I’m am extremely disappointed by the staff and the apartments of this location. First of all, I put a down a $300 deposit only to get $235 back after I vacated the premises and was I charged $65 to repaint an apartment that never needed a reprint in the first place. I would understand if it needed a repaint because I painted the apartment a different color or something, but I didn’t. I took very good care of the place and and thoroughly cleaned the apartment before I left. The apartments were extremely cockroach infested, the AC always smelled moldy, Something was always breaking. There was electrical problems when I first moved in and it took three or four times for them to fix it. It was a horrible experience. I would find at least 3 to 4 dead cockroaches every single day in my room, kitchen, bathroom and living room. I regret honestly not taking pictures and sending it to them. I did complain and they sent an exterminator, but it was was extremely bad. Plus I had a horrible experience with a staff named Karla. She was very ghetto and rude to me. She Did not listen what I was trying to say to her about the $65. I told her it was very unfair for them to charge me to repaint it. She acted like she didn’t care and sounded very robotic like she was told what to say. I haven’t heard back from Norma (office manger) about my complaint. I understand people are busy, but nothing from her. I would not recommend this location only because of their roach problem, moldy apartments, and Norma and Karla. Honestly it’s just $65, but I find it completely unfair that they want to repaint an apartment that never needed painting in the first place under my expense. Very unprofessional. ~Sam

The Wexler, Norma and her team are amazing and very communicative. Personally I appreciate the extra community based events that are held for residents… food drives, breakfast, food trucks, door decorating contest. During COVID-19 Norma and her team went above and beyond making sure residents had information for resources and services if needed. The maintenance team is great and do their best to get request addressed in a timely manner. It is nice to see any staff member as each of them are friendly, welcoming and helpful.*I took a star away only because of the times when water is shut down. Help with repairs are desperately needed at the moment as we’ve been without hot water for a week now.

Ive lived here for 5 years and its fantastic. Totally affordable, vintage vibes, awesome, diverse staff. Norma, Sonia and John (maintenance) deserve immense praise. Its hard to find an apartment in Phoenix that isnt a cheaply thrown together big box situation. Living here is almost like living in Palm Springs in 1950. Really cool architecture, retro landscaping... And Im into it! Also they have gas stoves (which I CAN NOT live without)... And the location is ridiculously amazing.All in all Ive been very happy here. :)

Honestly, Norma the manager and her team specially her assistant Areli have always been the best team in this apartment complex, John the supervisor and his maintenance team rock - always in time to fix an issue, Ana is the house keeper and she might go unnoticed but she deserves a lot of credit for her work there, this place has a lot to offer as one of the best apartment complex I have seen.

The Wexler is legit, I mean today I submitted a maintenance request and within two hours they fixed my issue. The staff is real as well, who get the residents they even helped renters like me out when COVID went down. Locations as central to downtown as one could want and the pool reminds me of a trendy California hotel.

So... Areli, Norma, and John are amazing.I was S.A. in my apartment and was unable to stay in my current unit. Areli and Norma handle this delicate situation with care. I had a new apartment within 3 weeks and John made sure it was an easy transition. I plan to stay here for as long as I can.All apartments have their issues dont get me wrong. But human error is natural. The staff makes this place run. I hope corporate values you as much as I do.

I do not recommend this apartment complex at all. When I moved in, the apartment was filthy. I went and told them and they had someone come clean it. Upon moving all my belongings into the apartment, I realized that my living room window was broken (unable to open it). It took almost 6 months, countless phone calls, and maintenance requests before someone came to fix it. When they fixed it, they had to smash the other window out of the frame and replaced it-- except I was left with shards of glass all over the inside of my apartment and patio that I was left to clean up. This is just the start... shortly after, me along with several neighbors began experience awful a cockroach infestation after we experienced fecal matter backing up into our bathtub. Fecal matter backing up into my bathtub was a consistent problem. There were several instances where they turned the water off with ZERO warning. Several instances when your plumbing would stop working because the person next door or 5 apartments over messed something up with their plumbing. Then I began to experience an awful wasp problem. Waking up with wasps on my pillow, finding nests on the exterior of my apartment. Again, it took several maintenance requests and phone calls before this issue got fixed. I had to set up sticky traps in my apartment because they werent doing anything to fix this. When I finally threatened to not pay my rent until this problem was fixed, they finally had a pest control guy come out.There truly was never a day of peace while I lived at The Wexler. There are more problems that I experienced, but there are truly too many to write about. I do not recommend living here at all!To make matters worse-- it has now been a month since I have moved out and I still have not received my security deposit back. In fact, a few days after I moved out, I was sent a statement that said I was being charged cleaning fees for the fridge, range, oven, cabinets, and trash can. All items I cleaned, but apparently not up to their standards. Quite frankly, it makes zero sense to me as to why I am being charged these cleaning fees because the unit I lived in went under renovations a few days after I moved out. Completely gutted. When I was able to reach someone at the complex, they said I was being charged these fees because they resell the fridge and oven when a unit goes up for renovation. Sound to me like The Wexler loves to have their hands in the pockets of their tenants any chance they can get. Even after these fees (which are BS) my move out statement says I am entitled to $170 of my security deposit back. Ive called the front office several times, left countless messages, every time Norma is unavailable or isnt in the office. I once sat on hold for 30 minutes waiting for her although I could hear in the background when I initially called. The complex does their absolute best to avoid you. If you read this review and still want to live here, I wish you the best of luck and I hope that what happened to me doesnt happen to you.

Aside from how cute and spacious the apartments are, as well as them being newly remodeled; the management is extremely understanding and the customer service here is awesome! They have taken care of all our requests quickly and painlessly. They even made the application process and moving in as easy as can be. They are always readily available via email or phone and are always able to help us if we just walk down to the office as well. I am SO glad I chose to move here :)

They do not support our Marines. I told them that my son was leaving his truck here, but they towed the truck anyways.His shipped off on duty in California to help with the COVID-19 crisis, in a hotspot area.Im allowed two parking spaces. My car and my sons truck.His making huge sacrifices, and they cant even give up a parking space for him. SMH.

These apartments would be nice if the water wasnt shut off at least 4x/month and I could actually find parking when I get home from work at 5pm. When the water is shut off, residents get less than a 2 hour notice and absolutely NO time line of when it will be back up. The laundry here is free because its continuously broken.New management (third group since Sept 2018 to take this complex over) has been asking residents for weeks to leave positive reviews on social media to win gift cards, so be wary of the positive reviews.

I just recently moved into this complex. Every step of the way from the application to the actual move in day and still going, the staff have been 100% helpful. I love this place its really a modern complex and the interiors are amazing. Highly recommend this place.

What a place to call home!! First off, we moved in about two - three months ago and we completely fell in love with the building the moment we drove in and walked around the complex. To top it off the gentleman who helped us throughout our move in process made it a breeze to move in and was very quick to respond to any questions we did have throughout this process. He helped us find the perfect location within the complex and so far we have loved it ever since. Management is very friendly as you always both managers/maintenance walking all thoroughly the property making it sure it looks spectacular for all of our resident and you see them here early in the morning and all through the day !!! Great Job everyone keep up the good work #WexlerRocks !!

I dont even know where to start. Well first we have a new management that doesnt listen to our requests. Myself and my wife had to request for maintenance for over a month already till today. Just to find out we had no service request on file. They always put excuses of why they couldnt get to our apartment. My wife went to talk to the management just to get kicked out basically. Weve had fruit flies all over our apartment. Our ceiling and sink from the bathroom kept leaking for a month. The only good thing about it all was the nice lady name Alex up front who actually cared to hear my concerns. Got us someone right away. Maybe she should be managing. The excuses management used was that they fired all previous workers. But shouldnt you be professional enough to hired workers before you buy a whole complex out ? Sorry not worth the 985 dollars I pay every month. Bring back the old management weve never had a problem with them.Edit: They fixed my bathroom sink finally. But they never fixed my ceiling. I thought they did since it stop leaking but now so brown stuff is dripping from the ceiling that they never even fix. I cant believe they just put my request aside and let it go. And god knows what it is that drip all over my stove and my food. What kind of living conditions are this. They dont care about us. Cant wait till my lease is over. And Im taking this to more hire up people because it looks like theyre not doing anything about. Save your money somewhere else people. Its not worth leaving here. And by the way. They tell everyone that has a service request that hasnt been fix is that our service was never on file. What a great excuse youre giving everyone.

We recently moved into this apartment complex and we don’t regret our decision. Apart from the vast improvements they’re making on the property, Guillermo one of the managers has made our move in process and our home here at The Wexler a great experience ! Excellent customer service skills and he’s always sending us resident appreciation events that they have that are fun and allow us to socialize without our community. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does as we talked earlier this week and he along with his team are coordinating a back to school drive to help the school districts around us with school supplies great place to live beautiful interiors and great amenities ! Didn’t even want to look at the unit. $1045 for a 1b/1b - not including utilities, water, sewage, trash, etc. without a w/d in unit. Okay... I have seen better and I have seen worse but what truly ground my gears was the unpleasant front office person who tapped at me while I searched for my ID.If I wasn’t deterred by the price, her rushing me did. Good thing I’ve got better choices and you’ll find other suckers.

The management and maintenance crew for this property are amazing. Especially, Megan. If a repair request is put in, they usually get back to you as fast as humanly possible.My fiancee and I were initially worried about this place due to past reviews, but if any of those were true, the new management has served to turn this complex around. I would definitely recommend at least checking this place out.

Run far far away!! This is by far the worst renting experience of my life! Not only are the units overpriced with no washer and dryer in unit, they’re not gated, so get used to seeing people picking in the trash as your morning routine .(a lot of homeless in the area) . The management is rotated on a quarterly basis (multiple firing) so you have to explain your issues for the first time multiple times. The manager Norma will avoid your calls at all costs if you need something from her. I can’t even count how many times I had to call her to take care of the roaches in the kitchen and bedroom closet. She is never there on the weekends and the employees who are left in charge do not have access to the system?? There are much better options in the area for a better price .

Toured this apartment complex recently and the woman who gave me a tour encouraged me to get my dog registered as an emotional support animal so I could avoid paying the associated fees/deposit. This reflects extremely poorly on your management company and negatively impacts people who actually rely on their service animals. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere and happily paid my pet deposit.

The management here is the worse! I told Norma I wanted to move out and she had to nerve to try to charge me for the full month saying I didn’t give proper notice. They will literally act like they have no idea what’s going on. There’s new people in the front office everyday and the people they hire don’t know how to do anything without Norma. Sonia is extremely unprofessional shes left in charge often but has no access to information that you need without Norma, so useless. This place is a joke.

The Wexler is a terrible place to call home!! roaches and other insects everywhere you turn and maintenance takes there sweet time to take care of any issue you might ever have! Not to mention having to wake up to loud noises at all times of the night! Ive tried reaching out to the office to complain but they are NEVER to be found, the only communication I’ve ever received is by letters taped to my door? Not to mention they keep changing the people that work here every few months, there are much better options in this area for the same price, run far away!!!

The management team and the maintenance team went above and beyond to help me. I had specific maintenance requests. They took care of all of them. Specifically, being patient, kind, and even coming to my home after hours to make sure they understood what the issue was. I believe you must be consistent when you need work done. My work order was completed within a 48-hour period. They were always open to speak with me if I had questions or concerns.Overall, I am confident speaking with them and putting in a work order, package checks, and questions. Im excited for the new upgrades and I like how The Wexler is modifying the property along with the times.Thank you again!

I really do not know where to begin this apartment complex was great at the beginning I really loved it and it was very safe. After some time there were many safety concerns that I had as I would come home late due to work. Right when these concerns started to arise this is when new management came in. This management was terrible. I had so many issues as far as financially and with maintenance. We had a back up with some pipes and it took them 2 days to come clean it all out that means I had to days without water. After this I decided to not stay there as often as I had moved in with someone somewhere else. Within this time I was still returning to my apartment quite often they would shut off water with a day notice for about 8 hours, for days in a row. This was very inconvenient. At the end of my visit I finally had everything moved out and went to pay the final payment, when doing this there was so much confusion. I was told the wrong move out date, was almost charged more than needed, and had to move later then expected. The management and complex is very unorganized, dirty, and disrespectful to other people.This is our home and as a tenant you want to be treated with respect you will not get that here.

But take this as a warning for anyone else who moved out in the last year.______I lived here when it was Club 7. Moved out and even followed up on everything a few months after moving. But now Im getting calls from a collection agency saying I owe money? This is the first Ive ever heard! No attempt to contact me by the property management company or anything. Completely unprofessional. Cant even reach apartment office to find out whats going on.

This place is a joke!!! Totally unsafe for anyone woman who lives alone. I’ve had my packages stolen, the water is shut off a few time a month and the laundry room is always out of order. I e been here 3 years and this place has changed management 4 times. The front office is a revolving door and they up the rent whenever they feel like it with no notice. The police stay in the coming around for various reasons and did i mention the rat problem? It no worries, they are full of half hearted apologies and no solutions. Take my word for it, this place is for junkies.

One Saturday I noticed raw sewage in our bathtub and gurgling noise in the toilet. From friends experience, I knew that is a bad sign in older neighborhoods ( usually old tree branches). I called maintenance at 830am and left an emergency message. No one returned my call. At 1030 when the office opened I got voicemail and again left an urgent message. Again, no call back. At 130pm raw sewage started pouring out of the toilet at about a gallon a minute. I ran to the office for help and the manager on duty asked me to wait until he showed a prospective tenant an apt! By this point, my apt. was completely flooded with raw sewage and still no maintenance had arrived. Finally at 230 one man arrived with a wet vac, a single spray bottle of cleaner, and a roll of paper towels. The management refused to pay for a hotel, but offered us the use of their model for the night: a one bedroom for 3 people ( we rent a 2 bedroom), no running water in the shower, no working stove, one working TV, and no actual food in the fridge. We have rental insurance, but theres a lot of red tape to go through to get everything that was ruined replaced.Bottom line: this all could have been avoided if they had acted quickly instead of ignoring our calls. During and since, management has been dismissive and rude ( they even refused to help us pay for the $20 of laundry we had to do)Weve lived here 2 years, always paid rent on time and this is how were treated. Stay away! Once you sign your lease they dont give a damn about service!

For as expensive these apartments are there are more cons then pros. Everything falls apart in the apartment complex. We asked for our tub to be fixed because it wasn’t draining and it took them a month after asking for it to be fixed for it to actually get fixed, the windows really have no type of sound proof. There is no consideration for the people who live here considering that it’s 7 in the morning with blowers going off and us not being able to get any kind of sleep because they are going off for another hour and a half, also they’re still doing construction, so that’s a wonderful time too.

05/2020UPDATEThey take advantage of people that live here because let’s be honest if we had better credit or if some of us had a legal status to live here, we would not be living in such an un- livable condition. At this point it feels like they are retaliating against me and for speaking publicly about their disgusting services. From the very first week I moved here every single maintenance request I have put in has never been answered. There has never been a note on my door saying that they missed us. They have not fixed a single issue in the entire year of leasing that I have been here. Correction* they fixed my light because I had a direct conversation with the maintenance guy who is a really nice guy.OLDER REVIEW:If I could post zero stars I would. I would beware of the positive reviews as this company offers gift cards and money for them. I wish I would have taken these negative reviews more seriously because it has been a nightmare living here!!! Maria is extremely unprofessional when it comes to the tenants already living here, she doesn’t have a friendly attitude and likes to argue about the problem rather then help find a solution. My packages were not being delivered to my apt because they still had the apartment under someone else’s name in thier system after five months of me living here. They turn the water off without any notice and their not even courteous enough to send an emergency text!! THE LAUNDRY ROOM DOES FLOOD when it rains so please don’t listen to them. Before we moved in we mentioned our concerns to the leasing agent and they assured us everything negative we read on the reviews had been dealt with. THAT WAS A LIE. For your peace of mind please believe the reviews and don’t rent here no matter how desperate your situation is!!! I promise you will find something better.

Have lived here almost a year and can not wait for our lease to be up.. there is constantly issues and the lack of communication is ridiculous. There are no washers and dryers in unit and the laundry facilities are always being worked on. Management has changed but things still get ignored. We have had baby roaches under our sink and put in many requests for them to come do something and every time it’s been “completed” it’s looked as if they didn’t even come in our apartment, finally had to buy our own roach kill. They said they are adding on $200 to rent for utilities but that’s way more then we pay now AND we still have to pay for washers and dryer? Things just don’t add up and can’t wait to be out.

I typically dont write reviews but this has gone too far. My air conditioning unit has not been working for the past week and a half. I have tried multiple times leaving a maintenance request and contacting the Property., and specifically mentioning that the issue is URGENT, its 100 DEGREE weather in Phoenix, and I have heard absolutely NOTHING from the Wexler, I even tried contacting Chamberlain and Associates and nothing as well. As I write this post, my apartment is currently 86 DEGREES. I am literally down to my underwear, no joke. Whatever you do, please find somewhere else if you are looking for a reasonable price apartment, and location. This is absurd, I hope this message alerts Wexler to come to my Apartment and solve the problem. Thank you.

For instance, Whats your next available two bedroom? and we get a look like what? a respond takes a few minutes....Deer in headlights moment? This place is good but some of the leasing office folks need to work on being prepared.

Incredibly overpriced for what you get.Rent is going up every year by $100 due to their claim that “renovations” to apartments that are shoddily done. Why should the tennants have to pay for that????Frequent water outages and maintenance is always slow to respond.Packages stolen multiple times.Flat rate utlitity rate is no more. Expect accrual utilities as of 2019.Good luck finding parking.Management is slow to respond to requests.This is an apartment complex that is trying to be more than what it is. A 1970s property that is trying to compete with other modern apartment complexes by making half measure renovations and also increasing their price point. This apartment complex is a prime example of the gentrification of the midtown Phoenix Area. There is no way that these rent prices will be sustainable. I don’t know how people afford these apartments.

Based on personal experience, the management here will treat you very horribly, especially the manager. My family and I have been living here for more than a decade and we have never experienced such horrible residential service. The manager will avoid talking to you at all costs and will shut the door on you. If you are waiting to talk to her about an issue you are having with your apartment, lease, etc. she will make you wait until she feels it is the right time to help you. When you talk to her, she’ll mostly have a nasty attitude which will make you feel unappreciated. We had an issue which will have us move to a new unit. As of today, the management has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix the new unit for us and we are expected to pay the new price of the rent for the new unit even if it is not ready for us at all to move-in. There is nothing more that I can say about Club 7 Apartments rather that it is a very horrible apartment complex. New management is expected to come in February of 2018. Hopefully this management will be a whole lot nicer, kinder, and appreciative of their residents.

I’m a current resident, if you want to have plumbing issues at least 10 to 15 times per year, this is the right place to live, last month we had residual water coming out from the bathtub and the toilet and the administration take 13 days to fix it, we tried to hide the horrible odor and clean every single day. The baseboard in the bathroom was soaked with the dirty water, we report that and they promised to replace it (never happened) it’s been more than a month and we have the same baseboard, it’s supposed to be white and it’s brown literally.They can cut the water without letting you know, this can happen anytime, like right now it’s 7 am and we don’t have water to take a shower, horrible way to start your day.Every single Thursday your gonna have the gardeners at your window making a lot of noise at 6 am.Once we had to spend the night without a/c. And they always excuse themselves that they have an emergency line that you can call 24 hours a day, but this emergency line is never effective.Our fridge stop working one day and all our food died, and when they replaced it for a new brand (super tiny) fridge, they scratched the floor. We had to buy a rug to hide the ripped floor, because they never fixed it.The Manager promised to fix everything, and compensate it. She did nothing. When we asked for her superior, she denied to give us any number. She doesn’t speak Spanish, not even a little bit. In this city everyone speaks Spanish. We were super frustrated because we tried to fix all this problems, and talked about it in Spanish and she was rude to us and almost laughed in our faces when she was listening our bad English, that’s super racist.When we first moved here our leasing contract was with insurance included, on April they canceled without letting us know. And we realize that in July.And I can keep going writing bad stuff about living in this place. But we need to figure it out, how we’re going to take a shower.

My fiancé and I have lived here for almost two years, in this time we have seen lots of change within the complex and management. The old management staff didn’t maintain the property or truly take care of maintenance and such.I can honestly say I am so pleased with our new management team/ maintenance team. They are very responsive to any request (they actually take care of things unlike previous management!) If we ever have any questions or concerns I feel confident talking to our management office knowing they will act accordingly!Since new management there has been serious upgrades to the property and it gets better each day! All requests/ payments/ etc are done online which we love for the convenience! We seriously love living in this complex. We are centrally located and close to lots of things to do downtown. Not to far from work for the both of us either! If you are considering, I would check it out for yourself! I see tons of mixed reviews but it doesn’t seem like a majority of these people have actually lived here!! Go off of your own judgement. With even more upgrades underway I would totally recommend checking out these apartments! You’ll probably love it too!!

Im gunna go everywhere and tell how amazing this place is I mean this is my first place. The girls were real with me from the moment I met them plus all the utilizes are included in the rent which is like beyond cool beans. Even though the place is still being renovated its till pretty neat and tidy, the guys that work here are constantly picking up the place to keep it nice which is cool. I have been here for 4 months now and so far this place is pretty cool, my folks like visiting me and love the place and my friends are even considering moving here too cuz of the look and the feel this place has. I dont know its just different from other places but it is a cool, awesome type of different.

Really like living here , people are very friendly , everyone minds there own Business , parking is good , and apartment is very nice .the only cons that make me not want to renew my lease and probably wont is the when it rains like in October, my apartment got so flooded by the door it was very overwhelming as I just moved in and had nothing to clean up with. And my mom asked if I would have a problem with water coming in the door as there is a gap , and she said no. And everytime the are blowing leaves outside on mondays I always collect alot of leaves and stuff inside my apartment by the door. But over all I really like living here when its not raining .

Im a resident of Club 7 Apartments and have been living in this apartment community for a lot of years. Since the the apartment community is now being ran by new management, they have failed to complete any of the work orders Ive submitted. My most recent work order was for my air conditioner since it has stop blowing cold air and leaking water all over my carpet which is getting me very upset. The problem occurred three days ago and Ive submitted a work order two days ago. I kept on being told the maintenance will come, but no. Also, since right now Phoenix is in very bad weather, it is very upsetting that my children are suffering with this heat inside their own home. I really hope that things get better since Ive really enjoyed living here for all of these years and really enjoy this area.

For the most part, the complex is good -- affordable rates for the part of town, staff has been attentive to repairs, good neighbors.However parking cannot even be remotely considered good. There is one entrance and 2 exits (arrows on the asphalt and tiny signs signify the correct direction), and very few people (including large-truck sized delivery vehicles) use the proper entry-exits. I have been nearly hit at least 10 different times by various people, been blocked by a wrong-way fire truck, and stuck behind a mattress delivery vehicle. I have repeatedly brought this to the attention of management and they have done minimal effort (at one point, they painted entrance and exit signs over the curb near the office but then they erased the signs by painting over them). My expectation of management of the complex would be to be more attentive to the larger issue of the parking situation rather than remodeling the interior. They could add larger signs, possibly add more arrows on the asphalt, and if they wanted to go for gold they could install cameras that record wrong-way drivers and if they are residents issue fines.

Staff is excellent! Maintenance is always on top of thier work orders, as well as to prioritize the severity of them. I didnt renew my lease I downsized from a 3bedroom-1bedroom! Definately plan on staying here for years ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst place ever... Yesterday (1/16/17) without warning or notification, they shut off water to the apartment to upgrade the water heaters. My wife went to the office to find out why, and was told they had no idea that the water heaters would be replaced today and that she should be happy they are replacing the water heaters. Water finally came back on last night some time around 6pm. Now its 6:15am on (1/17/17) and there is no hot water, called emergency maintenance and was told it wont be fixed until sometime after 7am. This is just one of many issues me and my wife have had with the office staff of this place.***Update*** So there is a new management company running the complex and it is a night and day difference between them and PEM. They actually now have great customer service, helpful and KNOWLEDGEABLE maintenance staff and a desire to make this place a good place to live. I would now actually recommend this place to people!

Thought it would be worth a callLooks like great units from website with great price but...Robin in the office was an agony to speak with on the phone. Sounded as though the phone call was a bother. Stated that they didnt have units to show which is unfortunate. Also her cell phone was ringing in the background on what sounded like vol lev 11, i respect that she didnt answer it but she couldve silenced it during our conversation, felt like i had the yell over it.Overall terrible customer service experience

Honeslty I love the NEW MANAGEMENT!!! Things finally are getting fix in my apartment old management didnt do anything, i moved in January and its now June and new management are on top of everything. I would recommend theses apartments with the new management, DEBORAH your amazing. The new maintnece guys are fast on getting work orders done. Overall i rate the apartments 100%!!! Thanks club 7 you rock. One more thing i have not seen 1 roach in my apartment.

Really not what I expected. JUST started moving in on Sunday. We got a second floor apartment. Paying 960 for a one bedroom. Okay not bad. Now lets get into detail the good: I liked that utilities were included, the guy who helped us with the lease was helpful. Now the bad: parking. There is literally hardly any parking at nights. Its first come first serve so you will probably end up Park far far far away from your vehicle. Okay, I can get over that. But since Sunday, today is Tuesday, there has been no gas. Meaning no stove or hot water. And they said it will be back tomorrow Wednesday. Hopefully cause this is ridiculous, they told me it would be back Monday, having to shower with freezing water when youre paying them for the gas. Another bad thing is the day we got the place there were cockroaches. Maybe previous tenants were dirty? But can you guys please clean RIGHT?! under the fan remote, it was full of dead and alive baby roaches and their feces. The remote as well. So I set out foggers. The sink and tub are clogged. Now Im MOVING IN and they call me with a noise complaint. Really? Im moving my furniture. I cant make it levitate and set down with no noise, its heavy! Unfortunately I work most of the day and get a few hours at 10-11 at night and they tell me in the office thats why. you know people sleep I mean youre more than welcometo move my stuff during the day without making any noise. IMPOSSIBLE. Third day here and already going bad..i wish I had moved elsewhere. Dont move in here

My bathtub filled up with poop, and so did several other apartments because of plumbing issues.No one ever called to apologize about the issue. I had to find another place to sleep for two days because the apartment smelled awful. There were so many Cockroaches. There were always people digging inside the trash bins. Parking is a joke, if you come after 8pm good luck finding somewhere to park. They charge a ridiculous amount of late fees for such a crappy place.

Wendy the front office coordinator is awesome.. Robin the property manager is horrible. I had a experince were she was not willing to help when I was over charged for rent. She became very defensive, not someone you would want at the head of managment. Overall property is great love the apartments very clean.. Like the wooden floors dope.

Terrible managment! Unprofessional, no communication about the changes on the property and no notices. They do not care about their tenants. I attempted to file a complaint and talk to managment and they were rude with no explanation nor discussion on the complaint subject. They had little to no knowledge on property changes. Terrible customer service; looking for another apartment as we speak.

*If I could give zero stars I would.This apartment office is run by low grade - un-professionals! Thecommunication from this office is ridiculously misleading, hypocriteand messy. I WOULD NOT RENT FROM THEM!UTURN out of there before you get STUCK!Long story short: I looked & leased and they gave my unit away. They did not try to give me another unit or apologize. They blamed me. They did not take ownership of their office staff mistake.The second office lady emails me again restating samething but no apology, no our bad we can get you into something elseright away, no office etiquette on a formal email of the truth thatthey screwed up and now I was out of unit that I was given. I alsogot a string of emails that were not mine through their office and itstates that I am just some unit#chick. There is no heat in someonesunit. That they got some other guy in. That the first girl was worriedthat the manager was mad she screwed up. She gave a paragraph apologyto another office lady but could only say sorry to me with a choppedup sentence.I stated that I wanted to talk or have contact info to the businessmanger. After that is where office lady two emailed me passiveaggressively. After this rude mixup fiasco all I wanted was my twoapplication fees REFUNDED. She stated that would not happen anddidnt even finish her email, ended it with therefore. (You callyourself a manager?) Maybe she should-of offered to by pass us intoan upgraded unit or 2 months free or a pizza for the mix up. It is a property in a very central place, the rental price is very high, for the conditions of the apartments and the bad work of the maintenance workers, they do not fix the broken things inside the apartments , but they have many maintenance problems, when they go to the office to make a report of something related to maintenance they do not try to solve it, they only give excuses, but every two months they increase the monthly payment, if you fall behind with the payment they put high penalty, but to make the maintenance arrangements you cannot do them.

So the manager in this place is extremely disrespectful I have a friend there that told I can rent cause there’s rooms available there so I went there and the manager completely ignored me just cause of my appearance basically really racist and my friend told me there’s mice so I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone at all basically more of the manager.
