Ken was absolutely fantastic! He was very thorough, treated my ingrown toenails, and made me feel like a queen! I will definitely make this my regular nail salon.

Made an appointment at 12 this afternoon for 415. Arrived promptly at 415. The place was packed and I was told to wait a few minutes. That turned into 20 mins with no end in sight or communication. I ended up just leaving. Will not be bothering to give them a try again!

When I called ahead was told 20 min wait, after getting there was told the same, waited 45mins and left.Previous time I visited I paid for myself and sister and purchased a gift card for our mother, asking what it would cost so we could cover the full amount. (i.e. best pedicure and full set of nails W/gel) when she went to have them done she had mid level pedicure and full set gel and they charged her more than the gift card. SHOULD HAVE HAD LEFT OVER MONEY. I think it is terrible to take advantage of an older polite woman. It was only $5 but I feel like it was the principle of them just trying to get additional money.When I asked about it, they took $5 off my sisters nails and argued with me about the services my Mother had received. Needless to say, the nearly $300 I spent there last time I was there will be the last money they will see from myself or my family.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, from a person that has worked in the Customer Service industry over 25 years!!!Sincerely very unhappy and x- Customer

Prices are higher than expected. People are welcoming. They do a good job.

Went in for a quick fill and polish change and the tech began aggressively filing off my entire set to replace ALL the acrylic (which didnt need to be replaced) Kept filing my nails extremely hard with a large square file and made several of my fingers bleed. She kept filing and I wound up jerking my hand away because the electric file started to BURN my nail bed. I now have completely destroyed nails and had to just ask her to STOP what she was doing so I could leave. She kept insisting she would do a manicure which I hesitantly let her attempt so my hands wouldnt look disgusting. I was then charged $25 and only got my cuticles cut even more. No proper manicure at all. My nails were never even reshaped. I now have completely awful nails with bits of acrylic and nail tips STILL ATTACHED that I have to remove myself and try to prevent my now overly thin nails from all breaking right off. Im glad I paid $25 for completely ruined nails and a fair amount of pain. Awesome night. Dont go here.

Went in to get a full set and came out with horrible nails. The woman i. The first chair did my set and completely ruined my nails the acrylic isLumpy and the polish seemed thin/watered down. I wasted $40 on a set when i could have done them myself!!! Horrible place

I love this salon. Everyone there is an expert. Mona and Kenny work very hard at keeping the salon clean and safe. Everyone there is so nice. I moved here a few years back and tried other salons, but was not satisfied with any of them. The minute I walked in I loved it. They had recently opened and Kenny was still working on the interior. I have never had a bad experience there. Please give them a try. You will not regret it. The pricing is awesome and the service superior to any others I have been to. Keep up the good work guys. Excellent pedicure but rough manicure. Its a week later and I have hang nails I didn’t have before. There is also acrylic still on my nails. that I had to remove myself when I got home. My pinky was cut until the nail and no apologies or acknowledgement was made.

I have been getting my nails done for years and this is one of the best places I’ve been. Always friendly and do a great job on my nails. They have always taken the time to make sure everything looks great. I have never had anyone actually measure the nails to be sure they are all the same length until Kenny did my nails here. I have been going here for about a year now and will continue to.

You have to know I will spend $100s for a super cool nail design. BUT I couldn’t get to my regular salon so I decided to “just get a fill”. Once all the rhinestones and 3D flowers came off OMG the flaws! Most of the nails were lifting (on a two month old new set) and a offside shaping. KENNY took the time to remove all unset or lifting nail pieces and then started to work on reshaping. He apologized for the time consuming repairs (right apologized for fixing my mess) and when I left I had nails that looked like aprofessional had worked hard to make my nails beautiful and perfectly shaped. No rhinestones no art just flawless work. My new favorite! Kenny at Perfect Nails!

I loved going her today I had set an appointment for 3 pm but they let me go early! They are gentle when doing your nails and they constantly ask you if this what u want and most important they are respectful. I definitely going here when I need my nails done

I just moved to puyuallup so I had to find a new nail shop which this was convenient right off of canyon road! Anyways, Lisa who does my nails is very attentive and does quality work, the ladies here are always willing to be at your service. So far I’ve enjoyed it here and will come back more and more for waxing and nail work! I always get gel on my real nails and I love them

I have always had a great experience at Perfect Nails! The place is clean & the employees friendly. My nails are beautifully done & I get many compliments on them! Mona & Kenny are my favorites, but everyone I have had has done a wonderful job. I would recommend the nail services here!

Came in to get a full set. It had been quite a few years since the last time I had acrylic nails. The man helping me didn’t do anything with my cuticles (later on after returning to get them fixed told me I had to pay for a manicure as well if I wanted that). I asked for an almond shape. Soon after he started 5 women came in as walk-ins for pedicures. After that he proceeded to rush through my set. The finished product was terrible. My nails were lumpy, uneven and terribly thick. I went back a few days later (had to work, no time in between) and I was given attitude and when I mentioned that I understand he was in a hurry for the group of 5 that came in. He denied it. I went there years ago and they were great. After my last visit I will never return or recommend anyone else do so.

Took my daughter and her 3 friends and all of them left with bloody sore fingers! I had appointments and the didn’t have the staff to do four at one time! Then they charged an extra $5 if the girl wanted their nails long and not short and they choose nail colors and the staff insisted on gel on their nails ! They wouldn’t take no for an answer! Then the lady told my daughter to tell me that she wanted gel on her nails! Never will go there again!

This is my favorite nail salon, I think Ive been coming here for about the last 18 years.I got a Spa pedicure, Gel polish change, A facial and an eyebrow wax, as usual the service was fantastic and everything turned out just the way I wanted it.The facial in particular was so relaxing!Thank you Prefect NailsIll be back!

Went with my mom . While she was being done with a professional manner, I had a different experience. She was more interested in what was happening on the TV show they were watching than what she was doing to me. It felt like she was rushing through the pedicure and skipping some of the procedures. I will not be going there again.

My niece is now turning into a young lady. So my wife wanted to treat her to a wonderful experience of getting her nails done. 1st time they did a nice job. Now my niece wanted to do a patriotic 4th of July scheme on her nails. The polish began to run off and chip and fold over. Terrible job. So she went back in to get it fixed. My niece just got home and was happy with it. Until I pointed out that its already starting to peal off. Needless to say we will never be going back to that perfect nails place again. Not happy with theyre quality of work.

I love this place. Lina fixed a bad set.of nails I had from another salon, as well as a toe that the other salon had cut incorrectly and was causing pain. I couldnt be happier. I was able to walk in and she was quick but friendly and didnt hurt me once. My nails are perfect. Exactly what I wanted.

I went in here on Wednesday, the experience was the absolute worst. I came in for an acrylic set and pedicure. The lady doing my nails was so rude, you could tell she was saying something about me because the lady doing my pedicure hit her in the leg and said stop. She was so rough with me. I said ouch at least 5 times, and she continued to blame HER ROUGHNSSS, on my hangnails that I never had on my fingers. She was going go hard on my nails that I left bleeding on every single finger. Not to mention the fact that she didnt get all my nail polish off before she did the acrylic and there is red underneath them. Please do not go to place. They are rude, unorganized, and clearly do not care about how they treat their customers.

I brought my mother to this nail salon for mothers day and she loved it. She had gone to a different nail salon before, but she said Perfect Nails was better. She is planning on going back very soon.

Just left 30 minutes ago. Nail polish was put on too thick and is now coming off. Paint job is horrible. I came in with two broken nails and they fixed both but never took the time to measure my nail length against the other one resulting in one of my nails being significantly shorter than the others. Got a nail polish refresher on my toes and was not offered the foam flip flops to leave in. Instead, the nail tech let me walk outside with no shoes on to get my own flip flops out of the car because I didnt get a full pedicure. This place is terrible. Go to Lovely Nails on Portland Ave save yourself some time.

Went in for a lip and eyebrow wax and a pedicure. The wax burned my lip and the worker did everything to convince me that it didnt. While getting my pedicure, three of the workers proceeded to talk about me; in their language. Very disrespectful in my opinion. Ill never go back and I will tell everyone I know to stay away !!

Such a disappointment. I had heard good things about this salon, but sadly I wont be returning. I went in to get a new acrylic set and things seemed to be going fine. When I told her the shape I wanted (stellito) she asked me 5 more times if I wanted pointy ones & if I was sure. At this point, my MIL (who also was there getting a mani & pedi) paid for my nails. It seemed like the quality of the work went down hill feom this point, maybe thinking she wasnt going to get a tip or something, Im not sure. She knicked my skin several times (accidents happen, no worries) and then when filing my nails into shape, she filed so hard & deep that she cut my skin! I would have left at this point, but my MIL already paid, so I let her finish. The nails were not the same length across my fingers, one nail was crooked, and there were bumps under the nail polish. Here it is, 4 days later & 3 nails have broken off, right at the nail bed from the acrylic being too thin. Fool me once, shame on me; there wont be a 2nd fooling!

I have been going to this salon since about 2003 and its my favorite! The people there are friendly and always do a good job!
