Great community! Everyone is very kind and friendly. The front office staff, Vanessa in particular, is always extremely helpful. The few maintenance requests I submitted were completed within 24 hours. A little on the pricy side for the area, but a good place to live!

Copper Palms is located in a hilly area of north Phoenix where the air seems a somewhat fresher,easier to breathe and also seems to rain a bit more than cenral phoenix. To me kind of a bonus. The complex is currently managed by Sheri and Venassa both of whom are competent and fair. The place is well kept up, quite and safe. Whenever i needed work done it was done correctly usually within a day. Never had to go through any nonsense, delays or b s when making a request. I lived there for7 years and cant really find anything to compain about. A decent place to live.

I am very pleased with this community. As a first time renter I was definitely nervous after hearing stories from friends who rented at other places. They’re were very accommodating to the fact that I have a service animal, one of my biggest issues with applying at other complexes was that because I have invisible disabilities they had a hard time understanding that my dog actually helps me with day to day living and I’m having to argue that she is a task trained service dog not an emotional support animal so this was a huge factor. Luckily, at Copper Palms I didn’t have a bad experience. There’s no bugs, pet friendly, assigned parking, grounds are always kept clean, and maintenance is on top of repairs. I put a request in and get it fixed immediately! Definitely recommend to any first time buyers.

Vanessa and sheri thankyou for giving me the chance to have a place of my own, even though short lived I cannot express enough how much that they did for me in a short time , I never got to enjoy the pool because I was to busy but it always looked clean the laundry not so much only used it once and never again, my unit was ok to say the least and neighbors are sweet, but the best thing about this place were the ladies in the office thanks once again

Just we gonna say the people working in office they are very mean never smile never help well I was 4 years stay there and rise every year contract

Cant say enough good things about this community. I just renewed my lease for another year and transferred from a studio to a 1 bed, its a bit on the pricier side but well worth it. The ladies at the office are great, the grounds are well kept and clean and maintenance always comes in a timely manner. Vanessa at the office has been SUPER helpful with my lease transfer and has happily dealt with my loads of questions 😅 They are dog friendly and so far I havent really had any major problems with the neighbors. Looking forward to another year here!

Clean and beautiful apartments. Vanessa and Sherri are very helpful and attentive. They genuinely care about their tenants and make Copper Palms a fantastic place to live.

I lived here from 2017 to 2020. Never had any issues. They did used to have recycling, which was nice.

These are fantastic apartments. Great location for the price. The leasing staff are extremely professional. Whitney was very knowledgeable and cared about my needs. She made sure every detail was touched. She’s very professional and sweet. I would recommend these apartments based on her alone. 10/10 I would absolutely rent here, wonderful staff!

Vanessa in the front office is AMAZING!!! From the day my fiance and I looked at the apartments until our very last day she was nothing but helpful, kind, and sincere. Thanks Vanessa! Overall the complex is good for the price. Had a few cockroaches but the pest company did come and spray multiple times. Complex is close to the 51 so that helped!

My next door neighbor are very mean people. And the office staff take their side. The office staff pick and choose they had me move my van because my plate expired but they still have other card with expired tags on the property.

Its quite.kids not running around un supervised. office staff no problems friendly and helpful.Rent is good. Neighbors a bit standoffish my last complex only thing good were the people. All in all I would recommend renting here.Im planning on renewing my lease.and the grounds are always kept up. Very clean.

Any issue I have ever had Vanessa is on top of it and gets it resolved have zero issues living here

Residents are friendly. This place actually feels like a community not just apartments. Everyone here is so helpful and nice.The area around the property is also turning into a much better area. Nice places to eat and close to grocery stores.

I was in the apartment business in another state for 10 years and I was disappointed in the housing industry until I rented at Copper Palms. The office staff was MORE than helpful and the maintenance staff came to my apartment after hours to bring me a portable a/c unit until the next day!!! HATS OFF TO THE STAFF

I love my new apartment. The community is quiet and always kept clean. The management team here is amazing! If your looking for a new place I definitely recommend you making this your new home.

I have been living at Copper Palm Apartment going on 8 years .i love Susan and our amazing property manager Cesar. if you need anything at all they will do their best to make it happen. i feel so blessed to have these two wonderful people working at Copper Palms.it feels like home with the luxury of a resort. Maintenance is friendly and always willing to fix whatever needs taken care of.Thank you Cesar and Susan for your hard work and dedication to our complex. You are truly appreciated.

Fantastic staff! Always helpful and friendly! Shout-out to Susan and Susie for being so wonderful to me and knowing me by name. Definitely not off her rocker, for the record. Property is always clean, and maintenance is quick to react with any problems.

It is incredibly difficult to find an affordable apartment that is maintained and managed well. When searching for a one bedroom apartment, I came across Copper Palm Apartments and was incredibly impressed by the helpful and generous attitudes and actions of the office staff. Both the manager and assistant manager went out of their way to find what I was looking for and work with me to get just what I needed. I highly recommend checking them out! And you cant beat being that close to Carolinas machaca!!

Honestly, best complex I have ever lived in. Everyone who works here is great, friendly, super helpful and goes out of their way to be accommodating. Very community orientated complex and will immediately feel like home!

The staff is awesome. Nice place.Just watch the numbers with the corporate guys on the lease-Handled separately from what staff has any control of.

This is a great complex with an even better staff. They are accomidating and very personable whenever I have issues or questions. I would recommend anyone wanting to live in the PV area in an affordable yet modern apartment to visit this one!

Ive been living here for 4 years now, Im usually in and out of town a lot but as far as my apartment is concerned Ive had no problems living here. I give it three stars ONLY because new Property Owners, not management nor staff but Property Owners, continue to raise the rent. Their are a lot of people with set incomes that has been here for more than 4 or 5 years meaning up to 15 years and with the new Property Owners coming in hiking up the rent people are being forced to move out of their Apartments. Not because they dont like the environment or the apartments but because of the cost of living. Now I will say, New Management here are awesome, I am one of the people that they bent over a little bit backwards so I could remain living in my apartment. I just wish the new owners wouldnt hike the rent up every year, thats my only complaint. Other than that very clean, very nice staff, very nice environment.

I have lived at Copper Palms Apartments for 3 yrs. Its a clean, quiet, and friendly place to live. Any maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. Friendly office and management employees. will definitely plan on signing another lease.

Dont rent here because using the debt cards in the washing machines and dryers doesnt work. It takes 10 minutes to to get the units started. The system where you can money in the office is better. They changed that and Im not happy with the new system.

Great community !!! I moved in 3wks ago the office staff has been very helpful. They have made my transition from out of state easy I recommend this property.

Lived here for a year, and was not very happy with anything, the issue was I did not speak up. Cesar the new property manager, helped me out with a lot of things the 8 or so months he had been working here, he was my go to guy for any issues I had. He is even helping me sort out living here for another year, I can say this year will be better.

Two words Sheri Green the manager, she is condescending, childish, hard headed and believes she is always right when she actually is wrong. My sister had a issue with her apartment and Sheri told her to stop calling the owers or she will get kicked out. On a daily basis she will nit pick what people do or dont do. The kids use to be able to play outside or at the pool but I was told Sheri told the kids to stop that. How could a manager be so cold. I believe she is abusing her power and controlling everyone. My sister is actually not wanting to renew her lease because of Sheri and seeing about moving to another complex owned by CVG. So that tells you the Issue is Sheri.

Pretentious office persons areviciously ignorant in a condescending judgemental manner. The best way to describe the experience would be to picture a polished faux-pearl rolled along by a scarab beetle that had just rolled its payload through some glitter patch--Now you got a piece of shite that sparkles. Residents are quiet, respectful and friendly.

Ever since new mangement and maintenance took over I’ve had a horrible experience. First off maintence entered my apartment without me allowing them to do so. The girls at the front don’t know how to solve problems without the property manager being on site all they do is “relay” your message or write down notes and half the time the message isn’t relayed or my call is never returned. We’ve had to deal with our downstairs neighbors second hand smoke coming through our house for the past six months not to mention I’m 8 months pregnant and have a 2 1/2 year old. I’ve even had my doctor write mangement a note stating this environment is an unhealthy place to live being pregnant with asthma and a small child. Do you think they even glanced at my note or made a copy ? NO! All they said is we believe you. I go through at least a 1 thing of bleach a week scrubbing my apartment walls etc due to the nasty smell. My lungs and chest burn everyday in my HOME I purposely stay out to avoid coming home due my health and the stench. They cleaned our vents but that did absolutely nothing to solve the issue. Not mention don’t have the maintence come work on your apartment they’ll charge for breaking their own tool. The grounds are kept up nicely and is a quiet complex just unfortunate that new mangement and maintence isn’t the best.

The 2.5 years was good but as new neighbors come in the last 5 months because of cheaper rent I assume some are loud. One guy starts yelling at 8pm until 2am, i told the office they didnt do much in fact I think theyre afraid of the guys.The office doesnt have the curtosey to call when theres an incident.The new manager is a pain, rude, stubborn and unprofessional, michalena was a better person to manager this facility.Office manager Susan is off her rocker very loud. the drinking side shows much.They only allow the good apples to drink at the pool, if youre on the not-so-hot list then they ban you for some stupid reason that they cant explain. :)That pretty much sums it up.

Friendly, helpful, and cleaner than any property ive ever seen.

We had a problem with our upstairs neighbors and Ceasar took care of our problem. Thank you again Ceasar for helping my move from a house to an apartment worth coming here!

Best customer service. The gals in the office welcome you in and will help you with calculations to figure into your budget. They try to do their best to mk your fears go away. I havent lived alone in such a long time. I was terrified, not knowing anyone. But Im trying to be positive. And they check on you and mk sure your ok. Im glad my friend and I found this place. They are one of a kind. The units are cleaned and comfy. I have looked at alot of apts. Close to my kids. And the grounds are kept up, everything is centrally located.. There are two laundry facilities. Two pools and one Jacuzzi. I think one fitness room. And when you need something fixed put in a work order and itt will be done usually within a day. You would be smart to go with this place. People are nice. Pets are welcome.

Live here if you want to be woke up every morning by leaf blowers by 8 A.M.
