Highly recommend!! Thank you for being open later than the nail salons in Tacoma. The entire staff was friendly and my daughter enjoyed getting her nails painted. I cannot believe I hadnt stopped here before. I will definitely be returning for future pedicures and manicures. The shoulder massage was amazing!!!!!

I’m literally NEVER this person. But do not go to this place!!! I went to get a fill today and the nail lady (manager) told me it would be better if I got a new set. Last time I had my nails done was 3 weeks ago. LET ME TELL YOU THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE. I’ve never been in so much pain getting my nails done I almost started crying. I legit was shaking and sweating, she cut HOLES in my nails while removing them, straight into the meat. I asked her to at least sand them or soak them a little because they were so thick and she was just clipping them off with cuticle cutters. She said no this was easier. While leaving my nails started bleeding so I turned around and asked for hydrogen peroxide to clean it or a disinfectant, she had nothing for me. Found some alcohol. I ended up asking for a refund and she said “look at your nails it’s you” I said “no one has ever done what you did, I’d like my money back.” She called me ridiculous. I said your ridiculous, grabbed my money and walked out.

I had such great care from the nail salon. Staff went above and beyond in their service, while waiting for polish to dry one of the staff gave me an arm and neck massage, which was so needed. And my toes look great. Will definitely return.

Came in today needing 3 full sets, 2 kid full sets and ended leaving with a pedicure message and eyebrows done!! They were super nice and I love the job they did with everyone 💕✨

I went in for a pedicure and came out going to urgent care. The day after my pedicure my big toe swelled and turned red from how rough they were. I’m not sure of the woman’s name, but she seemed to be trying to get rid of an ingrown nail that was actually just part of my nail. And instead of just leaving it as is ripped out the side parts of my toe nail. My foot hurts and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have never gotten a worse gel manicure, three nails were chipping after 3 days! The manicure sucked too. My daughter got a full set and the nail was chipping underneath after a week. What a horrible job these ladies did.

I asked the lady to fix the only nail that she missed a spot on (gel service) and she told me it was my fault, which it was not true. I paid and wished her a lovely day. One star for dishonest service.

Lena did an amazing job on my wifes nails. Became clear right away that if they are not happy with their work, they wont continue and force you into accepting sub-par art. Very comforting. Wife has already made it apparent that she will be going back there.

Came here as a last resort, and I can say i wont be back due to the lack of professionalism and friendliness. Super rough, rude, rolled her eyes at me when I asked a question. Made me feel like a burden. The dip manicure itself was okay.. no attention to detail and each nail has a different shape. Wish I never wasted my money.

The nails were fine at first but not even 5 house after the the polish peeled off. 3 out of the 10 nails done peeled the top layer off. I was very disappointed in paying 65 dollars for this quality.

I went into this salon to have a set of powder coating professionally removed from my nails. The man who began to remove my nail was rough and unprofessional in removing the coating off the nail he tried using a nail tip to take off the coating in which caused great damage to my regular nail. NEVER 👎🏽 again will I ever go back and this was the second time I went to this salon to experience horrible services. No thank you.

The girl that did my nails was SO gentle, and kind.She did them in like 25 minutes, didnt yell at me for accidently kicking her table a million times like a child, and they turned out beautiful. After 2.5 years, this was a lovely experience for me. Thank you!

For yesterday I took my stepdaughter and me to do our nails when we entered they were very kind I asked them to paint her nails of the feet and hands for my girl and me that they only did my feet when I went to pay they told me it was 120 dollars and I asked why so much money and they told me that for my girl it was 70 dollars I did not like how they barely left her nails and we had left the nails salon and we got home my girl no longer had none painted and they just said we are charging you because we made her shellac I will never go to this place again

I took my daughter and myself to be pampered. We wanted full sets of nails. We were not asked what type we wanted. They told thecharge After the fact they put our nails on. Put the wrong color on both of us. Told my daughter she couldnt use the color she chose with zero explaining. They were rough with her hands and now her fingers are sore. Plus they didnt even put them on straight. I was never asked to wash my hands before color was applied. Had both of our eyes waxed. Ripped our skin up! Did I say rude?! Never been rushed with spa time especially when Im spending over $100! Ill never go here again and I will share this review because this is the worst service ever in my Life. So rudeso impersonal and ruined our Sunday.

Oh boy... where do I startI walked in and I was in a great mood, ready to get my nails done. I was instantly greeted by a lady with an attitude (I think she was the manager, but I’m not certain) she asked “can I help you” we had just told her that we wanted a full acrylic set. She gave my sister and I the thing to select our colors. As soon as I sat down to pick my color the manager lady called me over and made some other girl move because she didn’t have her color picked out, and then she made me sit down. When I told her I hadn’t picked my color yet (because she had JUST given me the colors) she told me I was taking too long and told me to get up and move so that the other girl could sit back down AGAIN. All this was in such an incredibly rude tone and I have never been talked to like this anywhere else. I’ve worked in customer service multiple times and if I ever talked to anyone the way she talked to me I would’ve been yelled at or fired. There are also multiple reviews talking about this same lady so I think that shows that someone needs to talk to her about how she treats her paying customers. They were rushing the whole time as well and the nail shape was fine but the paint job on them was not very good. Lots of dark spots throughout the nails. Overall I was very upset with this experience. Hopefully something gets fixed because it’s obvious I’m not the only one that has been talked to like this.

Nop will not be going back!I always go to Lacey for my nails but this time I wanted to find a good place close to me .I went there for the first time 2 weeks ago . Pedicure was amazing because of the massage. The place is very nice and the employees friendly . I had gel manicure and it wasn’t right . I made the lady fix it on the spot . Next day, 2 fingers peeled off. 5 days later all my fingers were polish free!!! Gel always last at least two weeks with me So I guess they have cheap or bad products. With the amount they charged I’m very disappointed.

I’ve been going to this place for the last few years. Every time I get the deluxe pedicure with massage and Thi (pronounced “T”) does an incredible job! She doesn’t speak English but she knows exactly what I like and has a kind demeanor. She’s attentive, detail oriented and gives a wonderful massage. I always come out of there feeling super relaxed. For $45 you get color, hot towel wrap on legs, paraffin wax on feet, massage on legs, feet, arms, hands, neck and shoulders at the end with just the right amount of pressure. It takes almost an hour. $55, of you want shellac. I plan on making this a monthly treat for myself because I carry so much tension in my feet. I highly recommend her for this service. I definitely tip well because I leave always feeling amazing and my toes always look great!

They tried to charge my teenagers $75 each and claimed they charge for length, gel, and design. Mind you the girls did not ask for gel. Then they told them they usually charge $50 for a full set. I clearly see on their board it says starting at $35. Who charges for length? No one! Just because you were closed due to covid does not mean you get to over charge! I hope my daughter told you off!

This is my regular go-to nail salon. I never had the highest expectations for a salon inside a mall but they really give a 5-star experience. I never feel rushed there. They all give great massages with pedicures and with the deluxe you get a shoulder massage too. That one comes with hot wax for the feet and a hot rock leg massage. If you want those types of extras for a manicure you have to ask though, it’s not standard. Since I’ve been going there for years they remember me by name, and my mom too. I give them 5 stars for their customer service 😊

Only selected people get a massage with their manicure. My nails are chipped in less than 24 hours. I got shellac because their dipping powder manicurist was gone. Well the person who put on my shellac put it all bumpy. I have texture to my nails when they should be smooth.

I came in Friday night to get a full set, they start at $25 then charge $5 more for length and $5 more for shape. So my full acrylic set ran me $35, not including a tip which I tipped $5 so it cost me $40. With that being said today is Tuesday a total of 3 nails have popped off. The first nail came off by Sunday evening. I called to let them know and they said I can come in to get it fixed. I came in Monday and another one had came off by the time I got off work and got in. They fixed the two nails that came off but they are snapped completely different. You can tell that the new ones are much more skinny (I got mine coffin shaped) overall I’m not happy at all. Then the next day Tuesday another one has came off. It’s been 4 days and 3 nails have popped off. Again I paid $40. Do not recommend at all.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had getting my nails done. I have to go somewhere else to have them fix what they did to my nails.I had the male that works here remove my acrylics today because my natural nails have grown out enough to finally get dip nails. I asked for the lady that I usually get here because the male here is extremely rough and rushes and doesnt pay attention to detail.Unfortunately today is the only day I can get my nails done and he is the only one available to do them. So I explained to him how I want dip nails I want to choose a light color because Im getting maternity photos done on Saturday and I want them white or a light brown/nude COLOR. He starts ripping off my acrylics, he is going incredibly fast as usual, the entire time Im tense because its incredibly painful. Then he pulls out the drill and is all over the place with it on my skin. My nails are literally becoming hot from the light and the friction of the grinding. At this point Im sweating and Im wanting it to be over.I choose a white color and he has it in front of him and it looks pink he tries it on a fake nail and says that it mustve been missed placed its the wrong color so I said OK thats fine I just want to pick a color like this one he doesnt help me he makes me continue to go through all of the colors to find another one that I like I finally choose a light brown/nude color. As he puts it on I tell him that it seems really light and possibly the wrong color. He says that thats just dip nail im hoping the more layers he does that it gets darker, but when he finishes its incredibly light you can see my natural nail underneath it and I tell him I dont like it its incredibly light, he says this is the color you chose. My nails are aching my skin hurts I cant sit through another hour of him ripping out my hand to fix this, but even then so he never offered to correct the color knowing that Im incredibly unhappy, I was almost in tears. I paid $45 to get dip nails in a nude color, and now I have to go somewhere else for them to actually give me the right color. As you can see from the photos he made no attempt to straighten out and even up my nails, they are all crooked and uneven it looks absolutely awful. This place was very convenient for me to go to because it is inside of them all and I can get a lot of my errands done without having to drive too far to get my nails done. I will drive anywhere at this point to have somebody fix this and I will never go back there they have completely ruined my nails and my hands hurt so bad that I dont even want to have this corrected today but Im forced to.Save yourself the money, DONT GO HERE. The male that works here is absolutely awful and he does an extremely horrible job.

I have tried this place several times and have in the past been pretty happy. BUT, I have been there for a gel color manicure and pedicure. The gel polish peeled both times in one week. And they always miss spots on my feet with the callus remover....I go home and do it myself. I wont go back. Gel color usually lasts for me 2-3 weeks.

Super disappointed in todays visit. My daughter (who is 11) and myself came in for a pedicure and an acrylic fill for me.I was talked into and told that we needed a shellac pedicure. Ok. Figuring the base was $25 so it wouldnt be too much more. We had them done, the ladies who did them did a good job.I then went over to get my nails filled. What an awful experience. The lady who did them had the drill up so high my nails were almost burning, she then hit my cuticles on 2 of my nails because she was going so fast. There was literally no one waiting so there was no need to rush.Her cure for my nail bed bleeding was alcohol. That felt great.She then continued the acrylic fill. The shellac she painted on already looks outgrown.I then went to pay. Was told my total was $110. My daughter and myself were charged $40 each for a pedicure. Base was $25. Then my fill was $30, base was $20.I feel like I was taken advantage of and I will never return.

Had a really bad experience. The guy who did my nails break my skin. And a few of the nails weren’t straight. Went back to fix them the owner gave me a really bit attitude. She said the reason the nails weren’t straight cuz my fingers have problems (but she actually fixed them). I honestly didn’t expect that attitude. She was so rude. Like I owe her money. $40 my nails hurt even I use warm water to wash my hands. Never go back again.

I went to get my eyebrows done and she did it way too fast, didn’t even go through all the steps she should’ve, and had major attitude for no reason. She acted like she was in a rush but all she was doing was talking to her coworkers. There was one other customer and the girl that did my eyebrows wasn’t even handling her. Just bad customer service and attitude. I also had to fix my eyebrows more when I got home because she didn’t get all of the hair. Disappointed.

As soon as I entered one of the employees, I think she was like the manger because she was hovering over other employees critiquing there nail art gave me an attitude, which I was like um what did I do, I just felt like awkward. So I moved passed that and just told her what I wanted and then she sat me down, I took my eight year daughter with me and the lady that was going to do my nails was sweet and gave my daughter a chair to sit in next to me but five minutes in the other employees the rude manger one took the chair away, although no one was using it. I would understand if it got busy and they need it but that wasn’t the case. UhhOnce I pick my nail color and give it to the lady, she began to trim my nails and apply the clear gel thingy and I decided to change the color because on the example it looked more blue but when she brought the nail polish it looked like an eggplant color. So I asked her if I could change it , keep in mind she hasn’t applied the eggplant color on my nail. I told her I wanted to change it because I wanted a navy color and she ask the manager and the manager told me that if I did I have to Pay for the set I’m getting and the set I’ll be get with the other color, I was like what if I haven’t even got the other color . I was like what ever I’ll keep the eggplant color, I wasn’t trying to pay for two sets . I’m not one to talk back to them so I just went on with the eggplant color . Mm.

Lina is my gal. She does great work! She explains the cost when you tell her what you want. Plus, shes funny and knew me even the 2nd time I came back to her. Been going to her for a few months now.

They did not file , left my nail different lenghs; its always a rush and expensive for the quality of work, assoon as people start wlaking in they rush you and 2tomes in a row tjey rushed me out without doing my pedicure. I did not tip the last time ..and that was the last time.also my gel was lumpy

Horrible customer service, I called in to make sure they do pedicures and can remove in grown nail. They said yes come in. I show up and they have a nasty attitude saying can I help you? I explain that I had called about a pedicure. She quickly cuts me off and says we dont do phone appointments. I said ok how long of a wait? She then replies I dont know were busy. Who ever owns this establishment needs to retrain the employees. And for people who are thinking of going here, DONT!! not worth giving people your money who are going to be rude and not even give you the option to sit and wait ?! BAD BUSINESS !!!!! Horrible employees. Never will I ever step a foot back in this establishment nor recommend it.

Terrible acrylic nail job! I don’t understand why they are always in a rush to do nails. It’s the same each time and I tend to wait months just because I feel like it will somehow get better.1. She did not cut my nails before adding the new ones. So my nail have grown and look ugly under.2. The shape of the nail is square and not rounded on top - just flat and with dents in the middle.3. After a week the gel/shellac has cracked and the sides the acrylic is cracking.It’s disappointing to pay as much as one does to expect a good service with a quality nail job and to not get either. I can not recommend this place because of this! I don’t exactly have issues with the pedicures but again always in a rush 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am 70 with sensitive feet and the lady who did my feet was awesome and no pain

I went in last Thursday to get my nails done I got the pink and white set for $40 I gave them a tip because I love them when I left. Friday I wake up and 5 are lifting I work far away and late so I called them on Tuesday after 8 nails we’re lifting to see if they would fix them and explained I just got them Thursday and they started to lift Friday they said no problem come in and we will fix them. I go in after work on Wednesday. The guy seemed super annoyed I came back and asked what was wrong. I showed him my nails... he goes your nails are oily so they will lift no matter what.... excuse me I never had this happen before so why now. I asked how much it would be to fix him which seemed to make him even more irritated he goes I’ll just glue them... the next day I wake up they seem fine then Friday comes around all of them are lifting! I have had glue on cheep nails from the store that have lasted longer I’m so frustrated with what’s happened I will never go back!!

Went a few weeks back and got an eyebrow wax. Good shape but they didnt even bother to do anything to the skin after to moisturize the skin.Went yesterday with my daughter and thought, Ill get our nails done. Well today, the gel is peeling off. SpentS good money, got a bad return. I think they are using cheap stuff. I wont be going back.Also, the gel was on the cuticles. I was attempting to scratch it off when it started peeling off entirely. I was being careful, but its cheap stuff. They were rushing it and should have cleaned it up better in the first place. Just disappointed. Im new to the area.

Despite the bad reviews I was impressed with my nail technician (only male there) my nails looked great and has very fast so it wasnt much wait, also my nails lasted a month and a half!!

I’ve been going to this salon for about 10 months, every other week , sometimes once a week. I always tip good to each person doing my nails and pedi. I’ve even brought a few people to the salon cause I liked it so much. The man who works at the nail salon was the one doing my nails and he was very rude and argumentative. He was gluing all the nails crooked and would try to tell me they were straight when I’d ask him to fix it. He kept making sarcastic remarks and being very disrespectful to a customer. I told the other workers I wasn’t happy with my service at all and ended up not even getting the pedicure I was planning on getting , they apologized and said they would comp me but after a few weeks I tried to go back and asked about the comp and they wouldn’t do it.

The short haired older lady said it would be 35.00 for a pedicure. She charged me 40.00 for gel which she knew I was gettingI had a new person learning to do pedicure. She did not get all the dead skin off my heal. Instead put oil and some kind of slimmy stuff to cover terrible job. My pedicure to all of 20 mins. Wont ever go there again. Only went because my sister goes there. She the owner usually does her nails. I go to Sunrise Nails off 160th and Meridian. ladies please take your business there clean, lots of nice ladies, and very reasonable on prices.

So I usually come here every 2 weeks and I’m always amazed with how they do my nails and this time I came in and for some reason they treated me and my friend badly they didn’t put effort in our nails at all my friend got hers coffin and they where really sharp I had mine square round it’s the easiest and they did the worst job ever I’ve never seen a nail salon do my nails this bad in my life! I won’t be comin here in a while not until they learn how to do nails right and just so u guys know there was an hour left till they closed and they decided to rush in our nails. I have to agree with the other reviews. Lady named Tina very snappy, rushed the whole time, screwed up my polish, and then blamed me and wouldn’t fix it. $40 later and will still need to get them fixed. “Thanks Tina!” Never again!

Today was the first time I came to this nail salon with my daughter, let’s just say it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. First off they were extremely rude, second, our nails look horrendous. They painted our nails like a 5 year olds!!! Aren’t they suppose to be proffesional! Definitely do not recommend this salon what so ever !! Never coming back!

I got a simple acrylic nail set and they did a horrible job. They left large globs of acrylic under the nails and didnt even clip my nails all the way down, The nails are also extremely crooked And the back by my cuticle is jagged And sharp. She also got the glue all over my fingers and didnt bother you remove all of it even after gluing my fingers to her hand. I had to spend twenty minutes just trying to pick off all the glue. I also cant get the nails off. I went in to have them remove the nails Because they messed them up and they wanted you charge me to fix their mistake. Im extremely unhappy and I dont plan to go back

She didn’t even size my nails before applying the full set, and my fingernails are shown and crooked on almost every nail. On top of not seeming friendly. Loved the gal who did my pedicure though.

My acrylics are not clean, the edges are messy and there’s plenty of polish on my fingers. one of my thumb nails is much longer than the other and it’s not worth your money. This is my 3rd time getting acrylics there and i won’t be getting them there again.

I got a full set and wanted an ombré. I told her I wanted them short, she literally argued with me and told me they won’t be pretty short. In effort to avoid the conflict I let it go. Well... I shouldn’t have! She did acrylic and then painted on the ombré with gel and charged me like she did pink and white acrylic. It didn’t look to bad, but it literally chipped the next day and the acrylic was all over my cuticles and under the nails! Big clumps left and not filed. The nail tech was very cold and quick to get me out of there. It’s now been only 1 week and 3 nails have already come off! Not from hard use, the whole nail was not primed properly for it to adhere correctly. Don’t be here if you want a professional job done.

Worth place ever expensive 40 dollars for pedicure never going back.

My wife just left this place from getting an eyebrow wax. She said the lady just waxed, no plucking to make it look clean. Took her all of 2 minutes. Was on her phone for the first minute while waxing. She said dont come here if you want your brows done by someone who actually cares and will take their time. Totally unhappy with result.

This is the worse nail shop I have ever been to! Getting my nails done we’re very painful and they came off within 4days! I asked for gel nails and he gave me normal acrylics with an ombré and charged me 65$
