad about something that wasn’t even my fault.

I tried this place for lashes today & will not be back. I had such a chunky mess of glue & had to pull them off before I even made it home. I also had to take pain meds after arriving home because my eyelids stung so bad afterwards. I gave 2 stars because the staff was super friendly

The salon is very clean and they have enough technicians nowhere you really dont have to wait very long, if at all and they are very nice and professional and there was one in particular that just made me laugh that did my nails and they were very nice to let my roommate and my 8.5 month old come over and sit next to where I was getting the spa pedicure period I just liked everything overall it was very nice and clean and relaxed atmosphere

I would give less than 1 star if possible! I came here with my mom and 6 year old for mani/pedis. My daughter received a good job but my mom and I had the worst experience. I asked for SNS to be taken off before my mani. They took it off and painted my nails. No lotion, no hands in sandwich baggies with the white cuticle stuff (whatever that step is called), no trimming my cuticles, just paint. My hands still had acetone all down my fingers from the SNS soak off when they asked me to pay. Not to mention they removed three “ingrown” toe nails supposedly and made me bleed and caused me great pain. I wasn’t even having issues with two of the places they cut. She just went in and argued with me when I asked for the medicine to make them stop bleeding. Like it was my fault. Lastly, I went to pay and they charged me full rack rates like I had a real mani. Get out! I told them no so he offered me a discount and gave me the same price. Um no. Finally he took off my manicure charge (you know since I ended up with a polish change 🙄). Never, ever, ever going back. This was my last mani/pedi before I deliver my baby and now my hands and toes look awful 😕.

My experience at Paradise Nail Salon Spa is always quick and simple I never have a issue with any of the employees there. They also treat you to refreshments like water,coke etc. So please go check them out you want regret it.

Two of my wifes nails fell off after a week and a half we asked for a refund because the person who did them did them badly and they will not refund but will replace the two nails but that doesnt matter since the others are just going to fall off... Never go here

Ive never been to this nail salon until last Sunday. Ill NEVER be back again! The nail technician kept saying things about how short my real nails were, I also told him I wanted the squoval nail shape. He made my nails square and I said I wanted squoval and he actually argued with me saying I didnt say that, that I must of changed my mind. Um, no, obviously you did not hear me. Will NEVER go back Ive never delt with such rude people before. I will continue to go to La Bella nails, they are GREAT!

I went in today to get a medi-pedi and I was happy that they were moving, so quickly! However, I didnt enjoy the person that was doing my toes (Tina). Ryan did my nails, and was quick and to the point. He even introduced me to the SNS powder. However, Tina the lady that did my toes was rushing towards the end when a customer came in and requested her. I told her initially that I needed a paper towel between my toes, so they wont rub together and smear the paint. She didnt listen. I ended up having to get one of my toes repainted TWICE, and all she kept telling me was Be Careful. But if she would have listened we wouldnt have had an issue. Both times she rushed and ended up having to paint my toe over 3 TIMES! Also, while she was painting she was complaining the whole time, and I had the lady who works the counter in the front come over and tell me to Be Careful. I felt like I was being treated like a child, and I didnt appreciate that. Then she wanted to ask me if I was okay after she just complained to half the nail shop, and talked to me like I was a child. I am NEVER coming back!

Do not let lee do your nails I dont like it when people lie about what they do when you can see the proof of there work health over money I will never let his lying tongue work on my nails
