Very responsive, and attentive. Would highly recommend as a stylish, affordable downtown property. Plus, a beautiful pool! One of the deepest in downtown - not one of those 3 footers (if you know, you know).

Great location for a great price. I’m an artist and the studio was perfect for me and my dog while I worked in Phoenix. Just be aware of the fact that it is right downtown, so things like construction and homelessness come with that. But I did feel safe and secure in the apartment itself. Management and maintenance staff are professional, friendly and assisted me when I needed it. It’s a perfect area for walking your dog and being right in the Roosevelt scene. The apartment complex is small and quiet, and clean. If I had not moved to a new city, I would have stayed. And the lime green is a cute and charming touch!

I lived here on two separate occasions for a total of around 4 years. I had a studio and a one bedroom. The apartments are clean and a decent size. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of everything and the price is very reasonable for downtown. The complex is quiet and I never had any problems with neighbors. Salina the property manager was very approachable and Brian the maintenance guy was always on hand to promptly deal with any issues. If I hadnt had to return to the UK I would still be happily living at the Continental

I have been living here for about 6 months now and so far I have not had many complaints. The apartments are reasonably priced for what is included and the location is very convenient. When I moved in, everything was brand new (appliances, refrigerator, flooring, etc) and the maintenance man walked the apartment through with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It is a pretty quiet place and I love that you need a key to get in the complex at night. The only complaints I do have are that closet space is pretty small, there is no storage space, and there are no outlets in the bathroom or anywhere near it which makes it difficult if youre a girl and need to do your hair. Other than that I have not had any problems with rude or loud neighbors, maintenance, or communication with the management.

I have been living here for 6 weeks now and every day I love it more and more. The apartment has all new appliances and counter tops, sinks bathroom sink and toilet. Unlike Crystals post it looks like they are now putting outlets in the bathroom and installing tall closets with full length mirrors on the doors. There is not an official storage room per say, but my there are tons and tons of cabinets in the kitchen and hallway from the floor to the ceiling. Floors are either going to be tile or linoleum wood (which actually looks pretty good for how cheesy it sounds). Complex is well landscaped and manicured. Inside is like a little oasis with a newly surfaced deck and pebbletec swimming pool. The place is pretty cozy and everyone is really respectful. One of the first people you will probably meet is Tanya who is an young spirited older woman and has lived here for 8 years. We like to refer to her as the town-mayor who keeps things pretty much in order. Especially, on First Fridays when everyone comes to downtown phoenix to walk Roosevelt and tries parking in our parking lot. Shell be there to tell you, you cant park there. Which brings to mind the great location for everything that downtown living has to offer and is about walking distance to everything. Ive probably only put 20 miles on my car in the last 2 weeks. The complex was built in the 1950s and houses about 50 apartments. Most of the apartments are studios, however there are about 6 one bedrooms. Studios are about $650 and 1 bedrooms are about $750. I looked around for 4 months before moving in here and they are priced about $300 cheaper than all the other apartments in this location. I would classify this place as newer living in a building from the 1950s. Great place to live, but there are only 50 apartments, so if one becomes available, grab it.
