Came to visit my girlfriend and was considering being a neighbor. First photo was the trash in the hallway and the next two after I walked her dog for her. She pays almost $1600 a month for a 1 bed, not sure how they can’t afford people to maintain trash on their property. Very displeasing, I will continue my search. This isn’t acceptable.

As a former resident I enjoyed living there overall, but I really didnt like several things which I ended up just accepting. For example, the fact that there isnt an assigned area to walk your dog. You have to walk them outside of the building where there are always homeless and weird people walking because of the lightrail... but they wont tell you that during the tour of course! Also, the office staff has been avoiding me since July 2021 when I moved out. They were supposed to send me my pet deposit back + apartment deposit and after leaving countless voicemails and trying to reach Kim (the manager), I havent received any response nor a report back about the condition of my apartment (which was impecable when I left).Im not surprised since this kind of places love to charge for EVERYTHING but then they dont do their part. I paid 300 in pet fees and 300 for pet deposit. Plus every months rent and there isnt a single amenities for dogs.

I have been living here for almost 4 months now and have loved every minute of it!! I see some of the negative comments and it baffles me considering the experience I have had. The office is the BEST and one of the reasons I decided to rent here!!! I get the limited amenities during this time and being in the healthcare field and seeing some of what I have-I appreciate them being considerate of protecting their residents, it really lets me know they care. If anyone is looking for a great new place I highly recommend moving here!!!!!!!!

You wont find a better value for the money in the area. As an apartment locator I am in and out of these properties all day long. Not only are the finishes top notch the amenities are spectacular! The rooftop lounge oversees the city and mountains. Its a great place to watch the sunrise and sunset. Sarah and Kim are the leasing agents that will make you feel like family. From the first time you tour they will listen to your needs and they will work hard to find you the perfect apartment home. They take great pride in their property and that shows when you tour. I highly recommend Centa Midtown.

The staff at Centra are top-tier - always willing to help with any situation, always kind, and very knowledgeable. They often clean the hallways and common areas, allowing for sanitary spaces. I have been pleasantly surprised at how involved they are and how well they know all of their residents. I feel blessed to have moved here blindly & can’t recommend it enough. My 12 month lease is coming up, and I’ll be renewing with no hesitation.

We’ve been here for a year and the management is extremely unprofessional and unethical. The tenants have dogs peeing and pooping all over the stairwells and isn’t well maintained. They put stickers on all of your guests cars threatening they you’ll be towed. Personally I would never sign a lease here too overpriced for the horrible service. There’s plenty of other places near by for less and better management.

I was super excited about possibly calling Centra my new home. I had been interested since they started construction. So when The opportunity finally came for me to check it out i had an extremely bad experience. I called 1st just to get further info before going in person . When I called I got a representative that wasn’t too friendly. I told her I was interested in a two bedroom and was looking to move in immediately. She cut me off as I was explaining what I was looking to do and said “We don’t have anything available” luckily I had already looked online and seen a 2 bedroom that was available for rent now . So I stopped her and said “So the one you’ll show available online is no longer available?” The rep said hold and put thephone down before I even got a chance to respond . She returned moments later and said “Yeah , it’s available “ I proceeded to ask questions regarding fees, amenities, etc and the answers were cut short and one worded . So I then asked if there was anything further info she could tell me about the place and her response was “ Like what , what do you want to know” in my head I’m thinking if I’m calling in inquiring about the place you would front load me with all the necessary information and try to get more information about and my goals and what I’m looking to accomplish. But obviously she wasn’t interested in any of that so I told her I wanted to do an in person tour in hopes of having a better experience. I figured she might’ve just been having a bad day . I finally get to visit and spoke with someone different and given a tour or you could say lack there of. My expectations of a tour is you convincing me that this is the place to be . I felt like I was in charge of the tour . I had to ask to see the mail room , the gym, the pool, parking, etc and even the roof top that wasn’t ever mentioned . She was just going to show me the apartment and that was it. Why would I not want to know about everything else that’s offered. Overall it was the worst experience ever and my mind was made once I started the somewhat of a tour that I received. I also had a close friend that’s currently shopping for an apartment and she mentioned Centra and told me to not even bother not knowing my experience. She said she called and the rep was very rude . My friend currently lives in Atlanta Ga and flew out to look at apartments . She call Centra to do an in person tour and said the rep was extremely rude told her they didn’t have any availability for the rest of the weekend and she told the rep that she traveled far and would just like to see before having to leave and the rep response was “ Did you not look at it online ? Well it looks the same in person “ So if you’re treating none residents like trash I can only imagine what the current residents are going through.

I don’t live here but I have visited a resident and been disappointed at such a beautiful pool table that’s unable to be accessed after 6 pm. It seems like limiting amenities is acceptable behavior to the management at this complex. It’s a beautiful well kept property but don’t expect to enjoy it unless it’s during business hours. If you work during business hours well.... good luck accessing anything other than your front door.

Couldn’t have had a better experience with management. They were willing to work with me and change whatever i need to have changed. They were professional, kind, and considerate in all aspects. The feeling of being home, safe, and comfort is unmatched.

Very professional staff and always on top of everything. They always are so accommodating to me and my girlfriend. Not to mention the gym is amazing and so convenient. Pet friendly community love walking my pet here. Beautiful place.

I love this place! Other residents are pretty friendly, the gym is massive and I’ve canceled my normal gym membership to work out here, it’s much more convenient and they have all the same equipment. I love where it’s located to, close enough to down town Phoenix to Uber and only a mile or two from the free way. The last place I was at had a homeless problem, and I’m thankful they seem to be in top of it here, but homeless being around is a given being it’s close to down town Phoenix. They walk the streets in every large city. So far pretty pleased with being here though!Side note, I’ve had a couple small maintenance issues so far and the maintenance staff where on it pretty quickly which I appreciate!!

Very friendly place to live, attentive staff & clean property! Anybody who doesn’t like living here is just hating!!! My family and my dog haven’t had the best of luck with apartments but we plan on staying here.

Tried to sign a lease here and the management was very fake with promises of an apartment and then never followed through with anything. I had not applied as a result and called and someone at the front desk said they only speak to those who apply. I do not suggest living here.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love living at this place. Everything about It has my made my Arizona experience the best.

The building is absolutely amazing, the apartments Are laid out with such obvious usable area, as opposed to Apts was wasted square footage, like a loft area or super high ceilings, My two bedroom has close to 1200 ft.² with and a wraparound balcony, In a clean interesting and safe area of the city, which is a lot to say for downtown Phoenix. The staff couldn’t possibly be more helpful and attentive and show a genuine concern and care for all tenant issues. So often it’s “move em in and forget about em”.....not here! If you have an interest or a concern or issue about some thing all you have to do is reach out once and you will receive a response that same day or first thing the next morning, just a clear display of creating a happy and Satisfied community. Having moved from Vela at Camelback, it’s like going from one extreme to the other, that place is a ghost town & their staff couldn’t possibly be less interested in any tenant issue, so I really love this place, and I’ve lived in about nine or 10 buildings like this, I highly recommend getting in while they still have availability as they just opened in May and it looks to be filling up quickly, I’m just thankful I found This place and feel so fortunate to I have an interested Staff available basically anytime, working from home that’s really important for me. I just can’t say enough good stuff about this Place, and Im a tough critic!

There’s a major issue of the place smelling like pet urine

We just moved in a few weeks ago and I LOVE our place. Our move in was a little annoying only because of our internet not connecting but I only mention that because Kimberly from the front office really went above and beyond to help us get it taken care of. She has been amazing since our tour. We love the layout of our apartment, the amenities and the people here! When you come from an apartment complex that was a nightmare, you appreciate the little things like people not driving like psychos through the garage or the simple parcel package lockers.Also, the amenities were limited but we are still in the middle of a pandemic sooo they did what they could with what’s going on and slowly re opened things to make their residents happy. I appreciate them looking out for our health and safety! Thanks so much team Centra :)

Terrible value for the money.

Horrible management, not worth the money

These people are ridiculous!The first time I walked from my car to the elevator I found several nails and screws on the parking lot! I sent an email to let them know the issue and they did not even care to reply; therefore, I called them hours later and they said they were going to take care of that! The next day I found more nails around my car and I went straight to the office to show them what I had found once again! The lady just completely ignored the problem by saying she would let the maintenance people know and they were going to take care of that which was not true because if you look around you will still find several nails on the basement parking lot! They do not seem to care if you get a flat on the road. This is VERY dangerous! I have been living here for less than a week and it has been a complete disappointment moving here already! Thumbs down!
