Will never take my mom here again !!! She just got her nails done and was charged 45 after being told 32 for French manicure she told him my mom got shellac and my mother is very smart it wasn’t shellac! I’m mad for my mom HORRIBLE NEVER COMING AGAIN !!! looking at the reviews YALL nedd to be out of BUSINESS her nails are MOON nails 🤢

This place is horrible!!! Such a rip off! I came in for a pedicure and chose the $35 option. I told her I usually do gel and she added gel polish without saying a word. At the end charges me $50! $15 extra for polish??? Could’ve told me that in the beginning! Not to mention the pedicure took over an hour long because she kept messing up the polish and hurting my skin with her tools. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Never ever coming here again.

I came in to this mail shop today and was the only one in the nail shop. I was told which pedicure station to sit then right before my feet were to be done another customer came in and said he needed his feet done immediately. I’m African American the man that came in was Asian he didn’t have an appointment he just said he needed his feet done ASAP just like me. Well I was made to wait with my feet in the water while the customer that popped up got helped. I want asked if I’d like to wait or anything!!! Will never come here again!!!

A manicure with no cuticle care, poor filing, cramy polish job, and poor repair of broken nail. They did not buff the white spots off my nails from previous gel nails I peeled off and I was getting clear nail polish so it shows through. The sparkle on my nail polish was not filed at tips and snagged everything. I had to buy a nail file. My daughters nail polish looks like I put it on. No lotion or massage. Very poor service!

This place is horrible It needs to shut down. My sister and I sat here over 3 hours when there was only 1 person in the nail salon. They cut my sister and they didn’t do good on our nails. They are very slow and rude! I recommend to not Come here you won’t be happy with the service or your nails.

I wish I could give no stars This place is horrible and needs to be shut down. I hate my nails 38 dollars for a fill shellac. As soon as I came in he looked at my nails and said for your length fill will be 20$ instead of 15 I’m like okay but I want a cut down. He said okay. the nail he repaired was badly shaped and shorter then every other nail. The man had the nerve to argue with me. When it was all said and done he still tried to charge me 20 for my fill. He said I told u for the beginning and I said yeah U said that if I kept my length I clearly got a cut down. On top of the high prices for horrible work they have they nerve to have a weak ass color selection. But most of all I believe he was being races he’s like can u pay before paint excuse me I have never gotten this treatment before. I do not recommend this place at all that’s why it was empty I New better. I will not be back and encourage no else should either

This was the best experience at a nail salon that Ive had in a long time. Very clean, great prices and very friendly. Will definitely be returning!!

One week after getting my acrylics filled with gel polish the gel polish I coming off! I’ve had nails for 10 years and have never had this problem ever.

JUST had my lip and eyebrow waxed and i will NOT come back. She completely rushed through it and she was on the phone while waxing my eyebrows. She did not even try to get all the hair on my lips or eyebrows. I have random hairs in the middle of my eyes brows. PLUS she did an awful job with the shape. Very dissapointed. Did not leave tip. Next time take more time with your customers. No need to rush. You guys werent busy at all!!P.S it was the older lady that waxed my face.

Very clean shop and friendly staff. She got me in and out with a fill in under 30 minutes without an appointment and didnt once cut my skin or make me bleed with the dremel. (which is very much appreciated and rare to find, sad as that sounds) little pricier for a gel fill than what Im used to, but the quality and friendly service made the few extra bucks worth it.

If there was a negative star...they deserve it. I asked for a shellac mani. The lady just hurriedly applied the polish....SHE DIDNT EVEN FILE MY NAILS OR CUT MY CUTICLES!! my nails were barely dried before she sprayed them. Two of my nails felt tacky..she said itll be fine. Ive gotten my nails done enough times to know. I was so dumbfounded by what just happened... I figured she would charge me for a nail color change since ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done. They wanted to charge me $20 just to paint my nails. I COULDVE DONE A BETTER JOB! COMPLETE waste of my time. Stay away from this wannabe nail salon.

The nail salon was not clean and the woman Who did my nails assumed this other African-American woman who walked into the salon 30 minutes after I did was with me an made a inappropriate side comment. As it being my first time being there I will definitely not go back and wouldn’t recommend no one to go to the salon.

I Just Visited This Nail Shop &! By Far The WORST I’ve Been To. I Asked For Square He Gave Me Circle After Applying The Overlay He Asked For Payment I Paid Tip And All Before The Services Were Complete. Took A Phone Call So He Stopped And The Wife Got Upset. Shortly After I Showed A Picture Of A Polish Design And She Says We Don’t Do Designs After Playing $28 Youd Think They’d At Least try But I Left With My Fingers Unpolished Not Even A Clear Coat! Don’t Come Here

Love this place have been coming here for years they are always nice, place is always clean and the only place I go to I have acrylic nails I’m very rough with them and the length is long and they never break or pop off

Cons: Nail color selection is lacking, nail shape was awful and nonsymmetrical, GEL nails started chipping after 2 hours. Also powder to make nails has a weird fishy odor.Pros: She was really fast.

I’m giving a 3 because I liked how thick she did my acrylic but other than that my nail shape was funky and she made my pinky fingers two different Sizes and when I asked her to fix it she told me that One of my pinkies was bigger than the other ... uh no it’s not I think I would have noticed this before just now 😂🤭 she just used two different sized tips ..the younger lady was really sweet and helped with my daughter when she needed her coat on also zipped my purse up for me so I wouldn’t mess up my nails ..I wanted square nails ended up kinda round square ?? I guess if that’s a shape lol ..but like I said goods and bads here so I give a 3

I googled this place near me and it said it was open until 7:30 p.m. I got here at 6:45 p.m. and their doors are locked! No wonder they have bad reviews!

Had my nails done here and they did a terrible job. The lady cut me. It was an accident but I was bleeding everywhere and she just kept using the nail file blood wad going everywhere.

Horrible place i needed to get a full set done for my birthday party it was a big mistake they took 2 hours for just a simple full set the lady doing my nails doesnt seem to care what the customer wants nor understand english extremely rude and unprofessional over priced paid 40 dollars and my nails look horrible.

If I could I would give them no stars . I took my wife thinking she would be satisfied . This place is overpriced for the job they do . Paid $45 for a full gel set . The shape is terrible . She kept asking for them to fix it . Some are oval shaped some are squared round and She asked for coffin shape . They have no clue about creating coffin shape . Very disappointed 😢
