Great service, and conversation. I am absolutely in awe over my nails. I have been bouncing around try to find the place and after my visit last night... I think I found it! Very clean and energetic atmosphere they were busy but took good care of everyone. For sure coming back.

I haven’t had my nails done in like 10 years (I prefer to do my own nail art) but decided to go before vacation so I wouldn’t have to worry about polish chipping. I got the dip powder over my natural nail- Yen did them. I had lots of questions about it while she was doing them and she answered them nicely for me. I think they look good and she did a good job of not piling the powder up around my cuticles.

Ive been going here for about 3 times for pedicures and fills. My tech does an amazing job on my nails. I dropped in some photos of the designs shes done. Definitely recommend!

This was my third time going to this salon. I’m Super happy with my experience here. I’ve taken my 7yr old daughter her with me a couple of times and they’ve always been great with her and myself.I normally get just regular nails but this time I brought in a reference photo for some Christmas nails and they turned out great. The nail tech was quick but was also sure to make sure the shape was consistent across all my nails and The acrylic wasn’t super thick compared to some other places I’ve gotten them done. She did a really good job and I will continue to go back!

My husband took me here to get my nails done. We called to see if they had availability because we didnt have an appointment they said as long as we were in within 20 minutes. Which we were. We got in, got seated waiting 10 minutes then a gentleman came and glued the fake nails to my nails. Then we waited another 15-20 for another woman to come apply the acrylic powder and once she did that she left me and went to do another customers nails. We waited another 10 minutes or so and then she came back. Once all said and done they had a nice shape but she didnt clean the acrylic from under my nails, the polish was wavy and 3 broke within the first week of having them.1st time back to get them fixed was good shape was okay and I paid for the fix of the one nail2nd time to fix the other 2 that broke, shape is wrong, the 2 nails are now noticeably shorter than the rest and she didnt let the gel paint dry enough and had to fix them again but did the same thing. Now within an hour the polish is ripping off.Dont recommend

They took their time with me and I can say it was close to perfection. They were so nice and cautious! I strongly recommend them and I am happy to say I choose my nail salon!

My tech has NEVER given me any nicks or cuts on my cuticles or nails, and her designs have always been creative and amazing. She has always done an amazing job with my nails.

Honestly I tried so many places in Puyallup and this place is by far the best Ive been to!Last time I went I had Vivian for a dip nail and had a pedicure and I was really happy with it. I had to go somewhere else last time because they were closed but from now on I will go here. Mai did my dip today. She took her time and made them smooth... she did my cuticle and she cleaned up underneath. (No fragments underneath!) They look awesome! 100% happy.

The staff are also friendly and finally very professional. I trust them completely and Im thrilled that Ive found this place. I am going to back again for sure.

Im new to this nail shop and had a medi-pedi done. The lady that did my nails was polite and fast. I really like my nails bc I am a truck driver and my nails can get damage easily. She made the dip look really nice and natural. Will be going back for my next spa day.

I’ve been going here for YEARS. I love this place, and every single time I’ve had great quality service or they’ve gone above and beyond to fix what was wrong. There’s a huge selection of colors (shellac, traditional, and dip powder) and tons of specialty gels. All the girls are great, but it you want awesome acrylics go to Vivian or Mai. Dip powder? Hailey is the best. Seriously, Hailey gave me the best set of dip powered nails I’ve ever had today and I’m going to go back to her from now on only. I’m really picky about the thickness of my nails, and I want them the thinnest you can get. Hailey had great attention to detail, and went back and fixed the shaping/mistakes if there were any. Hanna and Jamie are also great!There are a lot of options in Puyallup, but I love this place. They do get quite busy, and sometimes you have to wait if you’re walking in. I don’t mind because it’s relaxing just sitting in the chair and when I go I’m rarely on a time crunch. But just a heads up in case anyone is looking for a quick in and out place to walk into.

I have seen their acrylic nail work just from observing other clients being serviced. I must say, I was pleased with the finished products I saw.

DISAPPOINTED!! I’ve been going to Pearl Nails for many years. When I first started going there, it was great and, from my first visit, I decided this would be my neighborhood go-to salon. For the first few years, I found the service to be professional and reliable. Whether by appointment or walk in, I received solid and consistent service. It was awesome! Unfortunately … and I don’t know what happened there but … it’s terrible now. I took a few months off during Covid — like so many others. When I started my nail maintenance back up, Pearl was my obvious go-to. The posted hours state they open at 9:30a but the first time back they were totally full by the time I got there at 9:25a. I thought that was weird but I figured it was a fluke until it happened again AND again AND again, despite arriving earlier and earlier. Each time FULL. And each time, I waited about an HOUR to begin service. So, I figured they changed their hours to open at 9a. When I went in last time, I made sure to make an appointment for 9a which they took. Today was the last straw. I arrived for my 9a appt, walked in, and was told they don’t open until 9:30a and to come back later — although another woman was in the process of getting her nails done right then. When I return at 9:25a, there are at least 10 people in chairs (mani and pedi) receiving services. I didn’t wait an hour but they still took about 10 min to get to me. Tbh, I haven’t been to another salon in so many years I cannot say their service is poor but I do have to regularly clean up excess acrylic, snags, and polish from my skin when I get home. Is that normal?? I guess I’ll be finding out soon. I’m a professional and calendars and appointment times matter to me. If you like to play opening-time roulette or like long waits, this can be your neighborhood salon. As for me, I’m going to seek a place with professionalism and the high service level that I require.

Everytime I come here, I call and make an appointment first. They are NEVER on time. It’s unfortunate because when their slow they do good work but when their busy they rush the quality. Today I waited 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Brought my 12 year old daughter with me to get our nails done. The place was dirty, we both had lint inside the nails when done. I asked for white and pink nails that should have been $50.o They did acrylic and painted them pink and white and then charged me $65! The nails are not even legnth and my daughter didnt get what she asked for at all either. She ended up taking hers off the next day. I wont return.

I went here as a treat from my mom, the first women that seated me down took off my nail polish put two tips on and got up and just left, as i was patiently waiting for around 5 minutes another lady seated me she was quick and really nice definitely going back for a fill. she honestly seemed in shock when i told her i was paying for a 40 dollar set myself when i told her i was in middle school lol. super busy though i suggest you make an appointment

Nails look great but customer service could use some work. I have a dog bit on the ring finger thats healing (both on top and under it and lady keept trying to bend my finger, slapped it and then squeezed. I almost cried from the pain.

Got a beautiful set today and it was cheaper than I ever got them. Very nice ladies, definitely going back!

Very clean environment and conscientious about COVID. Everyone gets a quick temp check when they come in. There are clear splash guards between clients and nail techs at manicure stations. Clients are spaced one seat apart unless they come in as a group, or if there is nowhere else to seat someone. In that event, a portable clear splash guard is put between the two clients.Everyone was friendly and prompt. There are tons of colors! Gel, polish, and dip.Pedicures have multiple levels, as typical, with options for organic lotions and also with hot stones, paraffin dip, hot towelsPrices are comparable with other shops in the region.Overall a great experience!

Absolutely will come here again. Tammy did a amazing job and recommend her to anyone. Only complaint is there was an employee wearing her mask completely under her chin. Everyone else was wearing theirs completely.

They cut me multiple times and did not apologize and turned people away because of their skin color, got nail glue all over me, and were disrespectful, over charged me extra! And charged us different amounts each time! DO NOT GO THERE!

They did better than the last place. I at least got the color I wanted. Text acrylic is to thick, too expensive, and was very bold about demanding a tip. Im not going back. I gave 3 stars for the attempt and partial satisfaction .

Wish I could give 3.5 The staff is very nice and friendly. They make you feel at home. The stuff they use is very unorganized. They cut my nails so short, my fingers hurt a lot. They cut my cuticles very far. My nails were already kind of short and they made them even shorter. The cutting was also very weird cut and not shaped properly. The nail painting wasn’t very well done, the nail polish was on my actual fingers. The only thing I really liked is that one lady was very nice and literally told my friend a way to save money for her manicure.Summary:• Organize your things.• Don’t cut the nails so short and be gentle.• Fix your teqnique• Great staff and service

Love this place! Been coming here since we moved to South Hill and they are consistently great! I usually get a shellac manicure and they are wonderful, never had a chip in the polish. My daughter gets acrylic nails and is more risky when it comes to fashion and they are able to keep up with the trends and produce quality looks! Love them!

I came here to get a pedicure and it turned out great, all nail tech was friendly and gentle! My nail tech also I walked out of nail story looking like a brand new woman! Lol! The location is in a great walking! So convenient!

This place is wonderful! I moved to Puyallup in September and have since had a very tough time finding a decent nail salon. After multiple attempts I almost gave up- but then I came across Pearl Nails and I was SO IMPRESSED. Mai did such an amazing job and she made me happier than ever. My nails are beautiful and she did them in a very timely manner. This place is so great and I’m so glad I decided to try it out. I will be a loyal customer of Peral Nails for as long as I live in the area! Very impressed!

Pearl nails is a great nail salon with every nail option you can think of including their manis & Pedis, specialized nail art, they even have waxing as well. I have recently had my nails Dipped! I love it because it allows my own nails to grow without having full sets put on! I will say that they are ALWAYS busy so you may have to wait for your treatment! The wait isnt due to the lack of staff...its just they are that busy! But definitely worth the wait!! 😀💅

I recently moved to the area and after doing A LOT of random nail salon stops in South Hill looking for a new nail place. I went to Google and found this salon. I love it here they have always exceeded my expectations and are better than my nail salon I used to go to. The manicure and pedicures last and look great for weeks. Before I came here, I stopped doing dip manicures because they would inevitably crack or break. I tried it here and they NEVER cracked, chipped or broke! I will be a customer here from now on!

I went on Sunday and it was packed, but of course everyone was getting there nails hooked up for NYE. Vivian did my nails and she did amazing job. She cleaned up my cuticles and redid my nails from a previous nail appointment from another nail shop. My nails are beautiful now and I will be going back.

Ive been here 3 times and (almost) every time Ive loved it. There are better places to get pedicures, but for manicures, acrylics, gels, anything on the fingers they are the best Ive been to! Ive been trying to find a place as good that is as close, but nothing that I like as much.

Ive gone here a few times and the first time my nails were literally perfect. Each time Ive gone back after, theyve gotten worse. My friend and I went and got our nails done Monday and they both already look like they need a fill. Also, she didnt even do my whole nail. I have 5 nails that the sides are literally just normal nail. Plus, they both cut her and I. Didnt even apologize when she had to wipe the blood away on me.

Came here to have a relaxing experience, well that is not what I got. They had me sit with my nails wrapped in acetone for over an hour bouncing me around from nail tech to nail tech. Went in for a fill ending up needing a whole new set after they melted away my tips and burnt my nails. After already investing and hour and a half I figured might as well finish and I regretted it. Four hours later horrible service and my nails are average. Safe to say I will not return. Thanks for turning a relaxing hour into four hours of irritability.

I have gotten my nails done by these beautiful ladies (and Tony) for years. My nails never chip or break. Ever. Most of the ladies do great Pinterest inspired nail art. If they cant do what you want, they let someone else who can, complete your service. They have a zillion gel/shellac polishes to choose from. Even chrome, cat eye, mood changing. They have several pedicures to choose from from basic to extravagant. They have perks for repeat customers. BEST SALON EVER!

Mai or Vicky or Tony are the cream of the crop there. They always have space for a walk in. They are more expensive than most but have a good variety of all the newest colors.

Made an appointment for 4:30 no one attended me until 5. Made my nails much shorter than I asked. Now a week later they are already falling off.

The initial service could have been much better. I was moved to 3 different technicians before I landed.with some who was competent enough give me the service I requested.. However, despite this experience the technician was excellent

I just moved to the Spanaway area and away from my regular salon and was nervous about finding another good place but I am so thrilled with Pearl! My friend that recommended this place went with me yesterday, she got a gel manicure and I got a gel acrylic fill and I seriously cannot get over how amazing our nails look!I was late for my appointment and thought the nails on my right hand were a tiny bit longer on my right hand than my left hand. Not only were they made perfect, but they were so gracious and I paid less than I was expecting and you receive a card for $5 off next time!I’m happy to have found a new regular place! :)

UPDATE! - My nails a week later are chipping and aren’t attached to my actual nail anymore. So just waiting for them to break off. ( one already broke off ) don’t recommend this place unless you would like to wait or have a grumpy nail tech. I must’ve come on a bad/busy day because I had an appointment at 130, sat down and waited patiently. Walk ins came in and got seated immediately. I didn’t get seated until 1:50 and the only reason was because someone sitting next to me complained about the wait. When it came down to doing my fill, the lady I had was in a bad mood. She filed one of my hands a little thinner then the other. So I asked her if she could even it out. And The way she handled my hands were ridiculous. I told her if she needed my hand to move a certain way she could just tell me and she just continued handling my hands rough and telling me “ no” or “not that way “ When it came to painting my nails, a couple times happened where my nails got stuck together from the polish or the tips of my nails would hit something and every time she would look at me more and more mad and she would just scoff at me. She asked me if I wanted one more coat, I said yes and she just looked like that was the last straw.

If I could have given zero stars I would have. We didnt get seen for 40 minutes past our appointment. Then my daughter had three different people start work on her. Literally one woman put on four nails and then said someone else would finish it. The final person got up part way through to go take a break. It is now 1 hour 20 minutes past our appointment time, and the shaping isnt even done. Dont waste your time or money at Pearl Nails. I recommend you go up the street to Ivy Nails instead.
