They let people freeze now my 3 month old and fiancé and I have frost bite on our toes thanks a lot pshhh absolute failure

Woke up this morning with absolutely no heat. We called Absolute and explained our situation and they took our information and said they would have a technician give us a call. They were out within an hour and the issue was fixed!My family and I appreciate and would recommend Absolute to anyone! THANK YOU ABSOLUTE!!!

Talked in the phone with an assistant for a few minutes only to discover they couldnt perform a simple recharge/vacuum test. They guy on the phone was told by his manager that We cant help then.. The way it was handled was the reason for this review .
