I have been going to Miracle Nails for 10 years or more. I see Nina or Linda of which both are excellent ❤️. This time I went in to ask for fun Vegas nails. I love them but these pictures don’t do them justice as all. I have seen some negative reviews on here. All I can say is this place does their very best to fit everyone in and make them feel assured that they will get to everyone as fast as they can. All I can say is they have always been a place I enjoy being and I can guarantee I will be happy with my nails. They last so much longer now that I go here. Thank you ladies for everything ❤️

Felt deceived. Was told I would be there for certain amount of time when actuality I walked out after two hours. I would have walked out sooner except they started and then moved on to other people who just walked in after. To make matters even better, they used dirty tools even after I asked them not to. I did walk out with no polish. Never again!

Very great customer service, the tech did a very nice pedicure on me. She was very gentle. Definitely going back!

The owner Nina takes her personal life issue out on customers rather then being a professional, always has an attitude and claims it’s because she’s having a bad day. Claims most nail designs are too hard for her to do for some reason & not to mention the WORST pedicures. They also re dip the same stick in wax pot which is unsanitary. Way too entitled.In conclusion take your money elsewhere.

I went into this location for a fill as they were the one who did my French tip acrylics and I switched it up to colors this time. I sat in the chair for 45 minutes as well and that was frustrating as I had a lot of other things I needed to do. What really frustrated me was the quality of the fill. I got it done on a Thursday and the following Monday my nail snapped off and ripped my one underneath from opening a very loose lid to a storage unit and now I have a nail that’s cut on the skin and can’t get any services until it heals. I do not recommend coming here.

My friend and I went here today and our nails came out better than we had imagined. The last place we went to to get our nails done (in late July) was terrible. My friend’s nails looked infected, and she was very unhappy with the results. Mine looked very spotty, and I still have some residue from my July visit, and it’s now November. The price for both of our nails did not match what we got. Since this time was our first time getting nails done again we hoped we would have a different experience. This time around was awesome!! I got my polish in three different colors, and a manicure and my price all together was only $15! My friend got tips, and 4 different colors and her’s was $45. Both of the ladies that did our nails were very nice, and one of the lady’s happily fixed my nail when something touched my nail before they were dry.I would definitely recommend!!😊

I’ve been here twice while visiting family and never been disappointed by the service I’ve received. They are super friendly and don’t turn customers away. They do their best to give more than satisfactory service while also making sure that they are able accommodate everyone who walks in.I got a dip acrylic powder mani and a regular pedi the first time and I’m so happy with what I got! When I’ve gotten acrylic or shellac nails from other places, the nails break or chip within a week but these are holding up very well! No breakage or chipping and I went in yesterday to change the color and it looks great!So happy with this place and the ladies who work here!

They are friendly and do a good job. The only negative is if you make an appointment sometimes you have to wait an hour for them to finish the walkins. They should have some Techs for appointments and some just for walkins. That way their regulars dont have to wait so long. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars.

Dirty. This is how the station looked like when I was seated. She proceeded to work on my one broken nail without even cleaning it. I dont want a bacterial or fungal infection after going to a nail salon because of unsanitary conditions. Also, this nail salon has a STRONG smell and the pedicure chair seats are torn. I used to get my manicures and pedicures done here for years, but not anymore.

What a wonderful experience! My trembling hands make manicures difficult, however, a beautiful, patient, kind soul used her expertise and calm assurance to showcase her artistic talents on my nails. Meanwhile, another pedicure specialist treated my daughter to an extra long treatment so our appointments finished together. I happily recommend this salon and their kind staff. Thank you 😊

I LOVE this place. My whole family comes to get their nails and pedicures done here for almost two years. It’s a clean place, and the ladies know what they are doing! Which is really nice because some places just make them too fat with acrylic, they make my nails look super natural and they literally have so many color options! No lie. You need to come to them...

This placed used to be my favorite place. I got a pedicure the other day which took a long wait in cold water. During my pedicure, I asked if they could fix a nail on my hand. They said no. They couldnt fix it. I was confused. It seemed so simple. I heard no a couple more times as I was curious if they said no they didnt want to do it or no it just wasnt possible to fix. Either way they kept to their no and did a mediocre pedicure. I went to another nail salon the next day and they fixed my nail with no confusion. They took the time to listen and understand what I wanted as a customer. I did not appreciate the lack of customer service from this salon. I will not give my money to a place that wont take the time to help a customer. I was very disappointed.

This place was an absolute disaster. The lady that changed my toe polish missed spots and didnt even put clear on after. My toes look like a 2 yr old painted then. Then when she glued the tips on .y nails she missed spots and after I showed her she glued the crapnoit of my fingers then switched me to another lady who did even worse. The lady doing my daughters nails killed a bug with her nail brush. This place is dirty and not worth the $93 we paid for 2 full sets. We will never go back.

I called yesterday made a appt. Arrived for my appt. Idk who the man is trying to run things but its a mess. 2 girls went in before me.... Wonder did they even have a appt... Unsure. Man is like go sit in your car 15 mins I will call you or come get you... Well I waited 45 minutes in my hot car and nothing... Went home. Idk How long they expect you to sit in a hot car.They should call there customers with appts if they are running really late and not expect for them to sit out front FOREEVER. I love my nail lady &she does a good job and I always treat her well and tip her but nails are not worth this.....

I used to love going to this place , but around four months ago I decided it was time to not let a nail salon make me feel terrible when the experience is supposed to make you feel good about yourself. I will say , there are 2 girls there that are outstanding and friendly. One of those two girls told me that the owner only pays them the tips they receive... not sure that’s how that is supposed to work. After hearing this I felt awful and always tipped way more than what was deserved for the quality of work I was getting. My last two experiences were with the owner , which is what caused me to never come back. The first time the owner did my nails , she was on her cell phone half the time and was extremely tough with my nails (my nails are very long and natural with gel polish always). She rushed through my appointment and two days later my nail cracked.... gel polish was peeling up from the base of my nails. I felt bad because I’ve seen the way the owner treats their employees let alone other customers so I decided to go back to have Tina do my nails. I was sitting at Tina’s table but the owner told me she was going to be doing my nails again... she didn’t ask me ... she TOLD me. Not wanting to speak up and get poor quality work as punishment I kept quiet and let her do my nails. During this appointment one of my customers came into the nail salon and asked how I was doing , in the middle of my customer talking to me the owner cut both of us off because the gel light turned off and literally told me “pay attention , you do your job I do my job if light goes off you turn it on”. Excuse me ? My job ? I’m paying for this service... none of this is my job. I never mind wiggling my hand to turn off a light but her attitude and tone of voice was appalling. I would tip upwards of 30$ for these girls and she’s telling me to do “my job”. Two days later.... my gel is peeling and my nails were awful. I started going to Avatar Nails by suggestion of another customer of mine and the difference is night and day. There is no pulling random tools out of pockets , no attitude , and your nails actually last without making you bleed or damaging natural nails. I rarely leave reviews but after experiencing the difference between the two nail salons I couldn’t let it be unsaid anymore. I even waited to see if the quality of the new place would go down and it hasn’t. If you are going to go to this place.. just ask for Tina or don’t go.

Good place, we were there during their Christmas party and they all got underwear while we were getting out hot wax treatment. Yes, you read that right... All the ladies got underwear in their Christmas party 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 also.... They totally forgot about us for 30 minutes and one of the ladies kept glaring at my sister.

Not the best place to go to.Theyre affordable but theyre always over booking. I called ahead to make an appointment, told me there wasnt a wait time. I got there right on time, sat on the chair for almost an hr to wait when I had an appointment made.

The salon was not clean. I noticed them using the same nail file and drill bits without cleaning.They took me in and then made me wait for 30-45 minutes between services.My fingers hurt after they were done.

The ladies are so polite and kind. They do a great job! This time I took my 7yr old with me and they painted her finger and toe nails for only $8 and they did such a good job on them. They talked with her and laughed and treated her so sweetly. Love this place. I always love my nails when I get done!!! Today the also had a belligerent customer who wasnt so happy and they all handling it very professionally and politely. Great service.

This is the second time going to miracle nails. They do a good job on my nails. Its best to go during the week and not the weekend. On the weekend it seems like they overbook on their appointments so they are rushing. But other than that I like it here. I pay 15 for a fill and fullsets are 25. Not bad at all. Will continue to go back.

Honestly I’ve given up on going here. The last straw was having to wait an hour and a half to have two nails REPAIRED (flimsy and not well done) after I called in an hour before hand. Service isn’t the best and I’ve just had another nail break after getting them repaired. Some lovely ladies there but I’m not getting my money’s worth.

This is by far the worst place of service. I just went in for a nail fix and then they had three other ladies that had appointments that that could of simply say we don’t have time. I waited 30 min and they wanted me to soak my nail which was starting to affect my skin and she was like we can’t take it off it had to soak. The whole time a lady was in the back and could of had my nail off but she was sitting down doing nothing. The lady is very rude

They said they could get in right away 3 pedis/nails. We sat in chairs for half hour before getting pedi, water was cold and they were rushing everything. After an hour they still had not even started our friend. Very Rude people. You think they would be concerned about reviews. Never again

Very poor service, I was intending on getting pedicure and manicure but I asked if I could pay first before they finished with my manicure and I paid with a large bill and offered to pay with card if was easier for change purposes. They passed my large bill around until a patron said its a real bill I work for a bank. I had no idea they were passing it around as if I would ask to pay early and offer a different payment if I was dishonest. It’s ok to be safe but it’s another thing to feel discriminated against. As a small business owner I hope never to make any of my customers feel the way I felt today. So I tipped the young lady that assisted me as it wasn’t her fault. I do not recommend this place at all.

Worst place Ive been to. They use to be really good. But not anymore. I waited an hour before they started but never was told Id have any wait time. Then they made them way to short left nail polish on and just put the acrylic on over top. I tryed to mention it she argued and tryed saying it was my skin that looked like that. I chose not to get it painted and they still made me pay full price.

We walked in on July 13, 2018 ...no appointment, wanted a french pedicure. First I noticed she didnt get me a new towel she just flipped over the towel from the person before me..gross! She never made eye contact with me...just started the water which was way too hot ..then went to work. It was the fastest pedicure in the world. She was speaking her language with the other workers...Im sure they were talking about us because my friend was complaining how unever her nails were and how badly they were polished...my friends manicure chipped in one day...my friends toes chipped that night. I got lucky and my pedicure polish lasted a week.😟 We will not be back ...we do not recommend...go somewhere else and get your nails done right!

Not impressed. Came in at 5pm on a Monday and didn’t leave until 7pm for a mani and pedi. They were not detailed during the pedi, seemed to be rushed. Paint is sloppy and uneven. I also got an acrylic fill. She nicked one of my fingers while using the machine to sand away old polish. I was bleeding and she put NAIL GLUE on my cut to stop the bleeding. The shape is uneven. I have acrylic powder that was not properly sanded down and is now attaching my nail to my skin and is very painful. They were nice and accommodating to me and my 2 friends. Would not come here again based on quality.

I liked my manicure,but the ladies were really rude. My little girls also wanted a manicure and they only took 5 minutes on them and they were the last ones to get a manicure even though we were waiting for an hour.

The ladies are very friendly i can understand them when they talk in vietnamese. And they dont talk bad about there clients. They are mostly just asking the other workers for stuff and telling them what to do.

They are all so polite and gentle and allowed my friend and I to talk after my nails were done but she was still having hers done.

Overall I was happy with how my nails turned out. However, my cousin and I were there to relax and though they do a good job, the nail techs were very rude. Left annoyed rather than relaxed.

I’ve went there three or four times and was happy with the service and my nails. I just wish they could do more intricate designs and styles.

Messed up my eyebrows. I have to go home to fix them. Wax was too hot and now I have burns on my face. I will never come here again. I get my brows done all the time some where else but thought I would try here. The lady also was rushing because they were busy and my eyebrows are now really uneven.

We went in for a pedi and of course was told pick a polish and sit. 20 minutes later we got water in our spa. Another 20 and by then cold water later we got up to leave and was told a couple more minutes and two girls would be ready for us. If we were told at the beginning it would be 45 minutes we would have came back an enjoyed our pedi instead we wasted that time not happy and wont go back.

I go here for mani/pedi and wax. The girls are friendly and they do a great job. When they are super busy they try real hard to keep the line moving without doing a rush job on people.I don’t care if they take a call or speak their own language. As long as everything looks good when they’re done. Weekends are always busy so expect a wait and that’s normal anywhere. I love this place!

Normally this salon is my favorite and go-to for manicures, but I arrived at the salon at 4:45pm and wasnt served until 5:50pm. I politely mentioned that I was in a rush and didnt receive service or any recognition for another 20+ minutes. Do NOT come here if youre in a rush.

Don’t bother with this place the owner of this business is horrible and rude I told her thatthe last time I was here my nails where in rushed and the lady that had done them had left a couple of bums on my nails and that I ust wanted a good service well I should of keept my mouth shut big mistake she started saying no we don’t rush and it was probably my foult for moving and that there was many other places i can go all this while I’m in the chair half way and she’s doing my nails then she began to talk in her language to her other friends and began to give me a rude attitude when she was done she rudely said ok go I’m done with youYou can go now I got up and paid 47 dollars for a full set completely over priced and of course demanding her tip. A year later I come to see if the place has changed, because it was the only one open on a Sunday.. And let me tell YOU! It got way more worse! I took my sister with me and they didnt even check if her nails were even and she is very upset. Also I accidentally smudged one of my nails and when I told the lady she rolled her eyes... RUDE! My sister also got her eyebrows done and the wax was WAYY too hot! They always talk in their Ling Ling language and its very disrespectful. Certainly do NOT recommend.

They dont use liners for pedicures I definitely wont be coming here again. Not sanitary I hope I dont get an infection.

Lately the staff here have been really mean. I paid and tipped my nail technician but they charged me 5 extra dollars when I left. I signed for 32 they charged me 37. I don’t recommend going here. Super sneaky.

Seriously worst experience....im pregnant and was moved four times and had a new person each time just to do a fill! Then they painted right over the dust and it shows. Then the woman messed up the paint and didnt fix it. Then asked for 25 bucks!! Thats a rip off, south hill nails does a better job and never leave ur nails looking like this.

My wife just got her nails done there and said it was the worst customer experience she has ever had in a long time. The manager lady did her nails and was extremely rude and took 2 personal phone calls and made personal phone calls and never engaged in conversation with her client. RUDE!!!!

Did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. But left wax on my face, and the wax was way too hot. VERY unfriendly, it was a uncomfortable atmosphere. Wont be returning ....

I visited the store on new years eve and only because it was the closest thing open. Big mistake. When i showed the nail tech my design she told me she didnt have the color, but i had it in my hand. They switched nail techs and my original one didnt hand her the colors i chose and just left them on the table. When the new nail tech asked what color i told her that the other lady had them at her table. She told me to get up and go get them. Then in the middle of my nails getting done they told me i had to pay right then and the color hadnt even been applied yet. I had taken my sister with me and they ripped a layer of nail off. Then when we were drying our nails another women came up to us and asked me about my color. When i tried to tell her the nail tech told me to shush. These ladies are rude and sloppy. My nails are uneven. JC nails is way better. Dont waist your time with this place.

I recently went here to get my nails done for New Years and the staff there were so disrespectful,at one point one of the employees told us to shut up,while we were waiting and discussing the colors. Also during the process they were very roughly filing my nails and riped a piece of my nail of taking my acrylic nail for before. Then before finishing she cut my cuticles and I started bleeding, and she didn’t even stay anything. Im never going back to this place again.🙄😒

Terrible service,i walk in and one of the ladies says to pick a color and i pick a color and wait over 10 minutes and when i sit down she starts sweeping the whole salon then starts to do her own nails.
