This is speccial property for sure; peaceful and well managed! I was a little dissapointed to find the water feature on 36th St is broken and wont be repaired and the hallways are in need of an upgrade for sure. The Management Team - Mary is skilled, dedicated and cares about the wellbeing of the residents here and her Maintenance Tech does good work. Thank you both for keeping the place nice and keeping the residents safe!

Staggering spot to stay here at The Cascades Apartments!Been staying here all through late weeks and I have no dreadful things to state up until this point.Everything is going fine. I have amazing spot to stay here at Montgomery. Nature is widely appealing and clean. The neighbors are fun and overpowering. A dumbfounding spot to stay for the between time. The proprietor was additionally astonishing. He was splendid and kind. Incomprehensibly satisfying. He even welcomed me when I traded here. The rate was moderate for an amazing spot in this way. Will recommend The Cascades Apartments to anyone that needs a place to remain. Extraordinary work.

Absolutely loved living here!!! Huge living room, floor to ceiling windows, high ceilings, wonderful quiet community, parking garage under building, great pool and gym, the list goes on and on. Best place I ever lived! I recommend this place to anyone. Only reason we had to move is because we got a job in another state.

Toured this property today, Mary was so nice. The covered parking and accessibility to a great area is awesome. Loved the views of Camelback, we would definitely rent here.

We have lived all over the Scottsdale and North Phoenix area. We found The Cascades Apartments to be the best value out there. The decor of the units and amenities cannot be matched. We have been here for 6 months and absolutely love it!

I lived in the Cascades for two and a half years, between an apartment that I lived in before that did not meet my expectations and a house purchase. The building itself is well maintained, has an elevator, has underground parking, a gym, a pool, a trash chute, and guest parking. The grounds are well kept and are in general, pleasant. The building itself is secure, and an electronic ground floor directory is good for receiving guests, who can look you up by last name and call you to be let in. The laundry is (now) operated with a reloadable card, and there are, in addition to the main laundry room, smaller one-washer one-dryer rooms in the same room as the trash chute. These can be very convenient if they arent being used at the time.As far as the buildings pros go, they start with Mary, the propertys manager. She was new when I was moving in, but she brings a wealth of experience to the position. She was, in my experience, polite, professional, and importantly, fair in how she ran things. She was concerned in doing right by me as a resident, and I appreciated her stewardship of the property. The maintenance staff, likewise, were professional and courteous. They also didnt engage in slapdash work. If I put a call in for something, I could reasonably expect it to be fixed and for the job to be done right. The most notable case that I remember involved a longstanding plumbing issue that required several residents, including myself, to be relocated temporarily to a hotel. The property management company paid for the room, and the wifi speed upgrade I had requested. I was given regular updates on where things were, and through all of that, my rent for the month was substantially reduced for the inconvenience. All told, I was very impressed. The room I rented itself was massive for what I paid for it. At the time, I was being charged what I would have been charged for a one-bedroom in Scottsdale, but with a premium in square feet. I was able to comfortably fit a desk, a family-room sized couch, and a table for six in the main room, for example. On a per square foot basis, it was the best deal I was able to find in town.I do knock a star off for occasional problems and problems related to the buildings age. The maintenance staff does a good job in keeping it well maintained though. At times, the trash chute was overfilled, but large containers were kept on the ground floor. This could be a double-edged sword though if residents were less than diligent in bagging their trash - noticeable only in the covered parking lot (never in the hallways or in the apartments), but noticeable nonetheless.Overall, this is a good apartment complex. Its in a good part of town, it offers good value for the money, and it has good staff. I would highly and heartily recommend it to anyone working in this part of town.
