A week later and Im approved and ready to move into a new apartment! Silvia did such an amazing job with communicating and giving me all the information I needed. Such an awesome experience! The service I received from John at Prestige Realty was exceptional! It was only yesterday that anxiety overwhelmed me. Months of looking for an apartment only to lose yet another $50 to an application fee the day before, caused me to think I would be stuck forever in this weekly motel. My room, which lacked amenities most people took for granted was only 300 square feet, and had the added feature of regular visits from the Mesa police who would use a megaphone to say Come out with your hands up to a number of my neighbors. When I came across Prestige Realtys website during a google search for apartment help, I almost didnt fill out the survey form, figuring it wouldnt amount to anything. Nothing could have been further from the truth. As it turns out, the survey was the first anxiety quashing tool in Prestiges arsenal. I filled out the survey, leaving nothing out, even the details of my rental past I wasnt so proud of. When John from Prestige called, I liked him instantly because he did not sugar coat his communication, he shot from the hip as they say. John and his no b/s style saved me a lot of time and frustration. He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and personable, plus, he got the job done. He presented to me an apartment that was a perfect fit, and once I confirmed as much, he called ahead to the renal staff at this apartments front office and gave them my information. This took so much stress off of me, knowing in advance that my issues were not a deal breaker. I applied for the apartment I chose, and here I sit, less than 24 hours later, with a lease on its way, ready for me to sign. I asked about some apartments and I was told I wouldnt find anything similar to where they referred me to. First of all there was no mention of budget if there had been I am sure they would have been able to find something. I was going more for location and availability instead of price luckily I was able to find something in cave Creek without help.

Aaron is truly heaven sent. Valley Kings was unable to assist, but Aaron found me a beautiful apartment in a safe neighborhood all within a 2 hour time-frame. This is a little long, you dont understand how grateful my husband and I are that we met Aaron Lawson. At the end of February we traveled here to Phoenix to try and locate an apartment. We were relocating from Kansas because of my job. We had places in mind but they did not turn out to be what we were looking for. So we were at a dead end and really didnt know what to do. It was our last day in town about 4:50 pm and an apartment complex we were at referred us to Aaron. We got to him and were able to get the process started but unfortunately we were flying out early the next morning heading back to Kansas. At that point we only had a month before we were to head back to Phoenix for good. So not only did we have to trust him to help us out but trust that the place he recommended would be right. I went to Valley King properties they didnt tell me much and gave a list to go by, only one had availability but it was horrible. I came here and and my only regret was that I didnt come here sooner because they moved me in and in less than a week. Well, atleast this location is, let me explain, Ive been to valley king finder before and they dont make you feel good, and they place you in any property they can make money off. When I came to Prestige they worked with my situation and allowed me to choose properties that would work with me, their inventory was double that other guys. I hope people read my review because I would like to return the favor as they helped me , and I am proof here. Love my new place.

Went to a complex they referred me to because that was what was available for my time frame. Told me the complex did NOT run rental history because I do have a judgement over 2 years old. BUT the apartments DO ruin rental history. Now Im out $300 with NO refund plus the $ I paid prestige and still need to find a place to live in 5 days . Unless your rental history squeaky clean DO NOT go here I would hate for you to be out $300 as well.

Found Prestige Realty on internet. Called, went in, talked to John. Very friendly, listened to our needs and wants. It was late in the day so we looked the next morning at 3 different places and by the end of the day we were signing papers for an apartment. Thanks John, you listened well and got us a great place.

I was referred to this company by the apartment I am currently renting from. Aaron was highly recommended by management, so I took a chance. They offered assistance with not so great credit/rental history on their flyer and thats what I needed, so I figured why not. WORST customer service experience of my life. As soon as I walked in, it was nothing but negative. Aaron brushed us off to a guy named John who promptly went outside to smoke and had us wait while he finished his cigarette. After that, nothing but negative from him, no effort whatsoever. He literally took my money and did absolutely nothing. Today (two weeks later), I called back for status and he couldnt even remember me. I got the most unprofessional and rude treatment from John, all the way down to smart mouthing and then hanging up on me. I dont recommend this company, very very poor customer service. Save yourself the money! Go to Valley King Properties and ask for Elizabeth Montoya, she actually works to find you what you are looking for. Thanks to her, we now have a beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath home. BOO to Prestige Realty!!!

The worst experience of life him in the manager on 28th and stirring work well together I told him my budget what I can work with and him and her took me for the highest dollar the sad thing to is he in the manager booth told me the apartments was remodeled no it wasnt they showed me a appointment that I was to rent in after signing the lease I got a different apartment it was nasty and when I was there I found out nobody was paying $1225.they were paying$825. then to find out the apartment had everything that you could think of roaches bed bugs and mold be careful and do your research with this guy and please dont rant from 28th and Sterling the manager she is very disrespectful and she is a very big liar she will tell you what you want to hear and she will turn her back on you when you need help with your apartment and she will turn your water off other tenants well tell you the same thing nobody there has it easy shes a very horrible person in the sad thing is he loves working with her and Im pretty sure he works with other management that does the same thing because its all about money for them

You know, I called them several times and left messages and they just did not return my phone calls or else said someone would return my phone calls and did not do so.They refused me service.Horrifying. Disgusting.

John deserves 5 stars! We were a walk-in after 6 weeks of house and apartment hunting. We had previously gone through 3 realtors and wasted over $300 on apps and so much time! He saw us, evaluated us, and sent us to a location who accepted us and was the absolute perfect match for our family, and credit situation! I never dreamed something so perfect would fall into our laps on the VERY last day we needed it! Forever grateful!
