My newborn twins became very ill and needed to be admitted in the children’s hospital back in August. On the way there the check engine light came on, the engine temp went on the rise, pulleys began squeaking and as I parked it antifreeze was lightly dripping. I called Majestic due to proximity to the hospital as I would have to walk to an from the hospital to wherever it went. Upon hearing my predicament they let me bring in my vehicle right at their opening time and got me same day serviced. I told them I was sure the water pump was out and who knows what else. I gave them an estimate of $1000 worth of things to fix or more. Turns out it was a thermostat housing causing all the trouble and they fixed me up for about $200. I had told them I was from out of town. I gave them an excuse to juice me for a grand. But they accommodated me urgently out of the goodness of their hearts and didn’t take advantage of the situation. I am rarely in a position to get work done in Toledo but if I am ever down there and need anything they will be my first call. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough for their professional demeanor and honorable ethics.

Ive taken my cars here a number of times now. I do a lot of my own work and I know what it takes; I am always satisfied with the quality work and reasonable prices at Majestic. Some times there is a wait but thats what happens when quality is in demand!

Got a bent rim from the lovely pothole riddled streets we have here in Toledo. Brought the rim here to Majestic and within a couple hours I now have a rim that rolls as smooth as new again. ( I had the tire removed prior to bringing it in to be fixed because I thought I would just get another rim but it turned out the rim was discontinued )

I love these guys! I’ve been here 4 times, (new AC, new shocks/struts/breaks, new gas tank, +) cause I’m hard in love with my 13yr old 150k mile car. And they get it! These aren’t easy fixes either. My baby was designed by some maintenance sadist. You will get recommended the right repairs, honestly, and if it’s a little fix like a screen needs cleaned vs a whole part “needing replaced”, well then that’s what will get done. If I walked into other shops with the hearts for eyes for my car like I do, they’d be looking at me with dollar signs in theirs. I don’t get that shady treatment from Majestic. They care about the job and getting it done right! Customer for life! (Sorry guys, you’re stuck with me and my pain in the a** Rondo)

I have been a customer with Parr & J since about 05 or 06, when they started out at their old building across the street. Any car I have owned since then they have been the only ones I have let do the work. Its hard to find a good, honest, mechanics. They are it. Even if you have the part they can do the work. I had them work on my mothers car and if my girlfriend car needs any work thats were I take it. If they cant fix it get rid of it.

There were a number of problems through out the process from the seller and they did a phenomenal job picking up the pieces to make it all work out. Did a great job. Truck looks great! Dropped my car off to have my rims painted car sat up here bout two weeks wasn’t even mad cause it wasn’t a scheduled service it was walk in but didn’t even sand the rims down slapped paint over my curb rash that’s already worn and came off had them repair two rims that were cracked 190 a piece told me they for sure could get them fixed tire loses all air upon driving home from the shop paid 600$ out my pocket total (should of just told me I needed new rims but nah they charged me triple what a normal shop would charge and can’t even do a good job) just want money an put no actual effort into a job I paid top dollar for smh.

I called in to the shop today in a pinch, i really needed some lugnuts for my new wheels. The distributer of the wheels sent me the wrong ones and Majestic was the only place in town with them in stock. Unfortunately he only had 19 lugs and i needed 20. i was then amazed by the level of service i received. The person working the counter then called 3 of his distributers to find me what i needed. This level of service is almost unseen in this day and age. I will for sure be back next time i need anything for my vehicle. Thank you so much for your help !!!!

Ive never had a problem with the work Ive had done on my vehicle. Edit: My understanding of the situation was incorrect! My towing company towed it to the wrong location. Unbeknownst to me,the car was taken to the right location the next day.

Poor quality work and poor customer service. Had 2 tires dismounted. Had new tires put on the same rims and had them balanced. Paid $80. When I take them home and get around to putting them on the car, one doesnt hold air. A soap check reveals a leak around the rim. Take it back in...they want $35 to take it off and re-seal it. I was told I should have asked them to seal it when I paid $80 to have them mounted and balanced. My question is; who doesnt want a tire sealed when they are paying to have it mounted and balanced? Isnt that a given? Who mounts a tire and doesnt make sure it holds air?Then I was told to bring it back (and paythe $35) when you are tired of putting air in it. No thank you.

Repaired a chrome wheel for me that had a bend along the rim, and the repair is almost totally invisible. another place in town was going to charge 90 dollars and basically left me with impression that the rim would be cracked or discolored if they did the job. Par took the rim and warned me of the dangers for this rim but I had a positive feeling from him and told him to go ahead with the repair. He had it done the next day. good place to go for your auto needs, honest and fair priced.

I rarely (if ever) leave reviews, but Majestic earned a 5-star from me. I returned from a trip to find that my cars tire had been stabbed in my friends parking lot where I left it to carpool. It was Sunday at around 7pm, and I had it towed to majestic without knowing of any shops in the area. Im glad I did. They clearly take the security of their lots very seriously, and I felt perfectly safe leaving my car in their lot overnight. They fixed my obscure tire size the very next day (didnt even damage lugs with locks despite not having my key), and didnt try to upcharge or sell me anything additional. Honest guys, fantastic work, Id recommend them to anyone in the area. They do high-end work.

This place is great! Actually was looking for a place who would balance my tires, which is difficult when you have large mud tires and wheel spacers. After being turned down at a number of places a Jeep dealership themselves actually told me to check this place out. Called the shop and they told me to bring in my Jeep same day. Balanced my tires and knocked out a couple more things in just a couple hours time. Drove the Jeep home from the shop and any wobble/shaking I had on the highway was completely gone!! Our truck was stranded at our daughters apartment building in Toledo with a bad starter problem (3rd starter in 2 months). We are not from the area, we live about 40 miles from Toledo. The owner and the employees of Majestic went out of their way to get a starter and install it to get us back on the road that same day. They even stayed after closing time to finish the job! Purchase 4 tires Sensor at 450$ tire light still came on take it back on 4 different times first time the owner charged me 30$ ok no problem still light comes on come to find out the Sensor are not scanning so I ask what can we do he said I can purchase factory Sensor for another 157$ I say just refund my money at first he ok store credit I refuse and then he ok Ill give you 240$ so I will let the the legal system decide for the rest will never go there again be aware of the 5 star rating

First and last time customer. Contacted them based on the 4.5 star rating. Needed a rim scratch repaired and the paint matched. I was under the impression thats what was going to happen. The patch work was good, the paint however was not. Definitely noticeable. They also had my car a day longer than planned because somebody doesnt know how to read paperwork apparently. They looked at something that wasnt even remotely relevant to why I dropped it off in the first place. Then I call to make sure the car was ready and Im told that the paint wasnt completely dry, after I was told the day before that my car would be for sure ready. Shouldve just bit the bullet and ordered a new rim instead of wasting $75 unnecessarily.
