DO NOT MOVE HERE. In the past year I have had my work van broken into twice along with my personal truck being broken into. There is security that walks around at night but they are WORTHLESS. Now I have to go buy 600 dollars worth of personal tools and nothing will be done about this. For your own good STAY AWAY FROM HERE. .

The floor plans look amazing but they want you to rent the units unseen. I scheduled an appointment online, drove 40 miles only to be turned away. While i understand social distancing is important at least offer virtual tours for prospective renters! And update the website to reflect that there are no virtual tours and no appointments.

My wife and I had the unfortunate pleasure of working with Lafrance when looking at this community. Really just a rude unhelpful person.

Throughout my entire process, you were gracious and kind to me. You ensured my entire transition was smooth. You answered all my calls and returned them expeditiously. Even after my move-in, you assisted me with Cox. Again, thank you and keep up the GREAT work!

If you want a complex that lets dogs use the bathroom everywhere and people parking in your assigned spot then this is the place for you. The pool and gym has been closed for months, at no discount to us. The gates are always broken so they stay open. Management is rarely there, and Jennifer could care less about the residents. The “upgraded” apartment is just painted walls. You can definitely find a better place to spend your money/live.

Bad marijuana smell everywhere. Management stated they could do nothing. Supposed SECURITY company they have patrolling in evening hours was never seen.. overall bad service for the price they charge of rent.

Its a very nice community. I appreciate the staff and the rent is OK. All in all Im very satisfied as of today. Hopefully it will get even better.

Im posting this now because I still live with what I went through with these people almost DAILY!!!!!I moved in Oct 2010First, I was lied to about everything having to do with this complexI got ants 3 floors upI got told I parked too close to my neighbor and I got noise complaints regularly!!!!!! For absolutely no reason, Ive never been complained about in that fashion before this or after!!!Last, I occurred an electric bill of 270, then 350 and four something!!!!! I was never home, super conservative and I put myself on a program/plan with the electric company, Im complained and they meter read said it wasnt their fault! This was during the summer in a large one bedroom. Finally after taking it up with the office they (the office) practically blamed me and the program/plan I was on!! I would have to constantly go to my breaker and sleep in the show off (Lack of a better word) apartment. After more inspection they finally found out it was because the heater was running during the same time as the AC. I wished i could get them for emotional damages!!!! They really put me through it, i moved out in Oct. 2012.I hope they have since improved and that woman from the office, well a couple live with what they Did to me and Karma came their way!!!RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

I love it here. We have a one bedroom apartment & are currently in the process of upgrading to a two bedroom.I think the staff here does an amazing job and thats probably the best part. They always remember my sons name, and fix everything that same day or the next day. Literally not one complaint :)

This place not only looks beautiful on the outside but is also beautiful in each and every apartment. The customer service I received from LaFronce and Jason was beyond exceptional! They didnt just meet my expectations, but exceeded them far from any other customer service Ive ever received. They were very considerate and helpful through the entire process, making sure I was taken care so my move-in date would be painless. Highly recommend them and I will spread the word about you folks to anyone who is looking to relocate -- Adam N.

Its crazy that other apartments around the area are less and they will except packages if you are not home and dont want them stolen from your front door. Get lockers or take them for ppl that work during delivery hours its not that hard. Leasing office is just lazy plain and simple. In this day of age where everyone orders online you would think they would keep up. Only way this will change is if enough ppl say something and domt just let them tell you no because again they are just being lazy. This is going to be the 1st question I ask at my next place I stay and this is the main reason i want to leave this place.

People are smoking too much but the staff wont do anything about it. You pay high rent and cant enjoy to live here.

This is an excellent community to live. I have enjoyed their custom cabinetry, overhead plant ledges, and high-speed Internet access they provide to their residents. They have many amenities to include Business Center, Clubhouse, Covered Parking, Emergency Maintenance, Fitness Center, Hot Tub, Pet Park, Swimming Pool and their community is Pet Friendly.I would recommend Red Hawk apartments to anyone who has a family, or just want to live in a quite community.

My husband and I just moved in and so far pretty impressed. Office staff is very friendly and resolve issues promptly.Very concerned about their tenants!!

Pros: Excellent Amenities - Pool, Hot Tub, Business Center, Fitness Center, Covered ParkingCons: A LOT of crickets and mosquitos (may have to do with a canal being near the apartment complex.Overall: Maintenance was timely anytime there were issues with the apartment. Final charges after 3 years were much higher than other apartments I have lived in. I was waived the Security Deposit because I have good credit but it seems like they ended up getting that money in the back end with the final charges.TIP: Perform a white glove cleaning! Otherwise, they will charge you a lot of money on your final bill.

The people in the office are rude as hell. Everytime I go in there (which I hardly do) the are so rude. The ONLY one that is friendly is Joyce. So tried of how the other member of management treat people. Also rent here for the quality of apartment is not worth it.

Roaches EVERYWHERE. Car break ins, lost/stolen mail, poor management and communication among staff. Awful neighbors. I watched people off the streets on several occasions jump the fences and walk around the complex. Cops were constantly at the complex. Overpriced!!! Excessive overcharges. I liked the place enough when I moved in but regretted renewing my lease. The quality dropped significantly over the last year. Would not recommend living here!!!!

We lived here for a year and a half and I loved it! Their staff was always friendly and accommodating. We rarely had maintenance issues but when we did theyd be fixed right away. They had a lot of family friendly events. By far, this has been the best apartment community Ive lived in. Our apartment was beautiful and rarely heard the upstair neighbors. I loved living here.

I lived at this place for 2 years. Worst place Ive been. Jennifer was the only nice lady who seemed like she actually cared. On a weekly basis I would have to call and ask for someone to take care of all the spiders/webs in the hallways/walkways and it was never taken care of. Everyone completely lied about the whole situation saying the grounds keeper took care of it, which he clearly did not. I finally gave up on asking them to do their job. There was a complete lack of response from employees and even the managers. Parking is terrible in this complex. The interior of the apartments is just outdated and not well kept. I would not recommend for anyone to live at these apartments!

Horrible place to live. I lived here last year and my packages were always getting stolen. The jacuzzi never works and they shut down the pool for every little thing. The staff is rude. I had roaches as soon as I moved in and they wouldn’t let me out of my lease. Do not live here!

My Fiancé and I have been residing at Red Hawk since 2016. Over the years weve notice things are continuing to get worst and worst..Pricing, Gun shots at least three times a week, Random people in hoodies knocking on your door, Vehicle break ins, High staff Turn Over, in addition to staff LYING stating they never talked to you when you called to voice your concerns. I now have 2 children and I cannot wait until our lease is up so my family can relocate to a safer property. I do not feel comfortable raising my child here. It is loud music all throughout the night, creakheads jumping the fence and a lot more. Prior to moving in I was told security will be patrolling the property at night. I have not seen security since 2017.. I give this place one more year until is like the apartments on 67 and Thomas / McDowell....Lastly Management treat residence like theyre children the pool have been close SEVERAL time FOR people not following the rules. I dont think everyone should have suffer from other actions. We cannot control what people do.

Update : unfortunately this place became crappy and incredibly shady.. People stealing your stuff , people smoking weed 24/7, braking into cars, and I just had to leave. It was a good place once upon a time long ago.

Started out great for us, but after we finished the application process everything went downhill. Office staff provided us with false hope of being approved and we started furniture shopping. We had been told by office staff Thursday that we were approved and then told Monday morning that we were denied.

I really did love the place BUT for the price just was not cutting it. On top of that I moved out and left some stuff in the apartment now keep in mind I owned a 1 bedroom 1 bath. I have kids so the only stains were in living room but in one spot. Now three weeks later we received the letter saying we owe $900 mainly because the carpet. No stains in the bedroom nor hallway nor dining area. Read the term and lease agreement no way does it state tenants are charged UNLESS there are wholes in the carpet which there was ZERO.despite the fact the pools dirty or always closed. Spiderwebs all on your back porch. I am filing a complaint . I really liked these but it started going down hill.

Over priced definitely, back when i rented here it was $745 for a 1 bedroom, that same one bedroom is well over $900 now, landscape was always upkept, neighbors generally quiet. However it seemed to take them a while to get to the work orders. We were without a/c for 2 days, their solution was a portable room ac, it was 115 and we were on the 3rd floor, my baby who has eczema broke out with heat rash all over from sweating. We were bug free until two people downstairs moved out, the units were fumigated and the roaches invaded our apt. on the 3rd floor!! We tried boric acid, bait traps and spray. When we put in our notice they stopped responding to our work orders. Whe we moved i had to throw away all our furniture due to bugs. Keep a copy of your move in checklist, id turn it in after a week or two that way you can notate all things wrong with the apt, when you move they try to bill you for bogus made up stuff. We notated on our check list that the carpet was coming up along the tack strip and there were existing stains resurfacing, when we moved they charged us $1159 for a broken light when it was just the recessed bulb that was burnt out, they charged us for carpet even though we noted on the move in checklist that soiling was starting to surface and for painting, appliance cleaning. Document, keep your work orders, because when you move they try to rob you blind, ive lived in 3 apartments, this one was the only one to bill me an outrageous amount.

Just moved in June 10 and already found a cockroach in my bathroom. I dont know if this is normal for Arizona, but I keep a clean apartmentioned and havent even had time to make it dirty to attract roaches. The ladies are very nice and the apartment is gorgeous, but thats gross. Edit: mailboxes constantly broken into and you can only get into mailboxes during business hours, so if you work during those hours, good luck picking up your mail. Seems to have gone up and I constantly am seeing cops around the complex. I renewed, but lately it has been a pain living here. I am ready to move out which is sad because I did like the place before.

Ive been living here for about 2 yrs now and Im happy here never had any major issues other than a couple of disturbances with the neighbors but when you call the office the take care of it. JENN is very helpful, friendly and she actually cares, nice and quiet property normal noise from people at the pool but thats just normal. Maintenance its ok usually get things fixed right away compared to other properties. I like the fact that is not roaches infested. Not gonna lie Ive seen a couple of them twice a few months ago but nothing since then. I can literally leave food on the counter overnight or even 2 days without roaches all over the place like my previous apt, rooms are very big, staff is friendly safe area Ive left my vehicles unlocked windows down, stuff in the truck bed for days and never have gotten anything stolen. Thats almost unreal but its the truth. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because Id rate it at 4.5 stars instead of 5 due to the fact that landscaping by the pool next to the office needs some work, the gas grills could use some new burners and thats about all. Other than that I personally recommend this property

The apartments look clean, but the truth is, they are not, I have lived here for 2 years and they have opened my cars and stolen things in 1 month and a half they stole my car 2 times someone tells them in the office and they do not care we try to grab the Videos in the office of when the car was stolen are very poor quality according to they say that they have a company that has been secured in 2 years I have never looked at them and that I go to work every day at 2:30 am but not missing 1 dollar because they are knocking on your door
