I just got my nails done last night and havent even been hard on them and THIS happened my pinky nail literally lasted less then 12 hours ... .. . . ... aside from this my experience was good UPDATE: WENT BACK TO HAVE THEM FIXED AND THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE , DIDNT EVEN FIX WHAT I Wanted fixed she broke my real nail AND THEN SHE CHARGED ME 20 FLIPPING DOLLARS FOR NOT FIXING HER MISTAKE I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO THIS SALON!!!!

I used to live in Puyallup when I found Kelly at the Walmart in Puyallup on Meredian. I now live in Kent and I travel from Kent to Puyallup every two weeks to have my nails done. She ALWAYS does a fabulously wonderful job.... I will never go anywhere else! Manicure.. fill.. pedicure... wax.. she does it ALL!! I love the job she does!!

Wait time seems reasonable for Saturday with lot to do in the area. Prices are fair but the quality is awesome! Staff are attentive and skilled. The best manicures are here. Go nowhere else.

Just walked by and thought about doing a fill while I wait for my groceries since there was NOBODY in there. And not only did the guy want to charge me $38 for a fill but was very rude! Normally a fill cost $25! So no thanks!

I had a HORRIBLE experience at this salon today. I had hired a baby sitter to watch my 6 month old baby so that I could go out and have some fun bonding time with my 2 girls. I got there and they werent sure if they had time for us and I said thats OK we can go someplace else, and they said no its OK we can take you. I wanted a manicure and she told me I had to do a Polish change because she didnt have time and I couldnt say anything because she had already started working on my girls. She completely rushed our nail Polish and it looked horrible! It was very thin (it definitely needed another coat or 2) there were bumps and nicks in it and I didnt even get a chair to sit in, I had to stand the whole time! I got in the car and cried out of frustration because it was so horrible. I will NEVER go back.

Customer service is really good. However, my nails are always uneven and I mean very uneven. Also shaped differently. I dont think I will be returning.

Is there a way to not even rate them at all? Walked in and asked if they could take off my acrylics, 3 ladies were sitting down relaxing and said no. I said what do you mean?? (A nail place that doesn’t take off acrylics???) ANYWAYS... after a min they said to sit down, the lady that took off my nails basically just clipped them off bit by bit, almost cut off and ripped my actual nails off twice, cut my finger, by the time she actually took all the them off it looked horrible. She filed it down a little and brushed on a clear coat and sent me on my way. Horrible.

Place sucks first time I went there I asked for acrylics and ended up paying 40$ for a guy to wash my hands and paint my nails. While he did it he sat on his phone not even asking me what I wanted some to my nails. Absolutely NO respect for customers paying him money to do their nails. Wouldnt recommend.

I definintely experienced some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced as a paying customer. Basically, i had gone their 2 days prior to get my nails done and within those 2 days, one nail chipped and the polish was starting to come off (the clear nail polish layer was peeling). Mind you, I really dont do a lot of physical outdoorsy activities, and I work at a bank so really there is no logical reason as to why they would be doing that within 2 days. So I go in there and politely ask if they can fix the chip on my nail, they said yes and to pick out the color. Well i dont know what had happened to the color but it wasnt there anymore so I picked the closest I could find. The way that she fixed the chip though was just sanding down the nail, she didnt add any more acrylic to it to even it out or anything and then painted over it. I asked her if she could repaint my other nails since the polish had chipped off so easily. She said she would only do it if she could paint over the polish already there. I asked her if she could take off the polish and she told me i would have to pay 7$ if I wanted the polish off of the nails. I explained to her my frustration about how its literally only been 2 days, but she was insistent about the 7$ and said the only way she wouldnt charge is if it was the same color i previously had. Which didnt make sense to me because the color was missing, I found the closest one to it, not like I wanted a completely different color. Anyways, I work super near by and get my nails done every week... It would have been convenient to have a nail place so close to my work to go to regularly but if you cant do a courtesy nail polish change or if you only fix chips half-assed than I would rather just go somewhere else where they know how to treat paying customers.

I go here all the time. There pedicures are amazing and so is there manicures/acrylics. Pricing is definitely reasonable. Wont go anywhere else

Worst customer service, they always charge like $30 when a refill is $15 and they even ask for tips when the job they have done is terrible. Don’t recommend this place. Be aware of what they charge you. The owner is the first one you should be aware of!!!

Ok so you sit and wait to have your nails done and someone else walks in with an appt and they tell you to go shop...WHAT? Why wasnt I told he already had a 1000 appt....lots of salons out there....this one isnt that special to top it off DIRTY AND JUST LOOKS UNSANITARY

Fist time there and all I can say is, terrible, terrible, terrible service! The lady who did my nails was so rough and did such a poor job. I ended up with crooked, ugly, uneven nails. Her customer service was just as bad, not once did she ask me any questions on what I wanted or a simple how are you doing, but of course she still had to nerve to ask for a tip after still charging me $40 for full acrylic nail set that looks like a 3 year old did the job. Needless to say, I will never return and I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone.

I got a pedicure here a few months back and it was the worst Ive ever gotten. It was done young boy who did it, he didnt get the callouses of my feet, didnt massage my legs, I had to tell him to cut my toenails. And the paint job was horrible. I ended up going to my regular salon within a week.
