Today August 15 I went to this nail place to have my nails done. I told them that I had gel nail polish 💅 and if you can save the Previous nail save it or you can redo again. One girl was removing my gel nail polish color she was so rough and talking to other girls in her own language and laughing and looking at me that made me very uncomfortable. I told 4 girls that what I wanted done but they still asking me what I want done. I keep repeating my self but they didn’t understand me. It came to the point that I wanted to walk away from there but one girl was still doing my feet. I stayed until she finish. Then the other girl came to me said that The Who was taking my nail polish out she did had any experience in hand nail she only do for feet. She offer me to do for half price but I did want them to do my nail. Today was my wedding anniversary and I lost my husband three ago though going to the nail will me feel good. But no I came out out there tears in eye 👁. They offer me to do my nails for half price when I came to the counter they charge me full price for feet and said that they spent one hour to do my feet. I didn’t like that when I went to have my nails done they talk in there own language and they are laud which I didn’t understand what they were talk. The body language tell me that they we’re talking about me. I will never recommend other people to go there to have your nails done. The girl did a wonderful job. I showed her a picture of the nail design I wanted and she did it just like the picture. It was first time here at this nail salon. Will definitely be coming back again.

Had great service! They were willing to fit in my daughter and I in immediately. I had an amazing pedicure with hot stones and towels and a great manicure. My daughter wanted a custom acrylic set which they did an amazing job. They took every clients temperature and made everyone was thier hands right after coming into the salon. I felt like they took extra steps to keep the salon clean. I would highly recommend them.

PERFECT pedicure! They take their time with all the steps and I feel like Im getting a worthwhile spa treatment. Free beverages (and some of the adult variety), hot stone, paraffin, exfoliating, and a really good massage all for just 35 bucks (P.S. call and ask about their specials, they have 30% off right now).Employees were very friendly, the nails look flawless, and price was affordable. Our first time here and its Very very clean, they took there time (even though they were very busy) and did an amazing job. They offer free drinks, wine, beer, mimosas, soda etc. There are multiple levels of pedicure choices with different price ranges. They even have a kids one. They were very kind, caring and gentle with my 5yr old that had special needs. She loved it. Over it was an amazing mommy daughter outing and we will definitely be back.

I was so so impressed by my experience here today. My dad begrudgingly came with me for his first mani/pedi and he was impressed. The complementary beer was an added bonus. I appreciated the different levels of pedicure they offer. The salon was clean, bright, and the chairs were comfortable! The best thing was that they fixed my nails. I tried another salon in the same parking lot and left there almost in tears at how poorly my nails looked and felt. I asked the gals here if there was anything they could do. They recognized right way the poor quality and reassured me that this was not what dip nails should look like. Thank you ladies for everything today!!

I went there for regular manicure. They always push you to do Shellac or Gel. I don’t like UV lights on my hands and I don’t like to soak my fingers in acetone for 10 minutes to get the gel removed, that’s why I avoided, it’s not about the money.But they don’t like that, they did only one coat on purpose, so your color won’t last. I did my manicure and less than 48 hours it’s all chipped.! Won’t come back.

Me and my girlfriend came here as last minute plans and they were able to get us scheduled within an hour. (Call beforehand). Everything was sanitary and clean and they offer complimentary beverages. We got 3 services done and were out in under an hour. Kayci and Tammy were awesome! We will definitely be back.

Since this place opened, I have come 5 times. 3 times for a nail dip and 2 times because of chip or nail break(which isn’t their fault my natural nails are very weak). I have been satisfied every single time! Each time I go they always analyze my nails and ask me how they are holding up or when it chipped they would try to find a solution and learn. I love the fact that they want to learn with every encounter to make sure they are using the best product and best Technique. It’s also in a very convenient spot for me. Thank you!Also if you like mimosas they can make it for you!Update: They are starting to get more busy since they first opened. I usually go on a weekday because it’s not as busy, decided to come on a Saturday and called 1.5 hrs ahead of time to make an appointment and still waiting 30 minutes...I noticed there’s not a specific front desk person maybe consider having someone designated to the front desk? To manage the people waiting (offer a drink). Also when answering calls make sure that the specialist is available at that time.

This is the best place to go to if you want quality service all the way! Nancy was my nail tech and she went way above and beyond when doing my nails! I have tried many salons and i can say that i have finally found my go too place! Attention, updating information! I got the name of the salon wrong! My favorite nail salon EVER. Lena is my go to but all the ladies are great. Theyre very detailed and do beautiful work while being super friendly. Its hard to find a salon who does power ombre well or at all and Skyline nails it (no pun intended) Definitely a must experience. Also make sure you get your mimosa with your pedi.

They are very professional and taking every precaution for COVID. Great place to get my feet done at, definitely coming back!

My bestie and I were a little worried that we weren’t going to find a place to fit us in for pedicures but we came here and weren’t disappointed! They were so nice and the atmosphere was great! I love how they offered you drinks and different options for the pedicure experience. During our experience they were also approach with another customer who was disabled and handled it was such care and professionalism! We will be coming back!

This place is reasonable priced if they did not rush (but I was just a walk-in). My nails were almost the way I wanted them but I had to go home and fix them myself unfortunately. They do really good design work which is a huge plus.

I got my nails done yesterday just to see if they were any good and also because my usual place was busy at the time. I had a pedicure done by one lady who did a terrible job and took a full hour doing a sorry job. She didnt even cut much of any cuticle, scrubbed my feet where it didnt need to be scrubbed and didnt bother to file my toenails either. As soon as I was done, I was pretty furious since I spent an hour on shotty work on my feet and was going to leave without getting my nails done. The manager approached me and clearly saw I was furious and asked me what was wrong. I gave her my complaints and she stated she would redo my toenails for me as well as do my hands but I had to go pick up my son so I left and came back. After I came back, she repainted my toes, filed them and minutely cleaned up the cuticles. She was better than the person earlier but it wasnt GREAT. While she was doing that, I had another person work on my hands and she was better than the other 2, but she didnt ask me what shape I wanted my nails and the jewels I had them put on one finger on each hand have mostly fallen off and it hasnt even been 24 hours. Not to mention, the manager and the lady who worked on my hands were talking about me, the whole time I was there. Just because I dont speak your language, you cant assume that people wont know youre talking about them or mocking them. Ive been to a lot of nail salons in the area and this one towards the bottom of the list. The ambiance and the atmosphere of the salon is stylish and great but I feel like it is primarily focused on getting in and out customers and not the quality of service. Id rather have a less of an upscale salon with quality work than a up to date salon with mediocre quality of service. I will not be returning.

First time here for a pedicure but it was disappointing.The foot rubs and massage with hot stone was good but they neglect to really cut my nail straight and clean my nails. The lady who helped me cannot apply basic nail polish application and my nails were really messy leaving the establishment.

I really like this nail salon compared to other in the area. They were very welcoming and polite. They have a huge color selection and every service is priced well. They had great customer service and allowed you input on everything they did, I will definitely will be coming back!

Today is March 10th, 2019 and I’ve been going to skyline since their grand opening. The first few times (20 or so) their customer service was amazing, until you become a loyal customer. Now I am the type to give the benefit of the doubt so I continued to go for a few more times, thinking maybe it’s not how it seemed. Nope! Every time I returned I get there super early on a Sunday morning (9:30-10am) and I never leave out earlier than 2pm. Now I totally understand the appointment system but when multiple customers walk in and you ask out loud do you have an appointment, they say no, get more done than me and still leave out before me, how? And after starting our nails? Are we not paying customers like everyone else? They stopped speaking to us in a respectful manner and just to ask “what color do you want?” comes out very rude! Here is my reason for leaving this review; great customer service should be extended to everyone that walks into your public establishment especially to the ones that return time and time again, are respectful and courteous to you, regardless of how you feel about their sexual orientation, race, gender and religion. If not, then maybe you should become a private establishment and make it members only🤷🏽‍♀️. I can’t speak for anyone else but I would love it if a business or organization would let me know up front that my $125 every visit is not welcomed. This place might as well put a “no colored” sign out front. My advice to this establishment is not to judge a book by the cover.P.S I was curious so I read the other reviews and Tiffany Jasmine, your review is not a lie! Accepted our walk in without being rude like some other places are. Received a mimosa while getting a pedicure. The massage was very relaxing and the staff did a great job and took their time which was appreciated!

Erika was very pleasant. She did a very good job on my nails. She took the time and make sure that it was exactly how I wanted. Definitely will go back.

Super disapointed with our experience today. Had an appointment for 1pm for my friend and I for dip nails. Also brought our little ones in for a nail color. We turned up 15mins late which is on us, however when we walked it we were told by one of the staff that it was totally fine and they were finishing up with other customers and would be with us shortly. Only giving one star because they were nice enough to give our girls a juice box each after we sat down but other than that, we were completely neglected. We sat there in the lobby for almost 2 hours before finally getting told to go sit in some chairs. However nothing happened. My friend started to get her nails soaked and I had no one attend to me in the slightest. During this entire time we were trying to keep our girls occupied, and due to a little incident we had to basically pack up and leave, my friend removing her foil soak from half her fingers and left with half melted nails. If it was going to be an issue and the staff knew they were struggling with time constraints we would have much more been happy with a We are sorry but can we reschedule you for another day and time instead of keeping us waiting and keep telling us it will be 5 more minutes. Two hours is horrible. We should have been smart enough and left after 30 minutes. I hope you sort out your staff issues soon because we really enjoyed our nails in our previous visits.

Very inconsistent results, sometimes my nails have the same shape but theyre cut different lengths or filed crooked and with an angle... when addressing issues they speak Vietnamese in a very violent and angry tone. Ive yet to have a decent set of nails from this establishment! Whether its inexperienced technicians or lack of ability to effectively communicate youre left feeling as though its wrong to pay such exorbitant prices for remedial work.

My first time walk in Skyline nails and spa at Puyallup is awesome look on everything about the lay out. So much different good look up to now day though! I gladly to have the service here.

My friends and I went here for the first time. I didnt get what I asked for, and my other friend wasnt completely happy with what she got done either, and the nail tech argued with her about how long the soak off of her old polish was. The tech said it should take about 15-20 mins but hers took almost 45. Will not be going back to this place again.

I really loved coming here, but after today Im rethinking about coming back. I came here always getting a fill, then I talked to them about getting Powder nails.I then switched to Powder.Today I needed a brighter yellow than what they offered in Powder, but they had the bright yellow I wanted in Gel. So I got an acrylic over lay with Gel.The lady I had today was NOT one of my usual girls, I have 2 and they go back and forth between each other of who does my nails. She had to take off the powder, so normal procedure of how to take off the powder comes into play, she leaves the foils on my nails for 45 minutes! Youre only supposed to leave it on up to 25 minutes.My nails were too thin, I could feel everything, I thought they were going to fall off. She is now shaping my nails, she had asked me several times about the shape, which means it should be the shape you want, I didnt get that, I asked for a rounded square, I guess all she understood was square. She started getting upset with me because I kept flinching everything she pushed too hard on filing it down. After 8 minutes of agonizing pain, she had to put the acrylic on them. She glooped it on and pushed it around to make a shape with it, so theyre very thick now, very uncomfortable and unnecessary. She then had to go over them with the electric filer and I had told her several times that my nails were getting hot and they were hurting before she stopped and yelled for someone else to finish my nails.It was one of my usual girls, she kept asking why I kept flinching and when I told her the other lady kept the foil on too long she said No, we have to leave them on for 15 minutes or longer. And when I told her it was over 45 she kept telling me No like I was lying. I told her my friend was done with her Powder nail set before the other lady took my foils off she she said I do my nails fast. I was in there for and hour and a half.Im happy my usual gave me a 3rd coat of the yellow, but lm disappointed with how they treated me today, Ive always scheduled my appointments and Ive always tipped them. I brought in people with me to show my friends how good they are, and I felt stupid for bringing in my friends today just for them to treat me like this.

I’ve been here 3 times for a manicure and pedicure. The first time I came here I had a great experience. My pedicure looked perfect and lasted for weeks. The second time I came here both my mani and pedi looked sloppy, unfinished, and my nails were noticeably uneven and gritty. Finally today I had a similar experience to last time, only this time after I was done, my nail tech never returned with disposable flip flops and left me in the pedicure chair. After a long period of waiting, the salon was getting packed and I couldn’t wait any longer. All the techs were very busy so I just paid and left the salon barefooted since my nails were still tacky and I didn’t want them to smudge on the shoes I wore in. While it’s nice that this salon is one of the few that are open on Sundays, this place is (short) staffed with employees that are apathetic about providing a good service.

The paint job was terrible! i also, asked for glitter on one of my finger nails and i wasn’t able to have an option of what kind of glitter. the lady simply just chose it for me.

First time visit on mothers day and it was amazing

I’ll start off by saying my nails are great. I came in around 10:40 with my mom to get myself a full set and my mom manicure both gel. We got seated 5 mins later . I was like great ! Then people started coming in and they had appointments so they put me aside told me to move seats . Which was fine like yeah they had appointments. When they were done I was still just sitting there. My mom was still sitting there. Till an older lady came and took my mother’s gel polish off . It took her about an hour just to take it off!! THE OLDER LADY DOESNT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT SHES DOING !? And the young lady who looks 15 doesn’t know what she’s doing either!! . Finally someone came to do my nails ... but she was very young she looked around my age (I’m 15 almost 16) and she cut my thumb nail too short . Then when she was done cutting my nails she walked away . About 15 min later a girl came and filed them and put the powder on . My mom was almost done with her manicure by then the older lady was doing them but the black light to put your nails under messed up my moms nails ... my mom chose all black nails with sparkles on her ring finger ... and they couldn’t find the right sparkles . Then the black turned blue out of no where . They kept telling her it was black when it was noticeably blue! So the lady “fixed” the color and the older lady seemed to have an attitude like she couldn’t accept the fact that she messed up. Then a DIFFERENT lady came and finished the colors on my nails finally . It was 1 o clock ! 2hrs and 20 min!! May I add that a lady came in and said the charged her twice which kind of scared me bc I didn’t want the same thing to happen to me . Then later a girl came in and said they messed up the gel on her nails. And after a girl came in and said her nail broke a day after she came in. THEN the girl next to me asked for ombré on her fill and the lady pushed her really hard to make her get a full NEW set which cost more and takes longer but she pushed more and more when the girl clearly didn’t want to . Then proceeded to tell her that a full set is $50 and fill is also $50 . Plus my moms nails are still blue . Overall lots of red flags and won’t be coming back. At least my nails look good and they have a discount that doesn’t end till October 29!
