Jason was very polite and on time. He found the problem and had to order a new part. He returned with the new part and installed a couple days later. I am very pleased with his work and love being able to get a nice cold glass of water or ice out of my refrigerator now.

Well first off the part they installed in my refrigerator sat at there location for days before it got installed. I had to call them to find out if the part came in. So I left a bad review that night. They installed the part the next day. Now the ice maker is not working again and because I left a bad review they refuse to come back out and look at it. Then in there computer they changed the dates that the part was installed to make it appear that it was installed about a week after it was ordered and it was more like 3 weeks. Just do not leave a bas review or you will not be serviced again. They even put in there notes they called me to see if I would change my review and I never received a call.

Tony came to fix microwave door. Broken plastic piece that wasn’t able to be ordered (too old of microwave). He was able to use random piece to fix it. Great “out of the box” thinking!Second visit to fix dishwasher, Tony was prompt, courteous and efficient! Would definitely use again and recommend! Both times, they were there the day after we called. One was even on a Sunday!

Ross was ahead of schedule both days he was at my home. He is very intelligent and well trained. It only took him a couple of minutes to figure out what was wrong with my oven.

The young man was very nice and easy to talk to. He knows what he is doing and is efficient. From a scale of 1 to 10, I would give him a 10. He would explain everything to me that I wanted to know.

The young man was on time and very polite. He pulled the drawer on the stove out to do his repair and he retrieved all my cats toys and put them in a neat pile then he swept under my stove which I thought was awesome he fixed the problem quickly and was on his way, I wish that young man an awesome life.

I appreciated the phone call from them reminding me that it was time to check my air conditioner before the hot weather arrived. I made an appointment and the serviceman arrived on time. After the inspection he informed me that I may need more refrigerant, and that he would give me a quote if I did need it. Ultimately it wasn’t needed. I was impressed with his professionalism, expertise and honesty.

Repairman was punctual and professional. He wore a mask due to Covid and shoe coverings as soon as he entered the house. It took him about 2 minutes to diagnose the problem. The only issue was that he didnt have a fan replacement, so he had to come back. Fridge works great.

Got an appointment for the very next day! The Repair man gave a thorough examination of the non working appliance, found the problem, ordered the needed parts and was back bright and early on the second day to repair.Washing machine is working good as new thanks to ACE APPLIANCE!

Great people very professional. I had them come out and repair my dryer one week then a few weeks later my washing machine took a poop. Had the same tech both times. Ross Archer was an Exceptional Repairman. He came to Repair our Dryer, Control Panel Part was on Backorder. Ross was Honest to say the Dryer part may not come soon, hell try to see if & when they do get it in. Ace Appliance will call. The part took less than 2 weeks for it to come back & Ross installed it in a Timely manner. He did a Wonderful Job!

Tech was on time & thoroughly checked out everything that was not working on the oven. He showed me the heating unit was broken. Necessary parts were ordered. Two days later, he came back and replaced the heating unit. He also rewired 2 burners on the stove top. He tested everything to be sure it was working properly. When he left, I had a totally working stove & oven. I am very pleased with the company and would definitely use them again if needed.

When first calling the phone was answered promptly. The person answering the phone was very flexible when scheduling my service. The repairman showed up on time and was very polite. My washer was leaking and he found the seal around the drum had a tear. After being very thorough and showing me the problem he said he needed to order the part and would have the office call me to schedule once the part was in. About a week later I received a call that the part just came in and a repairman could come out that same day to install it. He came about a hr later did the repair and the washer is no longer leaking. I’ve used other appliance repair company’s in the past and have found Ace to be the most honest and fair. I will definitely be using Ace in the future if needed.

As it turns out, NOT EVERYONE can be appliance repair personnel... *hangs head in shame* So after days of fighting my deranged washing machine in a tense hostage situation to try to free my ever-molding clothing from the clutches of this the evil washerator, I finally surrendered... which just so happened to be on a Saturday afternoon. I called ACE and told them, WE NEED IT FIXED RIGHT AWAY! and I tell ya what, THEY REALLY DID! They sent out the most positive and professional technician within a very reasonable time frame. We had a problem with our oven not heating up. The technician that came out for the repair was Kindle. When he first came out for the repair, he thought it was the ignitor. After further testing he found out that it was not the ignitor, but it was the computer relay. He had to order the part to fix the repair. The part came in a very timely manner. He installed it very quickly and answered all our questions.I would highly recommend this company and we will definitely use them again for future repairs. If we ever need repairs again, I will be asking for Kindle personally.

My part is on backorder. Still havent fixed my oven in 3 weeks. Its a pandemic and I know backorder is not their fault. Theyve been very responsive and quick on other jobs.

We bought a used washer and dryer for our new place and go figure they had problems. So we called around and decided on Ace. Setup an appointment and Tony came out and did his diagnostic and replaced a thermal fuse in our dryer and the washer valve had to be ordered (due to Covid go figure lol). About two days later the fuse blew and we called and they came out and replaced it again no questions asked and free of charge. Then it happened again! And I thought I had done something wrong while drying my clothes. So we called again and Tony came out and ran another diagnostic and still couldn’t find what was wrong. So he made some calls to his peers and quickly came to a solution that it was the motherboard all along. Now here we are with a working washer and dryer all thanks to Tony :) (He needs a raise)
