Peppers Salon and Spa is the #1 place to go! I went there yesterday to get a free consultation on my hair breakage and thinning. Heidi was my consultant. I was convinced the reason for my hairbreakage and thinning was from dye burnt hair. After carefully examining and asking questions about my hair, Heidi advised me it wasnt from a dye burn and narrowed it down to most likely a thyroid medication. She explained thyroid and heart problems/medications were the highest reason for my problem. After leaving I checked my calendar and sure enough this started a month after my Dr changed my thyroid med. She could have easily sold me on expensive restoration treatments but was honest, friendly and professional and instead showed me a shampoo & conditioner especially made for long hair damage and breakage. Heidi told me to call or come back if I had any questions. Im in a wheelchair and had no problem maneuvering there and Heidi easily moved a salon chair & popped me right in. Pepper’s is the first salon that I’ve ever been to that understands and properly cuts my curly hair. I’ve been going here (and seeing Lena) for 3 years and every time I’m satisfied with the experience. If I realize after the fact that I need more cut off than I initially thought, they’re very accommodating and willing to work with me on getting the results I’m aiming for. Highly recommend this salon for curly-headed people!

I went to Peppers for the 1st time a couple weeks ago to get about 6 inches cut off my hair. It was a last minute appointment, but they were able to fit me in quickly. My stylist was very nice and attentive. Since I was referred by another person I was able to get a free bottle of shampoo. The only sticking point I had was the price. I had a simple cut and wash with a couple bottles of product, was over $100 before tip. I havent cut my hair in some time, so perhaps my budget is just dated. I would recommend this salon if you are looking for attention and quality, but arent afraid to spend a bit to get it.

I have had my hair cut at Pepper’s Salon for several years and for the most part have been happy with the results. Today I was driving by so stopped to make an appointment for a cut and highlights. I had not had any chemical treatments before but decided to give it a try. I needed an evening or weekend appointment. It took the receptionist over 15 minutes to find an appointment time. First telling me twice that there was nothing until January. But finally, finding one on Saturday a couple of weeks out. Then she told me she would need a $50 deposit or a credit card number to make the appointment. I had never been asked for that before. When I objected, the receptionist said it was policy. To be clear, I am not a problem customer. I’ve have no history of cancelling appointments, arriving late, bouncing checks, complaining or otherwise causing the business any trouble or concerns. Poor customer relations for a service industry. It felt like I was was being treated like I was irresponsible even when they have a multi-year history that proves otherwise. I changed my mind about making the appointment and I won’t go back to the business again. I’ll look for a business with policies that are personal enough to make me feel respected and appreciated as a customer.

I went in for a Brazilian Wax and had an amazing experience. The salon is cute and clean and the customer service and overall atmosphere was terrific.My wax was very quick AND efficient. I barely had any tidying up to do when I got home! The conversation was easy and it was a very welcoming environment.Overall the entire experience was pleasant and I will be back.Thanks Peppers Salon!

I made an appointment with them and when I arrived a very unprofessional receptionist told me that I didnt have an appointment. She told me that my appointment was made on different date which wasnt the truth because I couldnt choose that date when I am not even in town. I had three dates to choose, and I mentioned them on phone, and none of them were on the date they scheduled me. They have Rude and Unprofessional reception that left me extremely disappointed​... I better spend my hundreds of dollars in hair salon that cares about their customers.

Loved my pedicure today. The atmosphere is amazing and the nail tech did such a great job. I took a friend out to celebrate and wanted something more then the run of the mill nail salon and this place definitely beat my expectations. The price was comparable to a spa pedicure at most salons for far better service. Go get your nails and feet done

Me and a friend came in for pedicures and were super impressed w the nail tech Ketra. She took her time and was very attentive to how I was doing during it. It was super relaxing and she gave good tips for home care and kept everything very clean and sanitized. We especially loved chatting with her during. I would highly recommend. 😊

I booked an appointment to have my hair highlighted and cut before a big event, booking went without issue and was 22 days in advance. Today I received a call that the stylist they picked will now be out of town and I have to reschedule. I said I really needed that day and any stylist would work but then she informed me that there is no availability leaving me scrambling to find a different salon. Ive been a longtime customer and have always been extremely happy with the results but this is just disappointing especially when the booking issue was on their end.

I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted, showed my stylist lots of pictures that had different styles I liked, and let her do her thing based off that. I hadnt ever been here before but she knew exactly what would look good with my hair type and face shape and I absolutely love it! Great atmosphere, too. Ill definitely be coming back

I had a great experience here. The lady who cut my hair seemed to really understand pixie cuts and also understood that my hair is wavy and shortens up a lot when it dries. My cut was super cute & I felt great after I left!

Theyre amazing. They offer services to individuals going through cancer treatments, which is a hugely generous and thoughtful deed. I now come here with a full head of hair and am happy to do so. They do a great job. My daughter has a short hair cut and Lena did a great job listening to what she wanted and making it happen.

New to the area and was in need of a hair cut. Gave this salon a try and absolutely loved it. They did a dry cut on my curly hair and it turned out great exactly what I wanted. I defiantly want to go back to try some of their other services they offer.

Reasonable prices, lots of options for the spa, and they offer discounts if you have multiple services. They were very polite and offered water while i waited even tho it was only a moment.

I went in for a consultation with Heidi for hair extensions. I have always had thin hair and she assured me that my extensions wouldn’t show. Once my extensions were applied by Lauren, I couldn’t believe that I had just paid $600 for the extension tape to seen all over! Then after just a couple of weeks I was already having extensions fall out. When asked if I could take the extra extensions elsewhere, they told me they were only to be kept in the salon. I kept in the extensions for just under a month and had to wear a hat everyday! The company does not care about their customers, only money!

This place is amazing. Very professional. They offer wonderful training to their employees so they can stay up on current Styles. They offer some fantastic products that they use on your hair. They offer the Devacurl cut and the Deva products. I highly recommend this place. And I will not go anywhere else.

Today was my first visit. I saw Tiffany, who was great! My brows looks fabulous, AND she really did a great job building a rapport with me. Im not usually one to like small talk but she was so friendly, I felt very comfortable with her. The salon itself is very clean and modern, and they provide a whole bunch of different services. She even offered to do my makeup for my wedding next year! You pay for what you get, Id rather pay a bit more to go to this salon over some other cheaper, but very sketchy places. My daughter has been getting her hair lightened for over 10yrs with no issues her current stylist was unavailable so she decided to try peppers. $300 and two appointments and a total of 6hrs later her hair is nothing like the many pictures she showed the two stylists and always uses when getting her hair done? She was belittled and talked down to , She was told the pictures on Pinterest are photoshopped they are not real and it will take multiple visits to have blond hair???? Seriously! I was a stylist for 17yrs and taught color , what My daughter asked for is done everyday! I don’t know where these girls are getting there training but they obviously need more!!!!

This place is a Godsend. Had a pedicure and was very fortunate to catch a cancelation to be squeezed in last minute for a hair cut. Hannah was professional, polite and very meticulous with the pedicure. I recently had an unsatisfying hair cut and Jenn performed a miracle. I cant believe how happy I am with my hair! I have a lot of hair and its naturally curly. A lot of styles dont work. I was freaking out because my baby shower is this weekend and I really didnt like how my hair looked. Pieces were sticking up in the back, it was poofy and frizzy. Jenn completely transformed it and this is one of the best hair cuts, and style, Ive ever had now. Outstanding. Theyre not cheap but I think its worth every cent. Recommend the salon and highly recommend the two girls I worked with, Hannah and Jenn.

Ive had 3 hair services here twice for color while Im happy with my color Im disgusted in their lack of transparency in price. First time here I needed all over color to bring my hair out of blond and darken up then add carmel highlights paid $175 I think cant remember the exact amount they did tack on a fee for toner also a long hair fee which seems ridiculous since youre a SALON! This time I booked PARTIAL HIGHLIGHTS I only needed my roots touched up and brighten up my color. When checking out was charged $225 I ALMOST FELL OVER! In 17 years of getting my hair colored IVE NEVER been charged this much then the front desk girl explained I was told? I would be an hourly rate client bcuz I have long hair??? First my hair is thin like baby fine thin so its not long plus thick and today it was about PARTIAL highlights above the ear root touch up the idea of charging a client HOURLY for hair service only encourages stylists to be SLOW prior to this salon it would take 2 hours start to finish for my highlights AND I used to get 3 colors in a dramatic chunking. Stay AWAY if you dont want to pay trumped up fees for basic hair services! I will not return to this salon. I will find a salon that can be straight forward about pricing for services. This place only cares about getting every penny they can from clients not about giving excellent service or honest pricing!

Ive come here for 2 years, every month, to get my face waxed. It is pricy, but the service is really worth it. Ive seen multiple people in that time and every one of them was excellent. The waxhing rooms for face waxing have recently been upgraded for privacy which is very nice.

What a discovery! Finding someone that understands long, thick hair AND color is so rare - and I feel so lucky to have found Kelsie! Shes gently coaxed my coarse, damaged, uber-thick hair back into health and I am thankful. I love the salon, the atmosphere, and the experience.

Hired pepper salon to do makeup for six brides maids, as well as the bride. The makeup turned out awful, and that opinion was unanimous among all 7 girls. By the time th paid, it was too late I didnt have the chance to tell them.They wiped the makeup off, and did it themselves, it was that bad. My Girl wished she had taken a picture.
