Love going here always super nice and they do a good job I will not be going anywhere else to get My nails done

My mani and pedi were done very nicely. I only have two complaints. First,one of the polishes used for two fingers needed an extra coat. But was not done. Secondly, this is a common problem in other salons,the employees speak to each other in their native tongue. It is a really rude and very poor customer service. It makes me feel uneasy,like they are talking about me or another customer. It also makes me not want to go to any salon.

Im never going back here again. My pedicure went fine until the lady started my mani. She never changed gloves from the last person then while she was clipping my nails made them so short I started to bleed. Then she grabbed the colors I had and told me that she needed to grab the same colors from the back because they were running low and instead went to put water in them. Then she would very messily put the nail polish on the would take off her glove and use her own nails which had a bunch dirt and stuff in it to scrap out nail polish that got on my skin. The lady was also very unprofessional because everytime she would go in the back I could see her pointing at me talking in her native tongue with some other person laughing almost as if she was making fun of me which made me feel uncomfortable. I seriously dont recommend this place.

The gentleman that did my pedicure did a great job. The lady that took over to do my manicure did a horrble job. She was answering the phone, welcoming new customers and getting them ready for service then back to continue with my nails. No change of gloves in between customers during a pandemic? I am definitely not going back there again.

My mom and I went in for pedicures and were very pleased with our experience. The salon is clean, the staff was friendly, and the hot stone massage was a really nice surprise. We will be back!

You know iv actually never been to this place but now I can actually see why people are disappointed also there’s a picture of nails in the profile of this nail salon and as I see 1s broken and they all don’t have good shaping

I just had the best pedicure at Lovely Nails. This shop is wonderful and clean. My feet feel so good. Very nice people that work here. I will make a standing appointment once a month. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Charged me for the 40$ pedicure and rushed my feet didn’t even get all the stuff done on my pedicure package. Painted my toes but didn’t even wait until they were dried to put the top coat. They spent over an hour on the girl next to me and only 20 mins on my feet.

Found this place back in 2019 and I have stick with it.... They have a wide range of flavours to massage on to your arm and feet that smell heavenly.

I went in for a pedicure and noticed that she did not change her gloves after servicing someone else. She was going to proceed to work on my pedicure until I asked her to change her gloves. She argued back with me and told me it was ok and that she didnt service anyone prior to me (I clearly saw her service someone else prior to me) and that she didnt need to change her gloves. Why would you make a big deal of changing your gloves especially during a pandemic? Unclean. Beware, they do not change gloves that often from what I have seen.

Nails came out really nice but not much 4 conversation :// also when he was filing my nails he would go over my finger n that hurts 😅💀

I made an appointment at 6PM to have a manicure, but when I get there they lie to me and say they are closed. However both their door and website clearly state that they close at 7pm. Very in professional and such a waste of my time.

Amazing Staff. What truly surprised me is I showed up and they were completely booked with 30min before they closed and they stayed late to take care of me! Wow Customer service at its finest! Great Job team! Thank you....

I have been going to this salon for several years... but I have never truly enjoyed the experience. They do not interact with you, their customer; they only interact with each other & in another language. I am sorry, but I find this very rude & not great customer service. I would try to always take someone else with me so that i have SOMEONE to interact with. I have only asked them to fix a bad color ONE time & they made me feel like I was ripping them off. & then spoke nonstop to each other, in another language, as the one woman painted my nails. The color did not even look like the sample I chose in the least bit. They huffily added a different color on top to hide it. I think they can be nice enough people, but as far as customer service goes.. they really do not have any. I will drive the extra miles from here on to a place that I feel better appreciates my business & speaks to me, their customer & understands what I would like.

My husband, our grand daughter, and myself go there regularly. Its a tradition we started awhile back and all three of us have our nails done. They are all so kind, caring, friendly, and professional. The spa is clean, well kept, and organized. We really like Lovely Nails & Spa and weve always been very pleased!

I went there to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady was so fast and rough with my eyebrows and still had hair underneath and the hair grew back in 3 days would never come there again! they also charged way to much for a half job eyebrow waxing.

Way overpriced. They’re basic pedi is $35 and goes up from there. Wouldn’t go back. The staff aren’t very friendly and speak to each other in an other language the whole time. Someone should let these nail salons know how unprofessional that is.My niece was with me and the girl doing her nails was literally on her phone the whole time. Would stop and text while in the middle of the pedicure.

They seemed to be rushing. The guy pulled my flipping arm across my body instead of walking around then messed up my paint. Wont be back, the women noticed his horrible job and tried to fix it while he was on the phone. Poor service.

Absolutely horrible quality. Worst gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. Bumpy, left a hang nail and one of the nails chipped 2 days after! And then when it was time to leave their machine kept declining my card. Turns out it is because they use an overseas bank account and I have international transactions blocked on my debit card for security purposes. Will NEVER go here EVER again.

Went in on a Monday for pedicures with my fiancé and they took us right away. It was an hour of relaxation! Hot wax and hot stones felt amazing and they did such a good job with the massage. Highly recommend Judy, she did amazing with both of us. Great spot and can’t to come back :)

I would not go here they make you pre-pay for your services so if they mess up you can’t get your money back also they charge $45 for a child’s manicure and pedicure so insane I’ve never paid that much ever maybe 25 was the max just be aware of the prices when you’re walking in. I didn’t end up getting my nails there I went somewhere else because of the cleanliness as well to looking around.

Came in for a fillPeople were nice but I had to keep telling a guy to cut my nails shorter, they’re still not as short as I wanted them to be.My nails aren’t even all the same length.The guy kept burning my finger.They did paint my nails really good.I asked them for a half of sunflower 🌻Of 2 of my nails and it kept coming out like a sun. And I kept saying I didn’t like it and she wouldn’t fix it.I wanted a brown middle and the guy kept bringing me colors that wasn’t brown. I was starting to think he was colored blind but turns out they don’t even have brown in the nail salon.I don’t think I’ve ever had this bad of an experience in my life.Just go somewhere else.

I love lovely nails. I have been going here since I moved back to Washington. Don’t let the negative reviews make you not at least try them. They will take care of you and fix any problems with your nails. I’ve never been ripped off. Judy and her crew are great people.

Love the ladies here. This was my fourth try at finding a nail salon that would do my nails as I wanted them. I wasnt asking for anything difficult...just a simple manicure. The gal did a great job, always gentle and smiling. I thought the pricing was very reasonable. Would most definitely recommend them!

Ive been coming here regularly for 3 years for my manicures and pedicures. The girls always do a nice job and are very friendly. Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes. They have never had a problem with anything Ive requested. I always get nice compliments on my nails.

I usually come here for waxing and today I decided to get a pedicure. I am disappointed because the lady that did my pedicure looked exhausted and was doing a bad job of it. She did one scrub over for the back of my feet and when I tried to bring it up she said she understood, but she didnt. I spend all day at work on my feet so it looks a little worn and torn. I want them to get pampered. When she gave me a massage she just rubbed my feet up and down and not even my calves got a rub. My daughter can do a better job of it. When I asked for a design or advice on what to get she told me she can only make flowers. *shoulder shrug* Whatever. I dont think I will come here for anything anymore. This experience has sealed the deal.

I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, but I just couldnt. I walked in expecting cheap no glamorous service or anything, no offence, but they still managed to make my experience feel unwelcome and a waste of time. The lady greeting you at the door is nice, but the young man who did my nails was unprofessional, rude, and gave off an aura that serving me was a nuisance. He roughly took my old nails off, and it honestly hurt quite a bit. Buffering was awful. He clipped the edges of my skin, made them bleed, and said nothing about it. As he put my new nails on he made me cross my arms awkwardly in order to dry them in the small plastic thing to the side, which was both embarrassing and physically uncomfortable. Ushered and rushed me to wash my hands so he could go on his phone once I stepped away. Nails chipped and broke within the first week, the skin on my fingers are fragile and bleed easily. I will NEVER come back here. I warn you to do the same unless you have money to waste. I wish I never went.

If I could give less than a 1, I would. I went there on a Wednesday to get gel over my real nail. Not only were my nails uneven, they were bumpy. 4 or 5 days later I noticed the gel was ALREADY lifting. So I went back in last night to ask if they could fix it, they said they would. Came back in the morning, had them fixed... low and behold my nails are still jacked up! My right hand nails are so much shorter than the left side( which stinks bc they are my real nails) yes they were fixed but not very well at all. I do not recommend this place, and will not be going there again.

Called for pricing and the lady started yelling at me when I asked again just to make sure the total price, she said $45 and I asked if that was total or separate. Very rude over the phone, cant imagine how they are face to face. Will never bring my business here.

Very clean. They had some trouble picking out natural colors for my nails.. so I had them take the paint off my gels. They didnt charge but they werent not very kind to me since then.

I have been coming to Judys lovely nails for 15 years. I started at their first location in Portland avenue when I was a teenager. I have always had awesome service and keep coming back.

My first experience here I ended up with chipped gel nails after only a few days. Its been close to a year before I decided to give it another shot. The young guy who did my manicure sat and clipped his own nails in front of me while my nails soaked. Then he used the SAME nail clipper (and I saw his old, crusty nails inside the clipper still) on my nails. Thats not only gross, but unsanitary and irresponsible for a company to do. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because I felt their customer service was decent and the place was fairly clean.

Have always had great service. My only concern would be that there are only a couple people there that talk to you. Usually its a one word answer.

I had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. I was in and out in 10 minutes max! I explained that I had my brows waxed straight across last time and I DIDNT want that to happen again. Left brow perfect right brow straight across. 😳

This place was pretty disheartening. Though my daughters nails look nice and mine. I was told over 2 times how much everything would cost, was asked to pay prior to the services being done.When they did my 2 year olds nails they did them 2 seats down, though my kid was fine, they couldve had her closer to me!I never once asked pricing,because it was posted.When I asked why they keep asking me to pay prior to being done or telling me the cost, they said because people get upset about their cost.I said it is posted so that has nothing to do with me!!!

I have been going for maybe 5 years. I have kept coming back cuz I get excellent service. I have gone to many salons and I like this one the best. I think you should come in and try for yourself and dont believe everything you read.

First time here, won’t ever be back. Had a horrible pedicure. The guy was busy watching the Foot ball game. He barley did anything, cut my nails uneven and never even put a clear protective coat on. Did a nail polish change and showed the lady the photo of what I wanted. Looked nothing like the photo after showing two more times, I just gave up. I know now why they want to charge you up front. Their works horrible. On top of that, one of their regulars had their kid in there screaming at the top of his lungs and throwing toys. Then 2 of the other kids with them got into a screaming argument. I was charged $65.00, I shouldn’t even have been charged for the joke of the pedicure and a polish change was supposed to be $8.00. I was just done want wanted to leave. I will be going to a different salon tomorrow to fix my UGLY nails.

I went here very recently to try it for the first time. I came in to get a full set of acrylics. When i went in the the lady doing my nails was rather forceful with my hands and doing things very quickly almost rushed. When she started putting the tips on, i never noticed due to the angle but she filed them very unevenly. When she put the acrylic on, it was rather thick and it stank so bad. I realize these things smell as ive had them done many times before but this stuff was much worse. The acrylic went on VERY unevenly but before i could correct her, she was already starting on my other hand and was rushing to dry the hand that was just done. The nails were more than half dry so they couldnt be revised. When she started painting my nails it was also very rushed. On the way home i noticed the nail polish bubbling already and my nails were so awfully uneven. I tried to fix them best i could. Within the week, the topcoat started brown and i had to peel it off. I ended up repainting my nails, using non acetone nailpolish remover. At this point which is two weeks, i wanted them off. They looked bad, i couldnt fix them and as ive taken off many other acrylics easily and without damage at home, i proceeded to remove them. I soaked them in pure acetone for 1 HOUR and i couldnt get them off. I highly suspect they are using MMA which is very dangerous and illegal. Trying to scrape it off, it was VERY gooey and sticky. I tried so much acetone and did so much scraping. I had to resort to my E-drill and that isnt even working. Ive gotten three off with ALOT of damage. I never damage my nails while removing acrylics. Not to mention this stuff STANK SO BAD while i was trying to remove them. No other acrylics have ever been this bad. I am never going to this place again. I have to go in and get these professionally removed because even after all of this time ive spent trying to remove them, its not working. My nails are completely ruined until the damage grows out. Not to mention they have you pay before you get the services done and they do no refunds. Go to the nail gallery instead! Its VERY much worth the wait and cost for nails done exceptionally well.

Ive had acrylic nails and pedicures done here a few times and they always look great. The prices are reasonable and they fit you in as a walk-in with very little wait.

Not great experience. when they ask you for a bigger tip kind of ruins the whole experience. Had my old acrilics taken off and they didnt get all if it off and just put new tips on top.

Worst place I have ever been to. They were very rude and did a lousy job. Nails are uneven and thick. She talked to herself and made comments the whole time and made remarks about the previous customer. They told me when I came in it would take 30 minutes and cost $15 for a fill. Over an hour later and $30 o was finally done and late to work. Will never visit this place again.

Tired of going in for an eyebrow wax & constantly being told its a 15 minute wait, & then they let me sit for 30 minutes. Then I watched 2 of the women sit & play on their phones when they clearly could have been doing my eyebrows. Its only when I got up to leave, that they jumped up to help me, saying where am I going? Im leaving is where Im going....bubye.The only reason I gave them 2 stars is bcuz when they actually get around to doing an eyebrow wax, they do it well. A friend and I went in to get pedicures. We decided it would be fun to take our kids before school started. We get there tell them wed like 5 pedicures and they tell us to pick a color. Nothing else. They run the water we sit for at least 30 minutes soaking our feet. They rush through both of our sons pedicures, and then two girls come in after us they start their shellac manicures while were still sitting there waiting. Not once did they smile. It was like we were an inconvenience for us to be there. Our kids were so excited to go and they treated them like they were unwanted. It was a rushed pedicure and our feet came out feeling rough. The kicker. My friend had her son and daughter and herself. She paid 53. I had my son and I and paid 42. Wont be going back.

Got my nails done yesterday, and one has popped off completely, one is broken and another is about to fall off. Very disappointed.

Just got a full set. Told them it was my first time. No one was nice. Whole staff was rude. The tech doing my nails put half of them on crooked and they look ridiculous. He was very standoffish and mean. I was sat at a dryer for 30 minutes as he just walked out the building. The nail polish is uneven, the nails are too long, they are uneven (everywhere) and I hate them.

They are not a good place. When I went in for my wax they stole monet right out of my walet. The sad part is they talk a lot of garbage about the customers in their language. When you try to talk to them about the problems they act as if they dont understand English...use caution at all times in this esblishmint.

I always do my nails here and my husband manicure and pedicur but I left $ 5.00 dollar tip and they asked me more because they worked with me 3 are not the $ 5: 00dollar was to ask me for more money!!!;(
