Been a resident for the past 15 months and really loved it but this has spoiled the honeymoon. Because the market is up they can do this and is why they are, so I was just told.

We saw a dramatic increase in rent of $200 ($1350 to $1550). Was given 2 weeks to decide if we could afford it. We needed to figure out what we wanted to do, so I responded 10 days after the 2 week deadline and they increased it another $70. That is a 4.5% increase to the original rent offer in 10 days and now up to a $270 increase. The new offer is even more than the original month to month offer ($1596). The first time I renewed, it was not like this and I was given ample time to make a decision. Not to mention that throughout this pandemic, I have paid my rent each month diligently and on time. I hope more people come on here and leave bad reviews if their gouging of good tenants continues. If youre thinking of moving here, look elsewhere.

I wanted to thank Stephanie, Andy and Brandon for doing a great job at San Norterra. My husband and I sold our house in September. We moved to our beautiful apartment which we call our home in October. The amenities are amazing and living in a two bedroom luxury apartment. Great job!!!!

I absolutely love the staff here! Stephanie is super sweet! Andy and Brandon are awesome as well! The grounds are well kept, and it’s like living in a resort here. I definitely recommend this Mark Taylor location!

I love the San Norterra apartments! My apartment feels like a home! The staff is quick to respond to questions, friendly, and they care about the tenants! The apartments are beautiful, quiet, happy, comfy, and lots of storage!

I received a quote by phone from Andy saying that month to month leasing was an option at a 20% increase of the monthly base rent. When scheduling an appointment to view the property, I was told month to month was not an option and there would be an additional $350 per month for a minimum 3 month lease term. When reviewing the pricing sheet (updated 9/29/20) attached to the email quote from Andy it reflected a $300 monthly additional fee for the 3 month lease. When I brought this to their attention they would not honor the price sheet they sent me not even 24 hours before our conversation! Apartments look nice, but the pricing is deceptive.

No complaints about the apartment complex or the apartment everything is luxurious and beautiful! However the community is not. The community is quite disgusting, everybody drives around the complex like they are the only people who live here. Residents are just god-awful rude when youre walking around. Apartment is great, community not.

My wife and I loved living at San Norterra for the last two years. The apartments are the nicest in the 85085 area and the amenities are definitely resort style. The staff is always friendly and helpful via phone and email. If you are looking for a place to stay look no further and choose San Norterra.

Was really interested in renting from this community. They never returned my call after many attempts. Emails and information requests put in almost daily for over a week. Finally I reached someone at the property and they said they left me a voicemail. I advised the gal on the phone that I have never received a voicemail from their community and have never had anyone follow up. She glazed over the text that no one reached out and said sorry you missed the special but you can rent another unit at regular price.

Spent a Saturday afternoon looking at apartments for a future move and came to this location and experienced greatness! Brandon was an absolute pleasure to work with! Great tour of the property!

Decided to rent this apartment as one of my many others homes, and I must say this place is exquisite and earns the luxury in its title! I dont have any complaints whats so ever. and have told the other goldmans about it! our family lives for luxury and high end locations and this is one of them! if this apartment is in your budget I suggest you get it.

Ive been living here for a couple months now and I felt compelled to write this place a review. From the moment we moved in this place has been fantastic. The management and representatives and the office are incredible. The facilities are wonderful, all of my maintenance requests were completed within the same day. The apartments themselves are gorgeous and roomy, the community here is full of wonderful and friendly people. They are extremely pet/dog friendly and have an awesome dog park.The rent is a bit pricier than other places, but for the quality of the apartments, the complex, and the area its well worth it. The neighborhood is quiet and conviently just a few minutes from the I17. Not to mention theres a CVS within walking distance of the complex.I highly recommend this apartment complex. Also, kudos to Andy at the front office. He is absolutely terrific and extremely helpful!

Just moved in about a month ago and really love the apartment and the complex. The only downside is people smoking wherever (especially in the pool area) and I can smell cigarette smoke in my apartment at times. Not sure if its from someone smoking inside an apartment around me or someone smoking outside and the smell coming in. We do not smoke and my son is very sensitive to it. Other than that its a wonderful place to live!

I moved in a couple days ago and I already love it here. Everyone is very respectful, and the apartments are gorgeous. It feels like Im living in a house, not an apartment.

Best apartments I have ever lived in. I am most impressed with how fast maintenance requests get fulfilled. I lived here for 2 years and not until I moved into a new place did I realize what a commodity it was to get such responsive help. If I could I would go back in time and re up my lease with this company.

Went to go check these apartments out today. These apartments were recommended by my work so we thought we would check it out. The leasing agent Alec probably gave us the worst service ever. He didnt want to be there and seemed like he didnt want to even show us the model. Definitely wont be renting here.

I LOVE THESE APARTMENTS!!! It has a huge pool with 3 feet,4 feet,4 in a half, and 5 feet. And a balle ball court. Awesome Sauce!!!😀💕

Just a heads up to future residents, add at least $100 a month on top of your rent for water, sewer, trash, gas, fees, and city taxes. Otherwise nice place.
