This morning, I was trying to leave for work and found this at the end of my driveway. Although it may look like theres plenty of room, the driveway is narrow, and of course, blocked with snow on both sides. Thats the first issue. Who just parks halfway across someones driveway?Secondly, after I had found that I was not going to make it to work on time because of this, someone finally came out and moved the truck.......just long enough for me to get out, then backed right back to that spot, blocking my fiance from being able to get out.I wouldnt let someone with that lack of common sense touch my HVAC system. The lack of consideration, in order to save a few steps of walking in is unbelievable. There is no contact e-mail on their website, only a form to fill out for appointments, so I thought it best that I share this here, and hopefully, said technician will think a bit harder next time before he parks his truck in front of someones driveway.Thanks a ton for making me late for work.

Came in yesterday and moved our A/C condenser from the back of the house to the side to give us more room for a deck and clean up the ceiling in the basement to finish that section. It worked out great - the basement now has a 12 x 24 section ready for finishing, and the backyard has a 10 x 10 area for decking that the A/C condenser was located in the middle of the area.One Hour Heating installed our furnace and A/C seven years ago, and we have had them on a maintenance plan ever since. Best decision we made - trouble free and they are in 2xs per year for the maintenance schedule. Again today, very professional, knowledgeable and thorough on the inspection, cleaning and review of any concerns we have had with furnace, humidifier, existing filters and providing information on the latest technology for in-home air quality. Excellent professional service.

Emailed Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the middle of the night about a problem and they contacted me by 8 in the morning They were able to get me an appointment the same day. The technician was professional and got the job done quickly as well as showing up early for our appointment. Im very happy with the work they did and how I was treated. A very good company to use.

I called for service after midnight. Opted for a morning service. I received a call after 730am as they said I would. The technician, Ken was polite and professional. He was a great communicator and got the job done in less than two hours! He followed safety and illness prevention protocols like wearing a mask during his service. I was never upsold. And I was given options. Ultimately, I opted for the maintenance plan after requesting information on the plan. I only knew about the plan because of the wonderful reviews I read online. The service plan offers annual maintenance on the Heating and Air Conditioning systems for less than $20 per month. Also, all service calls will be discounted. Horrible customer service!!!!! Mike was the technician that came out, he started saying what the issues were with our very old furnace. Once he put pricing together I called my husband that was out of town so he could also hear the repairs necessary. I told Mike we would hold off on him making a repair, one because my husband might repair the furnace himself or two we may just decided to replace the furnace. I told Mike we would like pricing on a new furnace for comparison as we might be better off with new. Mike told me he was not going to waste anymore of his time and would only return if my husband was home to go over new furnace pricing.Guess what....I already paid the money for your company to come out so I am not wasting anyones time...it is our choice if we replace the furnace, or if we decide to make the repairs on our own, or have your company complete the work. We paid for the service call.I asked for pricing on a new furnace and was refused, you really think Im going to pay another service call bill when that information should have been provided to me while at my home.We have decided to have a new furnace installed however we have chosen another company that was wonderful in giving us all the information we needed to make the right decision.

This was an annual checkup of our tankless water heater and our plumbing throughout the house. Update :After discussing with manager Bob Karrick and expressing my displeasure about Michael Vs service, Bob has responded promptly and agreed on the misdiagnosis by Micheal and has offered half of the fees charged to us along with the diagnostic service fee. Glad about this prompt response and efforts made to fix the wrong doing. My earlier experience is described below.Service date 12/15/2020 - They were very punctual of course, apart from that I dont see any positive.First of all, I was charge 99$ for the diagnosis, after which technician said this system is little complicated and that he has replace some small pump and for that it would cost me 800$, it was very high price but I didnt want to sit in cold so asked if we proceed with that, if we will get the heating system back up and that if we will get air. The technician confirmed that we will get hot air after the repair. so he did that but the heating system still didnt work, when we asked what happened, he simply said this is a complicated system and i dont know and need to talk to customer support with the navien which he did and then ordered a part, which he said can only be order by contractors or service guys like himself, and the part cost was 500$ when i asked why a simple pipe cost that much, he replied that there are multiple level prices, the actual part cost is around 120$ and second level contractor fee is 200$ and third level technician costs around 150$ , so final figure would come around 500$, i was shocked, and at that time, we didnt know we were being robbed, so helplessly we have proceeded, even after his first diagnosis and repair failure. After a 4 day wait and final repair completion now the system went up heating for like 2 hours and it stopped working again. So we have spent 1300$ for nothing !!!! We were ROBBED !!! I highly am suspicious about all the positive reviews out there. ROBBED !!!!

As usual Joe was pleasant and courteous and always going above and beyond. The area where my air conditioner is was grown over with weeds. Being older, I had no idea how to use the weed wacker my husband used when he was alive. So, inorder to get to the air conditioner, Joe used my weed whacker to cut down the weeds causing the problem. Since he is down in the crawlspace already, I always ask him to make sure my sump pump is plugged in before he comes up and to let me know if he sees anything that doesnt look right. I am 77 years old and cannot go into the crawlspace to check things out. So I rely on whoever you send to advise me of any problems they see. So Joe has been the person you send lately. As I said he goes above and beyond. He has a really easy going personality. I appreciate doing business with him, as so many people are in a rush to.get rid of you--not Joe. I hope you can keep him as he is an asset to your business.

Vincent Bryant came today for a checkup I guess you could call it of my AC unit. He informed me but everything was still working great I also warned me that I should be aware that it is very old and I may need a new one in the future. My AC unit is 18 years old and I’m very glad to have a heads up so I can start researching and saving for a new one! He answered my many many questions knowledgeably and with a smile on his face. Vincent encouraged me to call the company if I had any more questions I wanted to discuss options. I’m very satisfied with his service and I recall also being satisfied with Nick Hammer who repaired our heating in the middle of winter. Thanks for all that you do!!

The technician did a thorough job on two AC units, both the interior and exterior equipment. He was polite and pleasant to deal with. He found and fixed a problem with one exterior unit, which was still under warranty but only till next month. I am very pleased with the service.
