I have enjoyed living here for several years and hopefully will continue to be a resident for a few more years! I would give a 5 star rating but the gate locks always seem to be broken making this a less than secure complex.

Dianna has been amazing! Even though she is usually the only one in the office she is always responsive and happy to help me. I have spoken to her many times with my out of town move and I trust that she will she make this process seamless. I can hear her smile over the phone and after touring the property in person today I can tell it’s genuine!I am looking forward to calling Clarendon Park home☺️

I loved living here! It was easy to find this place, there was plenty of parking on site (I paid $15/month for a garage spot). The apartment itself was modern, with lots of space and had a very clean feel to it!Management was super responsive - wed just text them! They even had a few fun riddle giveaways especially in the early days of COVID which was really thoughtful.Ive found move-out can be the time that apartments charge you exorbitantly. This was not the case here! We just dropped off our keys and that was it. There was a $90 cleaning and $50 carpet cleaning fee I think, but it just came out of our original deposit. We didnt have to laboriously clean every single nook and cranny before leaving because it was an affordable cleaning fee. Thats it!Would definitely recommend! Thanks, Clarendon Park!

Removing a star I cant get any of my packages delivered to me or sent to the office we also dont have drop off boxes for big items so im in a pickle now n I use got a package from the office the other weak. But well see how this all progresses u till that I wont be getting anything delivered to me at this complex

There is so much to be said, the property is impeccable and very well taken care of. The apartments are a really great layout and size for the price and area! Ultimately my favorite thing about this community is the staff. Zindi is the manager and she is a very professional but empathetic and understanding person. I recommend everyone to come here for their new home! Thanks for making our community so great!!

Dianna, clarendon parks manager is very caring and welcoming to all her residents and visitors. She is quick to respond to anyones needs or questions and ensures everyone to never hesitate to ask her anything!

I was just informed after living here for almost a year that I have to pay $25 for access to the gym when the office isn’t open. Seems a little silly to charge a resident $25 to utilize the amenities. Just made my decision for me I will not be renewing. Thanks Clarendon Apartments.

‼️Before renting you have to know this ‼️🛑 no security at night🛑security cameras are not working and are fake🛑I been renting for 10 months and they have never changed the Air Filter and we have placed the Order🛑I been waiting for more than 4 months for repairs to be made in my apartment.🛑The catalysts were stolen from my car in the parking lot and they are not responsible🛑 The garbage container is always full and smells bad🛑At night You can see People smoking Wax or weed on the stairs and nobody does anything

I have lived here since January, and I have no complaints! The office staff is very courteous and professional. Great location too, close to work and school.

WHEN I FIRST CAME IN TO APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT, THE STAFF ZINDI AND BREE GREETED ME WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. BOTH OF THEM WERE KIND AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I LOVE THE FACT THAT I WAS SHOWED THE ACTUAL APARTMENT THAT I WAS PLANNING ON MOVING INTO. I HATE SEEING A MODEL APARTMENT. I PREFER TO SEE MY APARTMENT. THE MOVE IN PROCESS WAS QUICK. THEY REVIEWED ALL OF MY INFORMATION AND I RECEIVED A ANSWER BACK THE SAME DAY. THE APARTMENT WAS READY TO MOVE AND I MOVED IN THE NEXT DAY. I LOVE MY ASSIGNED GARAGE PARKING. I ENJOY THE FACT THAT CLARENDON HAS AN FITNESS ROOM AND POOL. I LOVE COMING HOME TO MY PEACEFUL WELL LANDSCAPED GATED COMMUNITY. MY APARTMENT WAS VERY CLEAN WITH ALL WORKING NEW APPLIANCES. IM GLAD THAT THE UNIT COMES WITH A WASHER AND DRYER. AS A TRUCK DRIVER, I CRAVE THE THIRST OF PEACE AND QUIET WHEN I COME HOME. SOMETIMES I BE ON THE ROAD FOR WEEKS. IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT TIME OR DAY I COME HOME, THE COMMUNITY IS QUIET AND PEACEFUL. I AM VERY HAPPY THAT I HAVE MADE A DECISION TO LIVE AT CLARENDON PARK APARTMENTS .🤗

I can honestly say after moving back here for the third time this has been the best. Management takes complaints seriously if there is any. Zindy has been wonderful to work with and the rest of the office staff is just as wonderful. I enjoy living here and am very happy with my choice to return here. The maintenance staff is amazing. Always willing to get stuff done quickly. The pool is maintained very well and stays kid / family friendly. One of the best locations in mid town for the price.

Pros:- Safe gated complex in quiet community.- Great location in central Phoenix.- Within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, public transportation.- Courteous and helpful staff.- Maintenance requests are answered almost immediately.- Pet friendly (dog park too!)- 24 hrs fitness centerCons:- limited parking space.- neighbors not picking up after pets 👎

A very nice place to live

As soon as I entered into the leasing office I was greeted by very fríendly staff. I felt welcomed to the community. The property looked clean and the model I toured not only smelled great but was very spacious and decorated so cute. I was left with a great impression of Clarendon Park.

New management. Friendly staff. Easy to get maintenance if you need it. Nice small community with equally nice apartments. Also its very easy to get to the light rail.

The new management here is awesome. The office manager Cindy is great person to work. She and her staff are wonder. Please stop in and see her and her staff!

I am posting this review as I am unfortunately moving out (into a house with more space for my growing family) so I have no obligation to write this, but I really wanted to take time to document my experience for prospective occupants because it was so great and I highly recommend this complex for young professionals/singles, couples, or small families. Coming from Miami, I knew nothing about Phoenix and had only a weekend to find an apartment. Zindi (manager) was awesome in giving me options with upfront, reasonable pricing, showing me units, and ultimately finding one that met my needs (all hardwood floors!). She was a pleasure to work with and a very sweet person in general. She was definitely one of the reasons why I chose this place. Throughout my time at Clarendon, there were a few minor maintenance issues that were immediately and effectively resolved by maintenance staff. I even had an old dryer replaced with a brand new one when I notified staff it wasnt working as well. The staff, both office and maintenance, are extremely accessible and actually helpful. Thats not a given (I have lived in many apartment complexes over the last 10 years and have had by far, the best experience here). They even organize regular events with free food/drinks for socializing, and regular giveaways. Otherwise, there is a great pool and workout room, and even a small pet park. Location is great because you skip out on the Arcadia/Biltmore traffic, but are still super close to everything (uptown, Melrose, downtown, Arcadia). Walkable distance to Safeway, Steele Indian Park, and Melrose. Think that about sums it up; happy apartment hunting :)

Update 12.16.20: taking a star down for serious unresponsiveness from management towards the tail end of our lease and stay here.

Have been here for a few months now & everything is absolutely wonderful!!!! Excellent apartments, well kept grounds, very quiet, & an amazingly helpful & friendly staff!!! Was the first & last place I looked at, GREAT location as well!!!

I made a simple call inquiring about an apartment, and spoke with the leasing manager who’s information was inconsistent. I then thought that it would be best to call the Property Management company and spoke with Lana who was appeared to be uneducated, and very abrupt. No thank you.

I lived at Clarendon Park Apartments for almost two years, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The complex is clean and gated. The amenities are great, especially the gym. The apartment is renovated and we were the first tenants to enjoy that in 2018. The maintenance requests were always completely quickly, whether that was with Greystar or Chamberlin management.Im not giving this complex a five star because of the parking. Its a small place, so its understandable that you may not always get a spot inside the complex. But if youre in a two-car household, and youre coming home late, theres a big chance youre parking across the street near the Hilton or Park Midtown. Id recommend banning guests from using the inside of the complex or limiting how many cars per unit.The office hours are also inconvenient sometimes. If youre waiting for a package and it arrives in the office, but you work 8-5 or 9-5, theres a chance you wont be able to get that package. However, Ive contacted Zindi who has dropped that package off to my apartment if it was say, a perishable item. So thats awesome!The price may be increasing, but thats expected for the area, and its still cheaper than any of the other apartments nearby. If you can swing it, Id HIGHLY recommend Clarendon Park. Its been a great experience, and Ill miss living there.

------------------------- Updated 6/25/2020----------------------------(unfortunately 3 months before my lease is up, Im having to update my review) Due to current situation with COVID, I asked to break my lease 2 months early without the penalty fee. Although management was still very nice, ownership ultimately declined my request. EXTREMELY disappointed in lack of empathy from the company. I even offered to come back when my financial situation improved cause I really do love this place.Also want to add that I recently dealt with having to place numerous noise complaints for my neighbor bumping loud music at 1-2am. Even got non-emergency police involved multiple times. On-property management is great and helpful with giving them warnings, but it hasnt been helping. Theyre still loud and its so unfortunate that I cant get quality sleep at my own apartment that I pay for.

I have lived here for almost 8 years and have never had a problem. I will be moving when my lease is up in November, but the only reason is that my rent is going up by about $400 per month. I realize have been paying less than market value, and recently the complex sold and they are going to remodel all of the apartments on the property. If the rent was not going up, I would not move. The property is small, yes parking is tight. but it is quiet, and close to downtown. I am sad to be leaving.

This places deserves negative stars. The original management (greystar) was god awful. I’ve had my apartment broken into twice under their management and both times they did absolutely nothing. They have signs claiming they had cameras but they don’t when you ask them about it. They left without notifying anyone and the new management (chamberlain and associates) is somehow even worse. The post office dropped off a package to the front desk and they claimed they never got it. They managed to find it after I told them I’d be coming after them for the value of my package. They hired painters to paint the property and when I asked if someone was going to be in my apartment they said no. The next week I got a notice saying someone would be in my apartment at any time during the next 3 weeks. They had people come in to replace the toilets and never once put a notice on my door saying anyone would be doing that so I almost called the cops when I saw people in my apartment on my camera footage (a camera I got after the break ins since this place won’t take any accountability or action). They put a notice on my door meant for another apartment for a lease renewal. These people are so imcompetent it’s insane. I’ve been here less than a year and am counting the days down to get the hell out of here.

Very unprofessional staff. Unresponsive and almost impossible to get ahold of them via phone. I’m counting down the days till my lease is up. If you take anything away from this review it’s this: DO NOT rent here.

Very well maintained and office staff is amazing and helpful

I’m contacting in regards to the $100 holding/admin fee I never received, after properly canceling my reservation agreement within the 48hr cancellation period stated on the document. I actually called within a 24hr time period, and I can have phone records and an email (with a time and date stamp) I was given to go about to receiving my $100 back. I’m thinking where the issue has began was I must have heard the email I must contact (Bre’s) in order to receive the refund incorrectly or there was some sort of typo. I’ve called a few times in regards to the issue, where Bre said I did not call within the 48hr time period (even though I know for a fact I did) and she will check with a manager in regards to the issue. I have yet to hear back and it is extremely frustrating, as this should be a very simple resolution and I feel as if I am being ignored or brushed off. This has dragging on since April, and I would really appreciate it being settled. I’m hoping this will get to the proper person who and efficiently solve the issue.

Pros: i love the community and the management was great.Cons: i had things stolen out of my garage due to trespassers. TENANTS let their dogs potty anywhere without picking up after them (by my door & in my grass)Oh and fyi theres no aggressive pets being snuck in anywhere. My PITBULL is registered *my therapy dog* shes very sweet as can be . TENANTS just are judgmental and rude!! But management was great!! Only reason im moving is due to the traffic in area.

Went to go take a tour of these apartments, honestly I was really excited. When I arrived, the sign said someone would be back at 1pm from lunch (it was 1:10 at the time) I spoke with a tenant who lived at the complex who told me they wouldnt be back from lunch until close to two, but I asked them about the complex and they really seemed to enjoy it. I was excited to take a tour.I walked into speak with the office staff and ask about a tour or rooms, he cut me off and told me he didnt have any rooms to show or openings and wont have any one bedrooms until July. I asked a follow up question, which again, he cut me off and told me I wont have any one bedrooms to rent. when he had just told me he would. Very rude management, will not be back.

Old management was bad, new management is horrific. Nothing but bad things to say about this complex - cant wait to move out.
