We came in as first timers and walk-ins. They took our information and told us we could come back in an hour. We did and were sooooooo happy with our experience. The salon is super clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and they listened to all of our wants/needs. Our nails turned out amazing! I will be back for sure!! Thank you so much!

Tried here after being unhappy with the appearance of my acrylic overlay at another establishment. Hannah listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions, and then did an excellent job!I got the shape I wanted plus she evened out the length and shape of my nails.My 3rd time and still very pleased!

So the reason I didn’t give this place 1 star is because of the owner Ann or Anna.. she is amazing! I told her about my experience and she helped and solved the problem. So thank you so much!It was my first time coming here and I wasn’t great. I had Nina do my nails, I believe and she didn’t listen to me at all. I went in for a fill and 3 nails that needed to be replaced. I walked out with 3 long freaking nails and short on the rest. My thumbs were crazy!I asked for the color shown and 1-2 other colors that would go with it but because other people wanted to look at shellac, I didn’t want to hold up the other customers. She made the 3 nails she did so different. When looking at them from the side they were straight. Like a ruler. Where the other nails have more acrylic at the bottom to make it look way better. The top coat was bumpy and missing in places and thick in other as seen in the picture of my pointer finger. My middle finger was left with a bump on the side which looks crazy. Then to top it off within 2 days I had a nail pop off so easy from putting my purse on my shoulder. I have decided to go back after the owner reaching out and I will be trying Kevin. Can’t base the whole nail salon off one person. I will write another review after that completed service. Huge thank you to the owner. The male receptionist is so kind as well!

Ok, I hope you can ignore my funny looking toes :-0) However, I did like 👍 the service I recieved from the Divine Lounge & spa salon. Hanna, the nail technician was pleasant and very considerate while during my pedicure. She asked about the water and towels heat temperature, she was detailed in cleaning my toes and she was warm and friendly. The staff is professional. I made an appointment the day before and received a text message to confirm the appointment. Everyone was professional and friendly. I would recommend and go back again.

Today was the first time Ive been in Divine Nail Lounge and I definitely will be returning. We just moved to this area and I wanted to find someone close by home that would meet my expectations when it came to these hands and toes if mine. Divine definitely came through! Professional, attentive, thorough and detailed. Immediately saw my shape and asked my desired length. Did an excellent job on my feet and my daughters! Also, Im extremely picky about my feet and they didnt miss a beat. The foot massage release so needed to be rid of stress, that was a blessing. The Divine Signature pedicure was all it should be, as was the organic manicure with gel nails I got. Baby girl got the same without gel. Our techs were Amanda and Kelley. We will definitely be returning. Hoping this will be our go to nail lounge.

Ann is truly an amazing person to speak to! She mentioned being OCD and that to me is the best quality to have as a nail tech. Attention to detail, knew what I wanted before I said anything. I love my nails short which many nail techs have told me no in the past. She had no problem making them short, look classy and simply put deliver beyond what I could ask for!

They are amazing and so nice with their service and quality. They are my go to salon for both nails and waxing. Kelly did an AMAZING airbrush ombré acrylic set for me TWICE and they are my favorite look. Thank you Divine Nail for being such a great salon! 🤍💅🏼

Fantastic experience. Loved the atmosphere, and everyone was very kind and quick. Usually a fill for me takes about an hour at any other place, but I was finished here in about 30 minutes, and very happy with my nails. They did not have some of the colors that I wanted for my design, but they improvised and I loved how it came out. Very lovely, I would definitely recommend this place!

This is my favorite place. I dont go anywhere else. I like NINA and KEVIN. Theyre awesome. Im very picky and they do amazing. They also have free beverages while youre getting all pampered. Its calm and quiet and nice for a spa day. I tell everyone to go here. The prices are good for what you get as well.

Very nice people and welcoming. They didn’t have time to get me in but I got my eyebrows done and when my friend was getting her nails done they let me sit in the message charge and gave us complimentary wine. My friends nails look great!

I really wanted to like this place as I just moved to the area and it is close to my house, but unfortunately I have now had multiple negative experiences. I have been getting dip powder on my nails for about 3 years now and I know from experience that if they do not do 3 layers of color powder in addition to the base layer, my nails will without fail break. The first time I visited this salon, I told that to Ann and she convinced me to try just two coats. She reassured me that if they do break, I could come back and have them fixed for free. Great! I love a place that will stand by its work. My nails did indeed break within less than a week so I returned to have them fixed. Ann wasnt there this time and when they were finished fixing the 3 broken nails, I had to haggle with them over getting the free fix I was promised. I returned again just last week and once again told by the nail tech (not Ann, but someone else) that two coats was sufficient and she basically refused to do my nails as I had asked. Now three days later, several of my nails are chipped or cracking. (Typically I am able to go 2-3 weeks without getting them done, although I like to go every 2 weeks.) Its very frustrating because I cannot afford the time (45min-1 hour each appointment) or money it takes to go weekly to the nail salon because they cannot do a lasting dip manicure.

Luna does a great job. She’s fast and the nails always last until my next fill. She did a wonderful freehand nail design with a nod to my Seahawks! 💙💚💙💚

My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely time and left refreshed with beautiful nails. I appreciate the attention to detail of colors and gorgeous embellished white flower art that daughter loves. I have a bruised toe from overdoing exercise. I was treated with great care. I highly recommend Divine Nails. So much so, my husband joined us for a relaxing pedicure.

I have been going to Divine nail lounge for 6 months and I love them! The staff is wonderful and friendly and the price is competitive without compromising quality. I am always so happy with my nails after my appointments! Cindy is who I see most of the time and I just love her but everyone here is great!

Took my 4 year old daughter for her first Pedicure with me and they did such a great job! Let her sit in my lap and even painted her finger nails, too! Our tech was very friendly and great with my daughter. We’ll be back! :)

I came to this nail salon and bar to get gel nails. My nail technician was ready for me at the appointment time and was friendly and professional. The place appears clean, organized, and nicely decorated. Music was playing softly in the background. Worth noting is that there were clear plastic panels separating each station, and clients were asked to wash their hands prior to receiving their service. Everyone was wearing a mask. These features are a must during the pandemic period, and I felt safe while there.During my visit I sat at the nail bar and was offered a variety of beverages which included water, wine or tea. My gel nails came out beautifully, and I am content with the service at this salon. Without hesitation I highly recommend Divine Nail Lounge to friends and family.

Every time I have made an appointment, it still takes about 20 to 40 minutes to start the service. It feels pretty frustrating especially when I make an appointment. However, they are kind and do a very good job. I enjoy the service once it begins every time. So as frustrating as the wait is, the quality is worth it. Also, the environment is clean and inviting. Leyna does quality work and is very attentive to details.Edit: my sister and I have also been to other places that are cheaper but do NOT last NEARLY as long. Ive also been places that cost the same but my polish cracks and peels.

There was a minor scheduling snaffu but they worked it right out! I have never had such phenomenal and consistent service!!! I love the acrylics from this place!!!!

This is the go to nail salon for my mother-in-law and I. It has a beautiful interior that’s nice and spacious. Every nook and corner has a beautiful finish. It’s what a modern nail salon should look like. They get an A++ for their aesthetic. For that alone, I would recommend. Beyond that, their customer service is excellent. There is the same receptionist working every time I’ve been in who is very sweet. Every technician that’s helped us has been very attentive for the most part. Upon a previous visit my mother-in-law said she was pretty rough with her toes (when it comes to pulling out the corners of the toes—preventing ingrown toenails maybe?). If you have sensitive toes I’d recommend you asking them to go easy. I just prefer it the way they do it. A minor detail last time I went in, the technician didn’t speak English but a little bit. The English she did speak still required a go between. But she did a great job, and it all worked out. That is absolutely not a make or break it for me. As for the prices, I’m sure they’re a 5-10$ more by the end of the service than a traditional place but that’s something I’m willing to pay extra for. They also have a lot of pedicure choices. You can choose your own scent too, which is very cool. The “base” (cheapest) pedicure is still much better than your average pedicure. The nail-techs are fast yet efficient I have nothing but good things to say about this place! The matte finish I got on my nails has lasted longer than any other place I’ve been too. (See attached photos) The photos are from a visit on 8/27/20. So they’re 3 weeks old. I’d say that’s a lasting paint job😍

I had a very nice gentleman (I’m kicking myself because I didn’t get his name) do an amazing job on my nails, I wish I could attach a photo! These ladies really know what they’re doing. So easy to schedule, the techs do a really good job and are really sweet. I’ve been getting fills about every 2-3 weeks and my current set has lasted me almost 2 months from them! And I’m a mechanic so my nails go through hell and back, I use them like pliers half the time and they pull through, no lifting at all I haven’t had to get a single one re-done. Really great work thanks ladies!

SKILLED WORKERS NEED THE BEST PRODUCTS. MY CLEAR NAILS ARE NOT CLEAR AND HAVE BUBBLES!!! $100/2weeks customer.Everything about it, pre-covid was even more awesome. Since covid........... well its not their fault. They would offer drinks which made the vibe of the place more special. I will carry on.....They are open through covid. I suggest making an appointment th (as with all things) but they will accommodate a walk-in too if they can. Very clean location. They sterilize everything and pouch them. I have no complaints about the location.

Went in to buy a gift card for a coworker’s birthday and saw they were welcoming walk-ins. They got me right in, had me wash my hands and helped me pick colors. They were very professional and friendly. They’ve put dividers up between the technicians and guests as well as between guest chairs. I’m always happy with the services they provide and recommend them to everyone I know.

I USED to go here all the time now Im not going to I called to make an appointment and was asked if I could hold I said yes. FIFTEEN MINUTES later she forgot about me Im still on the phone and she tries to make another call WHILE Im on the phone and hung up on me I called back and told her what happened and she acted as if nothing happened with a nonchalant apology. Ive never been treated like this and it wont happen again Im very disappointed because they actually do very good service it takes ONE person to ruin it.

Got dip nails and was cut 3 times and bleeding. I was then charged full price for my nails. My nails look nice but I now have painful cuts on the side of my nails.

As someone who has been getting their nails done for over a decade I am very VERY disappointed in the quality of materials they used on my nails. I am new to the area & decided to stop in because it was close to home. Went in for a full set which I was super excited about because due to covid I havent been able to go to a shop in months. I really regret stopping in here and wish I would of taken my business & $65 ($50 for full set, $10 tip & $3 for repair with a $2 tip) elsewhere.The experience was good and workers were friendly but they should be ashamed of whatever products they are using because the quality is atrocious.I have never broken so many nails from a full set in my life. Heck I dont think Ive ever broken a nail after a full set! Not even at 4 weeks of the same set!I 2 days after getting them done I broke one nail, figured it was a bit odd but didnt think much of it and went back to get it repaired for $3. I wish I was kidding but as I got in the car I broke another nail! THE NEXT DAY I BROKE THE SAME NAIL THEY HAD JUST FIXED AND 2 MORE...Ive had my full set one week and 4 days exactly and I have broken 6 nails, technically 7 because they repaired one and I guarantee i will never be back. If I could dispute the transaction I would but unfortunately they have my money & I am left with 3 nails thatll probably break tomorrow.

Make an appointment if you want to go. I would say prices are higher than other places however it is worth it in my opinion. It is clean always, if you have am appointment ypu actually get in at that time as opposed to other places where the appointment doesnt matter at all.

The staff was amazing, Kevin is so good at nail art! The colors they have available are great, and how much faster this place is then other salons is definitely a bonus! Will be back for sure.

Even before Ann the owner gave me an awesome manicure, I considered reviewing this spot for its ambience. The place is beautiful with an attention to detail. It was obvious from the get go that their customers LOVE the techs and frequent the location. Then, the owner Ann gave me a manicure that went above and beyond. We talked about how she remodeled the place and her desires to keep her business innovative, using vegan products and the latest methods. A mom of 4 kids, we chatted about Motherhood and gushed about our babies and talked about how tough it can be. I was so impressed by this rockstar business owner! Appointments recommended. Service is Excellent.

Fancy inside, rushed nail job. Gell lasted 8 days before peeling off completely. Didnt get the scrub I paid for on the pedicure too.

I had the best experience I have ever had here, the lady that did my nails was so very kind and made me calm when I was nervous about all the people, she laughed with me and if she cut me or accidentally hurt me she stopped everything to make sure I was okay to continue and rubbed my hand till It felt better, my nails look absolutely amazing and for a great price the energy was so calm and very warm. Not to mention the beautiful interior design, I would 100% recommend and I am so coming back !!

The only nail salon I go to. Staff are extremely nice and will make you feel comfortable . They take their time and make sure you are happy each step. I have been a client for years now and have never had a bad experience . The new management is very nice as well. I always recommend divine nails to my friends. My nails always look great afterwards !!!

This place was so amazing!! The people were so genuinely nice and wanted to help. What really shocked me was how clean and modern it was. I love that and usually, a lot of nail salon doesnt have that level of sophistication. I would highly recommend coming. Other nail salons have always messed up. Yet, here my nails were the right shape and they did them very neatly.

The lady who sits in the right corner next to the pedicures- avoid her. She will get your manicure done for you in 5 minutes and then run off to be on her phone. She’ll also peel off your shellac without putting any solution on it first. And she trains others to do the same!!! Also, if you call in to schedule an appt, be prepared to be put on wait for about 10 minutes. The receptionist isn’t very friendly and her customer service skills aren’t the brightest. Otherwise, good salon, the owner is very sweet and the place looks amazing. I keep coming back but I ask to not get put with certain people.

Fantastic customer service. English speaking. Takes real care and time to get nails right! They even serve complimentary wine and champagne!!! They had little sandwiches and cookies also on the day I went...not sure if that is a routine or just for international women’s day!
