I love christy! She’s made living at ventana so much better! I’m rating one star because it’s been almost a month since I moved out and I received a final bill of all my funds I owe. Somehow I went from receiving a $70 check to owing $434. One in which I owe $200 for the floor which is complete and utter trash, the floor rips anytime anything is drug on the floor. I work from home so when I scoot my computer chair it leaves marks on the floor. And not to mention I was told I wouldn’t have to pay for the floor considering everyone else has the same issues. I also paid final utility bill and they tried charging me for that as well. Just be careful when you move out cause there’s a good chance u might have a hefty bill coming your way

There are no parking spaces. My son, husband, and I all have cars. They only give you one assigned space. The visitors parking is always full. We have to park in the nearby neighborhood and walk home. We pay to much live here and have no place to park.

Please read reviews before coming to this place and look at details if you do decide to do a tour . This place is horrible and for the price it isn’t worth it go somewhere else where they care about there tents.

This apartment complex does not supply hot water to residents and the place looks like it hasn’t changed since the 80s. My mom moved in mid-March, and we have complained verbally and in writing about the water not getting hot. At one point they claimed that you just need to run the water for a while for it to get hot, which is not the case. It took them at least 5 months to finally acknowledged that they have a hot water issue, and it still is not fixed. It isn’t even a cheap place to rent either. Lastly, the lights outside of my apartment have been out for out for weeks, which makes it very dark when you are trying to enter your apartment. I would highly suggest that anyone looking to move, don’t move into Ventana Palms.The only positives are that the people are okay here and I haven’t noticed any bugs.

Please look somewhere else , for a apartment complex to have there prices and still have major living issues for the people is unacceptable… Heater in the water is never working . There telling you to run it for a while but your paying for that running water and even then water is still cold , second issue is lighting outside . Lights are always off and hardly ever on. Please invest your money somewhere else .

Originally 3 stars & following Statement: An apt facility. Nothing to grow excited about. HUD homes in here. Quiet enough area. Close to stores. Large enough space in 2 bedroom unit. Just found out they have a pool. (See reply below). After talking to residents Im changing to 2 stars and saying this: Cabinet doors are cheap and fall apart with regular use, outlet covers the same. Easy to break into front & back doors. Not enough available parking spots that are too small for larger autos. My truck side mirror and front light were damaged. Water stays lukewarm and a/c freezes, but maintenance will show up quickly. My son has moved out and moved on.

I previously made a review about them. But they still haven’t resolved the issue of the lights outside the apartments. Its always dark outside.. the ladies in the weekends are unprofessional and can careless about your issue they just tell you “ i dont know what to tell you i am just covering “ … please rent somewhere else.

Ventana palms is a very nice comfortable homey feel for myself and my family. When we went to the leasing office they were very helpful in the process of getting our apartment and papers together. Maintenance is always on top of their job addressing your needs to your home. Good surrounding areas for shopping and eating. I would definitely recommend short tumor long-term for your leasing.

It is nice in these trying times to find an affordable, clean, pest/insect free place to live. The staff is professional and easy to speak to. You do not feel like you are getting dodged like at other places. They care about the community by offering incentives and doing nice, simple things for the residents like giving out ice cream on a hot summer day. I love our apartment location ( our little nook), I love our neighbors! I love our sanctuary! Thank you Ventana Palms!

Keeping this short and sweet, dont waste your time and money looking to rent here. There are 1000s of other options. This place will make you wait until hell freezes over to fix something. You could call the head of whomever owns this apt complex and you will never get a response from them either. 2000 thumbs down 👎 .

I rented an apartment here for 1 year. Upon moving into the apartment, only 2 of approximately 20 outlets in the apartment worked. Then, we started experiencing problems with the AC unit. It was running 24/7 to keep the house at 75 degrees, even in months where the average temp outside was in the 80s. This drove our power bill through the roof, but management always insisted the unit was fine. The stove was on uneven flooring/ground, which resulted in liquids pooling in a corner of a pan- made the stove top useless. We started noticing cockroaches in the guest bathroom 3 months after moving in, but management never handled it. Even after roach treatment was applied by management we continuously had roaches. A construction company was doing work on the balcony outside our front door at one point and rammed something through our wall. There was a hole letting in bugs and hot air for almost two weeks, although we reported it the day it happened. I still have photos and emails from this complaint. At one point, the big fluorescent light in the kitchen burned out. We were going to replace it ourselves but management told us we couldnt, because it was under a plastic covering it was something they had to handle. We waited almost three weeks and cooked in the dark with candles because they couldnt come change a lightbulb we werent allowed to change ourselves. At one point we noticed discoloration to the wall in the guest bathroom, which appeared to be mold. We reported it to management who ignored it for over a month. By the time they decided to deal with it, the wall had horrible water damage and had to be knocked out for repairs. This left the guest bathroom as a construction zone for at least a week. Lastly, the cleaning. We moved out an entire month before our lease was up and just bit the bullet with the final wasted month of rent. During that last month we came in almost every day to do cleaning to ensure we wouldnt incur any last second cleaning charges; this included cleaning on top of the fans, which is where a lot of apartment management companies try to get you. Guess what? A month of cleaning was apparently not clean enough. We were not returned our security deposit AND were charged for the cost of a cleaning company to come in post our move-out date. We were so done with the place that we just shut up and paid.Other things about living here that would also lead me to recommend finding another place: 1. The pool reeked so strongly of chlorine that you could smell it even when the pool wasnt visible to you (from around the corner and the mailbox area). I know they need to keep things clean, but we were afraid to ever use the pool because it smelled like that chlorine content was way to high. 2. Parking is non-existent. You only get one spot per apartment, not per tenant, and youll find yourself fighting for a spot if you ever come back to the apartments past 5:00 p.m. Same goes for guests; hopefully you never have any, because they wont be able to find parking. 3. Constant sound from the 10 and McDowell, ambulances and car chases can be heard at all hours. 4. Because of the lower prices, youll find that a lot of families move into these apartments; this meant we had kids drawing on, screaming outside of, and ding dong ditching our door all the time- for some reason they were never supervised. 5. Our apartment was broken into while we lived here. There were no signs of forced entry and we did NOT leave the door unlocked. The only way this happened is if somebody with a key from the management team either came in and forgot to lock up, or one of their employees unlocked our door and stole our stuff. This was ultimately the last straw that led us to leave, as we started sleeping with the door barricaded with actual furniture from fear.Ill be honest, if none of this screams red flags to you then youll be okay. However, if any of it does, dont waste your energy on this place. This isnt luxury; its below poverty, and the management will be sneaky about making everything seem out of their hands.

I lived here for 10 years now, Management is awesome. Its quite and I love my neighbors !! we all watch for each other and that what makes it comfortable. Thanks Management and your team !!! Happy holidays.

Have lived here for over 5 years. Early on we suffered a lot of issues in our apartment (A/C, Leaking bathtub on 2nd floor, dryer, oven) and tons of staff turnover in the office. But over the last few years, there has been a big improvement...mainly due to property manager Kristi being wonderful. When something is wrong its addressed immediately and staff is always friendly. While our apartment is showing its age, I have noticed lots of improvements in other apartments and the property(weve been in this same apartment for 5 years so they havent been able to fix up and improve it).Would definitely recommend this place just for staff alone.

And the Guys on our maintenance staff are nothing short of amazing they always make sure the residents are taken care of. I’ve been here almost 2 years, for the most part I’ve had no complaints. Kristi & Yesenia are helpful whenever I call the office for any questions or need maintenance. No issues with any bugs that’s a huge plus and it’s a quiet apartment complex I haven’t had any issues with noise.

I love, love, love Kristi and Richie! They are the best ever. I’ve never dealt with a management staff who are so helpful and attentive to their tenant’s needs. I’ve lived here for 10 months. The only issue I have with the property (the reason for only 4 stars) is the water/sewer situation. I was not expecting that huge expense. It’s an older property, but very good place to live with respectful tenants who look out for one another. I expected pests, but have had NONE, even living by the pool! Keep up the good work! You’re doing a great job!

DESPITE WHAT I HAVE HEARD ABOUT THE CONTROL ISSUES THE LEASING AGENTS HAVE, AND THE CONFRONTATION AND/OR ACCUSATIONS MADE TOWARDS MY EMPLOYER ABOUT A WEED SMELL, WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY EMPLOYER BY THE WAY. THIS PLACE IS PRETTY CLEAN, NO MAINTENANCE ISSUES TO MY KNOWLEDGE. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN SAFE AND UNTAMPERED WITH. EVERYONE KEEPS TO THEMSELVES. AND WITH THIS PANDEMIC GOING ON, MY EMPLOYER AND I BOTH HAD UNCLES THAT DIED. BEING EXPOSED TO COVID-19, WE HAD TO QUARANTINE WITH A FEW OF MY EMPLOYERS FAMILY MEMBERS HERE. IT WAS TOUGH TIMES BUT AM GLAD THE OFFICE STAFF DID NOT MAKE IT AN ISSUE FOR MY EMPLOYER.

I have lived here at Ventana Palms for almost 2 years. I had to come on here and give a huge shout out to our maintenance worker Spencer. No matter if its late at night, weekend, or early in the morning he is here for us residents. He is very professional, driven, and kind. We are super lucky to have such an amazing maintenance man working here!!!

Horrible place to live. I’ve been here for a short amount of time and have had nothing but problems . Hot water barley works . Not enough parking spacing for the amount of people that live here . No lights or fans in bedrooms . Place is old and things break and fall apart every day .. I can go on with how horrible this place is.. go elsewhere with your living situation.

Customer service is awesome! Since I moved in Richie has been great help with anything needed. The neighbors are nice, there’s never a problem overall Ventana palms is a Clean and nice place to live at. (:

I just want to say thank you to Richie in the front office. My AC unit was out during this crazy time with covid-19. They first tried to walk me through the process to get it back working and when that failed Richie made sure they got to me within a timely manner! I appreciate the office always taking care of business!

I have had nothing but great expierences since the day I walked onto the property. Kristi the property manager is amazing. She has followed thru on everything we discussed at the lease signing and she is always available to the tenants. She always has a great attitude and she has an amazing staff. Jessenia and Mario always have a positive up beat attitude and a great sense of urgency when anything arises (which other than a few maint issues that were handled immediatly have not been many).. The property is clean and we have not had any issues with neighbors or foot traffic at all..Mario the maintenance supervisor handled my request immediatly and did an excellent job. He even had me check that everything was good before he left. He was friendly and professional and Spencer also addressed an issue with professionalism and reassurance that they were there when we needed them. I have recently signed another year lease and its mostly because the service here is top notch!! Thank you all!!

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years. I love the community. My son is able to play with other kids in the building. The front office staff is fair and reasonable. I’ve enjoyed being here.

Kristie is amazing and since she has come back to manage this property things have changed tremendously. The maintenance director is awesome and his communication as to the status of work orders is excellent. I will not comment on the rent as that had nothing to due with the team that works on site.

I’m a new resident at Ventana Palms it’s very spacious and clean. I met with Ana and she took me on various tours, before I became a resident. She was very helpful and nice, she always greeted me with a smile, and was very helpful. I knew that Ventana Palms was the place for me because its spacious, and clean, my place has new floors,new counter tops, new bathroom, and a new washing machine. I’m very happy to be apart of such a great team and resident. There’re very professional and with excellent customer service. When I say team I mean Ana and Kristi works well together, when Ana was off work I had an one on one with Kristi to pay my deposit and she was just as nice and courteous as well. Kristi also help me with identifying my parking space key fog and entrance remote and answer every bit of my thousand questions with patience and a smile. Thanks Ana and Kristi for making my inquire of residency a reality.

I have live here for almost two 2 years, Richie is always attentive and he tries his best to resolve any matter. Ventana palms is a great place to live.

Management staff is very friendly maintenance staff is improving. They hold occasional cookouts and barbecues for the residence which is very nice. They do not know the first thing about customer service when they are in the office. I toured the property 2 1/2 months ago telling them very clearly that the reason I was here was because they had a Jacuzzi. And the other communities did not I took the tour found a place except a bowl paid my deposit signed my lease moved in. 2 1/2 months now the Jacuzzi still does not work. Management staff does not care because they do not use it! It is being used as a child’s play pool instead of getting fixed. I have complained about it from the very first day I found out which was two days after he moved in they are saying that they’re waiting for warranty repair. The amount of time they’ve waited is completely unacceptable for a heater core! It is not an expensive heater should have been replaced and dealt with financially I don’t later time. Customer service has no priority to them! I would not recommend this community to anyone.

I enjoy living here. Staff is great, but lately the cleaning of the grounds is not at its best. More and more people are not picking up after they dogs. The trash around me has been there a couple of days, but the over experience is good for me.

So where do I start I have been living here since December never had any real problems until today. The apartments old and not upgraded but other than that whenever something breaks maintenance fixes it quick. So today I get a call saying that I have people living in my apartment that are not on my lease lmao. That was a big LIE I’m not sure who on the staff made that one up. Myself and my two sons live here NOBODY else. I rarely have visitors. Then I was told that I have pets in my apartment which was another big LIE. I HATE all animals no offense to the pet lovers. Secondly my 1 year old son is afraid of pets so why the hell would I have pets if I hate them and my son is afraid of them??? Then was told if they hear anything else it could result in an eviction. So I’m breaking my lease I refuse to live anywhere where staff makes up lies with no PROOF who does that? Why make up lies about me of all people? They are very unprofessional I will be taking further steps as well. I know for a fact my neighbors didn’t make it up it had to be staff because how would be neighbors know what’s on my lease to make up these lies about me. If you chose to rent here be very careful they will make up things to try and get you evicted. Corporate will be contacted soon I just had a new baby and I am a single mom with plenty of other problems I don’t need to be accused of the lies. So corporate will definitely be contacted about this one!

Only put ONE STAR because google forces you to at least put one. I would give them ZERO stars! These apartments are golden trash bags. Looks great on the outside but deep down inside you’ll find termites and all types of other random bugs, random smells that won’t go away and although maintenance pretends to fix stuff they don’t do anything but paint over things that need to be fixed. Do not move here. Do not waste your time or your MONEY! *****WARNING YOU***

What can I start from? The front girl Essy is never there the sign says she is at lunch way past the time the manager told me she goes to lunch for 12 to 1 or the sign that is always there on the weekends saying that theyre at the property and will be back. And when you go try to look for her she is either nowhere to be found or smoking. Every time I go into the office her cell phone is attached to her left hand and on social media. I really expect more of a professional staff to attend to a front desk. Dont even try to go there early morning on Saturdays or Sundays the sign says 10 am but it is never open at 10 AM but closes right at 5pm to day I had to wait at the door for 30 minutes and nobody opened. I had to go to work and do not trust to call her with my work order because the phone doesnt get answer and my work orders to her dont get to maintenance. I still have issues with my outlets they are to lose and cant plug anything in them. I will be talking to the Manager about this on Monday I have been told by my neighbors to go straight to the manager with any problems I hope this way my concerns will be addressed. Well see. The property itself is good I really like my apartment, The pool and playground.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. Be prepared to pay almost $300 in late fees if you move in on a discount that discount will also be applied to your late fees if you ever have to pay your rent late. They have a late fee waiver but it is a joke, they only waive I believe it was the $25 portion of the fee YOU WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY THE LATE FEES! We went 3 weeks without hot water with newborn twins in the apartment and no reimbursement or discount. Please remember to give them 60 day notice before your lease is up otherwise they will charge you another months rent and you will also have another utility bill to pay once you move. I truly wish I didnt have to give them any stars!

Hey there just drop by to give you some insight about these apartments I highly recommend them to anyone very professional staff they keep the grounds cleaning and maintenance is awesome they have community events for your children and yourself to come meet your neighbors I think that’s really good they have a nice park and awesome garden that you’re able to go. The new Office staff and maintenance team is great! They have improved this place so much. The gals in the office are always so nice and helpful. They always have cookies waiting for me says my preschooler. Well miss this place once we leave. Were only moving because my child has outgrown apartment living. We need a backyard for bikes and swings.

Ok let me start with if you love space its here you will find it if you love to wash and dry in the comfort of youre own place then look no further if you really love luxury here it is if you being somewhere you can take a walk and site see well here it is if you love being surrounded with so many options of shopping and places to eat in walking distance here it is...oh hay do you enjoy concerts and all the entertainment that comes with it but you dont have the money for it all the time well here if you walk outside your door you can literally here the music from the pavilion playing cause its so close

I moved into these apartments a month and a half ago and so far I havent had any issues. Any issues that I have are mainly with other residents. And its nothing management can do. But any issues I have ever had they have been amazing. Since day one its been a relief being here. From bringing my service dog home, to being awesome with my move in and dealing with the stress of my old place. They have always been respectful with any inspections and work orders knowing I work nights and my ESA (emotional support animal) isnt kenneled while Im home sleeping. I love working with Essie in the front office. She has been such a big help with moving in and getting settled.

Never enough hot water. One cylinder for all units and never hot water.Never can reach them personally on the phone. Do not answer phones. Have to go out of way to go into office.Pools always locked. Have amenities, cannot use them.

Our issue was taken care of immediately. We so appreciate it.

Applied to these apartments about a month ago and never got a response, ive called several times trying to get information on my application but the lady there was always covering and never knew anything. I left my number for a call back and nothing. Even if i didnt qualify i would like some kind of info.

If I could give ZERO stars I would, I moved in 2017 and everything was fine until the newest management came In. We called up front atleast 2 every week because our upstairs bathtub kept cracking and leaking to the down stairs restroom which eventually build up mold covering half the bathroom ceiling and finally after the 3rd time complains they asked if we wanted to switch apartments and we were already starting to move out, we let them know about the A/C unit box upstairs because that was also leaking and they never went to fix it which eventually cause water erosion and more mold. We asked for rent deduction or water deduction and they said it’s not their issue and they can’t do that. Finally we moved out and gave the keys back and the lady still called us every week for about a month asking if we’ve moved out yet AND we paid all the payments we needed to according to the front office and the residence portal but we call and they say we still owe money FOR TIME WE WERE NOT IN THE APARTMENT. This was our first apartment and it was the worse experience ever.

I just recently moved in two weeks ago into Ventana Palms and it has to be the worse decision Ive made. This is my first time moving into an apartment and I wish I wouldve done more research on where I was moving to. Our first day moving in, our outlets in one of the rooms didnt work and our garbage disposal was broken. A few days later our A/C went out in the upstairs bedroom and we were told by maintenance and the front office ladies that it would be fixed within two days and its already been a week and nothing! I feel like all this shouldve been fixed before we moved in, we havent even been here a full two weeks and things around the apartment are breaking. I think I need to notify The Better Business Bureau or the Arizona Department of Housing.

Property manager Kristi is great! The involvement with her community is an excellent change of pace!

I give this place one star because the ladies in the office are very nice!! But other than that this place is not what i expected. I was going to list all my problems with my apartment but it could become a very lengthy review!! This place is not worth what they are charging! We moved into this apartment and it wasnt even move in ready!!! Im very disappointed with living here. So much that im going to write a letter to the housing authority and commissioner office to voice my concern about the conditions here!!! Dont even waste your time with this place!!!!

Do not move here, I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE! They cant get anything fixed. Weve been without hot water for 3 weeks now. For me as an adult its fine I can manage, but what about the kids. Theyve been saying oh we are waiting on a part, oh we just need this, oh well we fixed it but now something else happened. Like are you kidding me. And dont even bother telling me to go to the manager because shes a complete idiot. She is by far the rudest person I have ever spoke to! My neighbors next door and people under me literally are leaving because of the manager. The couple under my neighbors left strictly because of rude the manager is. anything you tell her its everyone elses fault its never hers or the companys. She always has a smart ass remark to everything. Rude rude rude! Last week I was in the office & she must have not known I was in there but she was on the phone telling the other person on the line that she hates the residents. That we bug, that we need to get over the hot water issue because she has better things to worry about ! How inconsiderate is that. Its horrible. I will be breaking my lease. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Worst part is none of the residents have been using the water but I can guarantee our next water bill will triple like always. Dont wanna take my word for it, read all the other reviews or go talk to the manager and hear how dumb she sounds and rude.

I just moved in these apartments and I love them . They are very spacious . Its quit and peaceful at night . The staff are very helpful when needed.

If I could give them no stars I definitely would. There management is horrible. They are the most disrespectful people ever especially that Brandi agent. She is a horrible terrible unprofessional person that I have ever worked with when living in an apartment complex. She went as far as telling me that I would never find a place cheaper than them and that these apartments were luxury and comparable to other apartment homes. They are not where I am currently living, the conditions are a million times better than this hell hole. It took them 6 months to finally come around and fix the things that needed repair. Peace of advice if they do not fix things for you write a letter to them stating what they havent done and then give them a copy and have them sign it. If they do not comply with repairs then within 3 days they are bound to release you from the lease due to their incompetence. I tell you to also get a carpet cleaning receipt before you move out otherwise they will charge you 100 more dollars and notify you 3 months later when you can no longer submit a receipt. Be wary of this dump they are cheap thieves and will rip you off for no reason and will not retract. STAY AWAY FROM HERE FIND A BETTER PLACE EVEN IN IT COST A BIT MORE YOU WILL REGRET IF YOU COME HERE. My complaints are valid and they know it. By far the worst place ever. Beware of the roaches and the added costs at the end of move out. This is a piece of ####!!!!! F U Brandi and management. Thieves....I left my apartment in tip top condition. They know and still want more money. Again stay away if you can. They will take every penny from you.

This is by far the worst place to live. Run from here and dont rent. Rude staff, roach problem even after they spray. Its been since October 29th of 2016 since Ive been here and Ive regreted every second. I have my one year old that cant even stay here. It is so disgusting. We stay elsewhere most of the times. Staff doesnt care. People park on your spot and you only get one tow card. Youll regret it later....trust me. Lots of hidden fees. The friends I requested to move will not be moving here. I will make it my goal to not let this happen to anyone else.!!!..... Been 5 months now and they already changed manager lady who cant remember your name or your apartment. Not friendly ...this place just does not improve. By the way I did stop by the office... Not much of a difference. This place is a joke.

Grate place, The office staff they have Coffey and cookies every day. I dont know about the other reviews if you pay on time you dont get extra fees and nothing is hidden its all in your lease. {Read} before you sigh. I currently live here I had moved in to this place after 1 day I noticed that there was a bed bug promblem I fought that for almost 4 months the apartment is in terrible condition cabinets falling off paint job horrible blinds all screwd up dish washer did not work for almost 10 months now I am being told after I asked for things to be repaired before I resign lease (yes I should move but money wise I cant until Jan) All of a sudden there is complaints about traffic was accused today having having a drug house NO PROOF and was told that they are seeking advice from there attorney I have epilipsy and was diagnosed two years ago with MS I dont drive and work from home 4days out of 5 a week was told that my boss my partner(Im gay) and my family scare other tenets and they are all drug dealers ( have invited staff and police to inspect unit anytime they want now 4 times tgey wont even do that )I am not allowed to have visitors are quest at all this staff are the biggest two faced people I have ever meet and truely believe the manager is racist I am in the process of talking with the landlord tenet association of Arizona and also speaking to my personal attorney IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN HELL then move here.

I moved out of ventana palms apt. On 04/30/2018, i love those apts.quiet and clean.i lived there for over 3 years,my only complaint i had carpet cleaned on 0n 04/27/2018,i paid ashley restoration $55 why was i charged $65+taxes on my final bill,when management knew i was haveing the carpet cleaned i could have saved $55, iam sure this over sight,was not done by kristi the manager, because thats not her style.i just want my $55 back.

At first when i moved here it was awsome but know i have some issues with my apartment maintenance does a terrible job when you ask to get something done i put in a order like 2 weeks ago for the stick on floors that are coming apart and the maintance came and put paper glue like really??? Saying he was going to be back later on to put the right one i have complain to them about my a/c blowing smelly air and here i am nothing fixed management does a poor job keeping them guys on point oh and the parking is horrible cant wait to feb to be out of here

I had to have all of the appliances in the apt replaced...the oven almost caught fire when I first turned it on, from some pipe sticking out of it...the refrigerator leaked for 2 weeks before they replaced it...during the inspection, the manager pulled the knob off the dishwasher...no privacy...you can hear everything...my car was vandalized...never caught the person...no cameras...security gate, that should be closed, and youre paying for, is open all the time...except Saturday & Sunday night, its closed then, but I guess no one gets robbed or killed the rest of the week...the knob on the dryer literally crumbled in my hand because its so old...and when you clean the shower, BLACK MOLD falls from behind the shower wall...could get you sick...they dont care...half the kitchen drawers are painted over and dont really stay in...the outlets dont fit the connectors...rent waaaay too high for this apt

No hot water. They said they would have it fixed and now its been over a month. Apt in two areas looked like it has mold. Reported it and without testing or anything they turned their nose up. New management sucks. Very judgemental to people living there and are unprofessial. I will only say nothing but bad things about this place. Nothing has been fixed that needs to be fixed in over 2 1/2 months. Plus with them fixing the sewer line everyones water bill tripled. Its not the residents fault. The apts are priced to high for the location, repairs that always need to be done and for the unprofessional and judgemental staff

I only have one month and a half living here and its the WORST place to live , my air conditiong has broken down at least one once a week and they havent done anything about it, i dont want the owner responding about telling the staff or makong proper paper work because what do you think i have been doing, currently my apartment is at 91° no one has done anything to reslove the issue, i see a lawsuit coming your way.

Terrible place to live , staff is unprofessional and rude. The apartments themselves are in a terrible state of disrepair and the water is constantly being turned off for maintenance, without any kind of warning to us residents. Couldnt even go swimming on the 4th of July because the pool was closed without warning and with no explanation. Ill be leaving this property as soon as our lease is up. Ive never experienced a place so oblivious to proper property management practices as this.

Too expensive for what they offer no water or garbage included in rental price

Pretty greedy facility. dont do very much to help there current residence out. washer is still broken and doors are falling off hinges. holes in the wall where only painted over never fixed. floors are sunken in from water damage on top floor. from the cooler leaking all summer. staff is rude hot tub never works. all summer the pool was locked up park always full of water puddles causing swarms of mosquitos.over watering grass to where its muddy so people with dogs will most likely have a dirty carpet after taking there dogs to urinate. trashes always over flowing outside in park area. infested with bugs. omg roach city and I dont even keep food in my appartment its so gross. cats everywhere so many in fact if I leave my patio door open on my top floor appartment they come like its there home. so now I have cat piss smell in my appartment and I dont even own a cat!

Awfull experince their.my washer and dryer didnt work for 2 months ...i would keep complaining and they didnt listen..AWfull awful awfultheir office staff is not helpful one bit either..i had to move out asap!

Decent apartments for an alright price.

Theyre thieves ive been out since December 2012 and they still havent released my security deposit. My apartment was viewed and cleared of everything there wasnt any issues. They keep saying that its in the mail but they still havent mailed it yet. Each time i ask about my deposit its an issue. Ventana Palms are liars and thieves.

Living here was terrible black ants inside told management they didnt do anything then the roaches came and they still didnt do anything was miserable living here got flooded 3 times also

Its been 3 hours since Ive called, still waiting for them to fix the fact that I have no hot water, meanwhile for the like 10th time my AC broke down again, oh and my fridge is leaking water, this is the worst most shittiest place to live, I dont recommend it cant wait until my lease is up, how about discounting all the maintenance things I have to deal with off my rent, cause it sure isnt worth paying what I pay!
