My experience was ok I went in for my birthday they did a ok job with my toe nail but the mess around with my toe and i was in pain for about two months nothing serious but then I went in to get my nails fill they told me 25 over the phone but I guess there was some miscommunication and they told me 45 when I got there and she didnt even shave the left over blue down all the way and you can still see the blue but there very professional but I would not go back there

Very happy with my service, i had a pedicure and also a manicure with shellac. Felt very comfortable and the salon is clean.

I have never had a bad or disappointing time there. Helen always does my nails beautifully and they never chip. Nancy gives the very best pedicure money can buy. Ive never considered trying another salon since discovering Canyon Nails. Courteous and patient and reasonably priced. Thank you Canyon Nails!

Got my nails done there for the first time via a friend referral, I thought they looked great but were a bit thin, within the first couple days the first nail popped off and I went and had them fix it and a few days after that another one popped off.

They are very sweet and detailed with my nails they do a great job

I made an appointment at 9:30am that morning for 2 pedicures at @12pm that afternoon we got there, we got greeted right away told to choose a color, and then we sat for 45 mins and then finally got seated then half way thru our pedicures my friends lady stops and goes and works on another client and leaves my lady doing both our pedicures.... just kinda unprepared and thought it was rude we had made appointments considering APPOINTMENTS ONLY and sat for 45 mins and then half way through the lady just stops working on my friend

Amazing thats all I can say they are all super friendly amazing at what they do and decently priced. Me and my two girls come here every 2 weeks love it

I received great service and an awesome manicure from this nail salon. They are the best, friendliest and most professional nail salon of this industry I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Im am glad I found them. Most of the other places I visited were unfriendly, hurried and unwelcoming. This was a very nice anomaly and I strongly recommend that others support them as they do their best and should certainly have a prosperous business!

I decided to try this place based on a recommendation from a friend. I was happy with my pedicure, the manicure was a different story. My cuticles turned red and became sore. I also came home with two big oil spots (from the manicure)on my new blouse. It took two times of treating and washing my blouse before the stain lifted.

My aunt told me to try this place after my regular place really went downhill. Today I went in for a Mani/pedi and was treated like a queen. By far the most relaxing and sanitary place Ive ever been too 💕☺️

I have been going to Canyon Nails for 12 years! I wouldnt go anywhere else! Great price! Great work! The salon is kept clean & upgraded on a regular basis! My only complaint? They have too many colors to pick from!! Haha

Experience was fine. My issue was more the fact that I felt extremely cheeped out on my acrylic nails. I understand you get what you pay for but I truly went back to talk and they were extremely rude. I would have been okay if they were willing work work me. Will not be coming back and only recommend if you are looking for a cheap mani pedi

I loved them. They were so kind and helpful. Wasnt a wait at all. Prices are cheaper than most. They give great massages with pedicures.

The ladies here were very nice and took care to take out my ingrown toenail, which is why I get pedicures often. Some locations will not mess with the ingrown. Reasonable pricing for pedicure with massage and paraffin wax $30 and a quick pedicure for $20

I cheated on my regular nail salon out of sheer convenience. I wont be doing that again.I usually get a gel manicure and the first step is to soak off the previous manicure. This is typically done by placing acetone soaked cotton balls on each nail and securing it in place with tin foil.This salon instead had me place my hands in a bowl of what I figured was warm water, but turned out to be acetone warmed by a bowl of hot water under it. (Not sure of the science of heating acetone...) So they literally just had me put my hands in a bowl of acetone. Im such a dry person naturally that this literally made my skin crawl. I asked about the tin foil method and they said that was extra. I asked to do the tin foil but she didnt understand me so I just said forget it. I watched them pour the acetone my nails soaked in back into a drum in the closet. Hopefully thats disposal not for reuse...As the manicurist is using a tool to scrape off the dissolved gel polish, she begins literally peeling off the gel with her fingers and then worth cuticle clippers. This is what any nail salon scolds you for doing if you show back up with a gel nail peeled off. I literally just watched her peel off my gel nails. I could have done that for free... Not to mention it thins your nail because youre not supposed to peel it off!All in all she did a less than ok job. There were bits of debris in the new coat of gel which is annoying since its metallic. You see all of the stuff stuck in the coat. Frustrating when you pay $25 and a $5 tip.Ill never cheat again.

I went and got my nails done Yesterday showed a design the said they didnt have the color and could it. So I did something as similar as i could. When I got home I really took a good look at my nails and they are lifting already.A few of my.nails look like there wearing stelitos that how lifted they are.and the sign said $25.but charged $30. So my advice dont go here. Ill be going to my normal salon.there amazing and should have never went anywhere else because.I was in a hurry.

Awful experience. When I first arrived everyone was rude, after complaining about it they changed their tone a bit. I asked for square white nails. This is my go to, I do this every other time I get my nails done. The shape was awful, every single nail was noticeably crooked, by a lot! And they cut my hand multiple times and didn’t seem to care. They put gel over the top of my dip nails which you’re not supposed to do. My white nails turned brown within 24 hours. Asked another nail tech about it, she said that means there’s a cleanliness issue. Which makes sense, it doesn’t seem like they sanitize anything here. I was extremely frustrated to get brown unshaped nails that cost me $50. I’ll never go back. And to top it off, one of my friends told me most of their reviews are from people they pay. They’ve offered to pay her to leave a good review before! Definitely think twice before you go here.

Been going here for years. Helen does a terrific job on my nails, but the other ladies also do wonderful work.

They do a great pedicure. There is one lady I do not like but the rest are good. The older lady there is not so hot. The pedicures and designed last for a really long time. My dip didnt come out so good when I went recently , but that is not normal and we were having an all around weird day. I give em 4 stars only because I got a pedicure once I wasmt happy with at all. You kind of kist need to ask for who you like and youre good here. I dont remember the womens name who I dont care for but she if definitely the eldest of the group. Shes nice just...does not care if you leave happy mad or sad. Iys whatever for her.

Walked in,and was seen quickly for a Regular Pedicure.

I went to get a pedicure after being 8 and a half months pregnant and barefoot in the summer and wanted so bad to do something nice for myself.I walked in and asked for a pedi. They replied Pick color! And the 4 employees continued there loud and non-understandable conversation as there 2 children ran back and forth the store.I picked my color then she said number 4! 1234! As this meant chair four I assumed. The lady that did my feet could not understand anything I asked for and couldnt follow direction as to what I wanted. I paid 30 dollars and even though the description of there services under this price point sounded good that isnt what I got. She did half ass work and used dirty files.there was no relaxing here the TV was blaring and they all just talked amongst them selves while the kids were in play town.I left with streaky polish ,caluses and a ridiculous amount of oil left on my feet and legs. I really was looking for a relaxing experience but was pissed by the time I left. I should have gone across the street. What a waist of time and money.when I got home my polish was clumpy as this person put 3 coats without letting the first one dry and it looks sneaky and gross.I called them to let them know and they did offer to fix them. Maybe this was just a fluke day for them but my first time in.first time customers should be treated as long time customers so they come back for business.

I have gone to canyon nails since i was in elementary school and until this day, they are wonderful and nice and funny and i have great service all the time.. love.

I went in for a gel manicure today and am SORELY disappointed. I say sorely because the woman who did my nails hacked my cuticles raw, aside from one particularly bloody cut on my pinky nail bed. I rarely review but I am disgusted with the lack of attention given to my bloody fingers!! Ouch! Now all I can do is wait for the infection to set in like the last reviewer. Gross salon, save your money. **after going back to the salon (2 hours later) with my finger still bleeding, the lady told me that she cuts all the time and suggest that I go visit the Doctor. Seriously, no apology, ZERO customer service. Go here only if you dont mind spending hard earned money on a terrible service.

Was there 3 days ago for my birthday. Got an infection on my finger and toe from the tools. Finger is swollen, throbbing, red, and theres pus. Ill never be returning. It was an uncomfortable manicure as they tried to do the mani and pedi at the same time and turned my chair off for the mani(aka best part of PEDI!!

My favorite place to go! theres a reason why shes been there for 20 years!
