San Melia has been a pleasure to live at the past 15 months. Just too many amenities to list including, location, location, location. The Office staff of Melissa and Marlene plus many others have been an absolute joy to work with and always have a watch over our community and do the right thing for our residents. The Maintenance staff of Gilberto and Henry plus many others can fix just about anything in a very timely matter. Have I mentioned the pool and the beautiful property!!!

Marlene is the go to person to see. She will handle all questions and issues you have with the highest priority. She helps right away or lets you know exactly who to contact to get what you need. She is understanding and the most helpful member of the staff. Her working here is one of the best parts of living at San Melia!

I was really excited to move into this apartment complex until the experience I had at move in. Minor things such as holes in the walls from nails, and the dryer door not properly closing would have been annotated on the move in inspection sheet which is easily understandable. But when the cleanliness of the apartment was brought up and how the situation was handled is where the issue came in. Hair from previous tenants in the washing machine as in the master bedroom on shelves I ran my finger across the top of the microwave and it was dirty. Hairs on the shower soap dish. Food on the floor in front of the cabinets. smell of mildew under the bathroom sink where paint was found bubbling up which also led to the findings of what appeared to be a wash rag or towel in the bathroom vanity. Small dead bugs in the kitchen sink. The dishwasher was extremely filthy. When these issues were brought up on 2 separate occasions the assistant manager stated the apartment isnt brand new and was previously lived in that is understandable for the minor cosmetic issues but not the cleanliness. I asked if it was true that upon moveout a professional cleaner must clean the apartment and was told yes it was true and that the assistant manager had went and wiped somethings down as well but sometimes people miss things. I find it hard to believe a professional cleaner would forget to clean a dishwasher shower or even wipe down blinds or not thoroughly sweep the floor but it was insisted that it was clean and that the assistant manager wiped things down. while addressing the issues the assistant manager felt the need to point out that we only had 30 minutes to point out issues because she was leaving and with an attitude gave her name when no one asked for it. if a customer is letting you know that something isnt clean especially an apartment at move in it should be a no brainer hey maybe i should say ill get someone to re clean it right away not tell your new tenant to just wipe things down. especially if you would have expected that tenant to pay and have the apartment professionally cleaned upon move out. instead of cutting people off while talking hear them out listen process thoughts then provide a solution. Also it is hard to get ahold of someone via phone in that office. I called and left a voicemail no response I spoke with someone and they told me the assistant manager would be calling me but never got a phone call from them. Poor customer service and id have to say lack of professionalism by the assistant manager.

If you are looking for a quality apartment, that is well maintained, friendly and communicates well with their residents. Then this is NOT the apartment complex for you. At first when touring it seemed too good to be true. Being a first time apartment I thought it was a dream. Until move in date. The front office has some of the rudest workers ever. My roommate tried to express his concern over the fact that they neglected our water heater having a leak since 3 months before our move in date and the manager wanted to argue and continue to try and interrupt him. Another day my girlfriend woke up to find out they moved everyones cars to a different lot because they had to repave the roads. I feel this isnt legal. Considering none of us got a notification saying this was an event happening. After checking with other residents they said they were unaware too. They made us park at AMC 24 for about a week. Then the back gate goes “out of service” for a week and then randomly starts working again. One of the main reasons this place seemed amazing is a 24 hour pool. Well, at around 10pm every night they decide to lock the gates, potentially locking you in and locking others out. While someone goofy in a bullet proof vest comes walking around to take pictures. One time a bunch of people refused to leave and they called the cops. When the cops showed up they couldn’t do anything because our leases clearly say 24 hour pool! We got someone to inspect our water heater and they said they neglected it and it was on the verge of exploding, causing a major flood. My roommate and I after getting no where with the sassy, wanna be young, uneducated manager up front. We threatened to take legal actions. That is when we woke up to someone from maintenance at our door the next day all ready to solve our problems! It sounds like “there is no way all that happened in less than a year” well this is something that was a dream and turned in to a nightmare. Please take my advice and spend your money elsewhere. Don’t get trapped in to paying for all these amazing benefits that never happen. San melia is the worst. I will do everything in my power to make sure no one I know ever waste their money at this ridiculous complex.

Wow I was so shocked seeing all the bad reviews. Ive lived here for 6 months now. Main reason dont drive and needed a place close to my job across the street, at work in 10mins love it. But this place is amazing, best part love the community environment I come home evening people are walking grounds, playing volloyball, tennis or basketball. Lots of pool parties. Evwryone is very friendly. Great for children where they can run and play freely with a nice large playground on property. Beautiful landscape I live on 2nd floor and love the trees right outside my window. Plus Im from the East coast I miss the Fall season and leaves falling. There is a beautiful maple tree and Pine trees right outside my door. No more going Flagstaff to pick leaves with the kids. I guess I lucked up my apt was newly remodeled and I havent seen any roaches or bugs (knock on wood)If your looking for a friendly children welcome environment I recommend San Melina as your new home. As far as staff in office the girl who hocked me up was freindly and very sweet went out her way to get me in my beautiful apt. I notice she is no longer working there, only time I go in office is to drop off my rent, but I do notice staff change a lot. All new faces since my 6 monthshere.

I would not recommend this community to anyone. Water lines are always an issue here. I understand that those are unforeseen events, but the way they are handled are so inappropriate. I have been living here for 5 months now, and every month our water bill just keeps getting higher. When I spoke with office staff, I was told that the water bill is calculated by the amount a water tenants use, water to fill the pool and all of the irrigation on the grounds. This leads to my current frustration, our sprinklers have been running since 5 this evening. I contacted office staff at 5:30 to let them know the area was flooding. I was told that maintenance was aware of the issue and that they were on their way to fix it. Since 6 pm, my husband and I have called emergency maintenance about five times with no response. It is now 8 pm and the water is still running. Guess all of us tenants will be getting an even bigger water bill next month, due to their NEGLIGENCE to handle to situation. This community is just a money pit, they will nickle and dime you for everything. I dont even want to get into my thoughts on their fees. Also, if youre thinking about moving here for the gorgeous pool... take into consideration that they have wristbands. My husband and I were given six wristbands. We are not allowed any more pool guests than 4. We recently got kicked out of the pool for having more than 4 family members with us trying to enjoy the pool. It was embarrassing and they were visiting from out of state. **wristbands began before COVID, so its not a precaution thing. Its just another one of their many rules. In my opinion, I pay a good amount of money to live here. I would expect better treatment and better luxuries.

There were concerns of loud dogs but all of the owners have had very well raised fur babies so now it’s just a delight to walk past and see all the different breeds here! We love living here. The fitness center is so updated and clean. Our apartment is completely remodeled. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Dog park in the complex and great location near restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately, the pool has been closed and will be closed for at the least 3 months. In early January we asked how long (re-sanding and adding a logo) would take and they said about 5-6 weeks and now it has been pushed back to March. We take walks daily and haven’t seen any progress or movement either. I get that construction can take a while - And I appreciate them fixing up the place..it’s just a real bummer. If you’re moving in any time soon, don’t expect to be sitting at the sandy beach until April 2020...hopefully. :(

Hi Gents and Ladies, DONT MOVE IN!Post response: If you extended my lease for the best of my interest,Then why you didnt notify me on multiple attempts when I spoke with you? If you had notified me,I would have planned my move out and move in accordingly correct? .Why do you have to tell this after I vacated. Also, why your team didnt even notify me about my lease is due for renewal?Under sections 3 on your lease form:Lease term says 60 days notice is required. Also it is mentioned If number of days isnt filled in, ATLEAST 30 days notice is required. If you really think what is best for your customer/tenants,why you didnt consider this option as I gave notice 52 days before?Listen! You can give fancy explanation for my review. But in reality you wont accept failure to communicate on your side and not ready to take responsbility to resolve a dispute .Instead you want me to pay the price.Original review:Kind request to you all, Dont even think about moving in ,find a better community owned by better management. This place is a ripoff. I stayed here for 4 years and I know how things used to be and how they are now. This place is not how it looks like.Especially if you decide to move out,be extra careful. I hadt bad experience which costed me couple of hundred $$$.Its a long story but it should have been avoided by management with proper communication. Can u believe they pushed your lease date without notifying you and asking u to pay for it?I am the same person who told good about San melia to 3 of my friends couple of years back when it was owned by other management and they ended up signing lease with San melia. Going forward I am the same person who is going to spread my bad experience to people and make them look out for other options. Here are the highlights:1. Staying here for years, previous management used to notify about lease renewal/due date etc on time and which will help us to keep a check on date but this management doesnt have courtesy to notify a tenant on when his lease is getting over. They dont know communication on time means.2.They are not flexible and they are rude. They cant take couple of days delay in notifying lease termination but they can delay service for weeks. What an irony! Here are the further drawbacks let the world know it:3.Welcome to Jungle! yes -you heard it right! you will see lot of pigs( bores I think) in or around the kids playing area. Also if u are lucky u can spot a coyote in the community.4. Water world welcomes you! there will be burst pipe water running in the community roads quite often.5.Be ready to face big utility bills. Especially water bill.Atleast double the price of what other communities charge.See other reviews too and decide whether this apartment is worth the premium price.I wish my words are useful to someone.Be wise and take smart decisions.Even after reading the google reviews if you still decide to move in and sign the lease,May god save u!Stay safe and stay peacefully!Good luck!

Weve been living here for 2 years 4 days ago we are informed that we have to vacate our current apartment due to upgrading units, we can choose to stay in a remodeled unit at $325 more a month (THAT COMES OUT TO OVER $1600/month after all the BS fees. We found another place to move into already which we would be able to get into in 2 weeks, figured well you gave us 4 days to give you a 60 day notice and forcing my hand to leave or pay a mortgage for an apartment - assuming management would work with us to let us out of our lease early, HA NOPE. I would of gladly stayed here 4 more years until our child was out of High School but my $1300/month isnt good enough. Worst management company ever! Lived there a little over a year and while livi no there the complex was bought out and another management company took over. I had absolutely no issues and loved it there with the old company they took care of everything in a reasonable amount of time. This new management company took 3 months to come fix the electricity outlets in my kitchen and dining room I had to use extension cords around my house for 3 months. I had some discounts that the precious company had worked out with me to take care of an issue I had prior to moving in so their way of taking care of me was giving me a little discount on my rent and the new company came in and instead of honoring those discounts, they took them away from me and told me that they dont do discounts that everyone needs to pay full rent. The staff and front office people are rude and always have an attitute, if you ask them a question their response twice was “its in your lease you need to read your lease”.On move out day I asked about what I needed to do to move out. They said that I needed to pay someone to have my apartment cleaned, I told them that I was going to take the time to clean it myself that I didnt needed to hire someone, and they said, “are you a professional cleaner” and I was like no I dont clean houses for a living but I can put the effort in and due q pretty good job, ive cleaned all the apartments ive live in befire and never had an issue. Their response was that I needed to hire a company to clean my apartment or pay their fee and they would clean it. I asked what their fee was and they told me it was around $90 dlls, so I was like whatever ill pay the $90. Before moving out i briefly cleaned the apartment so turn it in somewhat clean so that they wouldnt try to take my deposit away which I knew they would just by the way this management company is.Today I received my move out bill and they charged me $120 as a cleaning fee that was taxed, plus $45 floor cleaning fee which was also taxed. So it went from $90 to $170 out of no where. They absolutely dont take care of their residents and just abuse their power since they know they have you tied up to their lease.Find another complex trust me!

Ive never written a review in my life. Nothing has ever been bad enough to where I felt I needed to warn people. If you still rent here after reading this, thats on you. I cleaned the apartment spotless before moving. Then HIRED someone to clean the apartment spotless afterwards. Still, they tried charging an additional $120+ for cleaning fees upon moving out, but never sent me an itemized list of what needed additional cleaning. Tried to resolve the issue with the leasing office but they are extremely rude and dismissive. They literally wouldnt even let me finish a sentence as the lady kept raising her voice louder and louder to speak over me like a child. Never dealt with such terrible customer service in my life. And this was NOT the first time the leasing office was nasty. Never missed a rent payment. Never had a noise complaint against me. Left my apartment spotless and they try to nickel and dime me saying that nothing was cleaned. My jaw hit the ground when they told me. Bunch of liars and thieves. Awful place to live. Outside of the horrendously rude and unhelpful staff, the neighbors are noisy and borderline obnoxious. Lots of kids running around and screaming at all hours of the day. Landscaping crews constantly blocking the driveway and forcing you to drive around. Parts of the complex always being under construction. Appliances breaking. Broken front gates. For all those who are rushing to San Melia , here are some glimpse on how the community is and how their maintenance works. Read once , it will be worth.San Melia works in a different way than other communities. Every department is a different entity. For example, front desk dont have anything to do with Maintenance. They cannot escalate anything, they dont have any decision making power. More of a front facing and for signing lease. So you might be thinking yeah that in every community , well the weird part is there are 4 of them sitting in the front desk who is just there to talk. Now Maintenance, So every request are prioritized. Anything with AC/Heater is high priority. But if your washing machine is not working for 3 weeks , that not a priority. Good Luck staying with an infant. At an average any request will take close to 2 months to fix, check attached images. Also water leak is not a priority, because ultimately we are paying close to $120 as water bill.Gym, this is a place where all the homeless in chandler come and takes a bath. Plus a lot of people from outside visits the gym. Lucky if you get to workout during evening hours.Insurance, There is no compulsion to take a renters insurance, but to be in the safe side , we took it, we found something weird, while changing the apartment address the building quality came down to 1.35 (My renters insurance is from State Farm) . We called up State Farm to understand more and they said the location of this apartment is considered high risk. We ignored it, until that car got submerged , check the pics.Signing the lease, look specifically on the parking rent and tax on that. The website price doesnt mention that. For an average other than rent and $15 for parking , we do pay $160 for pest, sewer, trash, utility and water. So for a one bedroom , we are paying close to $1500.And good luck with the wild pigs ( By the way San Melia have informed Animal control )I dont own any of these images , this was circulated in and i wanted to show the real description of this luxury apartment.Note to anyone responding from San Melia : If you are trying to defend any of my comments , i will upload more images.

I have lived here for three months and I have not been impressed by this place at all. Initially they made it appear great and all the staff was very nice. Once I signed my lease and began preparing for move in, that all changed. I was told that the staff member who helped me sign my lease told me the wrong date for moving, which consequently changed the total due upon move in. Considering the fact that it was a significant inconvenience that my move-in day was now a day later, I was shocked at how rude and condescending the staff was every time I requested to get the updated cost sheet so I could get the money order. This matter was not even resolved until the day BEFORE my move in date. They refused to tell me my amount over the phone and told me to wait for an email, which would never come. Then they tried telling me I never signed my lease and that is why they couldn’t send me the cost sheet. Once I sent proof that I had signed it way in advance, they said they found it and all of a sudden I finally get the email. One week after moving in my AC broke. That was immediately fixed but I also had my toilet and dishwasher break in that same week. I guess those were not priorities because I waited two months for someone to take a look. And the only reason anyone came was because I called three different times, submitted a complaint, and personally went to the office to discuss the issue. The maintenance guy showed up days later at 6 pm and did not leave until 9 pm. The toilet now works but the dishwasher is still broken. I officially gave up trying to deal with that matter, which is sad because that shows how exhausted I am at dealing with this complex. In addition, the gate frequently breaks and I have asked that my name be added to the call box whenever I have a guest, beed an Uber, have a package, etc. This too has never been fixed despite me asking multiple times so I have to drive to the gate and personally open the gate for everyone. The gym is great but unfortunately too many people bring their kids at night and allow them to use the equipment as a playground. The only thing I like about this place is the location, which has nothing to do with the actual apartment itself.

Security is a joke. They are multiple incidents of car thefts and car break ins . They add these extra costs like common power and water , but only for few units in the community and the rest of the units get a free pass which is totally unfair. There is a way too much of rent difference between new leases and renewed ones. I pay $1300+ for the same square foot and same appliances for my unit but on other hand the renewed units pay 900$ which is very very unfair.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! HUGE HOLE in parking lot!We signed a lease July 4th and moved in July 27th. We discovered a huge hole in the middle of the parking lot causing us to not be able to use our parking spots. The management company said the situation would be resolved the end of September- then the end of October- then by November 4th according to the city deadline. It’s November 9th and it’s still not fixed. There is no sense of urgency in resolving the issue. Common office excuses include “the insurance companies are arguing over who pays for what”, “we are fighting with the city about responsibility”. The city has already investigated and found no responsibility based on city pipes. The responsible thing to do, is for the complex to step up, fix it and pay for it and then seek those costs or damages from the insurance company through legal proceedings with The insurance company or city. Not leave the hole there for months.According to the Landlord Tenant Act, the management company has a responsibility to maintain the grounds. The hole and broken watering pipes is not them maintaining the grounds. They are in violation of the act. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!One week after our physical move in date, the air conditioner died. It took a week to get that fixed. This is our second time leaving in this complex. In 2009-10, it was amazing- different owners, different management company. This management company for the property sucks!!!We asked the last day to pay rent, girl in the office said the 4th. We went back to pay rent on the 4th and were told we were late and charged a $100 late fee. The staff response was, “don’t you read your lease?” Valid point but we asked in the office and were told the 4th. They charged us the late fee even though it was their own staff that told us incorrectly.Landscaping pipes break and the common area water bill will go up. The complex charges common area utilities to the residents in line items in your rent statement. So when a pipe breaks they have no urgency to fix it because they don’t pay the bill. They pass the costs to the residents. It’s common to see your common area water bill go up by $20-$30 a month as things are broken or overflowing around the complex.

We moved in because of the brand new dog park and even paid for an extra month of rent to secure a home near the dog park. We explained to Santana who showed us about that it was important to be near the dog park because both of us got off work late at night and we needed to take our dogs to the dog park when we got home. Not until we had moved in did we learn that the dog park was closed from evening to morning, voiding out our primary reason for moving in. I spoke in person and over email multiple times with the leasing manager, Leslie, who did not respond to my concerns but rather gave a bottled response of, Thank you for your concerns but we will not change anything.Overall the home was lovely and we loved the community. The pool, gym, and facilities were excellent. However that doesnt change the fact that when we explicitly said what we were looking for in an apartment the staff mislead us and failed to cooperate with us. At the end of the day the dog park was the only reason we left, but it was also the only reason we moved here originally so they receive a 1 star from me.

Get ready for a 3 day criminal background check. Dont forget, everyone in America is a criminal. 3% of the population is criminal so we must treat everyone like a criminal.I tried to get directv hooked up on the roof and they wouldnt allow it. Meanwhile I walked the complex and they have a satellite on more than half the rooftops. There are too many rules here. I wouldnt bother.

Having to deal with and go through the Denver office for everything was ridiculous. Apartments are nice and site manager excellent. Way too many rules - pool best feature - would never recommend to anyone unless Denver was out of it. Plenty of problems with front gate and water mains breaking and all we got was a Sorry, while if we are one day late on rent after the 1st of every month it is $75.

Ive lived here two years without any issues the property is beautiful and the staff is great....but in the past 6 months half of my friends locked cars have been broke into. My neighbor above me just had his car broke into.my neighbor across from me just had his bike locks cut and stolen like his neighbors bike the previous week. Its crazy. Its most likely a kid due to what they are stealing. They always leave the car doors open and the car ransacked. They take every thing even stupid stuff of absolutely no value. Talking with friends in surrounding neighbourhoods and other apartments they say they arnt having near the issues we are. My guess is if I know 7 people that have been robbed in here every one is being broke into thank God were night shifters and are cars are never here. Also most of them were broke into between 12am and 4am

Wow, where do I start with how luxurious it is to live at San Melia Apartment Homes. I have been a resident at this location for almost 2 years. The staff at the front office is always nice and friendly, always quick to ask how your day is going and then address the reason why I have come into the office. This location is very family friendly, and also is on their game with making sure the complex grounds are always well kept and clean.I am always receiving compliments on how beautiful the pool area is, the fitness center, the club house, the tennis courts, the basketball courts and the volleyball area. When I am asked how costly it is for me to live at San Melia everyone is shocked on how reasonable my rent is.I have truly become spoiled with the luxury extras that San Melia has to offer to their residence.

The grounds and apartments are very nice. However, everything else here is abysmal. The office staff are the most rude and unhelpful people Ive ever encountered at an apartment complex, and they get away with it because the manager is nasty too. The company they hired to do the renovations was a joke too; theyd either stand around doing nothing, or start as early as 6:00 a.m. and work until midnight (no exaggeration) taking up multiple parking spots intended for residents. This used to be a great place to live. You couldnt pay me enough to renew here again.

This property deserves 4 stars based on its location and quality of the apartments. However, the new office staff is beyond horrible. They are slow with passing along maintenance requests. More importantly, they cant seem to figure out how to charge to correct amount of rent. They have been overcharging me rent for the first four months of my lease and seem incapable of fixing the issue. They dont even respond to emails about the issue. Once again, the property is very nice and you may not experience the same issues as I have. Dont count on any help from the front office though, their priorities seem to lie with people other than the tenants.

Here we are having major problems with delivering USPS boxes.San Melia is not the responsible for collecting Post Boxes.Recently they introduced paid service called package Concierge for collecting our USPS post boxes but its not working and most of the times we are going to local USPS office to collect our POST. Im lucky and got my box after 1 month.

San Melia has a very nice curb appeal with a nice playground and a nice looking pool; however, that is where the greatness ends. I moved in late 2015. Shortly after, ownership changed along with the property management company. It was and is an out of state investment company owned complex managed by a property management company that is also based out of state. No mention of the impending changes were made when I moved in. The change has been disastrous in my experience. Customer service is very sub-par. All maintenance requests have been worked very slowly if worked at all. Many community amenities are constantly inoperable such as the heated pool not being heated, hot tubs randomly not working or being kept up, several gates leading into the pool not working, multiple items in the fitness center not working, gates leading into the complex not working, etc. The community is also gated; however, the gates are left open most of the time, which defeats the purpose of gates. It is advertised as a smoke free community which is in the lease. However, many people smoke and leave their cigarette trash everywhere. I even caught two people smoking outside the office during business hours. The staff seemed to care less when I pointed out the obvious. There are an excessive number of pets in the complex which the excessive amount of dog urine is killing off multiple bushes, plants, and several spots in the grass throughout. There is also a persistent foul odor caused by all the dog urine. I cannot walk outside of my door without smelling the foul odor. Management seems incapable or unwilling to address the problem. This place is advertised as a luxury apartment complex but I dont know where the luxury is… Additionally, expect to be nickeled and dimed to death with additional fees on top of the rent; plan for $100+ on top of advertised rent.

Been living at san melia for two months now. During this time Ive had a bad washing machine, AC problems and a leaking issue. Washing machine was replaced for brand new one along with a brand new dryer without us asking. AC was fixed the next day as it was late in the day and leaking problem the same day. It also took them a few days to correctly assign us covered parking space but wasnt an issue since theres plenty of parking. The grounds are in excellent shape. My kids love the playground and sanded pool area. The gym is almost done as it is being totally remodeled with new equipment. A brand new dog park is under construction. We love that we can just put kids in stroller and go to many stores and places to eat within walking distance. Ive had my share of issues but most importantly, theyve dealt with them in a timely and satisfactory manner. Office staff are not the most helpful but OK. maintenance requests and everything else is done from their website so you really never had to go in and see them. Some may think these are too many issues for such a short term but who doesnt have problems? Its more important to us that issues were taken care of right away. Hope this review helps someone out there!

San Melia Apartments is no doubt a beautiful complex. My family and I were moving to AZ and were very excited to move there. My husband moved to Phoenix first since he had a job offer. He needed to find a place ASAP and was lucky enough or unlucky to find San Melia Apartments. We were very confident in our decision to lease at this complex. Unfortunately, the job didnt work out and we had to get out of the lease and stay in California. We understood that we made the decision to lease and sign the contract to move out. We were very sad that we wouldnt be living there and had to cancel the lease only 2 days after moving in. The cost to cancel the lease was very costly and still that was okay because it was our decision. I am upset because I feel that AIMCO took advantage and added charges for everything imaginable. It is an understatement to say that the charges we accumulated has set us back for a while. When I contacted customer service to speak about all the charges on our account they were no help. Since we had to give a 60 day move out notice the apartment just stayed there without getting rented and of course accumulated utility charges. That is not even the problem either. To me it doesnt make any sense that an apartment that is not getting used would accumulate so many utility charges. To top it off when we received our final bill it had a charge for carpet cleaning and the apartment we rented didnt even have carpet??? In what world does that make any sense? Customer service was useless as they didnt even attempt to help out in the slightest bit. Very disappointing and I would never rent from AIMCO again. For anyone that rents from this property or from AIMCO in general just be careful and read the lease. Also keep in mind that when you rent here you will be charged for anything and everything.

Renters beware they show you top notice apartment to rent lure you in and do a bait and switch once they have you sign the agreement Espically to young adults. On day of move in they say the one they showed you is not ready and give you a totally different for the same money with a lot of issue, they try passafingy you with first months rent for free that orginally brought you there to begin with and promise you a lot more that never happens. Day of move in that apartment has a lot of issues. Toilet floods out the floor, filter looks like it has never been changed and front door is off wack doesnt have a seal and you get roaches in your place and they say cant do anything about it. The grounds look nice but staff and workers are nasty and treat you bad. Dont fall into there trap of lies.
