I only got to stay at Greenspoint at Paradise Valley for a few months but I loved every moment of it. I really appreciate the front office and maintenance staff for being so responsive, friendly, and helpful. My unit was in great shape, clean, quiet, and pest free. I love the mountain views all around the neighborhood. The complex is so quiet and peaceful with cool amenities and the people who live here are friendly. Ill miss living here but definitely recommend it to anyone whos searching.

This is the longest I have ever stayed at one complex. I love living here. The front office is always so friendly and quick to help out. The grounds are great and they have done some property renovations that have been awesome. One of the biggest reasons I have stayed is how amazing the maintenance staff is! I’ve had few issues, however even when I have had a tiny issue they are immediately on top of it and they always communicate with me in less than a couple hours to let me know when they will be coming and they are very prompt. All of the guys are extremely friendly and I don’t feel uncomfortable when they are in my home while I’m there. They are quick and extremely efficient! You guys are awesome! Thank you!

Absolutely LOVE Mission Rock!! By far the BEST property management company I have worked for and I have worked for a few companies but Mission Rock is beyond phenomenal. Everyone from Corporate, to our President, our trainers, EVERYBODY is amazing. They all go above & beyond for their employees and properties especially during these difficult times we have been going through with COVID. They provide us with the tools and necessary equipment needed for our staff + residents that are needed so our stations/areas and amenities are clean and sanitized. Mission Rock really strives for their employees to love their job and know that they are not alone, giving us the comfort of providing extra training, resources, any help needed. I will continuously say that I LOVE Mission Rock because I wake up looking forward to my day and being at work, especially with my co-workers. I am proud to call Greenspoint my work home and very proud to work alongside incredible colleagues. They all go the extra mile for our residents and each other, always so helpful and always so happy to be at work!!I definitely will not forget to mention how incredible my property manager Susie is! She ensures all of our residents are happy, accommodated and well taken care of. This property functions so great because of her! The attention to detail, how she cares and interacts with our residents and the time she takes to LISTEN to a resident if there is ever any issue or concern is fantastic. She really desires for her residents to enjoy Greenspoint during their stay with us weather it is a few months/years, Susie really takes care of everyone. I really enjoy and love working alongside her each and everyday, her humor, work ethic and how she cares for everyone is amazing and I feel very lucky to be able to work alongside her. Mission Rock is the place to be!!

If you value communication in the slightest, absolutely do not live here unless there is a change in management. I have had many issues with this management aside from communication, but I will focus solely on this aspect.Let me start by saying: Kenny (the maintenance tech who handles all work orders) has always been prompt, incredibly helpful, and kind. Kayla (the assistant manager who has not been working here for many many months now) was always very helpful. Everyone else might as well not even have a job here for all the good they do.Mission Rock (the parent company) and Greenspoint management will always do the bare minimum to make you feel like theyre communicating but when it comes to the things that matter, theyre nowhere to be found. There are water shutoffs what feels like at least once a week, and those are only the ones they communicate to us via text message. The reason I say that is due to the fact that I have gone many a time to turn on the tap only to find no water, despite no communication that there would be a shutoff. What really did it for me was just today, in fact: we were notified at 11:19 AM of the possibility of a water shutoff due to an emergency repair. Okay, emergencies happen. The next text message we received was at 13:28 to inform us that there would be jackhammering for this emergency repair. For the rest of the day, we didnt hear from the office once, so to be honest, between work and it becoming Friday night, I forgot about this. Then, about 20:00, I went to wash my hands after using the restroom and discovered I had absolutely no water. I peeked outside and saw there were still plumbing trucks. I called the emergency maintenance line to see if I could find out when we might have water again (as with many apartments Ive lived in, the emergency maintenance line has you leave a voicemail and then you will receive a call back). That was near an hour ago, and Ive yet to hear back from anyone employed by this complex. Its great to know Im in good hands if my apartment were flooding or the A/C stopped working in the peak of summer.

My husband and I lived at Greenspoint for almost 4 years. We had nothing less than superb maintenance the entire time. We liked it so much I became a Leasing Consultant for them. The only reason we left there at all was because we got a small dog that turned into a very large dog and we needed a yard. Greenspoint at Paradise Valley is a quiet, beautifully landscaped community. You can’t go wrong when you rent there. The staff goes over and beyond what their duties are. That’s why I workedthere. I am lucky to have been a part of that Special Staff. All I have left to say is, Thank You to everyone at Greenspoint! We have wonderful memories.

We’ve lived here since June, and while we haven’t had much interaction with office staff, the maintenance staff goes above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. For example, when my daughters fan fell from her ceiling, Gio came in on his day off to make sure we were all okay, and removed the fan from my apartment. Kenny and Gio greet not only me, but both my girls with kindness every time we see them on the grounds without fail. We are extremely impressed, and appreciate the work they do.

I want to recognize the great customer service I received as a current tenant this week. Specifically, Cathy, Kayla, & Kenny. When I got home, I realized the AC was blowing hot air and the temperature was 85 degrees. I called the office and spoke to Cathy. She was very polite and understanding and immediately submitted a maintenance request. She explained that Kenny, their AC specialist was finishing up another job but would be over as soon as he completed his current work order. Kayla called me about 30 minutes later to give me an update that Kenny was on his way. Kenny climbed up to the roof AC unit and within 10 minutes I could feel cold air blowing in my apartment and the temperature had lowered by 3 degrees in only 15 minutes. Thank you, Cathy, Kayla, and Kenny. You were polite, understanding, efficient and fixed the AC promptly. Please know how grateful I am to all of you for the outstanding customer service you provided.

This is a nice quiet apartment community where the staff are always friendly and helpful. I feel very safe here walking my dogs throughout the property and nearby parks. The units are surprisingly spacious with the two bedroom unit exceeding 1000 ft.² and having two large bedrooms and very large walk-in closet’s. The open floor plan makes the living area seem even larger. Everything is in working condition and maintenance personnel seemed genuinely pleased to offer help in any area. Our location is fairly private and we feel truly lucky to have found it.

Greenspoint is a great, clean apartment complex in a good area which access to shopping, walking trails, and golf. The apartments were some of the most reasonable prices during our search, especially considering what a desirable zip code they are in.The apartment models are true to what you get in a unit. There are not stainless steel appliances or the best countertops, but it is still a homey and comfortable place to live. The maintenance teams work hard every morning to clean up the complex and pool area. The common spaces are well kept and updated. Whenever we have had maintenance issues, they are resolved within 1-2 days; it is very consistent service. The office team is great as well. They care about concerns and will work hard to make things right. They also have a 24/7 patrol that you can call if you have an issue/noise complaint/security concern when the office isn’t open. Greenspoint takes their residents’ safety seriously.

This is a great place to live. Great location, friendly neighbors (I talked to more people in this apartment complex than in I did in 2 years at my previous place). Securing our apartment was painless and the staff were wonderful. They answered every question we had, did not get annoyed when our then 4 year old kept interrupting but rather included her in the conversation. The premises are well kept and the location and price are really hard to beat (youre right next to PV mall). When we moved in there was a small leak in our kitchen sink, we sent a message and less than 24 hours later it was fixed. A few months later we had routine maintenance (done to the whole complex) changing AC filters and inspecting for mold.Due to the COVID-19 situation we were forced to move and just like our move in experience the staff were understanding of the situation and worked with us to make this as painless as possible. Only a very small (and reasonable) portion of our deposit was kept. This is a place that I would definitely recommend and return to if back in the area.

When my sublease at a nearby condo was up in December, I knew I wanted to stay close to this area. After looking at multiple apartment complexes in the area, I decided on Greenspoint. This complex outranks all competitors in terms of pricing and bang for your buck. The staff in the office is incredibly kind and professional, which made the leasing process a breeze. Upon inquiring about the complex, and later signing the lease, I worked with Kayla, who was attentive, quick with her responses, and clear regarding all aspects of the paperwork and requirements. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and walked me through everything in a very organized fashion. On move-in day the apartment was spotless and ready to go. Since living here I have only needed to submit one maintenance request, which I was contacted about almost immediately, with the necessary repairs completed within a couple hours. My water and utility bills have been consistent, which is a huge plus in the Arizona heat. The community is quiet at night, and I have always felt safe in the complex. It is located within walking distance of many stores, and is conveniently located about a mile from the 51, which makes my commute to work a breeze. They are a pet-friendly complex, with a nearby park as well as a long, paved trail, great for walks and biking. Other amenities include a large pool area, outdoor grills, and gym.I am only giving it 4 out of 5 stars, because I never give anything 5 stars, and 4.5 was not an option. I cannot recommend Greenspoint at Paradise Valley highly enough - it is the perfect fit for anyone looking to live in a safe, affordable, and clean complex.

The place is beautiful but after a few days everything falls apart. We have called maintenance and or pest control to our apartment over five times in the three months we have lived here. The shower head is falling out of the wall, the towel hanger constantly falls down, the cabinets do not stay up straight, knobs fall off our kitchen cabinets, the knob came off our dryer, the balcony door is hard to open and when we moved in there was a huge black stain on our microwave and they did nothing about it. The air conditioning only works if we close the vents and we asked them to fix it their advice was to close the vents in the other rooms. We asked a guy to fix our dripping shower and now only the warm water works. The worse part is one month i paid 80% of my rent with one card and the other 20% with another card. It was confirmed it went through. five days later they call me saying it never went through and I am five days late so I have five days worth of late fees. They insisted it was my fault, I did it on purpose and had no leniency. I owed double of what I originally owed and after they called me they put a five day notice of intent to vacate on my door even though I paid them what I owed a few hours later. Their policies and service our awful. The apartment is beautiful and is in a great location I just wish everything worked and the company was more personable and human.

This complex has a beautiful layout; easy to get around (both walking and driving) and I love that considering I have a dog that loves to walk around and explore!Being that this complex is less than a mile from almost anything you can think of, I’d say it makes for a convenient place to be located! I also had a problem with my mailbox but I went in right away and management actually notified the people who deliver the mail here and they had my specific mail delivered into the office so it was still accessible to me until my box was fixed! I lived at this apartment for almost two years. While the layout of the apartment and pricing were great, the rest of my experience there was not. The staff are all very welcoming until you sign the contract, then everything changes. My dishwasher, washer and garbage disposal all went out at least once during my time there. During one of the maintenance calls, the maintenance man tried to enter my apartment despite me telling them they did not have permission to do so that day. I witnessed several drug raids during the second year, one of which resulted in the SWAT team entering the complex. Police helicopters in the area became a regular occurrence as well. The final straw came after dealing with roof repairs and water repairs for over a year and Kelly (apartment manager) refused to help fix the problem the right way (eventually getting their lawyers involved and asking me to leave). I had been sick for months and eventually discovered that the roof leak had resulted in a mold problem in the bedroom. Kelly didnt believe it until I asked her to look at it herself. Overall, I highly recommend you at least check the crime rate in that area and consider your safety and health over the lower price and seemingly beautiful appeal of the apartment when you first see it. Youll be thankful for it in the end!

I would not recommend this complex. The reason for this on e star review is mainly because of my move-out experience.Firstly, i decided to continue living in there for one more year because the price and the living experience is ok. But right before I signed the lease, my roommate and I found out that they can only offer one shaded parking spot for us, so we decided to move to another place. Here’s something interesting happened. They check my friend’s (now my roommate) and my apartment, and said there’s no problem. After we decided to move out, things changed. I even asked them the second time on my move out day:” would there be any charges in my apartment?” The lady said no, just some cleaning fee. Well, two days later, I got an email said I need to pay $727 move-out fee because of two damages. My friend needs to pay$500 something too. Shame on the administration team.We emailed them, but they only responded to our first email. The worst apartment renting experience ever. I paid it only because I don’t have time to and I argue with them.

Renting was an extremely smooth process. Everyone that I have encountered with management has been extremely professional and courteous. Maintenance requests have been completed ahead of my expectations. Grounds have been very well maintained. Pool, hot tub, and gym are always in top shape.Any complaints regarding water shutoffs or anything of that nature clearly have not ever been a homeowner or been responsible for maintaining their own property, or the process by which others need to maintain properties. Issues occur, and when they do, it seems as though this property is on top of correcting the issues as quickly as possible. In addition, I think it is important to note that there have been management changes recently. So, I personally would recommend potential renters avoid jumping to conclusions with older reviews.

Well the wife and I moved here back in January of 2010 and I have to mention we did it sight unseen. The wife and I had vacationed here in 2009 and saw these apartments just from the outside. We drove around inside of the complex and immediately determined that if we ever moved to AZ we would live here. Well as it turns out that is exactly what happened and we now call this place HOME. There have been some rough patches to say the least which include.....Changes in Management.....Boiler and general water issues.....dog poop.....noisy neighbors.....and random solicitation. However the community management staff has always been very quick to address any issues we have had and quite frankly they are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The current staff....which includes Christine Castillo.... who has been here since 2010 when I moved here and Nikole White are simply awesome. The new community manager Susie Janssen and the new Maintenance manager I am still getting to know but they appear to be very pleasant people. Susie in fact just recently took care of a tenant issue I was having and she continues to carry on the professional and exceptional resident care that I have come to expect since I have resided here. Speaking of maintenance it is also very good.....issues I have had with the unit are always addressed in a timely manner and that is all I can really ask for. So I saved the best for last.....this complex is located near EVERYTHING you could possibly want or need. It is in walking distance of the mall.....grocery stores.....discount stores.....restaurants.....a park.....Costco.....etc.....and more things have popped up every year I have lived here. I really hope to reside in this area and at this complex for many years to come and I encourage anyone thinking of moving to this area to make Greenspoint at Paradise Valley your HOME.

I am so happy my wife found this place! Almost everyday since we moved in, we look at each other and literally say “I love this apartment.” First, David is a delight. From the time first shaking his hand to getting the keys, he has been nothing short of great. The process was really smooth. I had just gotten off work when my wife asked to come check it out. I was beat from the day but David was upbeat and half way through touring the sample apartment, I was like “oooookay we just might have something here.” Turns out we did! The complex is well kept and colorful and they are actually in process of painting all the buildings to make the colors POP! I had guests over for Memorial Day and they immediately said “wow, this is really nice” which they didn’t say about our last complex. Our unit is a 2 bed 2 bath and it is fantastic. Carpeted patio, full washer and dryer, open kitchen with a bar counter. Plus it’s less than a mile to PV Mall, Walmart, Sprouts and of course In N Out. I hope if you’re reading this review, you really take GreensPoint into consideration. The administration is super friendly and very professional. The grounds are beautiful and even the maintenance guy Kenny is top-notch! It takes a lot for me to write a review and well, GreensPoint did it for me.

We enjoyed living here for 3 years; however, when we bought a house we put in our 60 day notice. We kept the apartment immaculate and were never late on payments. They wanted to do the walk through without us; however, I insisted that my father-in-law be present since it was after our move out date and I didnt trust them to give an accurate move out quote. I wanted to be proactive and called a couple days after the walk through to find out if we would be getting our deposit back or if there were any charges. They told me they couldnt help me and told me someone else dealt with move outs and would call me as soon as they returned to the office. Of course, they never called. I called again and got the same response. Assuming this was the second time I went out of my way to find out about the deposit, I assumed they would have this person call me back. Nope! I called a THIRD time, still no one could help me except this ONE person who clearly doesnt do her job. I finally had my father-in-law go to the office because at this point it was a month after our move out date. He spoke with the manager Kelly, who gave him a long story about how they take photos and it goes to the corporate office and someone would get back to us soon. Being proactive proved to not work with this company. Tonight, we received a letter titled Urgent attention requested by Christine Hambric, the assistant manger who was supposed to return four of my requests. It states that the balance due for the apartment has been held from collections for WELL OVER 30 days. If no contact is made, the balance will be referred to collections. My husband and I are furious. Not only did we contact them 4 times in the last month and a half, but they have never returns my calls and this is the first time we have heard from them. There is not even an explanation of the fees. The letter just states that it will go to collections if it is not paid in a week. The office will be hearing from me bright and early tomorrow. If they dont resolve this, I will contact those at the corporate office. This is no way to treat people that were always on time with payments, clean, and respectful residents. I am not a person that writes poor reviews and find that we are very easy going people. However, I cannot believe that a company could treat good residents like this. Do yourself a favor and dont live here. Im extremely disappointed.

I love it even more because it is such a dog friendly environment & even has a dog park on-site!I couldnt be happier with my choice on moving to Greenspoint thdn I am! Definitely the perfect fitting piece that I needed!

I would NOT recommend this place. The apartments themselves are ok, but the management is brutal to work with. They don’t communicate and if you need to get a hold of them 1/10 times they answer the phones in the office. I have had major problems with maintenance requests. They won’t show up for a day or two after the request, and if they do finally show, they don’t leave any notes or anything telling you if they have been there or what they did. Super frustrating and not worth the headache. I am not renewing my lease.

Nikole was extremely helpful and we hope to have something available soon! This place seems like a great community and the apartments are extremely nice and well kept up on.

We first looked at the pictures of the property online and saw that they were nice, After calling and setting up an apt too see the property with Kathy it went down hill from there.. My family and I made an apt for 10:30 so of course we got there 5 min early and as soon as we got there she assisted some other walk ins that obviously did not have an apt.. Kathy then went on saying my family can just sit here for 15 to 30 min while she showed them the property. we also had apts at 3 other apartments that day. We left that super sucky customer service place and continued our day.. By far the worst experience and we didnt even live there yet. Thanks for the bad taste in my mouth in the first 2 min of meeting your staff...Goodluck We are so happy we left because there is so much nicer for cheaper out there

This complex is by far the worst Ive ever lived in or heard of. I had lawn chairs on my second story balcony and got a notice, after already having them for 7 months, that we would be evicted in 10 days if the lawn chairs were not removed. Also, my husbands bicycle was stolen from our second floor balcony and the person went into this complexes *unlocked* storage and took a ladder to use to steal his bike and they would not do anything about it. To add on to all if this b.s. they turn the water off probably 4 times a month if not more and *sometimes* they send out a mass text letting us know and if they do its after the waters already been shut off. This place is mediocre at best.

06/30/2016 ** THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU SIGN THAT LEASE ** We completely understand some people wanting to discredit and minimize our concerns with our lengthy plumbing reviews. Look at the list of health issues involving lack of water for sanitation and sewage on the US Environmental Protection Agency website. We hope our plumbing concerns are viewed by thousands not just hundreds.*****CONSIDER VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE RENTING AT GREENSPOINT***05/30/2016 We hope our reviews will help others from enduring the total misery we have had at this garden apartment community. Approximately 8 inches of sewage in the tub, fecal, urine slime seeping out from under the toilet stool, and REPEATED water outages are NOT SLIGHT INCONVENIENCES. These are serious health hazards. Apparently several other reviewers do not take proper sanitation seriously.3/09/2016 *****NO WATER TODAY***3/8/2016 *** Another notice on our door ***NO WATER TODAY**I would really like to trade apartments with all the 4 and 5 star reviewers. I wonder if they really live at Greenspoint Apartments.02/10/16 **** RAW SEWAGE - - - Update Thursday, February 4, every apartment on the first floor of my building had RAW SEWAGE coming up in the bath tubs. We were trying to clean and sanitize the bathroom at 11pm. Today, our building had a notice posted to our door - - if it happens again we will be charged a minimum of $150. 00 . We are asked to understand .. the drain system is sensitive due to the age of the community. Why were these PROBLEMS NOT DISCLOSED BY THE PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT TEAM AT GREENSPOINT before the leased was signed?02/04/2016 Update to review - - another day at Greenspoint WITHOUT WATER. I thought some of the negative reviews were extreme but after living here - - they were correct. We are tired of going to the Fitness Center to use the restroom. They need to set up port-a-potties in the parking lot. Stop and think NO WATER! OVER and OVER AGAIN.*****DO YOU WANT WATER AND HOT WATER IN YOUR HOME ?****Then dont rent at Greenspoint at Paradise Valley. This complex has definitely had water issues during the past 15 months. The last outage effected at least 72 apartments. We had to go to the fitness center to use the restroom and brush our teeth. Late in the evening we found an outside hydrant that had water available. We carried buckets of water to our apartment to flush our toilet. Then heated water in large pans to have somewhat of a shower. We paid $936.00 for no water, no toilet, and carrying buckets of water.*** THINK VERY SERIOUSLY BEFORE YOU RENT ATGREENSPOINT @ PARADISE VALLEY ****

Our overall experience here has been terrible... upon moving in we were told the apartment had been cleaned, but it still had a strange oder. We have scrubbed and scrubbed the vinal floors several times and have not been able to get them clean. They are STILL disgusting. Additionally, the management both past and persent have very minimal communication skills. If they have an issue with you, their way of dealing with it is to clip a note to your door threatening to have you evicted, instead of knocking on your door and speaking to you about it. Case in point; management actually acused us of having an unauthorized satellite placed on the roof of the building, yes on the roof of the apartment building, and sent us one of their evocation notices. ( It WAS NOT ours). It seems to be more of a low income feel just based on the way we found our move in conditions. But, when youre desperate to find a place I guess youll just suck it up. Additionally, we notified management that there was a leak in our bathroom days ago. You would think that this issue would be cause for concern, a priority perhaps. But NOTHING has been done. And there is still water coming down from the apartment above behind the walboard. It appears that a similar problem has happened before as there is patch work in the same area. Oh, also I noticed that they for some reason they paint the bathtubs. So much so that you cannot take a bath without paint peeling off in chucks large and small. Is painting bathtubs instead of cleaning them the thing to do these days? Another issue we have is with the homeless people constantly going threw the garbage and stopping us on the walkways asking for cigarettes.. We were told to call the police. They are supposed to be gated but there are large gaps in the wall where anyone can walk threw. I cant let my daughter take our dog out or do anything outside alone because you just dont know whos learking around the trash receptacles. Thankfully just today, we found a wad of lint inside the dryer behind the coils actually inside of the machine. It appears they do no maintenance on this sort of appliance, but they have come in and checked the fire alarms. 😕 Thankfully only the lint was burnt and not the whole building. We have barley been here six months... Unfortunately all of these experiences have left me to wonder whats next! Are we going to need to worry about the place burning down with us and our daughter in it? Thats a legitimate concer considering the issue with our dryer. How many others lack maintenance and have to same thing happening? Will there be black mold forming in the bathroom because no one bothers to come and fix the leak that appears to be coming from the unit above? Lastly. The only thing I have to offer on a positive note- the woman in the office are nice....( I would add pictures of my complaints if the system allowed. )

Have you ever lost a $10,000 contract opportunity over $85 and poor customer service? Well these dumbasses just did!! I have been a resident here for almost two years. Rent was due on the Friday the 1st and I submitted payment on Sunday the 3rd. The previous property managers NEVER charged me a penalty or late fee if payment was submitted within 48hrs of the 1st should the 1st fall on a weekend. The fact that I was not given the courtsy to have a conversation with anyone about this situation, and the office decided to call me 3 business days after payment was processed demanding late fees be paid, is very poor customer service in my personal and professional experience.PUT YOUR CUSTOMERS FIRST! THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!

I moved into my apartment just about a year ago and I am still very pleased with my choice. Despite what seemed like frequent management changes this inconsistancy has not placed a negative stint on my overall experience. The front office staff is very nice,(perhaps a little too peppy for my taste at times) but they are always smiling and offering to help even when I simply drop in to pick up a package. As far as maintanance I would have to say the same. Within the time I have been here I have had a few problems ex. tub leaking, disposal not working etc. But each time maintanance has been out within a day no more than two to resolve the issue. I must say I am actually quite impressed with their punctual promptness. So much better than the old place I was living at where if felt like it took weeks and several calls to get anything fixed. In regards to what I do not like so much I would have to say uncovered parking can be a bit tough esp. on wknds. Whenever my boyfriend comes to visit if he does not come before 10pm it can be a hit or miss with parking (at least when finding parking close to my place.) I also will say I wish the pool hours ran a little later. I like the idea that it is a heated pool however is only open until 10 pm even on wknds. I will also say from time to time I do hear the neighbors above me but I do understand this is apartment living and regardless where I go I am sure to expect that. All in all my experience here has been great! Based on my own personal experience I DO RECOMMEND this complex and would refer those I know who are looking for a new place to consider moving here.
