After 2 and a half years living in this property, we are finally out. Unfortunately I dare to say that it is the worst place I came to live where you can rent.We were living in this property for all this time because our daughters school was too close, and also because we believed that the new owner of the property was going to make new improvements in the units (like promised us). For our luck, it got worse.I repeatedly reported a water leak in the kitchen, until I asked the maintenance guy to help me because it was a long wait, until he told me that there was no maintenance personnel, and that they were bringing him from another place.The same happened with the water heater, took us 5 months to wait to get fix.The refrigerator broke down, and after 2 months waiting to fix this issue when I told the manager that I was going to leave the broken refrigerator in her office because it was too much, they immediately took another one.The day I went to deliver my letter of the last month lease, the new manager told us that 200 dlls we are not going to get back for some fee that the owner had imposed, and that fee was in the contract. To the surprise of this new manager, my contract did not say that, but at the end, they invented a charge of 120dlls because we left the apartment dirty, and I have photos that prove that the apartment was delivered clean.If you plan to live in this place, I recommend that you think about it very well, because unfortunately it is also a local piglet.It took me a long time to realize the kind of place where I put my family, and I hope nobody else makes the same mistake as us.With this review, I dont think they get to do much.DONT FORGET TO TAKE PICTURES TO PROVE THEM HOW YOU LEAVE CLEAN THE PLACE, THEY WILL SAY THEY HAVE DIFFERENT PICTURES

DO NOT live here! I moved into this apartment complex in April of 2020 and it is now August; this is the worst place Ive ever lived. The first night I moved in, I was guaranteed a newly refurbished apartment as shown on their website. When I received my keys my kitchen and my bathroom were not finished. The cabinets in both spaces are old and chipped and I was told I would have to pay 200.00 to have them finished on top of my first months rent at the time, which is over 1000.00 dollars. The same evening I ordered pizza; I left the box out on the stove while unpacking. Maybe ten minutes later I go to grab another slice, I found roaches inside the pizza box crawling all over my pizza. If you decide to live her, you must have the property manager schedule the exterminator to spray every week.I have now had two stoves in my unit, the second stove I received was not new, it was used before me. It gets hot without warning.The only room in this apartment that has baseboards is the bathroom. Most of the outlets in my unit do not work.Aside from my unit, there are problems on site as well. The pool in the complex has been closed for most of the summer and when it is open it is dirty. For the past week and half, almost every day the water has been off for more than three hours without warning. There is a security gate in the front of the building that is always broken and anyone can park in resident parking. If you live here you may never have a parking spot as there is no assigned parking for residents.The laundry room is never cleaned and there is almost always at least one machine.There is an emergency maintenance number to call; but sometimes no one will answer. So most of the time if there is an emergency you have to wait until property manager is on site.There is never a set property manager; out of the four months Ive lived here, there has been two property managers. The new property manager has been here for three days and she is extremely unprofessional and rude. I requested the owners information and she declined to provide me with the information.

Corona Del Sol Is Such A Wonderful Place To Live! Its got its gated parking and a such well maintained Patios ! The Apartments itself are so spacious and well taken care of! Keetah the Leasing Agent is such a kind person that finds a way to work with you! I highly recommend!!

Very dissatisfied on how I was treated when I moved out. I had just had my daughter(2 weeks old) and had to move. My ex had left a month before but left HIS things behind. When I was moving out he said he would come get his things. He never did. Management told me I was not welcomed on the property and that I could not rent from them again because of the things left behind. We were good residents who didnt cause problems yet I was treated horribly when I left.

Do they work with collections ? If so how many?

Very professional manager, family friendly community, small complex very clean and well kept. Apartments are well maintained and very cozy.
