I came in showing them the picture of what i wanted . didn’t get remotely close to what i asked for . i told them while they were doing my nails i wanted them thinner . didn’t get them thinner . the length was shorter than what i asked for . they laughed in my face when i told them this . i told them what i wanted & how i wanted it WHILE they were doing my nails & even after coming back & explaining my experience , they were still trying to charge me another $70 to get what i asked for the first time !

Don’t ever go on Sundays cause that’s when they are busy and will hurry up your service. I got my feet done and they didn’t even scrub my heel and get rid of dead skin and then I got acrylic nails and they lady changed the color because my skin tone wouldn’t allow the color to show. Then at the end she left acrylic stuck on the skin part of my nails that wouldn’t come off. I went there another day to get my eyebrows done and I literally cried after I left. My eyebrows aren’t even matching and wasn’t even arch. I have thick eyebrows natural so I told them to clean them up and arch them. It looks like she didn’t even do nothing to one of them and on the other she took the front piece off when I have a big gap between my eyebrows. Just terrible!!

Well the staff and salon itself is nice and clean, but if you’re as ocd as I am you can see why I would give three stars. I gave them a picture to go by. From far away the lines and jack looks good but up close I mean it could be better. I didn’t feel rushed or anything but I did nit pick about how I wanted jack to look, like I asked for bigger eyes and a darker smile and thicker lines. And then I think one of my nails messed up but it was their fault and then she fixed it real quick it was nothing too bad. And then when she put the clear coat on, the black on both jack nails smeared and both had to be redone. And then after fixing them and sitting under the fan for like ten minutes to dry them I messed one nail up, of course, I knock my middle finger on the side of the fan trying to get it out and so I go and get it fixed and when she put it on to fix it, she messed up the white line. Noticed it, did nothing. And walked away and sat back down. I mean personally they did a good job, but the lines could be straighter and all thick/thin the same size either way though. Jack is okay. I just didn’t want to be like super needy so I didn’t keep on asking to fix things.. so I’m just going to deal with it. I would do go there for simple stuff but not for stuff like this lol.

Very clean.great friendly staff. They related to my daughter and were able to ease her anxiety with some accommodation. We had a wonderful experience and we will be back.

Terrible...zero attention to detail...the nails look ok from a distance but up close there are a lot of problems. The lady rushed the whole time doing my nails. She did an uneven paint job and even worse job filling and shaping my nails which says a lot since I only got square nails.

They don’t use plastic sanitary bags in their foot spa, and it’s so unsanitary. The person who did my pedicure didn’t even scrub my heels. Polish was fine. Definitely not worth the price at all.

Wendy is awesome! She can copy any picture off a nail design that I want. My nails stay on! Other nail techs Ive been to they always start lifting and popping off. Hers dont! She is amazing.

Absolutely terrible I asked her from a picture if she could do it and she said yes and I really drove home crying because my nails look so bad theyre not even straight and attention to detail is so sloppy and terrible.

Took my mom to get our nails done & we were both very pleased with our experience! I got a full acrylic set & she got the SNS powder. Both of our technicians were very gentle & did a great job! They seemed busy when we got there but it didnt take long at all for them to get to us. Were very happy with our results & will definitely be coming here from now on! I highly recommend this salon!

Royal Nails is the best nail salon in Carrollton! They have lots of chairs and workers to man them. Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seated. I love how light and airy the salon is. Prices are reasonable.

Easily the worst nails I’ve ever had. The lady cut them way too short & never asked if the length was okay. She missed parts of my nails with the paint and when I mentioned it she sighed at me. There’s paint all over my fingers, the nails are uneven, and not at all what I asked for. She told me $50, and when I said that my nails were not what I wanted she charged me $45 (for a basic acrylic set). When I called back to see if someone else could fix them, I was told no and hung up on. Now, after spending $45 here, I have to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed because these nails are god awful and cannot be in my professional pictures.

Came in and was told I have to wait 40 mins and 3 people with no appointment sat down before me. Of course they let the older white women in front of me. How racist!

First time I went there they made my nails crooked and kept passing me off to different people to do my nails. I decided to give them another try. This time I went there and they refused to do my nails because they did not have anyone to do acrylic in. What nail salon has no one in to do a acrylic nails? It was 2 hours before they closed. I will never return.

If you notice, all of the 4 and 5 star reviews are all mysteriously written with the same broken English. They all references jokes, joking, friends (rather than friendly) and one even blatantly suggests coming every two weeks I have to come there every two weeks. This place is the only good place, and it brings me happiness...say what? Could they possibly make it any more obvious that they are trying to influence their overall rating score to counteract all of the horrible reviews they EARNED. How about this: affect your score by taking your bad reviews to heart and fix the problems your customers.complain about. Easy fix, just treat people nicely, provide quality work at reasonable prices and actually make it a desirable expierence that makes people want to come to your store. Heck, if youre at least nice to people your score will improve.

If you don’t want to read it all, just skip to the last sentence.Let’s start with this: I’ve been getting my nails done for the past 8 years of my life. Never have I ever had such an awful experience. Went originally to get my fill-in on a Friday. The very next day my nail broke. I went in the Sunday after to get my nails fixed. #1 the same trash on the desk that was there Friday, was there two days later when I went on Sunday. #2 it was the most painful experience I’ve gone through to get my nails done. My nail beds are literally burning. the same lady that originally did my nails and attempted to fix them, cut me. I requested somebody else. He cut me as well. And when I spoke up and mentioned it, his response was “it happens”. Very unapologetic. Piss poor experience altogether.HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.

Horrible place. I went there on a Friday and by MONDAY 5 of those gel nails had come off. Not to mention I asked for SNS and they totally disregarded that and did whatever. I do not recommend going there. Also they are very rough with your hands and they get EXTREMELY close to your cuticle with the machines. I do not suggest this place AT ALL.

Lee does my nails. She does a great job and takes her time to do them exactly the way I want them.

Got a gel manicure and unfortunately lasted less than a week. Also got a pedi and that is still going strong. And had a wax. Dont recommend them for waxing services it is almost like an afterthought for them. But for nails it was good. I will go back for a pedi.

Horrible experience. My toenails are cut at an angle. Paint is thick and sloppy. Pedi was expensive- $26.50 for a basic pedi. My mother’s was even worse. She had to clean from under her big toenail herself. The Essie polish was dried up so they brought an off brand that wasn’t even close to the same color. Mom just asked for them to buff and not paint. Same $26.50. Noticed on the way home that the inside of her toenail was cut in a way that she’s going to have to be careful that it doesn’t become ingrown. Monday morning. Not busy at all. Stay away from this place.

I thought Michelle & Vy is the best technician in town, but Steven, Megan, Lucy & Billy are much better in doing me & my daughter acrylic nails. I had never seen anyone done as good job of pink & white, and gel acrylic nails as they are. They had done lots of improvement in customer service. This is my only place to go to get my nails & toes done. I wont go where else. They make me happy and laugh all the times. I have to come here every other weeks to see them.

I just left this place. I already dont allow the older gentleman to do my toes, and now I have to add another to the do not touch my toes list. The little old lady just cut my cuticles so low that it started bleeding. At first she tried to wipe the blood so I wouldnt see it the she continuously added alcohol to my toe after I asked her to stop. She just looked at me and laughed. I will not return!!!

They are never willing to fix your nails even if your gel polish starts to come off the next day. I shouldnt be giving you certain amounts of my money if its not going to be done right. When they are doing my nails, they seem to always rush. Not even a full day went by and my nails looked HORRIBLE by the end of the night. Horrible service. Only thing staying on my nail is the acrylic surprisingly.

I spent $62 and my nails look horrible even after I got them to fix them twice.I had a pedicure done which only lasted a few minutes.He didnt spend any time scrubbing them or etc.He seemed like he lacked customer service skills needed in a business like this.I had to have him repaint my toes twice.The first time after he rushed me out the chair after doing a poor job on them.The second time is after paying $62 for my bill and walking outside only to notice I had hair in my polish on my toes which seemed odd to me because moments before I asked the lady that did my acrylic set to add a clear coat to my toes before leaving.So that meant she saw it and still let me leave.I would suggest visiting other Nail Salons in the area first before coming here Youll spend less money and youll get more quality work somewhere else.I wouldnt recommend coming here!

Terrible customer service! Very pushy with there luxury treatments. My nails look yellow and I asked for a French manicure. With gel polish. My pedicure was a little painful and my feet feel like they did when I entered the place.This is supposed to be a relaxing experience and it was like I was being pulled this way and that way. Because two ladies who did not understand a word I said just looked at me with blank looks but still pushing the deluxe mani pedi. I paid $52:00 for a terrible experience! This place is disgusting. I recently went to get a pedicure and they did not wash the pedicure bowl out after the customer before me. They simply filled the bowl back up with water and there was dead skin, dirt, and gunk floating around in the water. They are also very expensive but their work is mediocre. Please stay away from this place.
