First time going here was yesterday. They were all super friendly. Im not sure the name of the guy who did my nails, but he was fast and efficient. Yet they came out perfect and is hands down the best nails Ive ever had. Only downfall was I waited an hour and 25 minutes until I even got to sit in a chair to begin because it was so packed. But I didnt mind, since I had my friend there to keep company. Overall, super clean, really nice friendly people. And you even get a massage with your manicure.

Very friendly, good customer service. Very clean nice atmosphere, with music and decor. I got a specialty gel pedicure detox. I was so relaxed after I left and so impressed with the job that was done. This is my new spot for sure.

I brought in a picture of what I was hoping to have done and half way through it looked nothing like it and I asked if they could take a second look. They ended up redoing it and they turned out SO GOOD. A bit of a rocky start and I was there for two hours(an hour more than I had anticipated) but overall friendly and helpful workers. I’ll definitely be going back.

They were nice and friendly, but I see they roll out the Red carpet for white customers. Me and two other black clients had been in the shop for over an hour and no one offered us anything. Four white customers came in(a bride and her party), they offered them Water/Soda and kept asking was everything good. Once they asked them did they want anythingto drink; they then asked us did we want anything. They were really chatty and smiley with the white ladies (nice ladies)...It was a total difference, but All and All it wasnt a bad experience . Great work!

I usually go to comfort all the time for my fills and designs, but just recently i went in and had a bad experience. i went in with the design i wanted and they ended up not having that color, then i picked multiple other designs and they could not do them/didn’t look like the picture. when i told them that i didn’t want to do a design anymore because the way they were doing it wasn’t the way it was supposed to look, they got frustrated and started being very rude when i said i just didn’t want a design anymore. usually good service but if you don’t like what they give you i guess that gives them a green light to be rude 🤷🏻‍♀️

My sister and I had an appointment for 6pm, we were seen pretty quickly and waited some time for them to begin. The younger guy did my nails and wasn’t the best, he yanked my hand around and felt rushy. They came out fine for shape and dip. A woman named Vicki did my sister and I’s designs and they were great! She was very kind, attentive, and spoke to us. I would definitely ask to make the whole appointment with her. I got my eyebrows done by her as well and it was no painful. All in all, it was great it just took 2 hours and a bit of waiting while other staff were busy. I spent $77 on eyebrows and dipped designed nails.

I called and made an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes for them to actually start my manicure. I’ve been here a few times now and the first time it was really good but since then I’ve been cut, had to wait long wait times even with an appointment and I am just unimpressed.

Vicky did an amazing job on my nails. She took her time. Also they were extremely friendly and talkative which is rare at nail shops. The prices were reasonable. It was clean and quiet. They even offered me water and fixed anything I wasn’t happy with. I really liked Vicky and the two men.I was unhappy with my pedicure done by another lady. However the overall experience was so positive I have 5 stars anyways

Today was my first visit, and this place is so wonderful. The nail technicians are very attentive and thorough. Customer service is top notch. I had a pedicure, and they asked if everything was ok throughout the entire process. I had such a relaxing time. They were busy today, so I watched other techs to see if the level of care was the same with all the technicians, and it is. They all are attentive and thorough. Thank you Comfort Nail & Spa. EDIT: Not even two weeks after getting these nails, three of my nails have broken off and the rest have massively chipped and I just keep noticing more flaws. I was very exited after my first amazing full set there, but this third set has been insanely disappointing.PREVIOUS REVIEW: Went in for matching nails with my boyfriend, they were nice and clean. You are less than six feet away from the people next to you when it’s busy, so that is good to know for the COVID-concerned. They did kind of mess up my nails with lumpiness in the white polish laying, but I pointed it out and they fixed two of the worst. Two or three girls walked in with nails that needed to be fixed, or repaired, which is somewhat concerning when one of them has them done the day before. The nail art and prices were the good portions, and the only thing that would really keep me considering them again.

Hidden gem on Meridian in Puyallup. I leave this place with high satisfaction and go back again knowing I won’t regret my experience. Very clean. Stuff is friendly, and happy to meet your expectations! My gel manicure last no less then two weeks without chipping. Love the accuracy!

Sunday was in a bit of a crisis. Have very little free time due to my husband works full time, sometimes weekends and home with my toddler. My husband got home a little late so I couldnt go to my normal place so called and canceled my appointment there because they closed at 5:00 p.m. I seen this one closed at 6:00 p.m. I give them a call at 4:45 ask them if they close at 6:00 the gentleman says yes I then said do you guys have time to do powder dip nails and he goes yes what time could you be here and I said about 20 minutes or so he said no problem see you soon. Got my stuff shot right over there got there in 27 minutes and was told by the lady no they could not explained I had called then the gentleman said yes but you are a little late and laughed then started talking to another worker both looking at me. I understand that they are tired on Sundays thats why I called prior. But I didnt make a scene I just pulled out my phone and said I called 27 minutes ago and told you about 20 minutes and you said no problem. He proceeded to talk to his employee which I didnt understand and then looked at me and said you can wait and pick a color if you want and wait outside if you cant wait until tomorrow and with the tone and everything I felt uncomfortable and on top of that everyone in the salon is staring at me. If he would have said on the phone we can do it if you were here by a certain time and I wasnt there by that time I understand but I said roughly 20 minutes or so 7 minute difference they had 45-50 minutes to do my nails which again I was told that was fine over the phone so I just walked out and said no thank you. I felt super embarrassed and that it was very unprofessional you can simply say on the phone no thats cutting it too close we are too busy and I would have said okay and not drove over here for no reason plus I already had all my nails off which people who do powder dip know that the process of taking them off takes about 10 to 15 minutes so that part was already done. I cant say how their work is but I felt very humiliated and disrespected with a couple workers laughing and everyone looking at me they had a full salon so why not tell me that on the phone 27 minutes ago when I called. busy moms like myself could have went to the gym for an hour or so but now I need to get back home shortly for dinner and what not. I will never go in there again because of how the gentleman talk to me in front of everybody

First time customer. I read previous reviews and was not disappointed. They were very busy but very friendly, professional, and did quality work. I went in for the organic fruit pedicure and it was amazing. The attention to detail and the quality of the work from start to finish was wonderful. The leg/feet massages were wonderful. I stand up to 12 hours per day so really appreciate the quality of a good calf/foot massage. The massage chair was so comfortable and since I had a little wait before my turn for my appointment, I got about a 30 minute chair massage before they even started. I got a pretty hot pink gel polish on my toes and it is beautiful. I wasn’t planning on getting a manicure but the gentleman convinced me to and I’m so happy I did. I unfortunately am a nail biter but the young lady did such a great job and my nails look so very pretty. Very happy with the entire process and will definitely go back!

Not horrible but not good at all..had an appointment at 2 didn’t get seen until 3. my nails aren’t even glued down properly…are thick and lumpy on the sides. It all seemed very rushed…i had 3 different people work on my nails because they swapped out to help others..honestly won’t be going back here

Ive been a regular for a while but havent gone in almost a year due to the pandemic and recently having a baby. The first thing I notice walking in is how beautiful the salon is and a great job they did remodeling it. They also updated their services and I had to try the detox pedicure package. All I have to say is.. BEST PEDICURE EVER. Ive personally never had a pedicure like that and by the end of it I was impressed and feeling spoiled.

They did an amazing job on my finger nails, but I was warned and choose them anyways. I truly dislike writing bad reviews, but I also will not lie. I had a scheduled appointment ( That the nail tech choose.). When I arrived I explained who I was and the time I was given to come in. 3 women walked in after me. (Never stated they were scheduled appointments, & if they were scheduled like me, why would you schedule 4 people at the same time with only 2 full nail techs. ) The 3 women were seated before me. I didnt get mad, nor worried at first. 45 minutes had went by; they didnt offered me anything, didnt say anything until I reminded them how long I had been there and I could have came at a later time. I reminded them the nail tech choose my arrival time, not me. I watch 3 people come in after me and served. ( One lady did whisper to me she didnt have an appointment.) The nail tech excuse was, Oh we didnt know all of our appointments wanted designs. I then explained to him Ive been in many busier shops, and neverrrrrrrrrrr had customer service like this. I again reminded him, he had my number & name, if they were backed up, SAY SOMETHING TO YOUR PAYING CUSTOMER! Plus that doesnt explain 3 women coming in after me. ( One admitting she didnt have an appointment , & get service before me.) Nor does it look good when you hear a white customer say. They wouldve did her like that if she was one of us!!! Yes they did a wonderful job, on my nails 50 mins later, but NOBODY should be treated like that. There is a nail shop almost every other block I will go elsewhere. You never know who a person is or knows. ;) Treat everyone the same. PERIOD!!! Never get that comfortable with being selective to your customers. I paid, & tip better than the CUT AHEAD customers, because I dont go low when others do. If you are a person of color & value, please give your business to other caring hardworking nail shops in Puyallup.

They do not do appointments they pretend to though 😂 you can just walk in and say you have an appointment, but will take their regular clients first. i had an appointment at 4, but they took two clients who came in after me and i had to wait 45 minutes. when i got there, every single chair was full. not following covid mandates at all! the guy asked what i wanted on my nails, i showed him and he laughed and said no it would take too long; it was simple nail art!! the guy who did my nails made the tops crooked, and shaped them weird. they were all rounded except he made one of them flat?? it was cheap but the quality and service are what you’d expect from that price.

I had an apt for 3:30 for a pedi. Got in a chair @ 4:15 & within 5min 2 of my toes were cut & bleeding. He tried to put my foot in the water to act like he didn’t cut me. Blood started to fill the foot tub.I just asked for him to finish up so I could leave. I spent 30 min reading reviews, looking for a clean efficient nail salon in puyallup. This was disappointing experience.

First time going. Will return. The massage is longer than most places, which is what I really need due to always being on my feet. Little pricey though.

I’ve been there twice now and twice that I’ve been there , they rushed doing my nail poor shaping and Poor quality . I can see a gap from the Acrylic and between my nails. Only went back a second cuz I went on a busy day the first and the second time I was still rush and my nail was poor Quality!!!

I did not like the older man he would not listen to me and what I didn’t like about my nails! When I asked to make them thinner he wouldn’t got all the Acrylic all over my fingers. I had to wait an extra 20 min for someone else to fix them I will not go back here I believe if I’m going to pay for something they should be the way you like them not what they think is ok!The younger guy and gurl were amazing and they did fix the issues however waiting as long as I did to fix something that I asked from beginning to not be done I’m unhappy !

Booked an appointment for a pedicure for me and my mom. The customer service is the best Ive had for a nail place. They were really polite the whole time, took their time with us even though they were about to close. The place was definitely clean we saw them disinfect almost everything in there. Definitely will be coming back I recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great customer service.

I have been coming here every 2 weeks for 2 years and I will never go anywhere else. I am blown away everytime, I leave feeling like a Queen without paying Queen prices. Everywhere I go people ask where I got my nails done and I send them here, even at the 2 week mark my nails look like they were just done. Vicky is a perfectionist, you dont even have to examine your nails to make sure they are perfect, she will do it herself and fix things without being asked. And if a mistake does happen and you have to come back, they fix it for free every time. They are wonderful kind people with an amazing work ethic and quality care.

Had been looking for a nail salon to keep going to, and I have found my place! Vicky did my nails and they are better than expected, she really took her time on the little details even when it started to get busy.

My visit today was awesome. It got pretty busy and they got to everybody in a timely fashion. They were so sweet and made sure that I loved my nails.

This salon delivers poor quality services and little to no attention to detail. Would not recommend anyone to come here especially since their cleanliness standards are well below average. Yes, they require all customers to wear a mask and sanitize your hands before picking a color. However, they dont clean the seats after each client. I noticed that the employees that were wearing gloves did not change gloves per client and some employees werent wearing gloves. Dont let the good reviews fool you.

I’m posting this review after 2 pleasant visits. Staff is friendly and the salon is clean. It may not be all fancy as the newer salons in the area, but it’s cute and quaint place where quality is more valued than quantity. I’ve been to a good majority of the salons in the South Hill area and this place is by far the best spot.

The employee who answered the phone was super nice and cheerful. When I went in for my appointment they greeted me immediately. The entire experience was painless and the conversation was pretty steady. Overall the best place Ive ever gone!

My husband and I went there on Fathers Day. They did amazing on our feet and nails. Super friendly, they were really listening when I asked for short nails. They took their time to make sure we were pleased. We will be going there again. Best experience I have had in a while. I love to go to a place where they take pride in what they do. Well worth going to.

Ive been going to Comfort Nail for over a year now. I am constantly complimented on my nails by friends. The owner remembers the technicians that I like for my pedicures and who I like for my acrylic fills and books me in with them. Talk about going above and beyond! The pedicure chairs are great and the staff is very friendly. My acrylic nails last for over three weeks and the only reason I have to go back in is because of my nail growth. High quality and value. Found my new favorite nail salon in Puyallup!I would recommend calling ahead to book an appointment as it can get busy.They have a plethora of colors to choose from.Vicky took care of my deluxe spa pedicure. She brought me a warm cup of tea then got to work restoring my feet. She was very thorough in transforming my feet and I could not be happier with my pedicure. They have an amazing special pedicure massage with bamboo stick. It is really relax and comfortable with this. I am fall in love with it.Vicky also did an amazing job on my manicure and was very friendly.Both were very attentive, talented and paid attention to detail.The salon is clean and prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be back!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. This is everything a nail salon should be. You are greeted upon entering and seated somewhere comfortable within a few minutes. No heavy fumes! Be prepared to spend a good amount of time here as they are juggling clients at times, but I never felt neglected or ignored. I actually had a nice time talking with other patrons as well as the staff. If you have not been in before, they will explain to you what you will be charged up front, rather than waiting till the end. The job Cindy did on my nails is fantastic. I couldnt have asked for better!

I saw the reviews and thought I would give it a try. When I walked in I said I wanted a pedicure and they told me to go to the chair he added the very warm water and told me to put feet in. Then he left!!! 20 minutes later a women started my pedicure. What I definitely didnt like was the tech and the man doing another pedicure were talking in their language. I felt like they were talking about me!!! I spent over an hour there or more wish it would of been more personal. But my toes looked good at least.
