Management is attentive. Place is pretty. Staff seem to have okay working conditions and not abused. Nothing to complain about.

The best apartments in the city of Phoenix. Everything is brand new, once Ive seen the reception I was 100% sold. ​The staff is​ super helpful and they are always there for you. The best feature in the complex are the amenities. Also, all the appliances are brand new and they are definitely fancy (5 stars). I like the hot drink machine, which is available for you anytime. If I could​ give it more than five starts I would without any hesitation.

You will love living here! I have had such a good experience from the day of touring to the day I moved in. Alex, Rachel and Emily have been so kind and helpful. The property events are always fun and a great chance to meet people. Maintenance has been quick to fix anything (part of my issue was human error lol). I have family over constantly and they never have any issues parking which was a big seller for me. My only complaint is that I work too late to make it to their free fitness classes.

Best residence to live in!!! The office are all SO helpful and kind. They have gone above and beyond. The 3 maintenance crew are the best — so friendly, so helpful!

Where do I start. I just want to say these wonderful people Lauren & Sydney are amazing. I had some obstacles on my end. To move in. TheConcessions on hand were adjusted to accommodate when I applied. They help me even on my personal obstacles and Lead me in the right direction. They truly care as much as They can in a business matter, without making it personal.So thankful. I can’t wait to experience living here. I hope it all works out how it starts.They truly didn’t have to do what they did. Thank you.

Just a great living community! It is always in pristine condition, they offer engaging community events like concerts in the courtyard and postino board and bottle nights! Jeff has been a responsive, kind and interactive property manager. Any of my requests are met promptly when it comes to needing anything fixed or taken care in my apartment by Jesse. We are grateful for them both! Ive made many friendships and enjoyed my two years of living here. Definitely recommend.To elaborate on management comments below - there have been TWO great groups Emily/Alex/Rachel & now Jeff & his team. We did have 4 month period of a team that did not work well with the residents and left us all feeling a little frustrated, but things are MUCH better now that Jeff and his team are in place.

After touring several apartment complexes, there was no question Peak 16 was the best choice. Given the COVID situation it was stressful looking for an apt in Phoenix from Texas. Jeff, at Peak 16, was extremely kind and helpful in the process. He scheduled a Zoom call with us and walked us through three different apt layouts with thorough explanations of each. He answered any and all questions we had. His customer service was the deciding factor for us. Even during move in he checked to make sure we had everything we needed. There was one issue of something that wasnt cleaned and he came up and cleaned it himself and took $ off of the rent to make up for it. He is the BEST representative of that company and it shows in his work and how he treats people. He is genuine! Weve been in the apt since June 2020 and its been amazing.

Below are my Pros and ConsPros-1. Nice Amenities2. Maintenance orders are completed quickly. The maintenance guys are really good and friendly.3. Great Location4. The common areas are kept cleanCons-1. In building 1, we can hear the free weights being dropped in the weight room (even if you live no where near the gym). The gym is open 24/7, so it can be heard throughout the day and night and it is loud.2. The entrance gate is always broken.3. High turnover with property managers. We are on the 5th property manager within a year.4. There is another apartment across the street on 16th St. and the turning lane into the complex can be dangerous at times.

From our tour through the leasing process and move-in, everything went very smoothly. We are very pleased with Jeff and his team. Would highly recommend Peak 16 to others.

I left an voicemail for the leasing office and sent a FB message on 8/18 and as of 8/22 nobody even bothered to contact me. I was interested in renting and wanted to set up a virtual tour as I am moving from out of state. Clearly, if they don’t care enough to even reach out to prospective tenants, it’s not the place I would like to move to. Customers service is non-existent based on my experience.

The new staff at Peak 16 is incredible! I just moved from Florida to Phoenix and had done a virtual tour with the old staff when signing the lease. When I got my apartment, though, it was not at all what I was shown and I was disappointed to say the least. When I brought up my disappointment to Jeff (the manager) and the other staff (Sydney, Davarion, and Jesse) they were very quick to help in every way possible. Their kindness and understanding of the situation truly was a breath of fresh air. Moving from Florida to be a frontline worker, I was already very stressed about all of the tasks that needed to be completed and they made what seemed to be a nightmare an incredible experience. Their prompt solution to my situation gave me confidence that they will be very competent in any situation that may arise while living here. They were all so kind and helpful, and I am so glad that I chose Peak 16 to be my new home.

I stayed to take care of a friends dog while she went on vacation. What a beautiful place, with so many amenities! One of my favorite things is that there is a high tech coffee machine in the game room, available 24 hours, so that I could get coffee right away when I took the dog for his morning walk. Brooke, in reception, was so friendly, and always had a biscuit to give to the pup. Great place. Extremely clean and posh.

I moved here in the beginning of November and love it. The staff is super friendly and treat you like family. They are always super quick to respond to maintenance requests and offer a lot of activities for residents to meet each other. We are super close to every amenity you could need. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

It started off great when Emily and Alex was working here now it’s a nightmare. The neighbor below us is constantly playing music all times in the A.M and P.M. we have called security and told Rachel P. via email and in person about the noise. As of today it’s still going on. We are definitely looking forward to when our lease is up because I’m over the noise and sleepless nights. Looks isn’t everything when choosing an apt. To pay this much, it’s definitely not worth it.

Emily and Alex were AWESOME, but no longer work here. A BIG LOSS! I have lived here over 4 months and the resident portal has always been a problem. Almost every month (maybe even EVERY month) we get a notice that the portal is down and rent payments must be made in an alternative fashion. Then there are inconvenient rules about what may or may not be accepted at the office for payment. Also, the music has gotten louder in the evenings. This place is very dog friendly and I like that, but dogs barking EARLY in the morning has to stop. I like the place, but having second thoughts about renewing. For luxury priced apartments, we should get luxury service (spa light working, quiet evenings/mornings, etc.).

Peak 16 feels like home! The staff go out of their way to care for their residents, and maintain a safe and clean environment. Everyone is very friendly, including my fellow neighbors. 24/7 gym, pool and coffee are just added bonuses to an already great community!

Prior to moving into Peak 16 I did a large amount of due diligence to find an apartment. I went to a few places and Peak 16 was one of my favorites. They had great reviews, so I went to meet with Brooke from Peak 16 and she took me through the complex. She was great, and it was an overall enjoyable experience. Since moving in I havent had any issues, everything is well-kept, and the staff is very helpful.

Great People: Austin, Emily, Rachel and Brooke, All provided me with exceptional service. Pretty seamless process of moving in and everything was really simple. Great amenities...Great decor.... super safe....very well maintained.Would prefer if people don’t move in... We don’t want to keep the pool and gym to crowded.😛

Gorgeous Property, amazing management and on sight team! Its like living in a resort. Not to mention, the location is prime, close to dining, shopping and hiking. My man, our two fur babies and I are so happy that we chose Peak 16 to call home. I recommend it 100% over any other luxury condos I looked at in the area.

Peak 16 is a great place to call home! The entire staff is always ready to greet you with a smile and are quick to attend to any problems/needs that may arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean by friendly courteous workers. The workout room and pool area is open 24//7, rarely crowded and always kept clean. I love the convenience of the elevator and underground parking garage as well. I would absolutely recommend Peak 16 to anyone who is apartment shopping!

Ive been at Peak for nearly over a year at this point and I must say I couldnt imagine being anywhere else. Hence, the reason why I renewed to stay. Ultimately, the staff (Emily, Rachel, Alex, cleaning staff and maintenance crew) are super friendly, and greet you with a smile when you walk in. The residents here at the Peak16 are friendly and social which makes living here comforting. The clubhouse and amenities are kept clean after being used and if there is something wrong, the staff are on it to make sure it gets fixed ASAP. Im glad to call the Peak home.

Visited Peak 16 and based upon my experience with the older male office manager Ill never get an apartment there. He was very rude and disrespectful. The girl was friendly but yelling at a prospective tenant is not acceptable.

Initially things were good and then Emily left, the unprofessionalism of the current staff is beyond mind blowing! Got me questioning if they even care about me as an individual. Simply just a #number. I go for simple questions and the attitude I get; from the manager; that is what surprises me the most! The unfriendliness, that is not how I was sold to begin with and for the amount I’m paying - I better be getting some level of friendliness. Beyond disappointed and then I got locked in for another year which to me was scam and a way of luring me into another year of contract. The way it happened just seems very shady (like a hidden agenda). Trust broken from this place. I don’t recommend. I won’t even start with the plumbing issues I’ve had since I moved in.

Generally great place to live. Few hiccups, but in my opinion that’s to be expecting anywhere. Office workers are nice, helpful and understanding, but I LOVE our maintenance team. Jesse and the other workers are always so on top of things and I’m never worried to leave my apartment in their hands. 7 out of 5 stars for them. Plus they are around the building with a smile! Could say more about the building and living here but short on time and felt they deserved a shout out!

The whole staff is amazing! Love this place! When you move somewhere new you don’t what to expect and this place has completely blown my expectations away. Right now in this growing uptown district, PEAK16 is by far the best place to live! Setting a new bar for living! Thanks guys!

This complex has given me the BEST experience I’ve ever had during my apartment hunt and living all over the country in LIFE. And I’m not kidding. The way I was welcomed from the second I stepped in the door made all the difference. Emily was my agent and she asked all the right questions and personalized my welcome package to my needs which showed that she was listening. Rachel and Austin were also amazing during my hunt and remembered my name! Even my welcome package made me cry because I’m making this move alone and they made this super stressful experience so much better by being so heartwarming and thoughtful!!Aside from how amazing they were the amenities here are outstanding. The views, the decor, the apartment size, closet space, no noise from outside, and community events are all reasons why anyone moving to Phoenix should chose this complex over all the others.

Weve been here for a year now and Im still IN LOVE with our place! The staff is always on top of their game! Brooke always greets us with the most welcoming smile and attitude! This girl knows how to make the residents feel right at home and she always looks professional and stylish! She is a real asset to the team and for Alliance. If she is running the communitys social media, than girl knows how to engage and make some creative content! From a heated and cooled pool to a full fitness center and everything in between, they have it!Update: unless you live on the top floor, you will hear your upstairs neighbor move, play music, or any other random noises they may make.

My fiance and I were the first residents to move into Peak 16 and we fell in LOVE with the place from day one! Emily and Rachel have been such a great help with our transition into a brand new community. As Im sure with any new build, there are a few kinks to work through and the Peak 16 staff were on top of every single one! The maintenance supervisor, Jesse, promptly attended to our maintenance requests and made us feel right at home. The leasing staff even made us a housewarming/welcome gift that was just PERFECT! (Thanks Austin, Brooke, Emily & Rachel!)The apartment itself is beautiful. The stove is a gas stove!! The upgraded fixtures and the tile backsplash give the kitchen a very modern but elegant feel. Oh and the kitchen, is MASSIVE!!! So much counter and cabinet space, you wont know what to do with it! The island is perfect and we love the white granite counter-top! The fridge and freezer are spacious and we love that all the rooms have ceiling fans! The shower is massive and very spacious. We love our full size washer and drier that is tucked away in a cute laundry room. We love the hardwood floors all throughout the apartment and the fluffy carpet in our bedroom! The closest is a walk-in and even the studios have ample space in them for two people!The amenities are fantastic! The fitness center has a Peloton bike and various other bikes that you can take cycling classes on! We LOVE it! The fitness center, clubhouse, game room, pool, grills, fire pits, bocce court and various other areas are all 24 hour access! There is a coffee machine in the lobby and has all the options you can possibly fathom for your start to the day! We love the trash chutes on each floor, very easy access and they are dispersed among the community. And the garage is underground and all concrete, so it keeps our cars cool even in the dead of summer! This is an awesome design perk to this community!I highly recommend moving into Peak 16 and seeing for yourself the wonderful things this apartment community has to offer!

#LoveWhereYouLive!We went through a 2-year process of downsizing from a large home to apartment living. Suburban folks gone Urban! That’s us! We considered four different areas of the valley and landed ourselves at Peak16. To start with, the location is spot on. I guess it’s considered the Biltmore/Arcadia corridor. We have 8 min commute to work and the airport. We are foodies, so the restaurant/bar scene options are endless. We Uber/Lyft most of the time and beach bikes are now on our must have list. Always something to do in Phoenix and Peak16 is also the host to resident events too! I’ve posted pics of our most recent get togethers there.Our apartment comes with absolutely everything we needed! Do I miss my space? Yep, but it’s a trade off! Urban living is typically smaller spaces, but Peak16 offers open spacious floor plans with upgraded fixtures in stainless steel. Love the single basin sink in the kitchen and double side by side frig! Completely feels like that of custom built homes, just slightly scaled down in size. Quartz countertops are beautiful.We really enjoy all the amenities especially since everything is accessible 24/7! The best way to describe the clubhouse is it’s like walking into the lobby of a JW Marriott! Very luxurious and modern. We should know because we only stay at Marriott when we travel.Fitness center: We are downsizing our gym membership because Peak16 has pretty much all we need. Not sure I want to let the secret out, but they have a Peloton Bike as well as 3 additional spin bikes! Fitness on Demand, yoga area, free weights, treadmill and much more! They had a cool boot camp class one night for the residents that was super fun. We are having to adjust to all the socializing we do now compared with when we lived in our home. Lol! Park in garage, close door and don’t leave again days are gone for us!Some of our favorite little side perks to living here:24/7 Coffee Service! Just as good as Starbucks! Their machine offers lattes and espresso with flavoring options! Original Pac-Man machine, pool table, and multiple TVs to watch your favorite shows in the beautiful clubhouse!Mail delivery: We get a lot of packages between personal shopping online and work samples/marketing supplies so we love the Luxor Package Center! Our packages are scanned, put into lockers and we pick them up at “our” conveinance with a code sent via email and text message! So cool and user friendly. Then there’s the 1-day dry cleaning service! We don’t have an overabundance of dry cleaning, but it still very convenient to have it right there on site!Storage onsite: This is wonderful. We have a locker on site. Might be limited availability. We were only the 5th resident(s) that have moved in at the time.Lastly, the move gifts are above and beyond! You’ll have to move in before you can really see and appreciate all the wonderful goodies they give you! However, I have posted a sneak peak pic of ours! 🎉🍾🌵💦Looks like this will be our home for the next couple of years until we decide on fav area to purchase retirement space! Only problem is, we won’t have all of the amenities like here! Therefore, I am in no rush to move again anytime soon! Feel free to ask any questions. I waited three months to do this review so I could give you an honest and detailed opinion of our experience living at Peak 16!The finale of our experience:The entire team at this community went above and beyond throughout our move-in process.
