Great service all around. The owner, Jenny is always friendly and attentive to my needs. As a long time customer, I’m always satisfied with the services provided. I can easily relax while getting a pedicure, knowing that Jenny is working diligently and carefully with my toes. Jenny also understands my preference when it comes to shaping my fingernails and making them beautiful! I can definitely say that my loyalty lies here, as long as Jenny is still around...

My nails were cut very short. shorter then what i wanted. very pricey for not the best service. would not recommend to anyone on a tight budget.

I took my wife a few months back, she had her nails done and pedicure. The Lady scrubbed to hard on her heel made it bleed, and the Lady kept complaining how business was and persisting that my wife add more services. Way over priced and not professional, never go back.

I called to make sure she had space, when we arrived she was the only one working so she had to work on 1 at a time but yet there were 2 of us, and she didntbother to rell us that on the phone. I got dip powder colour on my nails. The colour is beautiful however the quality this terrible, On day one it had already chipped. By day 3 all the tips are worn off and the corners are breaking even though I asked for rounded edges. Ive tried to call 4 times during open hours according to her website, she doesnt answer.

Jenny is very friendly! I’ve gone too soo many salons to get pedicures and she’s my favorite she actually takes the time and effort to make your toes look the best!!! Takes out the ingrown nails like a pro! highly recommended! And my favorite place to go ❤️ Thank you Jenny !

If in-grown toenails bother you, shes the on to fix them!

Went there on a whim and asked for stiletto shape and long. She clipped the fake nails to the right length but kept making them shorter and shorter and made my nails the wrong shape. This is nothing close to stiletto. Definitely not worth the $50 for this.

I have always had great service here.Brought my granddaughter in for a pedicure for her birthday and they spoiled her.Its not a fancy place if one is looking for ambiance. The owner had been great, too, working with the others.My husband goes fairly regularly to Jenny to work on his toes. After six months they are looking healthier.

I came here on a whim. The equipment is a little outdated, but I have never experienced such a gentle pedicure in my life! Jenny was very gentle and she actually explained why she was doing what she did. She has to work alone most of the time because of the economy, so there is a wait, but it is worth it! There is no hot stone massage, or paraffin wax treatment, but if you have a hard time with your nails being ingrown I would suggest Jenny.

I go here sporadically for pedicures and a couple times for nails; every time I have been helped right away and the ladies are very nice. I have never been charged incorrectly (as a few other posters have mentioned) and I think their prices are fair and their work is excellent. I always recommend people to Sonnys. Love them.

Had to get an oil change at Walmart next door, ran over here ( opening time 9:30am ) got to the door at exactly 9:30am they werent open. So I went next door to volcano coffee to buy time, came back and still wasnt open. Wont try it again.

I went to a salon in Tacoma that messed up my nails so I went to Sonnys. Jenny did a wonderful job. She took the old ones off and redid my nails perfectly. I will definitely be going there from now on. Oh, and they are priced really well too!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON UNLESS THE OWNER IS PRESENT. I have gone to this salon multiple times and have always come out satisfied and with a gorgeous manicure. However today (9/11/2015) I went with my best friend for our girl time to get our nails redone and have come out with the worst manicure in my life. There were 2 woman working, neither of which was the owner/manager. Lets start with the fact that a very inexperienced woman dug and pried at my nails to get then off causing me emense pain. Then she gets up and stands watching my friend get her nails done. Come to find out, she cant do nails because she is allergic to the powder. I sit there for 30 minutes without being spoke to. It then becomes a fun little game of taking turns of getting our nails done by one woman. When the time came to file our nails into shape, the inexperienced women absolutely destroyed my nails, not to mention filed the skin off the side of almost all of my nails. It literally looks like someone with Parkinsons filed my nails. women with experience then without asking uses pink acrylic on my blue tipped nails causing them to look like Barney threw up on my nails. While filing she also filed too much off around the cuticles making them look horrific. Then without asking AGAIN gave us both gel top coat. I ended up spending $45 dollars on the WORST manicure of my life. I pay, walk outside and realize one of my pinki nails is a completely different shade of blue then the rest of them. I go back in to ask about it to be yelled at in the middle of the empty salon, mind you Im being respectful just letting her know that Im very disappointed and not sure what happened because Ive never had a bad experience with them but all she does is yell which I can hardly understand. I decided it wasnt worth it and started to leave and as I walk out the door I hear her start screaming in Chinese. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS SALON UNLESS THE OWNER IS PRESENT.

Terrible service! Dont waste your money here!!! we arrived 4, which was one hour before they closed. The lady did my pedicure and my boyfriends in 30 minutes (that was 30 minutes to do both pedicures by one person). Charged me $50 for both pedicures? I called the next day to complain and she didnt even as much as apologize. she then insisted that the lady that did our feet did them all right and they did nothing wrong. She then explained that the lady that did our feet was in a hurry She then handed the phone off to a friend and had me explain to the friend what I was calling about. The friend was not employed at Sonnys. II WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!!!!

Im very disappointed with this place. I used to go here for years when Sonny (the actual owner) was there and now that everyone from back then is gone and they have new people its not the same. A lady named Hanna did my nails. She did alright. She didn’t measure my acrylics next to each other like most nail places do so i have some longer and some shorter. She only talked a few times during the visit. And they didnt have many gel colors to choose from. After my nails were done, she told me the cost was $35! And i just did a fill and gel polish. Most places cost $15 for a fill. They cost double! Plus $10 for Shellac instead of $5. Plus im suppose to tip them?! $40 later, i could have just gotten a new whole set somewhere else! Will definitely NOT be going back! That’s ridiculous pricing! Plus they do the bare minimum. They dont lotion your hands or put cuticle oil or anything special. I recommend you look at reviews before you pick a place and ask them what its gonna cost beforehand

I did like this place. Last time I went Hanna did my nails and they look completely horrible! Everytime I look I hate them more. I was so disappointed. I can see thru the clear coat my nail polish from before and my nails were not shaved down enough you can see all the ridges. Everytime I go its 18$ she charged me 25? I wish I could post a picture of my nails.... I went somewhere ela to get them fixed she was on her phone most of the time I was there!!!!

I took my daughter and her friend to a recommend local nail solon today... well they did an ok job on their nails, but mine were horible. It was a costly mistake. After trying to fix it myself (and some possible tears). I went back to Sonny! I went in and they were closing. She told me that it was not a problem and made me feel welcome even though I knew it was late. In no time at all, with alot of griding and smoothing I was back to beautiful nails. I will never go anywhere else ever again. Thanks to the lovely ladies at Sonnys!!!!

When I sat down, she said gel full set is $25, but she charged me $45 when we were done. The pricing on the wall even says full set is $20 and gel top coat is $5. Im so pissed. Guess thats what I get for last minute. From now on Im paying before my nails get done. So pissed!
