I loved my unit, we weren’t able to renew our lease due to having to move closer to family. But I loved the entire unit it had a dryer and washer inside and looked exactly like the model. I had access to the gym here and the pool was always opened except on cleaning days. Parking was a hassle on holidays or game nights/ fight nights so we learned to just leave our assigned parking available when we went out. You are able to opt into the garage parking which we did have to do for my roommates car since he drove a Honda Civic (nightmare super noisy) until he finally decided to just rent a storage and park it there instead. Our neighbors were friendly and funny they were a relaxed super reserved until you got to know them type of older couple that loved smoking cigarettes (yuck) and talking smack. I do miss them more since they made my experience here so much fun, everyone has that crazy family member that is mean but funny and truthful that couple reminded me of my family. My upstairs neighbor was most likely a dealer so we stayed out of his way due to the sketchy people he had over but when he wasn’t doing those activities he was pretty cool. The front office was so nice I hardly had to talk to them at all since I never had issues with my unit at all thankfully. Overall I think what made these apartments amazing to me was that they felt welcoming and everyone made me feel at home starting with the front office and ending with the people who used the gym! I never experienced any loud neighbors at all thankfully where my unit was everyone was quiet and kept to themselves but also I worked a lot and was mainly in the gym or sleeping.Bugs: scorpions and garden snakes. I had never seen them in my life and those garden snakes scared me so bad but they’d slither away. The scorpions come with the area but I recommend putting sticky glue traps for those.

If I could leave no stars I would. We were searching for the PERFECT apartment and seen multiple ones but we chose this one...out of 7 apartment complexes we seen we chose to live here. We were so excited to live here but its been nothing but issues since weve moved in. Our flooring is coming up, our AC leaks and we had no hot water for the first 2 weeks we lived here. Not once was a plumber called. We had a flood because of our water heater which was their fault yet they did nothing to compensate. Weve also had things stolen from our porch. If youre debating on living here or a different complex I suggest you go with the other complex. I dont regret much in life but I definitely regret moving into these apartments.

Worst place to live at ! Me and my boyfriend lived here and couldn’t wait to get out ! This place is infested with roaches and scorpions. When you call the office to mention the Scorpions they don’t even care or are concerned for your safety. Lots of sketchy people throughout the night! Random cats everywhere and the maintenance crew doesn’t clean up the mess they make and it’s gross. The office lady is really rude and they never answer phone. Don’t be fooled, don’t waste your time trying to get approved to live here.

Hello,I would just like to say Del Mar Apts are the best. The staff (esp. Sara Dell) were so kind and understanding and always made sure every maint. request was taken care of. I never had a problem with anyone My daughter and I felt safe and my vehicle was never unharmed. Unfortunately I had to leave unexpectedly, however, given another change to go back and rent with Del Mar Apt. I would.

The staff is very friendly! You’ll meet the two ladies in the front Lauren and Sara, they give the best customer service to their guests! They work with you unlike other places! I have no complaints. The apartments are very nice and quiet.

The Customer Service is by far the BEST!!! I seen 20 places in one day and just had to go back. Cant wait to move-in... Community is clean and beautiful :)Thank You to Office staff Lauren she made me feel so welcome.

Their offices are always closed especially on the first of the month. Had roaches on and off for the last 3 months of our lease. They would forget to spray the place, I would remind them they would say ok, and nothing would happen. They lock the pool all the time. Random cars park in the open spaces at all hours of the day being super sketchy. You can find a cheaper place with a way better staff nearby. Do not recommend to new renters. Don’t get apartment facing the street. The noise is unbearable.

OMG, astonishing visits today at the Del Mar Apartments. As soon as I hit the door I was filled with a powerful energy coming from one person. That Lauren I tell you she is quite amazing and too smart to be working there. She gave me the best tour ,a whole lot of snacks and love. Nothing could’ve made that visit any better. Keep up the great work Lauren, much love .!

I give them thumbs up!! I just move out the management itself our wonderful! People..they intervene with their Tenants have Free Dinners and Lunch and Activity from time to time they will also work with i if u was in a Tuff situation they are Highly!! Recommended in my Book!!

It was A very great place to live I love it

My spouse and I have been in our home now for 5 months. We are happily on the second floor away from the summer time insects that come with living in the desert and the possibility of heavy footed individuals above us. We were very meticulous in our selection of available apartments when we moved in and honestly I think we got the best one.Inside our apartment upon getting settled we notice little cosmetic issues here and there and are disappointed that our entire apartment isnt the wood flooring. Our carpet is off white and as that tends to, it doesnt retain its great color all the time without attention.We have a neighbor who loves to sing really loudly and shout at sports games (I assume theyre sports games as it always happens on the days of normal sporting events). We also have a neighbor who enjoys smoking his cigs on his patio which is an inconvenience when we want our sliding door open. Other than that we really got lucky with our home.The reason I havent provided a full 5 star review is die to the normal maintenance of the propertyma and the staff themselves. The maintenance guy himself is really nice and loves my dog, hes great. But the office staff frequently leave early and are not great communicators.Recently we were notified they no longer accept debit card payments. Thats fine I typically pay using the AptCast app. But this month, without notice we were informed that the AptCast service through LeasePay is no longer available. This kind of thing wouldnt bother me if we had perhaps been mailed notices about both of the latter issues. But the only notice we received was a note on the office door for the debit cards issue (only to be seen if youre going there).a I had to email the property manager to ask about the AptCast issue. If I were not diligent in paying my rent one might think I could pay late and quite possibly get charged a late fee.We are a small community and we pay a pretty decent amount each month for rent. A courtesy letter would be nice when major changes like these take effect. I would much rather that over the monthly food and drink letter they send.

Great customer service!! But these roaches are getting out of hand they have bombed my place several times and sprayed numerous times and were still killing at least 4 roaches every night, we keep a very clean house it just disgusts me for how much we’re paying for rent just to live like this. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to rent out these units. Also people don’t have the respect to keep it down for people who work mornings, you will have the most terrible and noisy neighbors ever!!! It’s like the people below are walking on the roof and are out til 3am being loud oh and be prepared to hear cars race down McDowell ALL NIGHT.

Welcome to hell!!! This place looks great when you visit but living here is a nightmare. There are tons of roaches who will take over your apt shortly after you move in. The ppl around you stay up and are loud all night so if you have employment good luck getting a goodnight sleep. Dont get surprised if you open up your refrigerator and find dead roaches.🤪 This place needs to be shut down poor quality of living for such high rents..

Good apartments. Very quiet, every minds their own business. Staff in the front are rude and things break constantly and never get fixed the first time. Havent had a dishwasher since I moved in. And my washing machine works one day and then not the next so still trying to get that fixed. But other than the maintenance part of it, they are just like the pictures. And rent is reasonable and they are nice on the inside as well

The staff tell the applicants to rate them 5 stars for a discount. I think it is BS because one of the secretaries is rude and gives no time to explain without her being rude. No eye contact with her either.

Love this place, great staff, great amenities, nice surroundings. Safe neighborhood too! And for everyone complaining about parking, there’s no parking cuz it’s such a great place everyone feels like they have to be there.

I will soon be moving in to Del Mar Apartments and all ready have been treated with respect from Fabian the business manager and cant wait to move in. The best things I like about the apartments are they come with stainless steel appliances and wood flooring witch I love,hope it turns out great for me and my family.

Been living for close to a year now, and cant really complain about much. The apartments are spacious and the complex is kept clean.

My sister lives in this apartment complex and was told they are changing her locks after she paid her rent. My sister has a young daughter and was told she was getting putting out. We took her to get a print out of her receipt and took it to the office. My sister was in tears and very upset. The manager Bollow didn’t express compassion. We was told we was getting put out of the office. Also Bollow blamed it on another manager. She never once said it was a mistake or apologetic. My sister is calling cooperate on a Monday. Make sure you keep all receipt because the workers don’t know what they are doing. That’s a big mistake and for them to be upset with her because they made a big mistake is Ludacris! Very unprofessional and unorganized. Straight careless.

Never rent here. They over charge for apartments, My 2 Bed 2 Bath is listed on their website as 1120.00 and I am paying over 1300.00, their outdoor area for pets is not kept and is constantly dirty.

Been here for only a week and its the worst place I have ever lived, homeless people sleeping and hanging around. My car was broken into the second night, shattered window. There was a guy smoking herion outside my door third day, didnt live in the complex. And because there is no parking my car was towed too. While the other cars are parked illegally next to me.

The apartment that I am renting looks just like the model so Im happy about that. Its a nice unit but theres to many issues with the stove. Some days it works and some days it doesnt. I cook everyday so to have this constant problem is disappointing and irritating. Also the dryer does NOT dry my clothing. I have to start the whole dryer about 4 times in a row in order for it to dry it better and not even then. It leaves it damp. Thats four hours of drying. Its ruining my clothing. Ive called to the office and NEVER get a reply. Twice in a row I called about 20 times and NO answer. Not even a call back after a voicemail. So when I would be off work I would go into the office and speak my concerns but the receptionist Brittney writes down notes for maintenance with an attitude and not even then does maintenance show up to fix the problem. When they have came out to fix, it took them TWO WEEKS! And their I go back into the office to complain to Brittney and now its been over a month and no maintenance has showed up or even shown concern. And nothing gets fixed. Its just very dissapointing that they expect you to pay your rent on time no ifs, ands, or buts or else you get late fees but you cant expect them to comply with you and fix whats needing maintenance. I dont see how thats fair.

My soon-to-be wife and I recently moved in here. At first, I wondered why anybody would live anywhere else. Brand new, stainless steel appliances? Check. Wide open floor plan? Check. Quiet complex? Check. Affordable? I might even check that box twice. Is it too good to be true? Well...Our neighbors above smoke a lot of weed. My mother is a hippy, so that doesnt bother me. What bothers me is how much they do it. Most of the time, its as if Hitler never died and he is now ethnically cleansing entire villages of skunks. Not to mention the occasional burnt marshmallow smell accompanied by the sound of crinkling tin foil. Theyre either having a really awesome Smores making party every night, or theyre also into hard drugs. What does the office do? They say well look into it and then post a notice on their door saying that WE complained. Awesome.Next, the bugs. They claim to have a bug guy that comes every week to spray chemicals. Either we have bugs from hell that Satan himself personally unleashed on our lovely, stackable homes, or were being charged for some guy to spray foamy water. How else do you explain the population of scorpions and roaches? The office tells me oh, but we live in the desert. Its expected. I grew up in a mobile home in the desert north of Phoenix. In 12 years of living there, I saw maybe 2 scorpions and they werent even inside. At this place, Ive killed 5 in the last 2 months and countless roaches.Lastly, the little things. We have 1 light outside our part of the complex. Its been out for 2 months. We cant see where were going at night without it. We keep telling the office about it and they say its on order. So, I asked how long it takes to get in. They tell me oh, about a month. When I explain that we told them 2 months ago, they give me a blank stare and say well call maintenance. Still, no light repair.Also, some kid dropped a whole jar of spaghetti sauce on the sidewalk a while ago. Glass and sauce was everywhere. We brought the situation to the office and were told it would get cleaned up asap. (Quick, now is the time to make bets with your friends about how long it took to clean up.) Well, it was just shy of a week before anyone cleaned it. I could go on and on, however you may be getting bored by now. I hope this helps.

Had a good year there other than loud cars passing by that was it..but the deposit fee after you leave are absurd. read your contract. they charge out of your deposit 90$ for cleaning even if you do clean, 50$ for trash out even if you dont have no trash. and they will replace all the carpet for 300$ even if its clean. on top of it all charged me personally 200$ for pet fee and crazy thing is i dont even own a pet.. so beware other than that good appartments.
