I called Brian out in February after dealing with another local guy 4 times in 1 month, with no resolution. Brian came out and confirmed what I thought, and had been telling the other guy, that the circuit board appeared to be bad. He replaced and all was fixed. A few weeks ago, October, I came back from vacation to cooler weather, turned up my furnace, and the same issues were occuring and my furnace would not kick on.Called Brian, he came out, he thought the circuit board was bad. Ordered a new one, installed it and the new one works great. I was hoping he wouldnt charge me but feared there was a short warranty and Id have to pay again. Nope!!! Not only did he not charge me for the new circuit board, he didnt charge me for the 2 house calls either! Thats great customer service and complete customer satisfaction! Thanks Brian!
