Very clean, professional and thorough. They do a four stage pedicure with all sorts of creams, scrubs, wax, hot stones and hot towels. The whole process takes an hour and for $35, its a good value

I went in on a Tuesday for a fill and Thursday I would of gave them a 4 star review but on Saturday one nail had popped off. I called and told who ever I ta led to and she said I could c9me in but 8 work weekends until 5, and even tho their card says they are open until 7 on Saturdays, they are only open til 5, closed Sunday. So I said I would come in on Monday. Then I said there will be no charge for this, right? She says thats almost a week and I said Monday may be almost a week but this is Saturday and its only been 4 days...oh we will see she says. Now I have had acrylics many times and not one time did my nail just pop off after 4 days, so I went somewhere else and wont be going back. The technician was rough and speaking to her co worker the whole time and the place was not that clean. I read the reviews but since they were about a mile from home I thought I would give them a try but I will stick with the place I go to thats 15 minutes away.

Only took two days before my nails started to chip and peel. It was only a white tip manicure but it felt rushed. My usual lady does them and they last as long as a month, two weeks minimum. A little over priced for the actual product. I loved my nails when they were finished, I just wish they would have lasted longer.

Used to be a lot better. It has gone way down hill and they seem to rush thru now instead of doing a thorough job.

I used to come to this place all the time and they always did a great job. This time around I was so disappointed. I went in for a pedicure, the tech was rushing the entire time. There was no one in the shop so there was no reason to rush.She did not push the cuticle back; i mentioned it to her she ignored me after I mentioned it again she started to file the nail bed.By the end none of my nails had the same shape. When I pointed this out she brushed me off. I kept asking her to correct it and every time it kept getting worse and worse. I asked for a French tip and none of them looked the same at this point the owner had to come by and try to correct what she had done.Even after the owner try to fix it it still looked bad. It looks as if Ive had this pedicure for almost a month right after I walked out of the shop. So dissapointed not sure if Ill be coming back.

The pedicure I got was $25 and included a lot of spa services such as hot wax, hot rocks, exfoliation, and message. The place is typical of many nail places, but overall good value.

I had posted a review previously about a fantastic pedicure I received here. I decided to go back for a fill of acrylic overlays (no tips). Not only was it the worst job, the technician really messed up my own nails with her drill. I have ridges in the acrylic, and one of my nails popped off giving view to ridges where she filed into my natural nail. I wont be going back there again.

Excellent service, they always do a hot wax dip and massage while you are waiting on the hot wax to dry. They have nice NEW chairs and are truly nice people. No complaints on how they do my nails and the one time something didnt stay they fixed it right away.

I hate having to do this, but Im super mad. Ive only had my acrylic nails on for ONE WEEK and I have already had 3 nails pop off. Ive never had this problem before. My nails normal dont pop off until they have grown out, so normally Im good for about 3 weeks, and even then most the time I have to pull them off because they are so grown out. They are so thin, its honestly like she was trying to save as much powder as she could rather than actually doing a good job.

It was a ok. Lady was a little rough with me, jerking an pushing my hands around. She finally warmed up an was nice. I like the way they look but not the paint job on them. Got just colored tips an they are all noticablely uneven. Took the last an hour an half to do my nails.

My acrylics are like my ONE THING I’m crazy about. I have had them for 7 years. I get a new set every three months. I get them filled every two weeks. NO exceptions. I come to this place because I moved to Puyallup, and one week later i have FUNGAL infections on 4 nails. Now I’m nail-less, and putting fungal infection medicine on my hands every day so my nails don’t fall off.

Not a bad experience but my gel manicure is subpar. I went in last night-for the first time-and my gel manicure which should last at least a week or more has chipped one 2 nails. It’s also yellowing which I read is usually from a poor quality product or leaving the nails under the UV light for too long. I would not recommend. It was pretty dirty too.

This place is simply disgusting ! I wish I could report it further and have it inspected for sanitary , safety, etc, . It’s so run down, the customer service simply doesn’t exist. She charged me for removal of previous gel nails (although I had only 3 finger nails to remove) and I FILED MY OWN NAILS BECAUSE SHE JIST COULDNT DO IT!! I will never be returning n I RECOMMEND YOU DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE. Learn from my terrible mistake :(( worst experience n I get my nails done every 2 weeks..

Honestly Ive visited this salon because it is close to my house, but I have to say it is flat out gross here. The chairs have tape over the arm rest because of the holes on them. The nail station was filthy dirty, electical outlets and cords had duct tape...list goes on and on. I dont know why the health department hasnt shut them down...its bad!!
